The Bishops were the most fun part of our wedding. They played an incredible selection of songs that kept people on the dance floor ALL NIGHT. They are so fun, TALENTED, and have the best energy. Our wedding truly would not have been the party it was without The Bishops. Cannot say enough good things about this band!! BOOK THEM IMMEDIATELY. They are also wonderful, professional, and easy to work with. -

The Bishops performed at our wedding, the service and show was amazing and highly recommend to anyone for any occasion. From the Master of Ceremony service to setting up of the mic and speaker for the ceremony and to the celebration. They kept the party going all evening with a 3 hour long, no break set list that kept everyone out on the dance floor. Our guests to tell us how great The Bishops even 4 months following the wedding. -

Reception for the Ages!
The Bishops provided the heart of a rocking reception for the ages! A super hot day in Indy turned into a super hot night thanks to their awesome music and atmosphere! Everyone was dancing from the first song to the last, 3 hours later. From their on-line song list to their flexibility, The Bishops provided everything we asked for. They worked with a new-to-them venue, with us on timing constraints and honored all our requests. They provided their own sound system and lights and kept the party rocking! Any glitches were unknown to us, handled in their professional manner, just what you want on such a day! We can’t say enough, if you’re considering this band, you will be happy with the results! Thank you Brian and The Bishops! -

Best band ever!!
We already knew that The Bishops were the THE BEST BAND EVER, but they blew our minds and our guests have been raving about them for days!! Besides all of the incredible talent of each and every band member, they can sing ANY song across every genre and it is played and sung perfectly. We have never heard a band with such crossover capability! And on top of that, they are so friendly, easy to work with, they learned a couple of songs we wanted played including for our 1st dance, they know how to keep the party going, and they even surprised the bride by inviting the groom up on stage to sing!! We, and all of our guests, danced the entire night and were told many times over The Bishops are the best band they have ever heard. We are forever grateful for the memories. Thank you Bryan and The Bishops!! You literally rock!!

Before any other decision we made about our wedding, we knew we wanted a live band, and The Bishops were exactly what we hoped for. They kept the party going after dinner and got just about every guest out on the dance floor. Bryan was a delight to work with on both the business and creative sides. He happily took requests for the setlist no matter how vague or specific and there's nothing we would've wanted different.
On top of being a pleasure to work with, these are some talented musicians! The multiple vocalists made for a truly dynamic night of music, and we were so glad we added the trumpet and sax too.

The Bishops were hands down the first and best decision I made when planning our wedding. You won’t be disappointed! Bryan is super easy to work with and very transparent about what he can do. Everyone had a super great time and after the wedding was over …there was not a guest that didn’t comment on how great the band was the next day. Bryan will make a rock star out of everyone involved! Hiring the Bishops transformed a basic event into the event of the year and an event people will recall for decades to come! -

NYE Wedding Reception Extravaganza
Bryan Bishop and The Bishops could not have been more incredible! Start to finish and everything along the way, Bryan was there to help guide us and create the perfect evening. Even in the face of Covid and many changes that had to be made, including one of their singers needing replaced at the last minute, The Bishops totally delivered! These guys are truly awesome, you will not regret having them at your next event! -

We absolutely LOVED having The Bishops as our wedding band! We knew we wanted live music at our reception, and The Bishops delivered above and beyond what we could have hoped for. We had a somewhat specific vision of how we wanted our first dance to blend into the dance floor opening for everyone, and they executed it to perfection. It was the coolest moment to see our friends and family flood the dance floor as soon as the band kicked in and started playing. They didn't take a break the entire three hours they played, and kept the dance floor full all night. We received so many compliments from our guests about how good the band was! We loved that each member of the band was equally talented and took turns singing--it really allowed them to play a wide range of music. Can't recommend them enough!!! -

Bryan Bishop was amazing. My husband and I had no clue about weddings we started planning our wedding. Bryan was awesome and helped us get things organized before the wedding and made sure things flowed smoothly on our wedding day.The Bishops's reply:

Tom Sent on 08/09/2018I was new to Indy and had only seen The Bishops perform once before at a festival, but was convinced enough from that 20 minute show, that they were the right band for our wedding reception, and they delivered an excellent performance. Our wedding was June 30th in the Formal Gardens at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Since it was outside, we had a large tent set up for the reception. It did not rain, just the opposite. It was 97 degrees outside. But Bryan and his band performed flawlessly, and even accommodated some "over and above" special requests. They had a great song list to choose from, and Bryan is very easy to work with, the arrangement was perfect. Overall, they were the perfect band for our reception, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any type of event. And if you get the chance, request "Got You Where I Want You" by The Flys, They rocked it! -Tom -

Marybeth Sent on 06/28/2016This is a party band who consider it Job 1 to keep your guests up and dancing. Their repertoire is broader than their website set list says and a bit different for weddings. Be sure to review to ask to see their wedding set list before deciding. Bryan is really flexible and the band even learned 2 new songs for us! They do a great job of having something that all generations will want to get up and dance to -- and that was very important to us. We wanted everybody up and going. Our reception was at the Omni, and I heard that during "Cupid Shuffle" the whole Omni lobby and a cheerleader convention were line dancing right along. Fantastic! -
