This bridal shop has it all. Taylor is a great bridal consultant! She had a vision for me and I couldn’t see it until my wedding day. I picked a dress that younger me would have adored! After recently having a baby, I have low self esteem. Thank you Taylor for helping me pick my dream dress and always reassuring me that this was the one.

So Helpful & Great Value

My experience with The Bridal Shoppe was fantastic. From the moment I walked in the door, Khrista was super helpful. She ultimately picked my dress – a style that I would not have selected for myself. Khrista even went above and beyond to help with the accessories. She was just overall amazing to work with. The prices cannot be beat either – I saved hundreds on the same dress compared to some of the St. Louis bridal shops. I’ve since returned to order bridesmaids dresses for additional weddings I’m in. I would definitely recommend The Bridal Shoppe!

Ahhh-mazing!

Marion was fantastic. She made sure to pick dresses in my budget and told me about all of the sales and perks. She was very personable and their staff would come by and make comments on what they liked. The facility was clean and comfortable. They made sure to answer all of my questions regarding everything my dress, accessories and tuxes. I was so pleased and found my dress!

Working with Jennifer Patterson at The Bridal Shoppe was a wonderful experience!! She is top-notch and knows how to make any bride feel beautiful. The Bridal Shoppe was my one stop shop for wedding dress shopping. They were the FIRST and LAST place I shopped. I visited the bridal store - more or less just for fun - and ending up finding my stunning wedding gown. My princess wedding dress not only had the perfect look but it had amazing quality as well. I knew the dress was meant to be when it almost fit me PERFECTLY (size/length/bust/everything!) I live about 30 minutes from this store but I had heard so many good things about it so I had to check it out and now I see why they are highly talked about. The price was reasonable & the staff was friendly. Thank you!

My wedding was June 18th 2016, I purchased my dress June 2015. I was able to get it off the sale rack (woohoo). Tonya was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing! She spent almost 2 and half hours with me and my family trying on dresses! I was stuck in between two dresses and she was very patient with me. The service I received here was great! I wold recommend them.

Staff was fantastic. I dropped in without an appointment just to look at dresses and they had someone work with me and my budget to find a beautiful dress. They are awesome.

I have passed their billboard, probably 1000 times, so once I got engaged we headed out there. We were greeted by Marion, who was wonderful and a joy to work with, and asked to fill our some paperwork. She then asked about what I looking for and what I was looking to avoid. I tried on around 10 dresses before I the ONE. I kept looking at it while I tried others on. I can't wait to work with Marion on the rest of my day.

This is a wonderful shop full of people who want nothing more to find a dress for you. I was there an hour after they closed twice because of how much the young lady wanted to help us out. They have wonderful dresses and prices that don't make you want to run for the hills. I recommend this shop to anyone - it is completely worth the drive.

A soon as I walked through the door the staff was immediately attentive and helpful. They listened to what I wanted and pulled dresses similar to my tastes but also a few others. They let me browse the racks and pick out ones that I liked.

I had previously had a bad experience with a large local dress shop but quickly fell in love with The Bridal Shoppe and it's team. They listened, understood that my needs were somewhat unique (destination wedding) and helped me choose my dress that same day. I am so thankful for their friendly staff and have recommended them to many people!

They were wonderful and so accommodating! They pay close attention to detail and really help a bride out in making the best decisions! Nothing compared to bigger box stores like davids bridal... this place was 1000 times better!

I definitely recommend The Bridal Shoppe for finding your dream dress! Marion did a fantastic job helping me find my perfect dress. I would recommend going during the week, as the weekends can be extremely busy and hectic. The night I went in for my appointment I was having trouble deciding between what I want and what my mom wanted me to wear. Marion went to the racks and pulled the most amazing dress! It was a little of what I wanted and a little of what my mom wanted. It was perfect! Marion also assisted us with our tux rental. I was extremely happy with the help we received when we found out my brother had to be deployed for our wedding. We had already placed his tux order and one month before the wedding we found out of his deployment. Marion was quick to help us cancel his order without penalty. I was very emotional during this process and she was very understanding when we came to pick everything up. Thank you Marion for all your help!!

This was the first bridal store I went into and I loved my experience there! Everyone was very helpful in helping me find the perfect dress--- which happened to be the very first one I tried on! My seamstress was so sweet and she really put me at ease! GREAT experience overall!

I got my dress and the bridesmaids' dresses from the Bridal Shoppe. Chris is awesome and was a great help. She answered my questions and responded to my emails quickly. I actually lived in another state but made the drive because they were giving us great deals! Since we were from out of town and it would be more convenient to have the dresses altered elsewhere, we did the 'cash and carry', meaning the store didn't press or alter the gowns and we received them at a lower price. They allowed the girls to order over the phone too so they did not have to make the drive. I had found my dress at another store but ordered it through the Bridal Shoppe because they could give me the same dress at a much lower price. My dress even came in earlier than expected, which made me less nervous. All of the dresses were perfect and looked great at the wedding! We had lots of compliments and I would definitely recommend the Bridal Shoppe to anyone!!

I would highly recommend visiting this store! The service is super friendly, and the dresses are gorgeous! Don't be afraid to visit the sale racks either. I found my dream dress on that rack and it was half of what we had budgeted for!

I had an absolutely great experience finding my dream dress at the Bridal Shoppe. My bridesmaids also bought their dresses from here and they were more affordable than other bridal shops. My only complaint is that they originally ordered the wrong dress in their system but caught the mistake right away. When I went to pick up my dress, they tried to charge me more than I thought I still owed on the dress. After insisting that the amount was less, we discovered that they still had the old dress in the system which was more expensive. They fixed their error and were professional.

I loved working with The Bridal Shoppe, mainly with Marion, the one that picked out my dress for me and worked with me the whole time. She had SUCH great taste and helped me look the best I could! I loved her so much that when one of my best friends was getting married, I brought her to Marion and she picked out her dress too and my friend ended up buying and wearing it for her big day!! Loved my dress and how I looked...the only small thing was the alterations to my bust weren't totally perfect, so my dress was not pressed against my chest, but it was not noticeable to anyone but me. They have AMAZING prices for high quality dresses too, that is the best part besides Marion. Highly recommended!

Loved my dress I found at the Bridal Shoppe! The price was great too! They are generally very busy, so they are not pushy with their assistance, so if you need something, you need to ask! It's the kind of shop where you can look on your own, which I liked. The alterations were well done and convenient.

The Bridal Shoppe in Crystal City was WONDERFUL. Chris was our lady and she was always there to help with any questions that we had. Our seamstress was Adriana and she was more that Wonderful. She was so helpful with tips for the day and did a wonderful job on all of our dresses. Everyone there treated us like family and they were a JOY to work with. I would recommend anyone to go there, not to mention they are really, really reasonable. Not to mention, the more you do with them, the more you save!!!!

I went into the store and the two ladies who were working that day were amazing very helpful and offered good advice. I'm in a wedding for my best friend in a month and a half went in with not a lot of time to find a dress, they search whole store for what I needed and I found the perfect dress and got a great deal on it. Would definitely go back!!!

I always knew I wanted to buy my wedding dress from the Bridal Shoppe. I have shopped there before for prom dresses and I wanted to give back to my small community stores. On my first visit looking for a dress I was over whelmed and stressed because they didn't even have any mermaid style dresses for me to try on in my size.(they don't have a plethera of dresses to try on) I ended up picking a dress from their rack that the next day I regreted. They said since they didn't have to order the dress I could transfer the money to another dress. I went shopping around at other stores and found a dress I LOVED. I contacted the Bridal Shoppe with the item number and they were able to get me the dress for even less than the other store wanted for it. So even as stressful as it was in the beginining I would recommend them and will still use them again for any dress needs I might have.

We got a lot of stuff from The Bridal Shoppe...my dress, tuxes, bridesmaid dresses, tiara, and the groomsmen gifts. They were very helpful and we received discounts since we got so much stuff from there. Adrianna was the best; she helped with colors, dresses, and tuxes all matching so wonderfully!

The Bridal Shoppe was the first place I went to and found my dream dress. They were so nice and I had a lot of fun there. After I bought and paid for my dress, however, little things happened. They lost my garter (but they did get me a new one for no charge) and they also lost 2 of my appointments in there book and I live about an hour away. One was a few days before the wedding and my dress needed to be ironed and the sales lady was nice, but it was over an hour wait and the one who did my ironing was not too thrilled about it and let it known. My alterations were great at first, but got rushed at the last one, which scared me, but likely, it turned out fine. My bridesmaids dresses were bought there too and they worked with me on getting them. They did a fantastic job measuring! None of my girls needed to have alterations except for the sharps being too long and one of my girls was not even present and I did the best I could do get her size with the measurements she gave me!

I used this bridal shop for my dress, bridesmaids dresses and tuxes. The selection they had was great and the people there are very friendly. My only complaint is there lack of organization. But I must say if they made a mistake they were quick to fix it. Besides being unorganized the customer service and selection were great!

Had a terrible experience here as a bridesmaid. when receiving the dress, it was the wrong size. They state all sales are final even thought the dress was not true to the sizing chart. Then was told I needed to order a new dress because buying fabric would cost the same amount to fix the dress as buying it. Was told it needed to be done by that day at 5 or it wouldn't be in on time. Drove over an hour and left work early to be there before 5 only to be told it couldn't be ordered because the provider was closed. It was then too late. Now ordered fabric which they charged me for, but ended up being $40 dollars- way less than buying a new dress. I asked for maybe some help on alterations since it wasn't true to the size chart and they were charging for the fabric, but was told "we are having a hard time taking responsibility for this dress" and "alterations are done down the street". So in short, all the bridal shoppe does is house the dress and order it from a provider because they dont offer solutions or help on alterations. You can order the same dresses online for a cheaper price. Very unfortunate since I had a good experience as a bride, and my bridal Otty received all dresses and tuxes there. I actually referred my friend to them, and now We're dealing with this for bridesmaids dresses. Maybe a good place for brides but absolutely not for bridesmaids.

I had so many issues with this place when getting my bridal gown. First, there was a mishap with my scheduled appointment which was done through email, and the shop seemed inconvenienced that they messed up and put me down for the wrong time and I had asked them to change it back, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I ended up finding my dress there and I ordered a belt to go with it. I was not told it would take THREE months to get this belt. When I went to pick up my dress for alterations, I was finally told it would be three months and noone had an answer for me as to why I wasn't told this. I ended up using the Tina Fisher Alteration's which the Bridal Shoppe strongly encouraged me to use as it's the mother of one of their consultants. This lady was downright awful as she told me the alterations would be one price and then came back $100 more and even went off on me. The alterations lady even said the Bridal Shoppe was saying bad things about me (I'm guessing because I made a deal about noone telling me the belt took three months to get). When I brought up all of my issues to Amy - the manager/owner, she told me that this was just my side of the story and that it was lies that this lady said anyone in her shop could talk bad about me. She continued to argue with me and finally issued me a refund on my belt which I no longer wanted, because I found one for half price online. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND HORRIBLE RECOMMENDATIONS! I would strongly not recommend them!

Do not use the Bridal Shoppe for your wedding needs. They will pressure you to get your measurements in right away. Also, they measured my 6 year old son even though the wedding wasn't for another 6 months. I was the one who mentioned something about waiting to measure him. I was told that they could wait to measure him again when the wedding got closer, but was still charged a $30 deposit for them measuring him. Made no sense to me. Now, the bride has decided to get dresses/tuxes somewhere else and they didn't even refund half of what I paid in deposits. I have had this happen to me with a bridesmaid dress once before with David's Bridal and they happily refunded my deposits. CHOOSE DAVID'S BRIDAL!

The first time I stepped into this little shop in Crystal City, I was pleasantly surprised. I found the dress I wanted immediately and ordered it, they mentioned the VIP program they had and said if we bought the bridesmaid dresses there I would save 180 on my dress. I thought no brainer sure. Well the next time I came in the staff was not attentive at all, and very rude to all my girls pressuring them into choosing to buy right that day. Even after some of the girls stated they couldn't afford the dress that day. After the poor service and rudeness of the staff we ultimately decided not to buy the dresses there. Fast forward a few weeks ago I went in to payoff my dress they said my balance was 189 which is what I was expecting. I paid it off then decided to order my veil too which was another 188, I put half down. I came in today to pick up my veil and pay the other half and they said I owed 270 because I didn't do the VIP program. I told them I was in a few weeks ago and told them I was paying it off and no mention of it then. They offered no apologies, nor any assistance and insisted to pick up my veil I had to pay them 270. Now because they royally screwed me over I will not be able to have hair and makeup done. This was the most awful experience ever when it should have been fun and exciting. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
