We fell in love with The Carrick House the second we walked in the doors! From the professional staff to the incredible food, we had such a great experience and truly couldn’t have asked for better. The house and ballroom are absolutely gorgeous and the proximity to downtown is awesome! The Carrick House is a well oiled machine and the staff is incredible at hosting events from start to finish. Being from out of state, they were a great resource for finding other vendors, as well! We really enjoyed working with Paige. She super helpful and accommodating, not to mention so sweet! All of the food was delicious, and we had such a great time at the tasting! We absolutely loved our venue and can’t say enough great things about it! Thank you, Carrick House!!! -

Our Happy Place
Born and raised in Lexington, I always dreamed of getting married at this gorgeous venue! What a dream come true! It was simply "magical" from beginning to end and picture perfect! The staff was extremely accommodating and my husband and I are already planning to celebrate our 1 year anniversary here! 2020 will definitely be a year to remember, thanks to The Carrick House! -

The atmosphere was perfect - love the mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. The main room is beautiful in and of it's self. We had many attend from out of town and they all commented on the Carrick House. The food was great and staff was very professional. Carrick House is a special place. -

Simply the Best!
When you decide to have your wedding at the Carrick House you have no worries from then on. This venue is a well oiled machine. Not only do you get an exquisite facility, you get delicious food, amazing service and every little detail is thought of down to parking attendants. Everything went off without a hitch and it was absolutely gorgeous! Big thanks to Paige and Abby and the whole Carrick team, we couldn't be more happy we chose Carrick, it was a dream!! -

Wedding reception
Our wedding reception was perfect. The Carrick House staff was incredibly responsive to all my questions during my year of wedding planning. The Christmas decorations were put up just in time for my reception which made the reception even more special. The Carrick House is beautiful and our reception was perfect. -

The Best of the Best
Absolutely outstanding in every way imaginable! We held our wedding at the Carrick House in June 2018, and could not have had a more positive experience. Our ceremony was held on the lawn, with our reception in the ball room. You will not find a more beautiful venue, or more competent/professional staff anywhere else in the Central Kentucky area. The staff at Lundy's did everything they could to make our day perfect. Little details such as bringing water/wine to our guests pre-ceremony, and running two buffet lines simultaneously really showed professionalism and forethought . The food was phenomenal. So many of our guests commented that it was the best catered meal they had ever had! The serves and bartenders did their job with professionalism and seemed to blend seamlessly into the background. We are so thankful that we chose The Carrick House for our special day! -

Thoughtful AND high quality
We could not say better things about our wedding at the Carrick House! The venue is stunning, but the time and energy they put into your event is even better. We primarily worked with Summer, who truly bends over backwards to personalize any detail to you. Not only was every detail executed to perfection, they even added things they knew we'd love (passed margaritas, yes please)!! The staff was so kind to every guest, but truly bent over backwards whenever they saw me/my husband and we could not have asked for a better evening. Food was SO GOOD too! -

Carrick House is truly a dream venue and was the perfect place to have my wedding. The venue itself is elegant, timeless, and beautiful. Paige was absolutely incredible to work with - she was very responsive, extremely helpful, and flexible in every step of the planning process. I was planning my wedding from across the country as I live in Colorado and I could not have done it without Paige. She always ensured she would be available for planning meetings and walk-throughs when I was in town, and gave wonderful suggestions and insight to the planning process. I would highly recommend Carrick House to any bride planning her wedding as the service you will have with Paige is above and beyond! -

My experience at the Carrick House was amazing and a big part of that is because of the coordinator, Paige. From the beginning Paige and the team were insanely helpful with the scheduling, planning and offering best bets in order to have the best wedding experience. The Carrick House itself is fabulous and very elegant, with large silver chandeliers and a glass dance floor I still day dream about the space. I know a review doesn't come close to the gratitiude my husband and I have for the experience but we can't thank them enough for everything. -

Lucky to be a Carrick House Couple!
Carrick House was absolutely amazing as a wedding venue. Having the ceremony and reception all in one spot, plus a rain-plan included with the atrium, made planning so much easier. In the heart of Lexington, it was easy for my guests (mostly out of towners) to find, had plenty of parking, and captured Lexington's historic charm but as an alternative to a typical, Lexington, "barn wedding". There are so many spaces and each has their own charm- the front porch and yard, atrium, ballroom, rooftop, bar alcoves, and historic mansion area are each beautiful in their own way and offer variety for what you're wanting for your event. Though pricey, you truly do get what you pay for, and our decor budget was greatly reduced because of the natural beauty of the spaces. The new, all-inclusive packages made planning much easier for round 2 (round 1 was postponed due to covid so they let us swap over to a package plan that fit our wants and needs a little better). And, throughout planning, Paige was so responsive and put up with all my type-A bride questions with a smile. They even sent flowers on the day our wedding was supposed to be before it got postponed with the sweetest note- they truly care about their couples and want their day to be perfect. Paige and the Carrick House made our day spectacular, and we are so lucky to be a Carrick House Couple! -

Beautiful Venue inside and out!
The Carrick House was an absolutely perfect venue for our wedding. We used the older front part of the house for our cocktail hour and the back for our reception. The interior is just as beautiful as the outside. The staff was great the day of the wedding, and everything went smoothly! My husband and I are so thankful for all the staff and Lundys for the great food and the Carrick house for the amazing venue! -
