Due to Covid our original wedding plans were cancelled and we had only a few weeks to come up with another option.
We found The Burch House and they were so incredibly helpful and understanding and went above and beyond with us.
I was sending so many emails as I was living in Australia whilst trying to plan a wedding and their responses were always quick and answered my questions, and more!
The price was extremely reasonable and we were just so happy and grateful we were able to snatch up this place.
Our photographer also loved the venue and couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was!

Highly recommend.

My wedding at The Burch House was a D R E A M. Although we were under a tornado watch with heavy storms threatening the ceremony, the owner was amazing at keeping me calm and had the ceremony ready to be moved inside if our timing did not work out with the weather. No matter which area of this beautiful property you decide to have your event, just know the owner will go above and beyond to make sure it is a D R E A M come true. (Oh, did I mention the owner is a bomb photoG too?)

The Burch House will always hold a special place in my heart. Not only did we have our wedding here, we also announced we are expecting here!
This venue offers multiple locations for your ceremony, as well, as your reception. It also is one of the only outdoor venues that offers a great rain backup as well. Jordan, Owner/Operator of the Burch House, personally handled my Floral's, setup day of coordinating, she was my photographer, gave me suggestions on her fave Catering Companies (Love Chef Bob) & most importantly she made sure my day was perfect from start to finish! (what bride isn't a nervous wreck on her big day) Jordan was easy to reach & reliable.

I was one of Jordan's first brides at the Burch House. She also did my pictures. I was so pleased and it was absolutely a perfect day. Gorgeous venue tucked away!

The Burch house is absolutely stunning. SO many choices to have the ceremony from tall pine trees, inside their barn, and a very long drive way with tall trees for the smaller weddings. The owner is very responsive and kind. The photo opportunities are endless! Over all 5 stars and i would recommend the venue to all my brides.

I am a vendor within the wedding industry. From the opening date of the Burch House to current, I have had so many WONDERFUL experiences!! I have worked many real weddings out there, as well as beautiful styled shoots, attended markets and had family photos. Every time I drive through that gate I know something special is just waiting within the next few moments! I've seen the Burch House from the very beginning when the wise decision of painting brown paneling to beautiful creamy white
was made creating a bright roomy aesthetic! The massive chef's kitchen is a dream for any caterer to come on location! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Some of my favorite images that I am so proud to represent my business, were either taken in the pines or by the pond! Being a makeup artist I appreciate the thought that went behind the design of to get ready room! It is bright and airy there is space for ladies to bring snacks and champagne and enjoy their get ready time before the big walk down the aisle! The Burch House has a driving force that is backed with creativity, design, and passion! As the Burch House grows so will the overall experiences people receive! It only gets better with time and I'm excited to work with future brides out at the Burch House!

This venue will forever hold a special place in my heart. It was everything we wanted it to be. The venue is breathtaking and there are so many areas you can use -- and they are all so different. So many options I couldn't even choose until the week of!! We got married in the backyard by the oak and did the reception under the barn because it was supposed to rain. It was the best day.

My experience was, overall, a great one. My coordinator was Megan Munoz (who I also highly recommend) and between her and The Burch House -- our wedding was everything I wanted it to be.

If you are looking for a beautiful and unique outdoor wedding venue, you can't find anything else like this one. The pictures say it all!

I was married a little over two years ago to the love of my life at The Burch House.
The venue itself is different than anything in the area. It’s homey, rustic, beautiful.
The grounds are kept beautifully and there are so many different spaces you can mix and match to use to your liking.
I used many of the preferred vendors and was so happy with them.
Was thankful to have the space to accommodate 150+ with a rainy, but beautiful day.

The Burch House is a BEAUTIFUL location - one of the only kinds like it in the Pensacola area which sealed the deal for us! It only helped that Jordan Burch is SUCH a sweet soul! They were in their opening stages when we booked and were getting things going so a few emails got lost in translation and there was some confusion about logistics, but at the end of the day the whole staff was always so sweet and accommodating and I couldn't have imagined our special day anywhere else!!! So thankful to be a Burch House Bride!!! <3

This is such a beautiful venue! Our wedding turned out exactly how we wanted it. My husband and I did all of the planning and decorating ourselves. Our Day of Coordinator was McKenzie who can be hired through The Burch House. She was amazing! I really wish I could rate her separately because she would easily receive five stars. The Burch House itself is receiving fewer stars because of their lack of communication. After putting a deposit down to save our date, the responses took days if we received any at all. They preferred to be contacted through email and do not supply a phone number to ask small questions. We recommend whatever questions you may have about the venue should be asked when taking the initial tour with Jordan. Otherwise, you will never see or hear from her again.

Customer service was horrible. I would highly recommend doing some research on how she has treated her customers in the past before using this venue. I would hate for others to have an experience like we did.

I had an awful experience working with Jordan Burch, the owner and operator at The Burch House. I viewed The Burch House almost a year before my wedding date and made the choice based on what I saw that day to reserve her space for my wedding. It was a rocky start from the beginning, as she was hard to communicate with. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Not only is she incredibly rude to her PAID clients, she goes back on her word and is hard to get any reasonable response from. I found out via social media she planned to do construction to the entire wedding site prior to my wedding day and had to reach out to her for clarification. (Social media post made July 1 | email clarification July 3) Of course, as I suspected that construction was NOT completed as promised or properly communicated about. I ended up having my wedding at a venue that was totally different than the one I signed a contract to reserve. She was very inconsiderate to my concerns about having viewed the venue the DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING just to find that there was unfinished construction everywhere, exposed wires hanging out of the wall, outlets with no faces, the venue was filthy, the tables I reserved were water logged, there was an unfinished handicap rail, no door to close off her utility/laundry room, and to my surprise there were hundreds of pumpkins in the mist of the pines where I was suppose to have my ceremony. (Keep in mind, there was NEVER any communication about these issues prior to me seeing them all in person the day before my wedding) Her response to my concerns was not professional or warranted at all. Truly, her words were dark-hearted and plain rude. Going as far as to say if she knew I would’ve “complained” about such “minor” issues she would’ve never booked me as a bride! Keeping in mind, I am a FULLY PAID costumer at this point. Not to mention, she went on to say that if I was so concerned about the hazards that I shouldn’t have booked her venue because she has four ponds and that is the most dangerous part of her venue.... I’ll try to included photo proof of what I’m referring to as well as some of her responses so you can see the underbelievably nasty tone behind her emails/text messages.

She even went as far as to send me an email THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING going back on her verbal contract that allows her clients to use her glassware. Leaving me with no other option for serving drinks..

All in all, you can clearly see what kind of business this lady is running and I hope it will save you all from getting into business with her and having the experience I, and so many others, have had.

With that said, I don’t wish her ill, however I think it’s important people understand what kind of business owner she really is before you make the mistake I did.
