Great experience!
They were able to get me in quickly, they have a beautiful show room. They made sure to stay in my budget and I was able to find my perfect dress in just one session and I came in well under budget! They also managed to get my dress in much faster than originally thought. The team there truly helped make my day special. -

I have purchased many prom and pageant gowns from this establishment throughout my life and have had wonderful experiences. Prior to my visit to shop for my wedding dress I had already purchased TWO DRESSES! I realized closer to my wedding that I had settled due to the low prices and was not happy. I went to The Castle about one month prior to my wedding in search of my dream gown, this also meant I would need to buy off the rack. As soon as I arrived they got to work and I left in about an hour with the gown of my dreams!!!! -

We had the entire back room to ourselves. They brought me a variety of dresses and made recommendations based on what I liked and didn't like in each dress. There were tons of mirrors and a pedestal to stand on so it was easy to see the dress from all angles and how it would look when it was altered (I'm short). The girls were so pleasant and helpful and had an excellent selection of dresses. -

Great experience
I got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses at The Castle. We were so lucky to have Yuli as a consultant on both days! She was SO patient and took a lot of time to help me find the perfect dress for both. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Definitely a great experience! -

Robyn and Haley worked with us and to find the perfect dress for my daughter and met her expectations fully. They went out of their way to make sure she was happy with all aspects of her dress and veil and were a joy to work with. It makes such a difference to know a business really cares about your satisfaction and is willing to do whatever is possible to make your experience a positive one! They really listened to what I thought I wanted, but also helped choose something I never would have picked out myself. They truly care about all of their customers. I had a wonderful experience. -

Lauren Sent on 02/14/2012I would never recommend another place in the Greenville-Spartanburg area to a bride other than The Castle. They offer an excellent selection at a great price. The greatest benefit of shopping here however, is their staff. The girls are so down to earth and will always give you an honest opinion. You instantly feel at ease when you walk in. My family has purchased 6 prom dresses, 2 wedding dresses, and 2 sets of bridesmaids dresses from this shop. And we have never had one single problem!!! Everyone at the wedding thought my dress was purchased at a speciality/pricey bridal boutique in Atlanta or Charlotte, but I only had to travel 30 minutes to Spartanburg to find the perfect dress. Thanks ladies! -

I called from Georgia looking for a specific gown made by Allure and at the time, the gown was not in the stock. What made matters worst I was behind schedule on ordering a gown. I was so impressed that Kemper's attitude and her drive, she took the time to call different stores to locate the exact gown along with prices and made suggestions of similar gowns that might fit my style. I was please with the level of communication that she provided in reference to the location of the gown and the estimated shipping dates to the store. During the process Kemper was extremely professional and polite, she assured me that I wasn't being a bother and she made me know that she wanted my business which made me want to do business with her. I drove 2 hours to the store and when I walked in... Kemper knew exactly who I was which made me feel extremely important! I tried on several different gowns but decided that I still wanted to order the Allure gown. The process went very smoothly without fail, my gown actually arrived early and I was a happy bride! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Kemper for doing your best to provide superior service to me and my family on one of the best days of my life.
