Trysh took the inspiration photos, my thoughts, changes/tweaks, and made my wedding decor beyond what I imagined. I know my ideas challenged her, but she didn’t . She is very meticulously and wanted to ensure she understood what I wanted. Assignment accepted and exceeded. -

A florist that uses flowers to benefit you and others!
We loved working with the Blooming Twig! Trysh was so kind and patient with my indecisiveness with my florals and was very attuned to my needs. She was flexible and did an amazing job with a difficult task of setting up, taking down the flowers at our ceremony at the DC War Memorial and transporting flowers to our reception at Iron Gate Restaurant in a short period of time. The flowers looked beautiful, and her kindness helped make the day wonderful! One thing we also love about this vendor is that Trysh will help coordinate donating your flowers to another organization such as a nursing home or a shelter afterwards so that your flowers benefit someone else. This is very unique and we love that she finds a way to use flowers to benefit you and others ! -

I loss my Father and wanted a wreath. Blooming Twigs not only designed a gorgeous heart wreath but they delivered it and set it up. It was absolutely breathtaking! -

The arrangement I purchased from the Blooming Twig was absolutely beautiful. The flowers were so fresh and lasted a long time. I was not sure what I wanted so the representative who took my order was very knowledgeable and helpful. The arrangement arrived on time and was more beautiful than I imagined. -

Peonies in late August miracle worker
Tryshanda Went above and beyond for my wedding! I wanted magenta peonies for my late August wedding . With being late August we weren’t sure we could get the Peonies and she was going to replace them with garden roses at the last minute the day of the wedding she got the peonies! They were so beautiful and amazing exactly what I wanted! I would recommend her to anyone from the very beginning she went above and beyond and I am beyond happy we chose her! -

It’s 8am Saturday, I’m six days from my wedding, and my well-known DC florist ghosted me! Frantic, I googled “florists in DC”—you can imagine the list. I scrolled through the many names and came across The Blooming Twig. I thought, “such a lovely name for a florist.” I viewed the website and was impressed with what I saw. I called expecting to leave a message; Trysha answered! She listened attentively as I explained my predicament. With a flight out of town scheduled for Thursday evening, she responded, “I’m on it; I got you!” We spent the next HOUR talking about what I WANTED (not what she could deliver on such short notice!) and texted pics. By the end of the call, we had a plan in place. To add, within a few hours of our call, I began receiving pics of the actual flowers to be used in my bouquet, etc. It’s now “travel Thursday” for Trysha. The doorbell rings and there she was with bouquet in-hand on her way to my reception site to deliver centerpieces—all before a 6pm flight! The arrangements were simply magnificent!
Just like the name of her company, Trysha is just lovely! -

Tryshanda is the sweetest most attentive florist I interacted with during my vendor search. She asked me all of the right questions to understand my vision for my wedding florals. I could tell from our first meeting how much she cared about making my venue beautiful and just like I had imagined. Our wedding and our pictures just wouldn’t be the same without Blooming Twig’s beautiful installations. -

The Blooming Twig provided my bouquet and the bridal party's floral arrangements for my wedding. Not only she delivered the color and type of flower requested she also created a floral scepter for my flower girl as a surprise. All of her arrangements were stunning. I would recommend her for all of your special events! -

The Blooming Twig took care of all my wants and needs. I like flowers but don't know much about selecting and arranging. She helped me select flowers, came up with ideas, and took care of all the setup. The flowers were beautiful and the experience was warm and welcoming!
