My heroes!

Oh My Gosh! This place was my saving grace!!! At first we went here to see bridesmaids dress, but they didn't have the vision I was looking for. However coming back for the groomsmen's & my fiancé's tuxes was amazing. Throughout each visit I let them know the the designing of my wedding dress was going. Sadly terribly. My original seamstress was horrid! I had to show up at her house to get her to contact me after she had my dress for a YEAR!! Nothing had been done to the dress and I was panicking about not having a wedding dress at all. Finally with some encouragement from The Bridal Shop's Lovely staff, Eleya, I came back to look for wedding dress #2.
Cindy was absolutely amazing to work with as she felt for my situation and gave me the time of my life with my mom and sisters there to support. By dress four I had found the one and Cindy encouraged me that wanting this dress more than what I had been trying to get made was all right.
Eleya, had been there from my first day with my bridesmaids and new all too well my horror story. She has been amazing in keeping in contact over getting my dress in and giving me an amazing seamstress who actually contacts clients back.

Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart!! Eleya and Cindy, you both not only made my day but saved my wedding!! Thank you so so much for quelling so many fears and helping me feel beautiful! This means the world to me!! I will be recommending you to every friend and family member!

I had such a great experience here and Eleya helped me find my perfect dress. I instantly knew that I loved it even when it was hanging on the rack! All of the dresses were soo pretty and very reasonable priced!

GORGEOUS one stop shop for everything you need!

Lena and her team are super professional and fun to work with! Lena has so much knowledge about all the dresses and their designers which is super helpful when asking questions! They also had bridesmaids dress and tuxes there which makes it super easy to get everything you need in one spot. Not to mention their new shop is GORGEOUS and makes you feel like you’re shopping at a luxury boutique without the high price tags! Definitely recommend them!

We love XOXO!

I loved my experience at XOXO! They made me feel very welcome and at ease, and I was able to find a beautiful dress, for a great price! :) We loved that they allowed my family and myself to look through the dress collection, rather than relying solely on the consultants, but we also had great support from the staff. I'm now the third in the family to find my dress with XOXO, and everyone has been more than pleased with their dress.

It was such an absolute please to have found such a professional and dedicated people. My experience was flawless. I got my dress veil and alterations done all in one and I couldn’t be any more happy with the results. Definitely worth every penny.

Absolutely Amazing!

I could not have had a better experience in searching for my perfect dress. The consultants took my vision and brought absolutely gorgeous dresses in for me to try on. I didn’t know HOW I was going to choose between them, but once I found the one, I just knew, and the consultants made me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world. They made my family and friends feel comfortable and welcomed and there’s not a thing I would change about my experience!

Easy and calm experience

I got my bridesmaids dress here and the service was so so helpful. Didn’t take hours to be helped and they made sure to find a size I was most comfortable in since I was in between sizes measurement wise and unfamiliar with my body shape post having a baby. They didn’t make me feel bad while deciding which dress and which size, didn’t feel awkward or leave me unattended to figure it out myself. Definitely recommend. Ask for Lena when dress shopping, she was absolutely perfect!

Dream Gown

The staff are incredibly accommodating and professional! My best friend actually pulled my dress from their clearance section and when I tried it on I fell in love. To my surprise, the gown was only $350! I would recommend XOXO Bridal to anyone, as they can easily accommodate any budget. The girls there were also very kind and made my experience a memory I’ll remember forever.

I called xoxo bridal with a dress style I loved online and they were so amazing to order the style in for me. I got to xoxo bridal and wanted a dress with no back but had straps on it and not to blingy. They helped me find the best dress for me and it happend to be the dress that I had called them about. The staff was so amazing for me and my needs they helped every step of the way I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bridal gown.

Lena was fantastic! She helped match the guys ties to the bridesmaid dresses over the phone and explained the whole process! She was even great when a couple of things needed to get altered the day before. She even took extra care of my wedding dress and made sure that no one saw it before the big reveals! Lena was fantastic! We were having out wedding at Bella Sala and she took great care of us. We rented our tuxes through XOXO. She put up with a very indecisive bride and gave us a number of different options. Lena was very polite and easy to work with! After visiting a number of different tux stores we chose XOXO as Lena was easy so easy to work with and it was a nice one stop shop for everything! The tuxes were similar in price to other places around!

Lena really went above and beyond for me. Without her, it would not have been possible to find my dream wedding dress. My dress was a brand-new style, and there was a time crunch that other stores considered insurmountable, but she made everything work out with time to spare. She really worked magic for me, and I cannot recommend XOXO enough. Beyond finding the perfect dress, Lena was able to match me to a great tailor (who didn’t break the bank!), steam my dress and veil right before (along with dresses for mothers and maids of honor), and even help with the cleaning/storage process afterward. I’ll always remember dancing with my new husband, feeling beautiful, twirling in my gown. Thank you, Lena and XOXO, for all of your help.

Anna and her team are incredible. No words can fully express how kind every single person in her lovely shop was to work with. I had significant modifications to my dress, as I wanted to add a classy slit. Anna applied beautiful beads by hand to the Italian lace that was added to make the slit look as if it had always been there. She made my dress (which had to be purchased larger than needed, then significantly taken in to accommodate for my muscular build) fit like a glove. I adored everything about going into visit her and her staff. Don't hesitate for a single second! I cannot imagine a better team to work with!

This bridal shop was the second one we went to and although it was small it had a great variety and selection. I was able to find a great amount of differing dresses and the stylist helped me out so much with that. I ended up finding my dress there! Fantastic place!

Overall my experience was great here. I went in to this shop originally because they are one of two places in Iowa that carries the designer of the dress I had picked out over a year ago. I went in expecting to be told that they don't carry that dress anymore but was absolutely thrilled to see that they still had it! My dress came in WELL in advance which is fantastic, and they helped me find the right size (it actually fits perfect, the only thing I need changed is the length). They offer great deals if you're holding your wedding there or if you are getting your bridesmaid dresses there. We did run into a problem with the color of my bridesmaid dresses, but they were awesome and helped get that taken care of, probably out of their own pocket. I never felt rushed to leave the store, or uncomfortable discussing pricing in front of them (the owner of another shop I visited made rather rude comments when we were discussing the cost of the dresses). Although they are a store and they need to make money, I never felt that I was treated as someone to make money off of. They are 100% there to make you happy!

XOXO Bridal was very professional and helpful with all my questions about bridesmaids dresses. My bridesmaids were spread over the country but they did a great job helping me coordinate dresses for all of them. Although I had purchased my wedding gown beforehand, I know they would have provided the same excellent style advice for all of my gown needs as well. Great staff and beautiful store!

Working with Kaitlin and the other consultants at XOXO Bridal was very enjoyable and helpful. The boutique itself is very welcoming, clean, and cozy and made us feel at home. My bridesmaids and I had a stress-free experience picking out bridesmaids dresses and were treated very kindly during the whole process. The consultants were also very accommodating in picking out all of the suits and tuxes we rented. There were a number of options to choose from and their help with picking out the right styles and colors to fit our vision was very appreciated. Whenever we had a question, we could make a quick phone call or send a quick email and we were responded to immediately with an answer. XOXO made us feel like they truly cared about making our day special.

Working with XOXO was amazing!! I've since recommended to several people to go down there, and I believe most of them have made purchases. The dresses were so much better quality than anywhere else we looked, and my bridesmaids looked SO classy!!
We also rented the tuxedo's from XOXO and it was so easy working with them, and they were so helpful in finding colors to match our guys to the girls. They also brought to my attention many things that I definitely would not have thought about, that really put all the pieces together.

This place was so beautiful inside. As soon as you walked in you felt like a princess, just like you should on your wedding day! Only thing I didn't like was the selection of dresses were low. The building was so huge you would expect hundreds of dresses and I'd be surprised if there was even 100 dresses in there. Smallest selection out of all the places I have been. I was quite disappointed

I found a gem! Anna amazed me by recommending a change to my dress I had never imagined and she made the dress better than when I went in (which I didn't think was possible). I received so many compliments on my dress, that I don't know I would've heard before Anna's alterations. While in her shop she is very kind, and prideful of her work. My dress was amaIng thanks to Anna!!

My only regret with XOXO was that I didn’t go to them sooner! For a relatively small boutique they have a large variety of beautiful dresses that I had yet to see anywhere else. Everyone was very accommodating and service was great!

Thank you! You were great to work with. The only thing I feel like that could have been improved on is when I was there trying on dresses I didn't have a lot of help. When I was at other stores they were trying on all different kinds of accessories on me as well. It was very helpful, especially since I was having a winter wedding I know I would need some kind of furry shaw. We did end up trying one on but we had to keep asking for accessories. Other then that it was amazing. You guys are awesome!

Makes choosing your dress fun and stress-free

I actually bought my dress when they were at their old location, but on that day everyone was super kind and helpful. The staff seemed knowledgeable and they appeared genuinely interested in making the experience great. I didn't feel like they were pushing me to just pick something. My only knock would be that they seem very strict about only having 10 days to pick up your dress when it comes in, which is a bit stressful and somewhat off-putting, but overall I had a great experience and would recommend them over the other places I looked for dresses.

My experience at XOXO Bridal was amazing! This was the very first place I went to try on dresses!They were very accommodating to the large group of people I had with me and the service was great each time I went in. They had great feedback and would give their honest opinion when I would ask them questions. I loved how they took pictures of each of my dresses and sent them to me. The only suggestion I would have is to have the bridal appointments be a little longer so I didn't feel so rushed and to have dresses in bigger sizes, many dresses I couldn't try on because they were too small. Overall, an amazing experience! I worked with Melissa, one of the owners and she was the best! A very beautiful salon!

Thankfully I had my wedding on iowas homecoming night so I got the place half off but if I wouldn't have I would not have had my wedding here! Much too expensive! I also regret how much I spent on my dress from xoxo bridal even though it was gorgeous!!!

When my sister came to pick up her bridesmaid dress she waited at the counter for 20 minutes and no one came. She tried calling the xoxo bridal phone and still no one came. Finally when someone else called another phone at the bridal place, someone came to answer it and then they helped her.

The dresses had boning in them, up the bust area, more then one of my bridesmaids had to have the boning removed because it was twisted and did not lay right. The dresses were around $200 each

We waited a very long time to get measurements after I had called to try and set an appointment and was told we didn’t need one. Two girls were working with a group of groomsmen when we were taken back to get started after just a short wait, than all of he sudden, the girl helping us disappeared and didn’t come back for over 15 minutes and just left us waiting. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Had the dress been available elsewhere webprobably would have gone there unfortunately. It was nice for them to call me as soon as the dress arrived however and the dress is in good condition

Overwhelming Experience

Suits came in late. Many of them didn’t fit correctly and needed to be reordered. Played the reordering game all the way until the morning of the wedding. Vests of the groomsmen and fathers were the incorrect color but was too late to do anything about it. Started out as a good experience but turned into something overwhelming and stressful for renting the men’s suits while there was already so much going on during the week of the wedding.

I was very unhappy with XOXO. I live locally, and really wanted to shop local first for my bridal attire. I made an appointment in advance with XOXO, and when I walked in, there was only one lady to help me, any walk-ins that should come in (and they did), and take phone calls for the attached business Bela Sala. I had a pretty clear vision of what I was looking for and asked her to help me find that type of dress, but she kept getting pulled away. I had to keep calling my mom and sister in to help me get the dresses on, because she was no where to be found.

Most of the clothes came in the right size and looked very nice. Staff needs to work on customer service and Professionalism. If I am paying you this kind of money I expect you to remember my name at least one of the 10 times I go in the store.

Our bridesmaid dresses turned out great, but we had a terrible experience with the tuxes. They didn't fit as described, and almost all of our groomsmen had issues with sizing. The original manager we worked with was great (who took care of bridesmaid dresses), but she unfortunately left a month or two before our wedding. Her replacement had to do most work with the tuxes, and she was extremely rude and unhelpful.

I was told I needed to get a size 18 when I am a size 12. I thought it was a little odd, but thought, "they are the professionals." When I picked my dress up they were busy with a wedding, so I just got my dress and left with only a glance at it (I guess I shouldn't have signed off on it and came back to try it on first). My dress had to be altered so much that it didn't even look like the dress I tried on and loved. My alterations lady did her best, but in the end, I ended up being out almost $1,700 for a dress I now didn't love. I ended up having to buy a new one. I paid for all of this on my own with a server's salary. My friend's mom (who basically raised me) and my alteration person both called to complain and they did nothing about it. No apology or offer for any money back. I get that I did not try the dress on, and deep down knew a size 18 would probably be too big, but as this is my first time getting a wedding dress, I was too naive to know any better. I feel like they took advantage of this fact.

Bottom line : Try on the dress before signing off on it and make sure to get a second opinion on sizing.
