Beautiful wedding cake!
Cake Shop team was wonderful to work with on our wedding cake. We had so much fun at the tasting, and loved all the options so we got a variety of 4 cakes!! Stacey did a beautiful job with our cake decorations and was very helpful to customize as needed. The cakes themselves were so delicious. Stacey was a joy to work with and her cakes and treats were out-of-this-world delicious. Definitely talk in person if you can. We went over final details a few weeks before the wedding and Stacey allowed us to add in some macarons. They were the talk of the night, and this was the perfect choice. -

Best Cakes Ever!!!
Stacey was truly a dream to work with every step of the way. Our tasting was one of our favorite parts of wedding planning. I’m not normally a big fan of cakes and holy smokes her cakes are amazing (not to mention they’re absolutely stunning!!!). Our guests talked about how delicious our cakes were all weekend long! She made all of our cake dreams come to life and exceeded our expectations in every way. Stacey is truly the best and such a joy to work with! Thank you for being apart of our very best day! -

Delicious- HIGHLY recommend!
Stacey and The Cake Shop were phenomenal for our summer wedding! The cake tasting was so much fun and delicious! Stacey was very accommodating to our vision and budget. She delivered to Ithaca for us and set decorated it beautifully! HIGHLY recommend!! Every bite was sensational and unique flavor options!! -

Stacey did a wonderful job with our cake! The flavor selection was plentiful and our tasting appointment was cozy and delicious. The cake turned out better than I had remembered. We got the chocolate chip brown sugar cake with the ganache filling and also vanilla on vanilla. It was elegant looking and the perfect size. The communication and value were spot on. Thank you Cake Shop! -

Our wedding day desserts from the Cake Shop CNY were absolutely incredible. SO SO SO YUMMY. Never had buttercream cake so delicious.
Stacey was so great to work and everything was SO seamless and I did not have to worry about a thing on the day of because I knew we were in good hands! She was really good at staging the dessert table that matched our ‘vibe’. She also has really nice cake stands and settings for rent!
The cake looked beautiful & simple and just how I envisioned! We did a 6in semi-naked cake, along with cake bites and mini cupcakes which were a HIT!!
So happy to have had the Cake Shop CNY to be a part of our special day. 1000% recommend.

Stacey was amazing to work with. Once we saw her cakes we knew she was the one. And let me tell you, her cakes are AMAZING! I literally have NEVER tasted a cake so good & moist. I am a huge cake fanatic, so that says something. My husband does not like cakes or sweets & loved the Italian Olive Oil cake. It was to die for. Our guests cannot stop raving about all the cupcake flavors & cake. She even made sugar flowers for our cake...absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things, and everyone needs to book her. You will not be disappointed. For your 1 year anniversary, she will make you your wedding cake top. She is amazing. We will be making special trips, just to get her cake. I would give her a million stars if I could. Thank you for making our day SO perfect! -

We LOVED working with Stacey at The Cake Shop CNY for our wedding day desserts! Stacey was extremely confident in her work and made everything so easy for us. She knew exactly what we wanted and did an incredible job with everything! We did a 6in cake for the 2 of us as well as cake bites, sugar cookies, and rice crispies in all different flavors. Everything was set up beautifully and tasted fantastic!! Our favorite was the strawberry fields flavor cake. We did a tasting with her a month or 2 before the wedding and it was so fun. Deffinitely recommend doing one! I cannot recommend her enough whether it is for your wedding day or any special event. She was extremely professional and was one thing we knew for sure we would not have to worry about on our wedding day! -

Great cake & cupcakes!!
Stacey was a great partner for our wedding/reception. From the first time we met her for our tasting, she went out of her way to understand our priorities and provide her expertise on how to make our event the success we envisioned. She was incredibly flexible when our wedding needed to dramatically change, and she was able to provide a fantastic desert for both our wedding and our reception the following year. We highly recommend Stacey (and her olive oil cake)! -

The cake Stacey made for our wedding was beautiful, and the desserts were out of this world. Cake tasting was a enjoyable, as Stacey is so talented and knowledgeable about all things wedding. She offered suggestions on achieving the 'dessert table' look I was going for in regards to mixing mini cupcakes, cake bites and rice crispy treats as well as how many of each to order. I also love that she offers a small cake at your one year anniversary (to save you form freezing and eating your wedding cake a year later). We opt'd for delivery of the items, and Stacey placed and 'styled' everything which I didn't expect. I was happy with entire experience and highly suggest Stacey to anyone looking for a professional, talented cake artist.

The cake was delicious and beautiful. Loved the option to include cake bites and cup cakes to give variety.! Stacey was flexible to change number of tiers after i found my topper, and to include florals from my florist on day of. Definitely recommend. Amazing Experience
I can’t say enough about what an amazing job Stacey does. From the initial email, to the cake testing, to added requests and finally to the wedding day, the experience was great. We had SO many compliments about the cake and Rice Krispie treats. And we definitely didn’t complain about getting to eat leftover wedding cake for the week after the wedding :) So happy to have had The Cake Shop CNY be part of day! Once I reached out to Stacey via email, I knew I was in good hands for our wedding cake. She took my inspiration photo and crafted a cake so beautiful it was as if she took it right out of my mind! During the planning process Stacey was quick to respond and very helpful when making decisions. Our guests LOVED the cake and said it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. Highly recommend The Cake Shop CNY to anyone planning a wedding or event in the area!!

A Baking Artist
From the moment we met Stacey I knew no matter what type of cake we went with it would be perfect. Little did she know I would change my mind about 10 times before finalizing the cake design. Come wedding day the cake was delivered and set up with no issue and the cake bites were a hit with our guests. Everyone loved the cake and the different unique flavor combinations. Stacey was an absolute joy to work with from beginning to end. She is thoughtful and creative in her flavors and combinations - she sent us a list of both all options and some suggested combinations, and we actually spoke on the phone in advance of our tasting and developed a unique combo together (that we ended up going with for our wedding cake!). She provides an advance tasting option in her adorable storefront in Skaneateles (worth the drive - and you can have a beer across the way at Finger Lakes on Tap afterwards!) and the cake itself was stunning, delicious, and delivered flawlessly. She also did the rest of our dessert bar including rice crispy treats and "cake pops" which were literally wiped clean from the dessert table by the end of the evening. I highly recommend Stacey - we have eaten lots of cake across Central New York and she is our favorite!The Cake Shop CNY's reply:

Most delicious cake we have ever eaten!
We cannot sing the praises of Stacey and The Cake Shop highly enough! From the moment we sat down we knew it was a fit. Her flavors are unreal and her hospitality and professionalism sore. The creative designs she brings to her cakes are artful, with a balance between delicious and beautiful.
We got a three-tier cake with Cookie Monster and Spring Bloom. An unexpected but delicious combination. All of our guests raved about the cake and looked beautiful in our photos. Thanks, Stacey for all of your work!The Cake Shop CNY's reply:

Jordanann Sent on 10/01/2018The Cake Shope of CNY was perfect for my labor day wedding! So accommodating, detail oriented, and made our tasting the best part of our wedding experience by miles! I went in not knowing anything about what I wanted! However, I came out knowing this dream I could not get out of my head just got made into real life. And on my wedding day when I saw my dessert buffet, and wedding cake, with all the compliments I got on both the taste and the look I knew I could not have picked anywhere else to go. They also recommended me to other trustworthy vendors who helped make my day fantastic. If you are in need of a baker for anything use the Cake Shop CNY! They had gluten free options as well which was very important to me!

Jane Sent on 08/26/2018While searching for wedding cake vendors, we set up a tasting with Stacey at her lovely home in Skaneateles. As soon as we tasted the first piece of cake, which was vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream filling, we knew we could stop searching! Each of the four individual cakes we tasted on that day were incredible and the most difficult part was having to narrow down the choices because we wanted them all! While we ended up going with chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream for our main cake, the absolute best part of The Cake Shop is their cake bites! The convenience of being able to serve our guests with little pieces of cake on a stick, that we could offer in multiple flavors, was incredible. Instead of having to serve the cake right after dinner, or worry about our guests having to carry plates around the reception, people could just grab a cake bite and head right back to the dance floor! The Cake Shop CNY is one of the best choices we made while planning our wedding. We highly recommend that you make the same choice, you won't regret it!
