  Beautiful!

  I loved my hair and makeup! I received so many compliments on everything. Penzone was very accommodating to all of my concerns, and found any way to make my day more amazing. I ended up booking the bridal suite which I highly recommend, it was nice to have all of my friends together to hang out.

  Awesome quality!

  I don't usually wear makeup and Catalina made it look so natural. I had my hair and make up since noon and it was on until midnight even with all the crying and dancing. Got a lot of compliments and thanks to Gwen and Catalina (Penzone Short North).
  
  They are very accommodating and responsive to my queries. Prices are affordable compared to others and quality of work is outstanding.

  Such a great experience. Their bridal team was very helpful when asking questions and helping me schedule appointments. I even had to change appointment multiples times and it was done correctly and quickly. I scheduled my hair and makeup appointments, my MOH hair and makeup, my mother's hair and makeup and my grandmother's hair and makeup. As well as massages prior to the wedding, facials and waxing. They even gave me a sixpence for my shoe as a gift the day of my wedding. We had bagels and drinks in the bridal room for in between appointments. It was a great way to start a stressful day.

  I've been going to Penzone's in Polaris for about a year now, and decided to treat my bridesmaids to getting their hair done here for my 10/5/13 wedding. All of our bridesmaids looked AMAZING and we finished up early. Aileen did an amazing job on my hair and I loved the makeup that Aja did for me -- I had trial appointments with both of them a few months prior to the wedding and they listened to the adjustments I wanted on the wedding day and it was perfect! I'm not someone who normally feels attractive, and they truly made me feel beautiful that day. I got so many compliments! and the hair/makeup held up despite the rain. I can't wait to see my photographers' wedding photos because I know I will look better than I could have imagined.

  We used the bridal suite at Charles Penzone - Gahanna. It was wonderful! Genevieve did an amazing job with the hair and Marnie was just as wonderful with the make up. I had complements all evening! They were both so fun to work with and were very flexible.

  I went to EVA at the Gahanna Charles Penzone's salon. I loved her. She did an excellent job and made sure that I left the salon on time. She paid a lot of attention to detail and did a fantastic job creating a classic bridal look. I love her and I would recommend her and only her for make up services at this salon!

  Amanda does amazing hair. I go to her regularly for cut and color and she did exactly what I wanted for my wedding hair!
  I've also had waxing, makeup, and nails done here. I'd recommend the waxing, however the name of my person has escaped my memory temporarily. I've done regular makeup before for a wedding...I wouldn't recommend that. But the airbrush makeup lasts. I had that done for my wedding, so did my mom and sisters.

  Charles Penzone is fantastic! Pam White at Grand Salon in Gahanna/New Albany created a masterpiece out of my hair! All of the bridesmaids and mothers loved their hair and makeup. Alyssa did a great job on my airbrush makeup, and Misha got my face looking perfect with spa services.
  
  Everything ran on schedule and the team handled all the details with ease. The Grand Salon is luxurious and you will love all the personal touches during your day at the spa.

  Me and my bridal party had our hair done here for my wedding, they did fabulous! They all looked great and held up well. I also had my makeup done and it looked great, I even had a cold sore that day, (errrrrr!) and the makeup artist did a great job of covering it up, you couldn't really even see it! It is a little expensive, but I think it is totally worth it for your special day!

  Mika at the Dublin salon did an excellent job on my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding! She is very down to earth and professional! She did each of our hair exactly how we wanted it and was great!!! She also does a great job on highlights too!!!

  I, as well as my bridesmaids and mom, had my hair and make-up done at the Q Salon in Arlington. Olivia and the ladies did a wonderful job! She was so helpful during my hair trial and I had no doubts that she'd make me beautiful on the big day. Highly recommend Q Salon!

  Went for hair and everyones hair turned out great. I did airbrush makeup. Can be somewhat expensive just for makeup but I would DEFINITELY recommend doing it for the special day! Doesn't come off all night no matter what. Good experience overall.

  My mom has been going to The Charles Penzone Grand Salon in Dublin for pretty much my entire life, so I knew that's where I wanted to go for my wedding day. Right off the bat they were very accommodating with scheduling and were able to cancel and add services throughout my entire planning process, even the day of the wedding.
  
  I had a hair trial with Mika, my mom's hair stylist for many years, and a makeup trial with Jaden. I brought in pictures of what I did and did not want for hair and makeup and Mika and Jaden listened and made changes to the styles they were trying until we figured out exactly what I wanted. I went the day before my wedding to have a pedicure with Cheriese and she was great. They were even able to put my mom and I in the same room for our pedicures which was wonderful.
  
  As for my day of services, Heidi did my gelcolor manicure and she was wonderful even when we had the light break halfway through the manicure. She was able to quickly fix the polish and keep me on schedule. Jaden was perfection with my makeup and lash application. She listened to the few changes I wanted from my trial and did a really beautiful job. Mika did a great job with my updo and it stayed in place all day. My stylists all really cared about my wedding and would stop by while I was at different stations to see how things were progressing. They really made me feel special and beautiful on my wedding day.
  
  The morning of everyone was efficient with their time while still being relaxed which really helped me feel less anxious. We had myself, 5 bridesmaids, my mom, mother in law, and sister in law all getting various hair, nails, and makeup services. Everyone began on time and we stayed almost perfectly on schedule. We had one minor issue with the bridesmaid's billing, but it was resolved quickly and we were only about 10 minutes late getting out of the salon. The one negative thing about Penzones is the price, but I find the quality to be worth it.

  The day of my wedding was terrible and chaotic, but the girls at penzone made it much better! Kenley and Nyiah were so friendly and got what i needed done in a timely manner. The airbrushing was so awesome!
