The Butterfly Pavilion was the most beautiful wedding venue I could have asked for. The owner, Robin, was so easy to work with and very helpful throughout the entire planning process. She was very responsive and always there to offer advice or happily go along with any ideas we had. I highly recommend using this venue. -

A dream venue!
Going into wedding planning, my husband and I had different ideas of our dream wedding. When we toured the butterfly pavilion, that dream aligned. The pavilion and the surrounding grounds were absolutely incredible! The bridal suite was to die for and the grooms room was so cute and perfect for the boys to get ready! We really didn't need to bring a lot of decorations as the venue is just so beautiful by itself! The staff was kind and passionate about what they do. All of my guests gushed about how beautiful the wedding venue and the whole wedding day was! I cannot say enough good things about this venue! -

My daughter and her husband celebrated their big day on Aug 5th and it was magical. Although Mother Nature didn’t give us a break on the heat, the venue provided many industrial fans and air conditioned suites for the bride and groom. The grounds were beautiful living up to its name with a garden of plants that attracted many butterflies! The entire experience was fabulous!! Thank you for the memories! -

The Butterfly Pavilion was AMAZING! Such a gorgeous venue and the staff was INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend this gem of a wedding venue! Robin, Frangela, and the rest of team did such an unbelievable job prepping us before our big day and keeping everything running smoothly during the wedding day! We didn't have to stress about any venue detail the day of. The spaces are customizable and they offer so much flexibility for vendors and layout, so you can see your dream wedding come to life! Robin also had recommendations for vendors, which was great for us since we were planning it out of state. From the open-air reception area to the stunning tree-surrounded ceremony space, the gorgeous tables and chairs, the secluded swings, and I cannot leave out the gorgeous bridal suite—this venue really has it all and I could go on and on. If you're considering this venue—book a walkthrough now!

I had my wedding at The Butterfly Pavilion (10.15.2022), and it was a dream! My husband & I fell in love with the beauty of the venue on our first tour. All of our guess raves about how beautiful the space was & how nice Robin was when interacting with the guests! Robin was so easy to work with and accommodating with making my vision fit the space. I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else. -

My husband and I are over the moon that we found the Butterfly Pavilion for our wedding. Guests are still talking about how beautiful and unique our venue was!! Robin was amazing to work with and made us and our families feel utterly welcomed, valued and heard. If you are looking for a serene, woodland fairytale, with fun, glamorous and elegant elements, this venue is PERFECT! The pavilion has gorgeous bridal/groomsmen suites, bathrooms, the most beautiful tables and chairs for guests, a stunning fireplace, space for a band or DJ and an epic dance floor where we spent most of our time on at the reception!! And so much more! Something else we loved, the space is completely secluded from the road and feels like its own magical realm. I could really go on and on about Robin, her team and this beautiful venue. We could not have had a more wonderful experience and day with the Butterfly Pavilion!!! -

Amazing all around
We got married here in May and my husband and I couldn't have imagined a better venue! This was the first venue we looked at and we couldn't stop thinking about it while visiting others. Robin and her team were absolutely amazing and so kind through out the entire process! We had so many complications and Robin was so sweet and understanding through it all and did so much for us. We couldn't have picked a better place to have our wedding! -

The most perfect whimsy garden wedding!
My fiancé and I found out about the Butterfly Pavilion through word of mouth and when we came to officially tour, we absolutely fell in love with the grounds! We know we wanted a whimsy garden feel for our day with lots of pastels and the space was absolutely PERFECT! Tangela and Robin helped us make our day perfect!
The open space, gorgeous twinkle lighting throughout, and small touches made our day just one for the books. We received SO many compliments from our guests. We will relive these sweet memories forever! Thank you thank you thank you!!

The most perfect day

The Butterfly Pavilion is one of the most beautiful venues I have been to and I had the privilege of getting married there this November. It has everything a couple would want on their wedding day. Plenty of beautiful spots to perform the ceremony, stunning bridal suite (like something out of a magazine), big groom's room with a tv, beautiful twinkle lights to dance the night away under! It was everything we could have imagined and more. Robin was wonderful to work with! I can't recommend this space more! -

The perfect choice!

As soon as I started planning my Harry Potter themed wedding, I was looking for a venue that was similar to the Weasley Wedding in the Movie. The Butterfly Pavilion was draped with beautiful curtains, dazzled with lights, and the wood crafted tables and chairs really set the tone. But! As soon as I saw the fireplace, I knew that this was the perfect backdrop! Ms. Robin was extremely helpful and answered every call and question I had. She was very flexible and worked with my wedding coordinator to make sure my dream became a reality. Ms. Robin went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, from the hanging of my handmade wreaths, to having a later than normal rehearsal the day before. My guests could not stop raving about the beautiful venue! I had the best wedding ever and I would not change a thing!

I loved this venue and so did all of my guests! It is so beautiful as is and barley needs additional decoration! I also love that it had a gorgeous bridal suite AND a place for the fellas to get ready. Robin was also really great to work with and super flexible when I kept switching things up. -

The Butterfly Pavilion is so amazing that I don’t even know where to start! From the minute Jason and I got engaged, I have been envisioning every little detail that would go into our dream wedding! Leading up to the wedding and living life during a pandemic, I struggled with balancing my stress and my excitement. Robin and her team were always there to fully encourage the excitement! From the walkthrough, finalizing the details, the rehearsal and then the BIG DAY, Robin was always there to make me forget the stress and embrace the excitement! This venue is what dreams are made of and is more than highly recommended! My now husband and I will forever have ear to ear smiles on our faces thinking back on this perfect day!!!! -

The Butterfly Pavilion was a dream come true!
I had my wedding at The Butterfly Pavilion and it was wonderful! Robin is awesome to work with and made my day so special. There is a bridal and groomsmen suite with lots of room. It is great for taking pictures before the wedding. The pavilion comes with lots of decorations and tables for guests, which was so nice! -

Robin and her team are more than amazing and their venue is beautiful!
A month before our wedding date we had to change our venue due to the pandemic, and they were more than accommodating on such a short notice! They were super flexible and very understanding of our situation, and honestly got right to work with helping us plan our special day!
A few things to point out is that the bridal suite is GORGEOUS, the groom suite is a great hang out spot for the boys, and they both have AC!!! The place itself is already beautiful, so a ton of decorations are not really needed! The set up of the venue is awesome, and robin and her team do a great job in guiding you to create a floor plan that makes the most sense for your guest count! We got married on June 19th, and I was a little skeptical about if it would be too hot, but thankfully Robin has amazing fans that help keep the air circulating and cool!
Since our guest count was lowered due to the pandemic, we were able to get married on their starlight dance floor, and it was honestly perfect!
Book Robin and her team at Butterfly Pavilion, I promise you won't be disappointed! -

I couldn’t have asked for a better venue! I got married March 14,20 and it was so so nice! We had good weather (75*) and at night it went down to 58* which was fabulous! All of my guest loved the location and loved the lights 🥰! They have golf cart bring our guest to the door. They had farm tables with cross back wooden chair! And I didn’t get to use the suite but it’s so so beautiful!!! so so prefect! Thank you robin for everything! -

I knew BP would be our venue the second I stepped on the property, but then I met Robin and after numerous conversations— I realized her sense of professionalism and eagerness to help make our wedding dreams come true was another reason why we booked with her.
She was extremely open to my ideas and always responsive and as someone who is type A, I find that very important lol.
The property is simply magical!

Where do I even start with how amazing the Butterfly pavilion is? First, the venue itself is not only unbelievably beautiful but extremely versatile. I love the kissing cove, the lights over the outside dance floor and the natural beauty of the meadow. The pavilion is beautiful and can be changed to make it fit your personal wedding dreams. The bridal and groom getting ready rooms are amazing! They have so much room and both looking incredible in pictures! Definity the best of all the venues I looked at! The staff at the pavilion are AMAZING!! Robin will do anything to make your dreams come true! They will work with you and do whatever it takes to make your day work! On my wedding day, it rained and we had to reorganize my entire wedding 2 days before the wedding. Robin and her staff did amazing at flipping the venue and making it all work in spite of the pouring rain! My wedding was so beautiful and I would not want it anywhere else! If you are over the barn weddings than the pavilion is for you!! Trust me!! It can be anything you want and dream of! And just in case you are wondering yes there are butterflies! -

I can’t recommend the Butterfly Pavilion enough! My daughter and I visited with Robin the first time while the Pavilion was still under construction. Robin took us on a tour of the beautiful acreage and we could see her vision for a beautiful wedding venue. My daughter envisioned her wedding in the beautiful meadow with a reception in the pavilion. We worked with Robin for 18 months and she is an absolute delight. She cares so much for the property because it was her family’s land and that care translates into a love of sharing it with other families who want a lovely event.
My daughter didn’t get her meadow wedding on October 19th because our unexpected guest Tropical Storm Nestor! However, once we all realized it would be a rainy day wedding Robin and her team jumped into action and totally reworked the wedding into an intimate indoor wedding with drapes and beautiful lighting. They carted guests from the parking lot in a golf cart, put up rain curtains, and set up and took down the ceremony and turned it into the reception set up, all on our time table. Kudos to the whole team for saving the day. No bride ever wants a rainy day wedding but you can be sure the Butterfly Pavilion can still make your wedding beautiful.
If you are looking for a venue and staff that will work with you on your vision, the Butterfly Pavilion is your wedding location. The bride and grooms suite are absolutely gorgeous and you can customize everything to your look!

Perfection
Robin and her crew took great care of us during our planning process. She answered every question and helped us make our big day perfect. We could not have asked for a more beautiful reception at the Butterfly Pavilion.
Everyone loved the venue and the grounds surrounding it. Its been a month since our wedding and we still have people tell us how beautiful everything was. I highly recommend using the Butterfly Pavilion for any event! -

Are you looking for an beautiful, outdoor, venue, with the convenience of city life? If you are then the Butterfly Pavillion is the venue for you. It has the quiet peacefulness of being in a small town but is close to downtown areas and your guests can easily lyft or uber to continue the after party wherever they chose. This venue also has the most glamorous bridal suite that was so accommodating for a team of bridesmaids and their make up and hair crew. They were so accommodating and let us get started at 7am. Several venues in the area with nice bridal suits do not allow you to have the whole day to get ready.
There are countless things that I could rave on about this venue but you would have to see it and experience it to believe it. It is the perfect place to celebrate your special day. -

There is not enough space or proper words to describe how wonderful the Butterfly Pavillion wedding experience was for my daughter. From start to finish (planning to wedding day) the owners were incredibly helpful, flexible and all about the bride having the “ best day ever”. The bridal suite was like no other and they allowed early arrival to accommodate all the hair needs of the crew. The meadow was spectacular for the ceremony and the lit outdoor dance floor provided perfect space for coacktail hour in order to allow the bride to have her photos taken. It’s truly like stepping into Georgia Paradise! The bride, groom and Georgia Pines! There is no place like it! Thank you, thank you! I wish I could say more! -

My Dream Wedding
I got married at the Butterfly Pavilion in April 2022 and it was the most incredible day. Everything I dreamed of. The venue is naturally stunning on its own and there are many options to make it what you want. Having grown up in the area, I wanted a venue that I had not seen anyone get married at. This place is a true hidden gem but won't be for long.
I wanted a classic elegant wedding and The Butterfly Pavilion delivered all of the vibes we were going for. Robin and her team are AMAZING. They know their venue well and what will and will not work. Listen to their input. They truly care about their couples. After a disagreement with my Mom over seating, they followed up to be sure I was okay and to make sure it was how I wanted it.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here. So thankful for our special day. -

My husband and I found The Butterfly Pavilion when we were first searching for venues back when we got engaged in March and we loved the fact that not many people had used this space yet and its gorgeous reception area and "garden" area. It's the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor venues with a lot of flexibility since we could bring in our own vendors - we wanted food trucks, to buy our own beer/wine, and to bring in a band.
Robin was so sweet to work with and allowed for us to come in and tour the space and view the space with our vendors after we booked the space. She did an excellent job of problem solving on our wedding day (so much that I, the bride, was not even aware there was a problem until the next day). Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT and we keep getting compliments. on how gorgeous the space is for weddings. A few things to be aware of: please make sure you have a "month of" planner/coordinator to work out logistics and to confirm logistics with the staff at The Butterfly Pavilion. Since it's newer, many logistics of tenting/food service/sound equipment haven't been totally. worked out yet. Additionally, be aware that we held a wedding with 215 guests and the space was maxed out - the space its advertised for over 250 guests, but comfortably fits less than that number. Finally, be aware that The Butterfly Pavilion is not inclusive of any vendors and that this is the perfect location if you'd like to use a bunch of separate vendors for your day. We also found that since the space is new, there would be new decor/fake flowers each time that we came. Robin was totally fine with us removing these items, we just had to communicate honestly what we liked and didn't like and what we wanted removed for the day of the wedding. Just make sure that the logistics and details are very coordinated with Robin (ex. tables that are available to you realistically vs ones you have to rent OR lighting configurations - twinkle vs cafe lights) and that these expectations are written down and confirmed because it was our experience that sometimes things got lost in translation with vendors.
Overall, we HIGHLY recommend The Butterfly Pavilion for an event space. If you're looking for a venue that is all inclusive with recommended vendors and in-house service staff, this might not be the space for you. But, if you're wanting the flexibility to mix and match the perfect day for you, this event space gives you the. freedom to do so. -
