I got engaged in August and got married the first of December; therefore, my wedding timeline was tight. Prior to my appointment, my stylist had set aside dresses that would be available within my timeframe. I tried on the grouping of dresses and had narrowed my choice to two. Between changes, My mother found a dress that was in the extended dress grouping and insisted I try it on. It was that magic moment I was waiting for. I knew I was getting married in that dress. The sample dress fit perfectly and the team at Bride Room sold me their dress. My wedding dress moment in their showroom was the Perfect experience. THANK YOU! -

I was able to find my dream wedding dress with help from the girls at The Bride Room. By the time I had gotten to their store, I was exhausted and had probably tried on close to 100 dresses already. They chose this one for me, and when I tried it on, I knew it was the one! They were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable in a vulnerable situation. My dress was affordable and arrived quickly. Thank you for everything! -

I could not have asked for a more incredible wedding dress shopping experience! I went into the day a little bit apprehensive because I felt like I had absolutely no idea what kind of dress I wanted or anything of the sort. Leslie did an amazing job picking out dresses that felt very much like me from the very beginning, and then did an even more incredible job marrying different parts of dresses that I liked throughout the appointment to find the dress of my dreams. The appointment was so easy going that it truly felt like I was shopping with a close friend. Both Rachel and Leslie made me feel so comfortable, excited, and happy about saying yes to the dress. I love that their salon only allows one bride at a time because that one-on-one was so helpful, especially when I was unsure what I wanted when I walked in there. I will always recommend The Bride Room to anyone looking for the wedding dress! -

Rachel was incredible when it came to finding the perfect dress!! I had always dreamed of dress shopping at Kleinfelds in NY, but when that couldn’t happen finding Rachel ( who worked there ahhhhhh!!!) was the next best thing!!!! Me and my entourage had so much fun picking our dresses and trying them on! Then I found THE one! The quality of the dresses were so nice! She made the whole process enjoyable! Thank you for everything Rachel! -

Brittany Sent on 07/31/2013My mom and I went into the Bride's Room on a rainy August day, and were delighted to see the bright beam of sunshine named Stephanie, my wedding dress fairy godmother! The only shop we went into I described what I wanted and the 3rd dress I tried on was it! She let me customize the gown to me- buttons down the back- sccoped out back , and a beautiful crystal belt. She over the process was a dream to work with and when my groom saw me he said "this is so you" classy and elegant. He couldn't believe how perfect it was for me. -

Hollyn Sent on 03/04/2013When I was in high school I would drive my The Bride Room on my way to work at Maggie Moos (back when The Bride Room was in Cool Springs) and I told myself when I got married I was going to go there! Well, 10 years later I've moved to Chicago, but I got my veil from The Bride Room in my home town of Nashville. I got my dress as a sample on sale at the now defunct Pricilla of Boston when they were going out of business (I had a real Melissa Sweet gown, none of this Davids Bridal crap). Anyway, I went to The Bride Room in search of a veil and they were so helpful and patient. They really give great personal attention without putting pressure on you to spend a ton of money (or even buy anything if you need time to think)! This is great! I ended up getting a custom veil and I think I love it even more than my beautiful dress! I was so thrilled to have gotten my veil from here, and have a little piece of my home town with me! Don't waste your time with other places just come here and they will take great care of you! (and for the love of everything dear in the world just don't go to David's Bridal, they are horrible). -

Colin Sent on 10/30/2011Charlotte and Stephanie at the Bride room made picking a dress a relaxing and enjoyable event!! I started my dress search at the bride room and finished it there too! Charlotte spent the hour with me patiently zipping and unzipping dresses. She was 1 on 1 with me and that meant the world to me! After I had tried on dresses at a few other places, I came back to the bride room and to the dress I loved!! Stephanie helped me finalize the decision (after helping me try on a few more dresses). The experience was very personalized. Every time I called, e-mailed or stopped in, they knew who I was and what dress was mine. The dress arrived a month early and they happily stored it for me until it was time for alterations. I even stopped by a few times to say hi. My experience was so wonderful that I will go back for party dresses. I would also recommend them to anyone and everyone. Just an all around perfect experience! -

Noel Sent on 06/13/2011Stephanie is AMAZING. She helped me find the PERFECT wedding gown and although it was somewhat over budget, it was THE dress I was imagining for my special day. Her bubbly girly personality is so easy to love, and you can truly trust her and the other girls. Amie is also amazing and I got to work w/her some during my visits. I also got my perfect PARIS jewelry there and I LOVED my final look for my day. There was a little problem with the way the dress was made and the difficulty in altering the lace, but Stephanie heard there was a problem and nipped it in the bud!! She had her amazing seamstress at Oakwood Cleaners fix it and it turned out perfect!! I couldn't be happier with my purchase and truly consider the girls there my friends :) -

I came in the they were very helpful with everything from dress to jewlery, veils, etc. They helped me find the best seamstress to alter my gown and were very thoughtful through the entire process. If I had it to do all over again, The Bride Room is the ONLY place I would have gone.
