We recently celebrated our wedding at Callippe.
Morgan and her team were very welcoming from our first tour at the golf course with horrible weather, to our food tasting, final decisions, rehearsal and of course our wedding day.

The food was amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful especially ending the night with the party under the beautiful string lights. We couldn't ask for a more perfect wedding night

We were married here 9/2024 and it was an amazing. Morgan was the event coordinator and she was so kind, helpful and supportive every step of the way. We had many compliments not only on how beautiful the venue is but how nice and helpful all the staff was! I would highly recommend to everyone!

We're wedding florists (Flowers Valley), and for us, working at Callippe Preserve Golf Course was a delightful experience. The team was professional and accommodating, making the entire process seamless. The venue provided a beautiful backdrop for our floral designs. Highly recommended!

I can't thank Morgan and Taylor enough for making our dream wedding come true! The day was nothing short of magical, and their staff played a significant role in making it a truly memorable experience for us and our guests.

From the moment we first visited Callippe back in early Jan 2023, we were already impressed by its beauty and charm. We knew right away that we wanted to book Callippe as our wedding venue. The attention to detail, the stunning rolling hills view, and the impeccable service provided by your team absolutely exceeded our expectations. The CP staff's professionalism and willingness to accommodate our requests made the planning process so smooth and such a joy to work with!

Our guests were equally impressed and have been raving about the venue's ambiance and the seamless flow of events throughout the day.

Special thanks to Morgan for coordinating the day-of for our wedding and helping me hook my bustle, just in time for our first dance.

Also, our greatest compliments to the chefs working tirelessly behind in the kitchen preparing and cooking such wonderful food! My MIL, who is typically a picky eater, exclaimed that this was the best wedding food she's ever eaten! The salmon, potatoes, and prime rib were nothing short of perfection and we continue to hear our guests sing praises about how great the food was that night! :)

Thank you so much again Morgan, Taylor, and CP Staff for making our wedding truly special and memorable! Ben and I are eternally grateful for all of your help and our hearts are full of joy and thankfulness for the role your staff played in making our wedding day a dream come true!

From start to finish, our experience with Callippe was amazing. Big shout out to Morgan and Taylor who went above and beyond to make our day special! The communication and coordination was great and they worked wonderfully with our day of coordinator. They were a pleasure to work with and we appreciated when they could accommodate our requests.


It was difficult to imagine what the final day will look like, we had chosen a relatively simple theme with minimal decor. Our wedding day had the perfect weather, not too hot and not too cold (9/2/23). We absolutely loved how everything turned out, the ambience, decor, service, all of it. Our favorite part was during sunset with the hills in the background and all of our guests having fun.

All the staff was very friendly and made guests feel very welcome. We will highlight that the food at Callippe is great. Our guests went back for seconds and I think that says a lot. They also made sure to make a plate for us, which we really appreciated since we were busy entertaining and having fun!

1) I gotta start by saying this place is incredibly all inclusive. Some venues start as just the venue but this place also offers catering and drinks, fire pits (as add on) and ceremony space. I did have a lot of elderly guests so it saved me a ton of effort and time schedule when both were in the same place and there wasn’t a ton of coordination for the guests to have to move between location and location.
2) I was honestly so nervous about food since it’s the thing I knew my guests would be picky over. However, The food was the best! Honestly we got so many compliments on the food and how yummy it was! Also continuously ranked as the best wedding food we and my guests have ever tasted.
3) super responsive! Their team was super helpful in responding to my day of coordinator and all of my copious emails. My coordinator even said that they were one of the best teams she ever worked with. The Callippe team is genuinely helpful and flexible.
4) lots of freebies! The ceiling heaters! The uplighting! The wooden arch! All free and I love free! You would pay at least $1500 at another venue for uplighting and don’t forget to include the time it would take to coordinate. Time is money! This stuff was already included in the package.
5) very affordable! This place doesn’t upcharge you just because it’s a wedding! My actual costs look expensive but since this place was affordable, I was able to upgrade the heck out of my package. We went for midnight snack, cocktail hour, open bar, most upgraded dinner option with the carving station (and they did not skimp on the cuts), and fire pits.

Anyways if you reached the bottom of this review, what are you waiting for? Book Callippe and you won’t regret it!

My experience with this venue was perfect! I had no complaints! Big thank you to Morgan who was so nice and sweet and helped us the entire time from start to finish! Very professional! They were very prompt, organized, and the venue was so pretty. The view was beautiful and we have amazing photos. The food was great and everyone loved it! I highly recommend this venue as they will make sure your wedding or event goes smoothly!

My husband and I booked Callippe for our wedding back in 2019 for our April 2020 wedding. Obviously, that date had to be pushed not once, but multiple times. The team at Callippe was amazing in their flexibility allowing us to move a date to when it was finally able to happen! Along the way, the team at Callippe was amazing at allowing us for small customizations we wanted for our wedding to make it more personal. We worked with Charissa and Morgan who were both fantastic. The venue was beautiful, everyone was so helpful and professional, and the food was great! We had so many people telling us after how much they had enjoyed the food. The day went better than we could have imagined, and a HUGE part of that was thanks to the wonderful staff at Callippe!

I am beyond thrilled with how perfect callippe was for our reception. Morgan was amazing to work with over the course of many months and my many questions and random requests. In the middle of ALL THE STRESSORS leading up to our ceremonies, Morgan's flexibility and empathy was a breath of fresh air. She was super organized and didn't judge me for being all over the place! Also...our bridal suite was setup with appetizers and beverages!! Now, onto Charissa....Charissa (F&B Manager) didn't say no to ANY of my random food and Bev requests. She found a way to accommodate everything I'd asked for. The day of the event, a few of my guests arrived late (after dinner)...Charissa went in and freshly prepared more of all the entrees for them!!!
My guests were beyond impressed with the venue, views, hospitality, food (passed appetizers during cocktail hour and dinner), and beverages!!! All of the staff even beyond these two were amazing and super friendly!!!
Here are some other random perks that I didn't even anticipate....all of the bride's and groom's drinks past our open bar were on the house!! Plus...they brought us (bride and groom) a heaping plate full of dinner while the guests were being led to the buffet area!

When we first met with Carole she was very accommodating and excited for us. She explained all the fun things about the space and why she really loved it. My in laws came to the venue viewing as well and we were all given water and our questions answered and then some. It was a great family experience and we are so excited to have Carole help us through the wedding process. One of the most important things for the wedding is my personal allergy to chicken to which Carole responded by telling us that she will have the kitchen make a completely separate meal for us even though we are having buffet style dining. This place is gorgeous and we are so excited to be wed here.

From the moment we met Claudia, we knew she would make our dreams come true for our special day at Callippe Preserve Golf Course. She is a true professional with warmth and this is reflected throughout her staff. Claudia has wedding planning down to a science (catering, rentals, vendors, timelines, etc) and her readiness to meet with us, return phone calls and emails sets a brides’s mind at ease. For example, we failed to realize in August that our outdoor ceremony in November would be completely in the dark because of daylight savings. Claudia called to inform us and right away, ideas were flowing on how to bring light into our ceremony space. Claudia recommended a florist (Yoli’s Flowers) that could not have been any more in sync with our modern romantic vision. Claudia, Yoli and my fiancé had their own HUGE secret for the ceremony. They erected a tent overlooking the golf course and adorned the space with a chandelier, candles and an arbor with the most gorgeous flowers.
After the ceremony, the staff moved the stunning arbor to our sweetheart table while our guests made their way into the clubhouse for the cocktail hour. The coconut shrimp was a big hit! The reception space was beyond beautiful and the food was delicious. The Callippe staff did a lovely job setting the guest tables (table numbers, linens, chairs, seat covers, flowers, etc). Claudia made sure to adhere to the timeline and create a memorable evening for us. I cannot thank Claudia and her staff enough for all their hard work behind the scenes. It did not go unnoticed. If there were any hiccups on the day of the wedding, I did not know of them; I was truly a guest that day. BEST DAY EVER!

The coordinators at Callippe were great to work with! They recommended using the florist they work with, and they did a beautiful job! I sent pictures of the custom arrangements I wanted and they made it happen! I know people say something always goes wrong, or it won't look the way you picture it... our wedding was absolutely perfect and looked exactly how I had pictured! They listened to what we wanted, gave us advice, and helped us have a beautiful and fun wedding. They were always friendly, with smiles on their faces and answered all of our questions promptly. The view and setting from this location is gorgeous as well. We couldn't have been happier!

We held our wedding at Callippe, and it turned out as the perfect venue for our wedding. Claudia was very responsive and efficient, as well as the rest of the staff. The ceremony was held at the top of the green with sweeping views of the mountains. The reception room is fully open to the outside, giving amazing views and fresh air. The food was very impressive - better steak and fish than we've had in a while at any restaurant. It looks like many guests feel in love with this place too. We couldnt be happier with our experience at Callippe!

This review is long overdue! My wedding was absolutely perfect! Claudia did an outstanding job! The moment I walked into Callippe I knew I had found the perfect place and then my mom and I met Claudia and it was a done deal. Claudia was exceptional at planning and meeting our needs. Her assistant Tiffany was pleasant and professional. There is not one thing I would have wanted done differently, it was the best day! The site is beautiful and the transformation to an elegant/classy atmosphere was perfection! The natural beauty of the setting made for gorgeous pictures. Thank you Claudia and Tiffany!

When my husband and I got engaged we went to Callippe and met with Tiffany right away. Tiffany was up front with everything from the get go, she answered all of our questions. We were so impressed we booked the date that day. Leading up to the wedding Tiffany was very helpful via email, any silly question I had I got a prompt answer. The taste testing was amazing we definitely were not prepared for the large portions we loved being able to take another bite of the things we loved we really got a good taste of how amazing the food would be. The day before the wedding Tiffany was awesome, she handled the rehearsal and then listened as I had my full blown crazy bride diagrams out and she said it would all be just how I wanted. That night I didn't drought that things would be anything but amazing because I didn't trust Tiffany and her staff but because I had these pictures in my head and I wanted it to be just like that. On the day of I was speechless, not only was it everything I dreamed of but it was so much more. The food by far blew any expectation we had out of the water, our family and friends raved about the meal as well. not only do they know how to throw a party but they know how to cook great food! The whole crew at Callippe did an amazing job making our day a hit. We could not thank them enough, our day was beyond amazing because of the dedication of the staff at Callippe.

We had our wedding there on a sunny May Saturday and it went great. Tiffany and the crew deserved a lot of credits. We booked our date one year ago and we have met with Tiffany many times, numerous emails back and forth questioning and discussing a variety of details. To begin with, their rental fee was not expensive at all given the large space and the inherent beauty of the venue. The view was amazing, the space was open, and the facility was accessible. I had my doubts with the non air-conditioned room, but the heat lamps and the operable glass doors worked great with the airy and windy hill top climate and it worked out just great.

In addition to the standard facilities (e.g. table and plating setup) you expect from a space rental, they gave us great flexibility in terms of scheduling, prior and post event setup. We were welcomed to check out the space multiple times for space planning and even walk thru with our vendors. For the photo session, they offered us course guides and golf carts for the wedding party to go on a photograph session on site.

The bill was clear, straight forward and easy to understand. They even offered to work with us on payment. We were able to pay the bill on time, but we certainly appreciated the offer.

Tiffany and the crew were there busy setting up on the day prior to the event. I left them with my vision and they quietly but certainly carried them out to the way I wanted. I had a great team of vendors and they worked smoothly with each other and with their help I had the most unforgettable night!

I had a hard time finding reviews for this venue and I felt the need to express my appreciation for this venue and its team.

We loved the venue and so did all of our guests! Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful views and perfect weather. Marc and staff were so much fun and worked well with our other vendors. Marc took us on the course with our photographers to capture some amazing photos. This vendor goes the extra mile to make sure to take care of your needs and make your day extra special. I can not imagine that there could be a more friendly, personable place to have a reception than at Callippe.

We had such a wonderful wedding reception up at Callippe! We were privelidged to be the first wedding up there! Marc and his staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. We got numerous compliments on how great the food was! If I could do it over again I would definatley have our wedding there!

This place was amazing! The cost you couldn't beat. Claudia and Tiffany were so helpful and made sure everything was perfect. The views you just can't beat, especially as the sun begins to set. I would highly suggest this venue to anyone that is looking to have a gorgeous day at a gorgeous venue, but not be out thousands of dollars. There is amazing locations to take photos and it was a blast having the whole wedding party be able to drive down in golf carts. You won't go wrong if you book this place.

Callippe helped bring my wedding dreams to life. I was a little weary because I didn’t hire a wedding planner, but Morgan and her team had it covered. Everything on the day of the wedding went perfectly and they even plated dinner for me and my husband and checked in throughout the night making sure we always had a drink on our hands. They were extremely accommodating throughout the planning process and everything was very affordable. Not to mention the food was amazing. All of my guests told me after the wedding how good the food was. Thank you for everything!
