Incredible cakes for our wedding day!

We used Cake Specialist for our wedding day dessert and everyone LOVED both of the cakes we got! We got so many compliments. Jayme was wonderful to work with and she helped make sure we got exactly what we envisioned for our wedding day!

From the start my experience was great. Made it easy and well organized. My fiance and I wanted a specific cake design and they pulled it off flawless. I cant begin to thank them for everything they did. When my husband and I decide to have kids I'm getting their cakes & cupcakes here. I love cake specialist ❤
If you dont go with them you will be disappointed in herself you didnt choose them!

After several tastings with bakeries around Omaha, we went with The Cake Specialist in Bellevue. We had a small two-tier cake to cut ourselves, then ordered 5 flavors of cupcakes for the rest of our guests. They were delicious! We had comments all evening from our guests about how great the cupcakes were, and we couldn’t agree more! We were excited to have some leftovers at the end of the night.

I will never buy a cake from anywhere else! The cake specialist has made all our cakes since I was a kid and they did not disappoint at my wedding! They made us a gluten free tier cake and several regular sheet cakes of various flavors. The cakes looked better than I could have ever imagined and they tasted amazing. They have fair prices and amazing customer service! They delivered the cakes for FREE, which was fabulous! Seriously, do not go for your cake anywhere else! They are the best!!!

I cannot express how much we enjoyed hiring The Cake Specialist to do the cakes for our wedding! Not only did we receive tons of compliments on how stunning the cakes were, but they were so good we turned around and only got the part we tasted for the cutting of the cake as the rest had been gobbled up! The owner is a joy to work with and extremely professional as well.

The Cake Specialist was extremely able to get into contact with and set up a tasting. They are going to be doing a large wedding cake and a grooms cake coming this spring and they have been so nice to work with. They can basically do anything that you show them a photo of and are very willing to make your cake dreams come true.

Hands down the best cake we ever had!!!! So many of our guest mentioned how amazing the cake looked and tasted!! You get to work directly with the owner which to me was awesome, because she took all my ideas and made it into perfection

I was so happy with how the cakes turned out! My vision came to life! The grooms cake was a big hit - legos with lego people "working" on it! The price is great and we got compliments on how the cakes tasted! I would absolutely recommend the Cake Specialist to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience with The Cake Specialist for our September wedding! The day of the wedding, the cake showed up up on time and was exactly what we had discussed. The decorations, colors, and flowers were absolutely beautiful and we were amazed at how it all turned out! We've gotten so many compliments from our guests about how gorgeous the cake was and how it was too beautiful to eat! Though it was sooooo delicious, no one really minded ;-) It was everything we could have hoped for!

These ladies are awesome. I had some outrageous requests and they met all of them without making me feel crazy! If you want a super fancy cake without paying a super high bill that also tastes amazing, this is your place!

Jayme was amazing to work with! You get small little cakes for your testing which were great. She did everything for us after we placed our order without a hitch. Guests commented how great the cake was for weeks after!

Everyone raved about how great the cake tasted, even though the groom and myself only had a chance to take a quick bite at the cake cutting! The cake looked gorgeous- exactly what I asked for and everyone we talked to was welcoming and so wonderful to work with.

The Cake Specialist did an amazing job on our cakes! We came in knowing what we wanted but they far exceeded our expectations! Our grooms cake was a 3D duck sitting on a "wood" box. Most guests did not know it was a cake until we started cutting it! I remember walking into the hall and both me and my husbands eyes went right to our cakes. They where perfect!

The Cake Specialist provided my wedding cake and groom's cake! Jayme Cronk was so nice and willing to work with us! We designed our own cake and it was absolutely beautiful and not mention delicious! The groom cake had a digital print on it and the colors were so vibrant and the picture so clear and it too was delicious, from what my guests tell me! Thank you so much for making my dream cake a reality! Mr. and Mrs. Siefken!

The Cake Specialist was a fantastic bakery!! I went in with an idea and a price point and they were able to give me an amazing product! Our cake turned out beautiful and tasted even better!! All of our guests could not stop talking about how great the cake was!! I will defiantly come to them in the future!

The Cake Specialist provided the best wedding cake that I've ever tasted! Their responsiveness was excellent! Many designs to pick from and they are really flexible with whatever design you choose.

Jayme at The Cake Specialist is SO talented.
I think she could make almost any cake.
The cake is so moist and delicious, the best I've had.
I will continue to go back to her for any cakes I need in the future.

There is sooo much I could say in good ways about The Cake Specialiast but the best things I can say about them without carrying on is They did far beyond amazing and I Will Prolly never touch another cake from another store or bakery again:)

One thing that stands out to me: The ladies at The Cake Specialist were extremely kind and helpful.

When I placed the order for our wedding cake, I popped in unannounced - and I definitely caught one of the girls as she was about to head out. I felt horrible, but she helped me zip through the finalization (especially because my husband and I had discussed what we wanted beforehand), she helped me decide on a few minor details, and then I paid and that was that.

They do shaped cakes. I surprised my husband with a Corvette-shaped groom's cake and, while it wasn't exactly what I was expecting, i was still rather pleased because I could see all the hard work that went into the details. And as far as I can tell, shaping a cake into a car AND frosting it isn't the easiest thing in the world.
One time while I was in I saw them working on a cake with dolphins on top - beautiful.

Make sure to be very clear when you talk about prices. I had a small surprise when I paid for the rest of the cake, because I hadn't realized that they're closed on Sundays and that making a Sunday delivery would be more expensive than making a delivery during the rest of the week.

Cake Specialist was amazing. They have several flavors of cake and they are all delicious. Everyone was raving about how good my cake was. Also - we wrapped our topper the way she told us to and on our 1 year anniversary the cake still tasted great!!!!

The cake was perfect!!!!!! OMG it had 12 different flavors and looked like a daisy from above. The grooms cake was just as good!! The also only do one wedding a day so the give your cake all the attention it needs

The best wedding cake I have ever had!! We sampled 3 different bakerys and this was by far the best.
We got exactly what we ordered, it tasted great and she was wonderful to work with.

We told them what we wanted and it turned out exactly like we said. Everything tasted great and we had plenty left over. Their prices are cheaper than other local wedding cake places and I guarantee just as good. Everything was also completely set up when we got there and we got to take advantage of two different discounts. I will say we called twice and met with her once and on two of the occasions she seemed annoyed with us, but everyone can have a bad day. I would go to them again for any cake needs.

Cake was so good!!!! Everyone loved the cake at the wedding and they were so easy to work with. I had my traditional wedding cake and a grooms cake done. I emailed photos to them and they matched exactly what I had sent them. They were much more affordable then serveral of the other cake vendors in omaha. So glad I used them!!!!

Jayme and her team were awesome to work with! We use the cake specialist for all special occasions so it was without a question that we would use them for our wedding cake. We reserved our date a little over a year in advance. I called twice to see when we needed to make an appointment to come in and I kept getting told that they would call me. Two weeks prior to the wedding I still hadn't heard anything, come to find out they didn't realize that we hadn't even had our first consultation with Jayme- so that was a tad bit overwhelming to keep getting put off even though I called in August to find out when I needed to make appointments. We also called to get the three samples of cake flavors and were told one thing by a lady working there and told another by Jayme- I guess you can no longer take your cake samples home to try? You have to try them at your appointment which seems silly since no one else can taste them then when originally we were told we could order them and take them home to try.

Other than that- our cake was awesome and everyone loved it! We will definitely continue to use The Cake Specialist.

I found a picture on Pinterest that fit our theme perfectly and took it in to her, asking if she thought she could do it. I was willing to be told no, since it was a little elaborate. She said she would love to! I was told by one of my bridesmaids--who bought a cake from her to use in a baby shower for her sister in law--that Jayme was super excited to make our cake. The fact that our vendor was taking a personal interest in our project made me happy. We dropped off our cake toppers (which were painted) and she even saved the box for us and took it to the venue so we could put them in there to take them home. I loved her work and loved her delicious cake!

Our wedding cake was perfect! We had a four layer cake with 3 different flavors. We had chocolate with chocolate filling, pink champagne, and the almond with raspberry filling was to die for!
Our grooms cake wasn't quite what we were hoping for, but the picture we found of what we wanted online was no longer available when we went to look for it.
Love the Cake specialist, and I think we'll be getting all our special occasion cakes from them from now on.

She was wonderful! I went in with a design I wanted and she had no problems putting it together. The price was moderate we had a little extra stuff on there but it still wasn't bad.

This cake was so good! When we ate dessert at the buffet for the first night of our honeymoon we couldn't figure out why their cake sucked so bad...it was because we were spoiled by our amazing wedding cake!
The vendor was very responsive and worked with us very well. She let us take home 4 top-tier size cakes to taste and make our decision. We went with white/lemon filling + whipped frosting for the bride's cake (VERY GOOD!) and chocolate/raspberry filling + buttercream frosting for the groom's cake (just a sheet cake, also very good).
As far as the bride's cake design, I was expecting a bit more. I ordered one of the pictured cakes on the website (http://www.thecakespecialist.com/wed.html) but our cake didn't look as nice as the picture (much smaller bow) but the detailing was neat.
I would definitely recommend this vendor!

The cake was absolutely amazing! We had so many compliments and many asked where we got it because they were so 'wowed' by it. Many people who arent big chocolate cake fans fell in love with their chocolate cake! Will be going back for other occasions!
