We had a budget from the beginning that we wanted to stick to and were nervous that this would be out of it. Our planners helped us determine our priorities and find ways to ensure we stayed within budget through transparent pricing and a clear contract. I can't express my gratitude for every staff member enough. They all went above and beyond to make our special day everything we dreamed of. Madi is truly exceptional at what she does and I felt confident that she would ensure everything went smoothly. Days later I have guests texting me telling me how much fun they had and how much they love Henrietta from the bar! I can't recommend this venue and their service enough. -

Book the Bridge Building!
We got married here and truly couldn’t have chosen a better place. The views were absolutely stunning and made the most perfect backdrop for our day. The entire event team was incredible to work with—they were organized, kind, and genuinely invested in making everything go smoothly. I planned the wedding from out of state, and they always made me feel involved and supported throughout the process. They made everything so simple, and my entire vision came to life even better than I expected. I’m so grateful for this venue and highly recommend it!

The Bridge Building is a one-stop-shop, which was perfect for what I needed to plan a destination wedding. They made it very easy to select everything I wanted and were able to execute on my "vision" so much better than I ever could. Everyone we worked with was incredibly responsive via email and they were very accommodating of my requests to bake all of my own desserts and have my dog attend the cocktail hour! Everything was so perfect on the day of, I wish it could happen all again! -

Amazing- Truly amazing!!
What an incredible process! Everything exceeded my expectations a hundred times over. Haley and Reagan are an absolute star team! They listened to every detail I shared and brought my vision to life flawlessly. All of my guests were blown away by the food (which was completely customized to my liking with the chef included through the venue) and the breathtaking views.
I’ll admit, I was a bit hesitant after booking because of what I’d seen on social media- castles, sprawling estates, and endless greenery. But nothing compares to that Nashville view at night. The Bridge Building truly transforms into something magical. Coordination was seamless, communication was excellent, and the entire team was phenomenal and incredibly responsive despite how busy they are.
I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I’m beyond grateful for choosing this venue and the team that I was assigned. I would book the venue again in a heartbeat…. just so I can see my girls Haley and Reagan! In fact, I’m already planning to host another event there in the future! -

The Best Nashville Venue!!
Our wedding at the Bridge Building was an absolute dream! It’s a beautiful space with a stunning view. Our guests still talk about the views and the food!! Everyone says it’s the coolest wedding venue they’ve been to! Their team was wonderful to work with and made the entire process seamless and so enjoyable. Their communication and attention to detail was unmatched. I went into our first meeting with tons of ideas and my budget (which I really needed to stick to) and they helped me marry those things to create the night we wanted for ourselves and our guests! They always brought options to me to help me prioritize our wedding funds and ensure our night included everything we wanted. The night of the wedding I spent zero time thinking about all the details. I knew they were handled and our amazing planners would come get me when it was time for the next activity, with a drink refill in their hands! I’m so grateful to have had this team throughout the process. I know our day wouldn’t have been the same without them!! I can’t recommend them highly enough! -

Priscilla and Chesney were so amazing and I would definitely work with them again in a heartbeat! They always had a smile on their face and helped us so much with everything. They were great with communicating everything from budgeting, to food, to finally organizing everything the day of. We had some weather difficulties, a tornado warning right before our ceremony, but they were so calm and collected and helped us move everything inside. I didn't have to worry about a single thing and the ceremony was just as beautiful as I wanted. I definitely recommend working with them! -

Our wedding at The Bridge Building was an absolute dream! We were a little nervous about not having a wedding planner, but Molly, Mattie, and the rest of the event team coordinated everything flawlessly; if we had hired a planner, they probably would've been bored! They worked to set up and attend meetings with the few outside vendors that we needed and truly did all the heavy lifting so all we had to do was say yes or no to the different options brought to us. The day of was seamless with no hiccups, every vendor and staff member operated with great professionalism to the point where we didn't even have to answer any questions on the day of. We have received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how much fun everyone had! I would absolutely recommend this venue and their staff. -

Shoutout to our wedding coordinators, Keara & Haley! They are fantastic to work with! They made it such a great experience with planning and everything! All we had to do was give them a budget, and we said yes or no to everything; it was great! I did not feel like a bridezilla because everything went smoothly and as planned haha! You ladies are the best! From food, wedding design, and layout—everything we planned and envisioned came to life beautifully. We absolutely loved the Bridge Building! The Observatory was such a beautiful venue on the Cumberland River with a firsthand view of downtown Nashville and Broadway. We received so many compliments on everything! The food and service was amazing. Such a memorable night with close family and friends. The night was talked about many months after it happened. I worked with Kalyn, Molly and Haley during my whole planning process. They were amazing to work with and with such ease. The planning process was very smooth with them and any questions I had they were very quick to answer. Would definitely recommend them! -

The Bridge Building is the ultimate wedding venue if you want to be in the city with the best skyline views! Not only is it a gorgeous venue, the staff and wedding coordinators went above and beyond for us while planning our wedding especially during Covid. Kalyn and Cori were amazing to work with and kept everything running smoothly and on track from the planning process to the day of our wedding. They worked with my budget and truly cared about my vision and how I wanted the day to go. I wish I could relive it because it was so smooth and perfect!!! I would definitely recommend this venue as they made planning less stressful and took care of so much!The Bridge Building Event Spaces's reply:

The team was extremely professional, answered all questions. Everything was very organized and well thought out in advance. People were constantly telling me how shocked they were that I was not stressing out about the upcoming wedding-but the team really helped out. The day of coordinator was on top of everything, was kind and helpful. The staff working the event were great, i have guests still talking about how awesome the venue was and the staff. They were also extremely helpful after the wedding; helping to pack up some of the additional items I brought for the decor. Overall, I would sing their praise to anyone who asked. -

Our wedding at The Bridge Building Event Spaces in November 2024 was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue’s layout gave us the ability to create a full journey for our guests, with each part of the evening transitioning to a new location—all while staying in the same building, which was really cool and unique.
Our ceremony facing the Cumberland riverfront, Nashville skyline and Pedestrian bridge was picture-perfect. Guests then transitioned to another part of the riverfront & city skyline for cocktail hour, where guests never had to wait for a drink, the catering team offered excellent appetizers, and the lighting and production team set the tone for the rest of the event.
We then moved inside for the reception and the entire space felt like a hidden garden tucked inside an industrial city skyline—it was moody & intimate, and the lighting, table setting, florals, and details were unforgettable. Our guests noted how incredible the food and service was and again, guests never had to wait in line for a drink, with multiple bar setups through the reception space.
We capped off the night transitioning to the roof top for the after party, where guests got to see yet another view of the Nashville skyline, Cumberland River, and Pedestrian Bridge lit up at night. Great music and ‘club’ vibes with glowing cowboy hats and bubbles filling the dance floor created a setting where guests danced the night away…so much so, that we decided to extend the after party last-minute, for an extra hour, and the events team made it happen seamlessly! The late night food was also incredible.
If you’re looking for a venue that gives you city views, riverfront charm, and a memorable guest experience, The Bridge Building is it. -

Christina Sent on 12/20/2017I want to let others know that no matter what they want with full detail to be executed as they want (with pictures and where it is to be placed) the coordinator will do as she pleases with the items even when there is specific instructions. I was very disappointed that I had purchased items to be used that were not even taken out of the box.
The isle runner was just thrown onto the ground wrinkled and overlapping (I have photos) not elegantly placed as it should be. As I walked down the aisle I could see very clearly that it was offset and was not unrolled in an eye pleasing way. It was at least to say very upsetting.
The referrals given I would suggest to avoid!! The first was a photographer who was basically a scammer, not sure where he got his credentials after seeing the pictures of the wedding he shot at the bridge building. Thankfully, I inquired to see them beforehand! In which I had to find a new photographer quickly due to time crunch!
Secondly, the florist was horrible! (Forget Me Not Designs - Ashley Walters) I am not sure how she stays in business unless through the Bridge Building! Amateur to say the least! There were many MAJOR disappointments. The florist did not do my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, or the centerpieces as the pictures that I gave to her! The flowers in the vases were browning and she did not even leave flowers for my wedding cake in which I paid for! My baker said she asked Haven where the flowers were for the cake and that Haven told her, “to just take what she needed from wherever she wanted.” What! No! That was not what was instructed to happen, nor what I paid for! These were flowers I paid in full for in addition to flowers I paid for - for the items that were not even used!! Where did those flowers go?!
Also the coordinator was dishonest. There is so much more to say, but the space does not allow. -
