    Kim is amazing

    Kim was amazing! She married my husband and I this weekend and I kept receiving compliments all evening about how awesome she was. Kim walked us through everything that would be said and all of the different options available to us before the day of our wedding to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it. When she arrived at our venue, she made her way over to bridal party right away to make sure everyone knew what their jobs were. She kept everyone in line so there was no confusion. Our ceremony was beautiful and we owe a huge thanks to Kim for that.

    Knowledgeable, organized, efficient, affordable!

    I called about ten wedding officiants trying to find someone to help me marry my fiance who is currently incarcerated. I was frustrated as neither one knew what, or how, that process works until I found The Bridal Station. Geoff and Kim knew the jail's and county office's procedures and we immediately began the marriage process. It was affordable, efficient, quick, and planned out perfectly. Both, Geoff and Kim, are well organized and responded to all my texts and emails quickly. I couldn't ask for a better and worry-free experience. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts!

    The Bridal Station Rocks

    If you want a beautiful dress at an unbeatable price, this is the place for you. Kim is very professional and a huge help! You can purchase the dress and take it home the same day. The dress will be spotless (which is why gloves are worn when looking at the dresses). No children are allowed, so you will not see bored children running through the store. Kim is organized and focuses on the needs of the bride. Five of my friends have purchased their dresses here, as well as my daughter in law. You will not be sorry!

    Great wedding ceremony and beautiful dresses, very professional.

    I recently booked my wedding at the bridal station. I also got my wedding dress here. The owner is very professional and my experience there was fantastic. I definitely recommend this place to people. Also the wedding chapel area is very nicely set up.

    Found the perfect dress

    I loved my experience with the bridal station! Kim was very attentive and was very informative. They gave us the application for our marriage license and her husband gave us a run through of how to fill it out and when to turn it in. Prices were great and dresses were all stunning.

    Perfection, Kim is very caring!

    I would give Kim and Jeff one hundred stars if I could. They were so kind and helpful. They were both very knowledgable and even gave us tips about everything most people wouldn't think about when getting married such as name changes and certificates and how to save money. Everything in the store was beautiful and it also smelled great! Kim keeps her dresses and accessories at a top-notch level literally for ANY budget! You get to leave the store with your dress in hand. They make you feel like family

    Kim is the best of the best I have used her twice now once in 2008 when my husband and I Eloped and now that we are doing our Vow renewal. the first time I walked in told her what I needed and was able to get it within my budget right there on the spot. and off we went to get married. fast forward to this year 2015 and she still is good Very knowledgeable. Specializes in plus size also

    Kim was absolutely great! I got the dress of my dreams, got the thee most beautiful cathedral veil at the bridal station! I recommend shopping at The Bridal Station for a beautiful wedding dress to anyone and everyone! So great!

    Kim and her husband were so helpful and Kim really has a gift. She knew exactly what I would look good in and I found my dress the same day. It's perfect, I absolutely love it! The best part about her boutique is that she has various of sizes for you to try on. Unlike other boutiques who only carry 1 size. My mom, sister and mother in law also found their dress there too. I really appreciate all of her help for my special day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    The owner, Kim, I believe her name was? Was SO helpful, knowledgable, and made sure that things were done well. I really appreciated her during my dress buying experience.

    This is a small dress shop and the owner will personally give you her time and attention in finding the perfect dress for you. I loved her and the way she made me feel as I tried on many dresses. she is there to help you feel as beautiful as you should feel for the perfect day. it's not all about the money for her. she gave me a discount on my dress because it was the last one and could not be ordered. it was meant to be as it fit perfect. I went to several big wedding shops and by far this boutique was ideal.

    Kim at the Bridal Station was awesome! I had just set my wedding date so a girlfriend and I were just planning on playing dress up to figure out what type of dress I wanted. We went to the Bridal Station on a whim just to look around. I told Kim about what I was looking for, and after trying on a few dresses, Kim found me an amazing gown that fit me perfectly and matched my taste. There was absolutely no hassle or stress and the price was great.

    Kim at The Bridal Station is outstanding to work with. She definitely knows what she is talking about, delivers what and when she says, and has an incredible eye for detail. Although I was in her shop for bridesmaids dresses, she also gave me some advice regarding photography at my venue, after seeing some preliminary pictures of it. The Bridal Station is not only a dress shop, but also a wedding chapel with Kim as the minister. Overall, finding my bridesmaids dresses was made very easy and with great pricing!

    I had the wedding of my dreams and besides my husband, family and friends I know that majority of its smoothness was because of Kim at Rent A Bridal Gown. This is your one stop shop! Kim is exactly what every bride needs. She was so helpful I know her help made my wedding planning and day much easier. I rented a beautiful dress, two petty coats, bra, jewelry, head piece and veil. I needed something vintage to go with my husbands grandmother’s 47 year old dress and something to go with my modern white modest dress I rented from her. I also bought my shoes from her. Kim has everything to match a vintage wedding to everything to match a modern wedding. Kim was very helpful in my decision making for my dress and also my mother in laws and guestbook girls. Kim is forward and tells you exactly what is complimentary for your body shape. I love her honesty and willingness to help the bride in any situation. After spending over 14 planning my wedding I decided I needed someone to help me execute my ideas the day of the wedding. I hired Kim who went above and beyond my expectations of a wedding planner. She was willing to come to my rehearsal dinner, the church and reception. She was the first to arrive and the last to leaving. She created a beautiful reception and the perfect middle person in between everything and me. I couldn’t have done it without all her hard work.

    Wonderful alternative to buying the wedding partys dresses & shoes. Plus they had lots of other items for rental (arches, lights, etc.)

    Affordable for rentals but that's really all I would go there for. The staff was trying to be helpful but was almost too helpful. Had too many opinions. I'm sure she was very knowledgeable about what she was talking about but it was kind of overwhelming.

    If you are looking for a dress to rent (wear once) or a more casual dress, this is a good option.
    I was pleased with the cost, and happy with the service. If you are looking for a high quality gown
    or a specific designer, this is not the right place for you.

    Do NOT give them your service! They are polite at first and pretend they care, after I purchased my dress I took my bridesmaids there to try on dresses. And I can not even express how horrible the experience was. They were so rude and didn't even want to give us the time of day. I guess they thought they already had my money so I didn't matter.

    To set the record straight and after reviewing our security cameras with video and audio, Charlotte and her 3 bridesmaids were in our store a total of 6 minutes.

    This 6 minute visit was originally for bridesmaids and going well, but somehow it ended up being about her bridal gown.

    When she arrived at 11:42am she said we are early for our 12:30pm appointment. I was dumbfounded about any appointment because we have never taken appointments in the entire 16 years of being in business. She proceeded to argue the fact that she made an appointment for this day at 12:30pm. She then went to look at our bridesmaid dresses. We asked Charlotte if we had the right color for her bridesmaids and if she had a swatch with her. We were told that she was not sure on the color and she did not have a swatch because she left it at home.

    When in our store, she asked about trying on her gown to show to her girls. Geoff asked her twice if we had her actual gown in our store, and she said yes. My husband Geoff thought that due to this answer, her gown was still at our store. So, while looking for her paperwork, she was told the dressing room would be about an hour wait. Since she had picked up her gown in January, the paperwork was already processed. So no, we did not have her actual gown in our possession, and neither did Charlotte. (Was she wanting to try on our sample to show her girls which is not in her size?) So again, we are confused because Charlotte is not in possession of her gown either. On the day she picked up her gown, she said we have the correct color of bridesmaid dresses, although on this visit, her bridesmaids said the color is wrong. When Charlotte was told of the wait for the dressing room, she immediately changed her mood and said that our after sales service sucked. We are not sure why this was said, as we tried everything to accommodate her and figure out exactly what was going on. After she said her comment, she stormed out at 11:48am.
