The cellars at brookpark farm was the perfect spot for a fall wedding. The ceremony location whether inside or outside was so beautiful (had ours outside). The farm structures left for fun pictures and made us feel right at home in the country. The cellars reception hall is beautifully decorated with antique lights, twinkle lights and old piller that made decorating easy. They supplied the linens, the dinnerware and and other small items to make less of a hassle when planning.
Absolutely beautiful spot for a wedding. -

Natalie Sent on 10/03/2018This is such a beautiful venue, and very reasonably priced! So much is included with them, and their coordinators are wonderful!!! We received many compliments on the decor. We were fortunate enough to hold our ceremony outside under the tree, but they do have an indoor option. -
User1820286 Sent on 09/20/2014At first we thought this was going to be the most perfect place for our wedding. When it came to how it turned out decorations wise and how it looked it was beautiful and exactly what we wanted it to be. However when it came to them answering emails they did not respond quickly. We had to send multiple emails and it was really a pain. They were rude to some of our guests. We paid for all the food and some people did not show up and we were not even asked if we wanted any of the Extra meals that we paid for. We had a private tasting and picked our menu and two weeks before our wedding we got an email stating we did not pick our menu. Hence, they didn't even bother to write down our choices so we had to go through all of it again. We were told we would have plates and drinks delivered to us while we were getting our pictures taken and that did not happen. Our chair shashes were tied wrong on our chairs and I asked them to fix it and they could not remember how I wanted them. They would not allow my husband to have a beer before the wedding even though we supplied it all. We had extra jello shots left and they were not going to allow us to serve them at the bar even though again we paid for them. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone unless they want a headache. If you are looking for it to be easy and smooth sailing you are looking at the wrong place. -

The Cellars at Brookpark Farm fell far short of our expectations. They failed to perform even basic duties, leaving us distressed and disappointed. Think hard before you consider booking with them. This venue’s owner and staff significantly increased our stress levels, and we are still in shock from how little care they had for us.
First of all, communication was a nightmare. Our initial coordinator got sick, but they never even bothered to inform us of this until the day before the wedding. We thought she had been let go. Due to this strange circumstance, we were only able to talk to the owner, and then only after many repeated attempts to get in touch. It was such a chore. Staff did not even remember our names up to the day before the wedding, calling the groom by the last name of the bride.
The venue acted erratically, with things continually changing, being reorganized, and deviating from the original contract. For instance, we were told there would be wifi at the ceremony and were not informed that there in fact was no wifi utnil 8pm the day prior to the wedding. Additionally, our contract stated that we were to pay on the day of the ceremony, but they absolutely insisted on us paying prior, making us feel belittled, like they didn’t trust us. It made us feel like we were being held hostage. They insisted we couldn’t do the table layout we wanted and that it must be done a specific way, only to later insist that it be done a completely different way. They also kept changing the rooms that the reception was to be held in.
Finally, it seemed like they cut every corner they could. Drink containers were well less than half full, the food was served cold, staffing was minimal (there were only two people working). We were told there would be an abundance of hors d’oeuvres, enough even to have leftovers, but in reality there were not even enough to cover each guest. They didn’t even refill our waters at dinner.
Overall, our experience with The Cellars at Brookpark Farm was extremely disappointing. From communication failures, to erratic, inexplicable changes, to the clear bare minimum of effort they put in, it is safe to say we would not recommend this venue to anyone. Beyond just being unprofessional, it seemed that they were downright disrespectful, leaving us with a bad taste in our mouth on what should otherwise have been an incredibly joyful, memorable day.
