After having a lot of issues with Men’s Wearhouse, we found The Black Tux and I am so glad we did! They allowed for you to buy or rent each part of the Tuxes and Suits so my husband bought most of his Tux but was able to rent some extra shirts and a vest he would probably never wear again. Plus you can alter the sleeves and pants of the rentals if needed and they arrive 10 days before the wedding. If you need a change, they can rush ship a new piece (which we ended up needing so this was great!) They were very easy to work with and set up and orders with all of the Groomsmen

Great rental option!
My husband had a good experience with The Black Tux. They offered an in person sizing that all the guys went to, and all their information was entered in a portal for easy ordering. The guys rented their suits, so my husband basically got a tux rental for free. Everything came on time and was good quality. One of the groomsman needed slight resizing, and was able to do so easily. 3 days after the wedding, everyone returned their suit back.

We used the black tux online service to order wedding suits for my groomsmen. The suits looked great! The fit was pretty good overall besides needing some minor tailoring adjustments to the pants length and jacket sleeve length. We decided to purchase the 3 suits because the groomsmen liked the style and would like to wear it again for future events.

Great Service, Easy to Order, & Everyone Looked Good
Because I had friends across the US flying in for my wedding and couldn’t use a local shop, my groomsmen and I rented our tuxedos from The Black Tux. I decided to go with them vs. a Men’s Warehouse or Jos A Bank based on the experiences I’ve had there renting tuxes for other weddings. The reservation system at The Black Tux actually matters, you aren’t waiting in a queue, and they make sure you are the only one getting fitted at a time without a huge line waiting for you to finish. The tuxedos and accessories came early enough so we had plenty of time to make a few needed sizing changes. They are quick to send out anything that was needed, and everyone looked and felt great on my wedding day. The return process is simple, and if you need anything, their customer service is very helpful.

Wonderful Tux Experience for our Wedding!
The Blk Tux was recommended by our wedding planner for my husband & his groomsmen. I am so happy we went through The Blk Tux for our day – not only did my husband look fantastic as did his groomsmen & the ushers – but the process was so easy. We were able to book an appointment at the nearest store online very easily (within a few weeks of when we went to make the appointment). At the appointment, my husband’s measurements were taken & he was able to try on different pieces to see how they would look on himself. From there, he was able to pick his look & it was put into an online portal. From the portal, we then had the opportunity to either buy or rent the whole look or just parts of the look. From there, we could duplicate the look or modify it to achieve the look for the groomsmen & then the ushers. After building each of the looks, we input email addresses for each party member & they received notifications of what they needed to rent (or buy if they wanted to) for our wedding. At the same time, we were able to follow along to see where everyone was in the process – i.e. did they even look at the email yet. The process was so easy & painless – it was great. I would highly recommend utilizing The Blk Tux for anyone looking to rent or buy a suit/tux for any special occasion.

Faraz at the Perimeter Mall Nordstrom location in Atlanta is THE best! He was so helpful to me and my fiance throughout the process of renting tuxes for our wedding. He even gave us extra boxes and personalized return shipping labels so we could help our groomsmen who were traveling from out of town to return their tuxes the weekend of the wedding! We used the Black Tux for all the suits for the groom and groomsmen for our wedding. The suits and shoes looked great and were great quality. Some people might be weary ordering a suit online, however it was a super smooth process. The suits came about 2 weeks before the wedding and a couple of the groomsmen’s suits didn’t fit 100% right so they were immediately sent a replacement. Everything was perfect and I definitely recommend using them!

Best Tux/Suit Rental Process Ever- every time
We used The Black Tux for my husband’s suit. We have used them in the past and they are consistently excellent. The ordering process is easy and user- friendly. My favorite part is that they send you a replacement item in time for the event if something doesn’t fit right AND they help you figure out how to get a better fitting item by walking you through questions with pictures. The return process is also super easy. They are timely and the quality of their products is very nice.

I think we may have gotten lucky with The Black Tux based on other reviews, but my husband and best man ordered suits from The Black Tux for our wedding last week and both had good experiences. Tuxes arrived on time, and when we had to order a replacement size, that came quickly as well. Returning was easy and they got lots of compliments on their outfits. The team at Nordstrom was also helpful with fittings.

That was a quote from the bride after her wedding this past weekend. Being part of the wedding service I sent her some of the looks from Black Tux. She approved of the selection. Problems but not the Black Tux fault
We got married on 4/3/21. I order an at-home try-on. I got it about a month before and I needed some alterations. I couldn't figure out how to make the adjustments so I just called them and made them that way. Luckily, I was able to keep track of the shipment from the black tux and found out something happened in shipping from the at home try on back to the black tux. I was watching it closely and noticed the tracking was not moving so I had to call again to figure out what was going on (week left to go). Come to find out, something happened after I dropped it off at the UPS store and it didn't get checked in at USPS. The black tux overnighted it and made everything all right. Keep your tracking number and track.

I looked the best I ever have according to my wife. The website is kind of difficult to use but their customer service makes up for it. My suit did not fit the first time, I got my measurements from a local tailor and it turns out the websites suggested measurements were almost spot on. When I called the customer service they were very knowledgeable and walked me through my alterations. I was able to get a suit that fit perfectly with plenty of time before the wedding.

We used BlackTux for a prom tuxedo rental. We were a bit nervous to go this route but they had fantastic options. We chose to have an in person sizing done, as we were mostly nervous about sizing, it was easy and painless. The sizes measured by seamstress matched exactly what the website came up with based off of height and weight so I don’t think there is a reason to be nervous. Also, you get the suit 14 days ahead of time so if there was an issue there is time to get it fixed. I actually decided to add a shirt last minute (week) and it arrived very quickly. The suit was beautiful, the fit was great, and my son got a ton of compliments. One of the best parts is how easy the return is, they have made it soo easy. I would definitely recommend and use again.

A Total LIFESAVER Without Compromising Quality!
I shot myself in the foot and procrastinated on ordering my suit for a wedding I was honored to be apart of. I ended up 8 days out from the wedding date when reality hit me like a bag of bricks that I haven't and I went in complete panic mode. I was prepared to call Black Tux (groom wanted a specific tux from them) and tell them I will pay whatever it took to get it to me in time for the wedding. Luckily I didn't have to, I checked the website before I called and they were able to put the tux on a rush order (cause I'm assuming there are multiple procrastinating me's out there) for way cheaper than I was already prepared to pay and it came in QUICK. I ordered the suit late Thursday night and received it by Sunday morning, and it was such a relief having it. Luckily I have other suits that I own so I knew my exact size already, so didn't have to worry about sending back for resizing needs.
The return process on the suite was so ridiculously easy. They already have a long piece of tape in the box, put the suite and shoes back in the box how it came (which is basically fold the suite in half and you're done), put the piece of tape on the box on the opening sealing it, the return label is under the shipping label so rip that sucker off and you're done. Dropped it off at FedEx and Black Tux emailed me same day acknowledging it was dropped off, giving me the peace of mind I am finished with what I needed to do on getting it back to them.
Overall the entire process was a lifesaver, unbelievably easy, and was a sharp suite. Even thought about purchasing and keeping the suite cause they offered a good rent to own program discounting the suite to keep. Just super happy the groom choose them cause I can't imagine an easier process!

Ordered tuxedos for 6 groomsmen, got mine for free. Everything fit pretty good. No odd sizes though, all standard, which is typical of rental places. But I felt comfortable dancing in the tux. If something doesn’t fit, just let them know on their website and they send you a new item, just return everything all at once after your event.

We loved using the Black Tux!! They have a good selection of styles to choose from and their online ordering system is easy to use. Our groomsmen lived in different states and even in different countries and their system made renting all of their attire effortless. They all arrived about 2 weeks early, which left plenty of time to order different sizes if needed (we ended up not needing to!) We were so lucky to have The Black Tux!
When I started searching for tux looks for my fiance, it became apparent that we wanted something classic, modern, and unique. We knew that wasn't something we were going to find in our local tux rental store. Also, we needed the ability to easily rent to a couple of wedding party members who were not local to us. The Black Tux had that and more!
My husband and I actually traveled to their New York Showroom to make sure we were in love with the fit first before we fell in love with a style we were attracted to online. This was a huge bonus. We loved working with their staff in their laid back, beautifully curated space. My husband tried on different options and his stylist made suggestions based off our wedding theme, venue, etc. We felt so comfortable with The Black Tux! They went above and beyond to get us the suits we needed and were flexible with our order around when COVID changed some plans. I specifically loved that I had the same main contact point throughout the process in the customer service department who was communicative, friendly, and truly cared about our wedding day. We loved the way all our men's attire looks turned out and highly recommend The Black Tux for any formal event! (We will most certainly be using them again!)

I rented from The Black Tux for both my rehearsal dinner and my wedding. I rented the Charcoal Suit and the Midnight Pin Dot Tuxedo. I'm not a big guy, but I lift and my legs are usually too big for pants that fit my waist. But with The Black Tux I had no issues. Before deciding on renting for my rehearsal dinner I tried on a number of suits in my city to no avail. Both the suit and tux fit perfectly. Not only that, but they also looked INCREDIBLE. I was hesitant to rent from an online service, but there was not a single quality issue I could identify in any of the pieces.
Also: when the suit first arrived, the pants were HUGE. I checked the tag, and yep, the size 28 I ordered. But these things must've been a 38 at least. I went through the process of letting them know there was a sizing issue and I quickly got the correct sized pants within 2 days or so. They are on top of it.
After my wedding weekend, I considered purchasing both the suit and the tux because I loved them that much. I cannot recommend The Black Tux enough.

Mother of the Coronovirus bride
I can’t not begin to tell you how much we appreciated The Black Tux. Due to the global pandemic, my daughters wedding had to be postponed. The Black Tux was wonderful! We had a great experience with customer service throughout the entire process! The tux did not fit as expected initially but we requested a replacement and they were very understanding and immediately shipped out replacement items that fit perfectly with plenty of time to spare! My husband and his groomsmen use black tux for our wedding day. We loved that everyone got their tuxes 2 weeks beforehand to make sure it was the perfect fit. All the tuxes looked great on everyone. Returning them is so much easier than with other rental companies. If my husband needs to rent a suit or tux again, we will for sure use black tux.

The Black Tux is Awesome!
Great for busy people, who don't have time to go back-and-forth for tux fittings! Fitting Suit and Final Suit were received really quickly, and the cut fit great based on measurements I provided. I would recommend trying on the final suit as soon as possible, just in case any alterations need to be made, you're not rushing to get alternates. Even if it is last minute, customer service was able to help me get the perfect fit within 24 hours! I would use The Black Tux again for any special occasion, and have already recommended them to a friend that is getting married this summer.

I love the way the system works for The Black Tux. If you order a size that is too big or too small, you can request a different size and they send it to you quickly and you keep both to make sure you have the choice of which fits/looks better.
I was able to do that with my shoes and jacket for a wedding. The return is also very easy, you just rip off a sticker and then bring it to the post office. A great modern day rental company.

Stress Free Tux Rental
We had a great experience using Black Tux for our wedding. We ordered 3 "Blue Suits" with matching vests and white shirts for my husband to be and our two groomsmen. Our groomsmen also rented the brown shoes. Everyone received their outfits in a timely manor and we were SO impressed with the quality. The suits looked BRAND new and flawless. The fit was perfect for my fiance and one groomsman. The other groomsman needed a size up in pants. After he contacted them, he had new and perfect fitting pants in less than 2 days. The packaging is also superb. They have even thought to include tape to send the box back! We were thoroughly impressed with the whole Black Tux experience!

Let's face it, we have all been to the formal wear tux shop in town. Its musty, strange, and everything is a cheap fabric. For that reason I selected a more custom look for my wedding. It was fine but naturally it took more work for me as the groom to make sure everyone was on the same page come Wedding day
I recently used theBlackTux as a groomsman. It was not my choice, I was in the wedding party so I do what I'm told and smile. Generally, this company nailed the customer profile. Young, tech-native, accustomed to bespoke selections, and above all convenient. We all looked great, fits were perfect, it was fast, easy and priced well. They mailed the suit to my door so I could try it on. The box already had the return label on underneath. The suit didn't fit quite right and they reached out and I just clicked a button on the webpage for the difference I wanted and they had it all taken care of. My husband got his groomsmen’s suits from the Black Tux for ourSeptember 2019 wedding. One of the main reasons he chose the Black Tux was because they had far more options for rental suits than Men’s Wearhouse or Jos. A Bank and they didn’t try to pressure him in to having all my groomsmen buy a suit rather than rent. But the simple and well-coordinated process and excellent customer service made him happy with the choice. The home try-on arrived promptly as did the suit rentals. The suits were comfortable and fit well and it was easy to return the suits after the wedding. He also had to contact customer service for a few questions/concerns. His questions were answered quickly and the company was very accommodating with my requests.

I cannot speak highly enough of Black Tux. First off they have an amazing selection to choose from. Great one of kind items along with beautiful classics that you just cann't find in stores. All Around Amazing! Only Way to Go for Future Events
I've been looking for another option for suit and tux rentals than the typical big name stores who have limited options, are overpriced, and always have an issue. I've been in 5 wedding parties where we've had to use those other suppliers and there was always something wrong before wedding day. TheBlackTux (TBT) seemed to have done their homework and fixed every little issue seen when renting from those other suppliers.
I love that the TBT is reasonably priced and gives you the option to rent or buy. That was a big discussion point for an upcoming friend's wedding. We didn't want to spend $275 on a rental from somewhere else. Meanwhile TBT has good prices for rentals or the option to buy. It's perfect.
My groomsmen for my wedding found the ordering, trying on, and replacements extremely easy. If any of us had any questions, the customer service reps were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Can't really ask for more than that from a company. The more TBT grows, I really hope their customer service doesn't change.
I can't say enough good things about our experience. This has to be the one and only option for anyone looking for matching tux options for upcoming events,

I sent in photos of the home try-on to the team for ensure we received the correct size for the event. Maria S. and Aris A. were very helpful. The suit even arrived earlier than expected for the event! Quality of the suit was fantastic and didn't break the bank. Return shipping was so easy because they provided shipping labels already. Offered to reimburse any alterations we needed after the suit arrived (although I lost my receipt so I didn't take advantage of this). Will definitely be using The Black Tux again for many other events.

The Black Tux Rox!
I rented from The Black Tux for my wedding in August 2019. From my dad, to my father-in-law, and all of my groomsmen, we could not be more pleased with the fit, the price, the process, and the stellar customer service. Not only did The Black Tux make us look great, you made it easy to do so! Thank you for such a great product, service, and customer experience. Wow! Outstanding Fit and Superb Service
I have never had a better fit in my 70 years. And such high quality that I was asked where I had my tux tailor made. As I am no longer a svelte athletic model, I was worried that I might have to order a couple of sizes too big just to fit into them - but a call with Kryll A in customer service reassured me - in the most pleasant and professional way -that my fit would be “classic” and just my size. And she was right. The tux arrived early, fit perfectly, and looked brand new, and of very high quality material.
Since this was a destination wedding in the middle of an extended trip, getting my tux early and the “drop in any FedEx” return process were critically important.
Black Tux is a great company!

Easy and efficient
Awesome service, measurement fitting, and execution. Operationally I love how you peel off the original shipping label to reveal the return label. I want my company to implement that. Currently we put return labels in the box and people always throw them out or lost them

Efficient, easy, every time.
Easy online fitting, im a standard large in everything that fits true to size; sizing was right on the money. Fast ship after order. Tried my tux on two days before the wedding..fit like a glove for every groomsman out there who procrastinates like me. 10/10 would recommend.

Groomsmen outfit for best friend wedding
Renting out with Black Tux was great. They let you do a home try on to make sure everything fits perfect before the event. I always have a problem with tuxedos so I tried it on to ensure I got the right size. They send it again at least two weeks prior to ensure everything again fits right. The process is a breeze and we looked super sharp!

Best experience and best fitting tux/suit rental ever! Suit was great quality. It was so easy from start to finish. Loved that you had a few days to return after the event. I never liked when rentals had to be returned the next day by 10 Am or some other ungodly hour after a night of celebrating. Suit arrived fast and had plenty of time to make sure it fits, and send back for any adjustments. The try at home was great!! Return was super easy! They had everything you needed, including tape to seal the box! Highly reccomend!

Great Experience....with WOW service.
Was surprised at how easy it was to use. From measurements to returning items.Very good customer service when an item needed to be replaced. Prompt delivery. Both on original order and replacement. Also package and labeling and included tape made returning a snap.
P.S. When I returned the Tuxedo and studs... I returned my own cuff links by mistake (ugh) called customer service the next day, they made a note on my file, received my cuff links a week later via FedEx. That is WOW! customer service, Definitely a 5 Star experience.

The Blk Tux was one of a kind!!
My husband looked very sharp with his tuxedo during the wedding of our daughter. The fitting was perfect, great and he looks very handsome, elegant and classy Father of the Bride! Very great experience!
The tux came in on time and it fit extremely well. I ended up not buying it because I literally never wear a tux unless I’m in a wedding and then would have to get a new one for that wedding. Multiple of my friends went on to buy there’s though because of the price and the quality of the tux! Would highly recommend.

So user friendly!
We used The Black Tux service for our groomsmen's suit rental, and the experience was superb. The process itself is easy, especially if you live in major cities where there's a local black tux store for fitting. All of our groomsmen received their suits about 2 weeks before our wedding. And the return was super easy as well - you put the suit back to the box and return label and sealing tape are both provided. I'm glad we chose The Black Tux which made wedding planning easier :)

We had no issues with using black tux. Free home try on was amazing, we ended up getting shoes that were too small but they were able to ship us out the correct size and in time for the wedding with zero stress. Highly Recommend. Website needs a little help but overtime that will get better. I think there are features that are missing when it comes to adding suits for your groomsmen.
But the customer service & suit was amazing! we would re-do this choice and choose black tux again
