The Bedford Village Inn was the perfect wedding venue! Olivia was our wedding coordinator and she made the entire planning process so smooth; she was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and responsive. She worked with us to make sure the day was exactly what we imagined, including adding a signature mocktail. She even took care of last minute issues on the day such as getting snow off the roof in the location where we planned to do our first look!

We also worked with Allyson in group bookings for our block at The Grand and the rooms at the Inn. She was incredibly easy to work with and patient, working with us to assign specific people to specific rooms and making sure our welcome bags were distributed properly.

The rest of the staff at the Bedford Village Inn was incredible, accommodating all of our requests and maintaining the beautiful grounds, with many unique places for pictures and beautiful and thoughtful decor. We had snow the night before and the day of our wedding and all of the walkways were cleared and salted long before the ceremony started. The bartenders, wait staff, bridal attendants, and hotel staff were beyond professional and attentive. BVI is a well oiled machine that knows how to make a wedding run smoothly but still has the ability to customize your wedding day to be uniquely yours – we would recommend the Bedford Village Inn to anyone looking to get married in New England.

We could not have been happier with every part of our experience with BVI! Madison was our Wedding Coordinator and was an absolute gem to work with. She is so organized, responsive, and personable—always answering our questions promptly and making sure we had everything we needed. She knows the wedding planning process inside and out and especially the venue itself, often providing amazing recommendations to ensure our ceremony and reception were perfect.

The entire staff was so professional, constantly checking in throughout the day to make sure everything was to our liking and to see if we needed anything at all. Throughout the night, there wasn’t a single moment when our glasses were empty—they made sure we could relax and enjoy every second.

The venue itself is beyond stunning, requiring very little decoration because the space speaks for itself. The ceremony courtyard comfortably fit our 120 guests, creating an intimate experience surrounded by gorgeous flowers and greenery. The balcony overlooking the ceremony space allowed our DJ to seamlessly coordinate everything without distraction.

The reception space was lovely, with high ceilings and exposed wood creating a rustic yet modern feel. It felt intimate without ever feeling crowded, with plenty of room for a dance floor that stayed packed all night long. The cocktail hour and food were unforgettable—every guest raved about how delicious everything was! There were so many options to choose from, and the staff made sure each station stayed fully stocked while hors d'oeuvres were continuously passed.

The rehearsal dinner and morning-after brunch were also phenomenal, with the staff taking care of every single detail. One of the best parts about BVI is that EVERYTHING can be done on-site, and they are so accommodating. No shuttles, no wasted time—you can move seamlessly from one part of the celebration to the next. For guests traveling from out of town, it was especially convenient knowing they could simply walk downstairs or across the lot to attend.

From the very first visit to the final moment of our wedding day, BVI and Madison made sure every single detail was accounted for and gave us the wedding of our dreams. Thank you for making our day absolutely perfect. Choose the Bedford Village Inn—you will not regret it!!

From the very beginning, working with BVI was an absolute dream—and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible coordinator, Madison. Her attention to detail, calm professionalism, and genuine warmth made the entire planning process feel effortless. She was always patient, organized, and responsive, and I can honestly say that our wedding day was as perfect as it was because of her and the amazing team at BVI.

Every detail—from the ceremony setup to the reception flow—was handled with such care and precision. My husband and I, along with our guests, cannot say enough great things about the BVI! This place holds a special place in our hearts as we’ve been frequent guests of the Christmas Eve dinner, so when it came to choosing a venue for our wedding, the BVI was already high on our list. That feeling was elevated from the get-go when we met with Madison for the first time for a tour. We both left after this meeting knowing that this was our top choice and after the whole process, we would get married here again and again! Madison was on top of things every time we talked to her, answering all of our questions, no matter how silly or small. One perk we took advantage of was the Styled by BVI option, which was wonderful! Melissa was so easy to work with, and the decor was truly a dream! The day of the wedding was perfection! Madison was amazing, making sure everything went exactly as we wished. It could not have been smoother! And everyone on the staff was incredible! Allyson was amazing handling all our hotel questions and concerns quickly and with care, and the rooms are incredible! Nikol was stellar! She made sure my husband and I had everything we needed-food, a drink, a dress fix…you name it, she was there! And Gillian was wonderful for making sure that everything was squared away, and we didn’t have to think about a thing with the end of the night process! I apologize for the lengthy review, but I could not say enough good things about this place! We knew we would have a great experience here and that we were in good hands from the beginning, but truly, they exceeded our expectations in every way!! We got married in the Charolais Room at The Grand. This place is magical. We could not be happier with it as our wedding venue. It was beautiful. The hotel is gorgeous, our suite was incredible and the perfect place to get ready. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The staff are INCREDIBLE. Our coordinator, Olivia, is the best. She is kind, responsive, and helpful. She heard all of our asks and made them come to life. She has an amazing eye for decor and added lovely touches. She’s incredibly organized and we did not have to worry about a single thing with her as our coordinator. Gillian, our bridal attendant, was awesome. She always made sure we had everything we needed. She took care of us and we were never thirsty or hungry all night. Nicole was our day of coordinator, and met all of our needs. She was super helpful with managing in-the-moment tasks and taking care of us. It was truly the best day of our life and the venue/staff helped make the day even more special. Highly recommend this venue!

BVI was the best decision we had made for our wedding. They were fantastic. Every detail was thought of on BVI's side. They were fantastic to our family. Our family and friends said it was some of the best food they had and the best hotel stay for a wedding they have had. The food was delicious including the appetizers. The coordinator, Madison, is the BEST to work with. She really guides you and helps you. I couldn't have done it without her. The two day of coordinators, Paige & Nicole, were also amazing. Bedford Village Inn (BVI) exceeded all expectations for every element of our wedding, and this is not hyperbole. We thought the pricing would be out of reach for us and almost didn’t even get a quote, boy are we glad we did because for our small wedding, they actually had the BEST price of the dozens of venues we had reached out to in New England.

We wanted a venue that could host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, as well as provide overnight accommodations for our mostly out of town guests. Additional criteria were that the food had to be top notch, and we were looking for an easy, but elevated aesthetic. BVI met all of these requirements and then some.

Since our total guest count was less than 40, we were in the Charlois Room at the Grand and it was the PERFECT size for our small wedding. It never felt awkwardly too big, nor cramped, and we got to have the traditional wedding experience we were looking for with a full reception and cocktail hour.

As if all of the above weren’t enough, what really makes the BVI experience outstanding is the incredibly amazing, kind, attentive, and welcoming staff. When we met with our coordinator we knew we were in good hands, and that was just the tip of the iceberg. The entire planning experience was so special and easy with everyone we worked with. A special shout out to Madison M. for being so supportive, responsive, and sweet! Madison was an absolute pleasure to work with! Many of our guests commented on how impressed they were with both the service and the food. One waitress was dancing with the kids in attendance at the wedding, keeping them entertained and giving their parents a break.

BVI will now always hold a special place in our hearts, they made our wedding dreams come true! It was a perfect day at the perfect venue and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Had our wedding here on a Monday. The venue was amazing and staff great. Everyone was very friendly and assisted when needed. They made sure everything was setup for the ceremony and dinner. At the after dinner the wait staff was great. Both Ashley and Jacob were extremely outgoing and helpful. Jacob especially was friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. He acted more as a friend than just a server. Overall experience was great and will definitely recommend and return for dinners.

I don't think I could accurately put how much I loved working with BVI into words. The entire team was just incredible, always on top of everything, and made sure the day was absolutely perfect. Madison was our coordinator and she is easily one of the best in the business. She was so responsive whenever I had a question during the planning stages and wasn't afraid to be honest, which I highly appreciated. I also worked with Allyson on the lodging side for booking the rooms and anything hotel related. Again, incredibly responsive and helpful during the planning stages. Her and her team were there whenever someone needed help for their reservation and it made the entire process so easy. Every single team member at BVi made the wedding the best wedding it could possible be. The food is absolutely delicious. The venue is beautiful. You can rent decor. And the day of the wedding there were so many little touches that BVI did to make it feel as special and personalized as possible. Molly Brennan—what an incredible wedding coordinator and all-around amazing person. We exchanged tons of emails back and forth in the year and a half that we planned our wedding at Bedford Village Inn. Every detail no matter how minuscule, every question that I could think of that would keep me up at night, she had a quick and thorough answer to. She was there when we first toured the venue, she was there throughout all of the planning, and she was there the whole weekend to help set up our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and post-wedding breakfast. She made our wedding absolutely perfect!

Bedford Village Inn checked all of the boxes for us. An all-inclusive venue was a requirement for us, and Bedford Village Inn has it all: beautiful and comfortable hotel rooms for guests to stay on site, delicious food (one of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had), and they were able to accommodate ALL of our wedding events on site. On the day of, our Event Manager and Bridal Attendants handled the flow of events, communicated with all of our vendors, and made sure that me and the groom, our parents, and our wedding party were well fed and provided for with refreshments.

Bedford Village Inn also offers decorations that you can rent, like drapes, candles, and table numbers. We didn’t need to bring anything to the venue besides our wedding outfits and guestbook. This venue truly took the stress out of wedding planning. We were so taken care of and Molly made us feel like our wedding was the most important event in the world. When I was flustered before the ceremony, I handed her the rest of our tip envelopes and she made sure to distribute them to our vendors. Right before the ceremony on a scorching summer day, Molly used her own shirt to dab my sweaty face before I walked down the aisle. I cannot say enough positive things about Molly and Bedford Village Inn; we look forward to returning for our anniversaries!

The Bedford Village Inn was even better than I could have imagined in so many ways. I can't say enough how gorgeous this venue was for our January wedding, or how much we loved our planner, Molly. Months later and people are still talking about what a beautiful venue it was and how delicious all the food was. Molly was super responsive and made us feel so taken care of. She had brilliant suggestions from the bakery we ended up using for our cake (honestly, the best cake I have ever had) and the string trio we hired for our on-site ceremony, to the more intricate details like our day of timeline and arranging our first look. Molly even helped fluff my train before I walked down the aisle, along with the other wonderful attendants they made available to me that day. Everything went so smoothly and I didn’t need to worry about a thing. We also had our rehearsal dinner on-site at Cork's Wine Bar and the wedding party was all able to stay on-site, taking away any potential travel stress for the actual wedding. Our pictures in the Milk Room honestly look like a beautiful watercolor painting, as if it all were a dream. I can’t recommend Bedford Village Inn, and Molly, enough.

We had the most amazing wedding experience because of Olivia S. and the Bedford Village Inn team. We chose BVI as the venue for our March wedding and it couldn't have been more magical. Olivia thought of every detail and was an absolute angel to work with. Gillian and the team members who were present during the reception anticipated our every need and were so thoughtful. The entire weekend was incredible and we wouldn't change a thing. I highlight recommend choosing BVI as your wedding venue!

We decided to have our reception at the Bedford Village Inn after touring the beautiful space and meeting the wedding planner, Madison about a year in advance. The wedding was magical and I know how big of a role Madison played with coordinating our vendors (day of) and throughout the process. Not only did we have a great experience with the wedding planning team, but every single member of the staff went above and beyond. We still have family and friends saying how polite and helpful the waitstaff, group bookings, and extended BVI team were. Our day-of attendant, Tyesha, was also a rockstar at her job. The Bedford Village Inn has a team of true professionals that are really good at what they do. Beautiful space, great team, and tasty food had our guests and us very happy with our decision to choose the BVI for our November 2022 wedding.

Having our wedding at BVI was everything my husband and I dreamed of and more! Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Olivia made the entire process so enjoyable. She was always so prompt and responsive to any questions we had, and her attention to detail and kind, calming demeanor made her an absolute pleasure to work with. Brittany and all of the day-of wedding attendants were also so fantastic. The amount of people who have told us "this is the nicest wedding we have ever been to" speaks volumes for the level of professionalism and amazing service BVI offers. We used the Bedford Village Inn for a special surprise birthday party for my wife. Working with Madison couldn't have been better. She was so helpful in planning the menu, organizing the staff, and was in constant communication. The food was delicious, the staff extremely proficient, and the price was remarkably affordable. We hosted my Bridal Shower here in the “Overlook Room” in August 2021. We were so incredibly happy with the entire experience from start to finish. The event coordinator, Olivia, was extremely valuable and made the planning process very easy! BVI staff member Jennifer was also extremely helpful on the day of, making sure everything ran smoothly. We hosted a brunch for our guests, and the breakfast buffet was incredible! We even added an omelet station on, and our guests loved it! The wait and bar staff were very attentive, and the cupcakes that we had for dessert were out of this world! It was the perfect space for our number of guests, and the general atmosphere is so perfect the space hardly needed any extra decorations! We would highly recommend BVI for any event! We considered BVI for our wedding venue but they were already booked!

With Coronavirus forcing us to change our wedding date, we also had to change venues and I am so glad we did! The Bedford Village Inn was perfect in every way. From the initial planning meeting through the night of the wedding, they made everything so easy! Brianna, our coordinator, was extremely helpful and everything came together just as we had envisioned. The whole staff the night of the wedding was amazing and I received so many compliments on both the venue and the people who worked so hard throughout the night to make it perfect for us and our guests. Getting married during a pandemic came with a whole set of challenges, and the BVI was there every step of the way to help create my dream wedding in the safest way possible. The staff at the BVI were THE BEST

We found this venue when we had to change ours due to covid. It was the best covid related issue we could have had because everything was AMAZING! From the day we met Olivia (the wedding planner) to the minute we left after our big weekend, everything was beautiful, perfect and delicious. I can't say enough about the BVI! Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

BVI was the perfect wedding venue and their team created such a special event for us in just under 6 weeks! Getting married in 2020 was full of twists and turns, and when faced with stricter guidelines in MA my husband and I decided to relocate to NH. We discovered BVI and signed our contract the night of our first meeting with Brianna George. Throughout the entire process Brianna was extremely helpful, organized and communicative in our planning. She was extremely patient through all of our questions and details (we had to fit a lot in 6 weeks!). The property itself is perfect and lends itself to a "weekend wedding" - all of our guests stayed on property, we held our Rehearsal Dinner at the Grand, used the Spa and had a post-wedding breakfast at the Tavern. Our guests loved being on property and made everything super convenient. The reception was perfection, everything stuck to schedule and the food and drink were spectacular! I couldn't recommend BVI enough and we're SO glad to get married at BVI!

The BVI team was absolutely amazing to work with. Any questions I had did not go unanswered. I had to reschedule my wedding due to Covid and they were so flexible with me and so accommodating. I can’t say enough about the Bedford Village Inn. We worked with Melissa who made the entire process so easy. She helped with the planning and helped work out the little details that you wouldn’t normally think of. We had a rainy day and the team was very accommodating to give me as much time as possible to make a decision for inside or outside. The food was delicious and got a bunch of compliments. Not to mention the environment is just gorgeous and speaks for itself. Overall it was a great experience working with BVI and it’s staff.

I have so many wonderful things to say about BVI...where do I even begin?

Our 150-person wedding was schedule for July 12, 2020. Due to COVID-19, my husband and I made the decision to downsize our wedding to immediate family (12 people total, ourselves included). BVI was nothing but accommodating. They helped us plan an intimate ceremony in the courtyard gardens, and a phenomenal “micro-reception“ in the Overlook Room.” Despite it’s small guest count, they truly made our wedding feel like the most important event in the world. We feel so incredibly fortunate to have found a flexible venue, with such an amazing staff. We are hosting our ‘big party’ next year, and are so excited to have another year of planning with BVI. Can not recommend them enough!

Like many other newly engaged couples we figured we would be hitting the circuit: touring a handful of venues, listening to multiple pitches, and enjoying all of the spoils that come along the way. That was the plan anyhow, but like Iron Mike Tyson once said, “everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.” We visited the Bedford Village Inn (BVI) and it punched us in the mouth! The BVI was the first venue we visited and as it turned out it was also the last. The plan went out the window, but so too did any hesitation or reservations that we could have had. From the stone steps up through the inviting entryway, to the wooden columns and beams accented by rustic chandeliers, your eyes will bounce around until they land on the grand arrangement of windows that tie it all together. The charm of this place grabbed a hold of us and would not let go. As we walked around we could not help but envision that special day and what it would look like. The BVI had everything we could possibly need and the best part was that it was all in one place. There was no need to arrange for additional transportation or lodging because nobody had to go anywhere! The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, after party, and even the farewell brunch; all held on site. At the end of the day the venue really speaks for itself, but the thing that truly sets the BVI apart is the team that makes it all happen. From the jump we were made to feel like we mattered and each and every step of the way we were reminded of that through the actions and communication of the wonderful people that work here. Everyone that we encountered had a pleasant attitude and their efforts to ensure that our wedding day went off without a hitch will always be remembered. We’d like to single out a few people who we worked with the most as they left lasting impressions.

It was an honor and a privilege to work with Nicolette and we are extremely appreciative of her guidance along the way. Now that we have officially made it through to the other side, we can both agree that planning a wedding is like putting together a thousand-piece jigsaw puzzle. However, the biggest and most challenging difference being that no one hands you a box containing the exact number of perfectly-fitting pieces that you’ll need to assemble to create the finished product. Freedom of choice is great and all, but can also be extremely overwhelming given the myriad of options that exist out there. For us, it was like Nicolette was sitting at the table right there with us as we tried to find the right puzzle pieces. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table and encouraged us to lean on her if/when we needed direction or assistance with anything. We cannot imagine having planned this wedding without Nicolette by our side and we hope she knows that the puzzle wouldn’t have come out the way it did (perfect!) without her. Thank you Nicolette!

Finding the right puzzle pieces is half the battle but placing them all in the right spots is the other. A special thank you is owed to Shannon for the flawless execution of everything on our big day. We cannot explain just how reassuring and calming it was to have Shannon coordinating everything the day of. When that day finally comes and the many months of planning are about to be put to the test you just want everything to unfold the way you envisioned it to. Shannon’s attention to detail was remarkable and the confidence that she conveyed was especially comforting. We’re thankful for all of her efforts because she removed the need to worry about anything and that allowed us to just enjoy the day and night. We’d also be remised if we did not extend a special thank you to Taylor for all of her hard work that night. Leading up to the wedding we were told repeatedly to soak it all in because it goes by in the blink of an eye. Whether we needed that glass of champagne on our way to take pictures or to hurry to our table to eat our meals, Taylor took care of us. We cannot say thank you enough to all of you who played a part in making our special day a reality. Thank you!

Our wedding was nothing short of amazing from the second we walked thru the doors and the BVI Grand everyone was so attentive. The staff, food and rooms were all excellent! We have no complaints and would recommend BVI Grand to anyone looking for the perfect intimate wedding venue.

We booked the bedford village inn 2.5 years in advance, and they always treated us like we were going to be having the wedding in a week, when ever we had a question they were quick to respond with suggestions and answers. We worked with Melissa up to the day of the wedding and she was truly a pleasure to work with. Everything went perfect the day of the wedding, the staff was truly outstanding, so attentive to our every need ( even going above to the point to change my sisters champagne to ginger ale to not reveal her pregnancy to everyone) they always made sure everyone was happy. Everything about their venue and staff was very elegant and classy.

I just got married at the Bedford Village Inn and it was everything I could have dreamed of and more. Brianna, Shannon, and the whole team at the BVI were great to work with and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The location itself can't be beat for beauty and coziness—when we walked in the first time, while still scouting locations, my now-husband and I knew immediately it was the perfect place for our wedding. With all that said, it's certainly not an inexpensive location, so we were fortunate to be able to make it work. I'm so glad we chose the BVI, and it truly felt like the perfect wedding. :)

Brianna G. was wonderful and couldn't have made the wedding planning more easy. She gave great advice and always responded quickly to any questions or changes we had. Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect and all we imagined!

If you're looking for a romantic garden venue that makes your wedding everything you dreamed, but also way easier than you could hope for, this venue is it. Working with Brianna was amazing. She was organized and coordinated, and the venue did all of the set up and break down for you--a life saver! We had a bunch of family from out of town, so the hotel on-site was key, as was the salon. Brianna had everything down every step of the way, and was always willing to work with us on whatever we wanted, which was great peace of mind. The day-of coordinator and bridal assistant made the wedding ceremony and reception seamless and amazing. The Bedford Village Inn clearly does weddings often, and they will make your dream day come true. They did for me!

The Bedford Village Inn was the most perfect wedding venue ever! We love that it is a full service location, meaning that the rehearsal dinner, rehearsal, wedding ceremony, reception, overnight accommodations, and day after brunch can all be held on site. That was super convenient for us and our guests. The location itself is stunning both inside and out! And the staff goes above and beyond to make the bride and groom feel like the most special people on earth. Nicolette and Shannon, our coordinators, were fantastic and super helpful throughout the entire process. We will continue to go back to the BVI for dinner and celebrations for many years to come, it's our favorite spot!

My dream wedding come true! The staff were unbelievable. Our wedding coordinator Brianna was out of this world. They made the ceremony and reception look beautiful and are so accommodating. They made the experience stress free and it was like a fairy tale. You won’t regret getting married here! & the food was to die for!!!!

My husband and I got married here on 5/26/19. Our wedding was absolutely everything that we could ever asked for AND MORE! We first went there in May of 2018 and fell in love with the venue immediately. We are from the South Coast of MA and traveled all over New England for months looking for the perfect venue to get married at. As soon as we walked in we both just knew that the Bedford Village Inn was the one. It had everything. We worked with Brianna George for about a year planning this wedding together and she was nothing short of a dream to work with. Since we live about 2 hours from the venue I emailed her all the time. She always answered my emails and was so professional. Honestly one of the most pleasant people that iv'e ever worked with. I also dealt with Diane from the hotel accommodations and she was also very pleasant to work with.
You just can't beat this venue! We were looking for a rustic venue with that "New Hampshire feel" that also had modern and sophisticated class. It has rooms for all your Bridal Party or close family right in the venue. It also has a gorgeous hotel on property with a heated saltwater pool. This venue checked off all of the boxes and more.
We had the most beautiful weekend of the season that there was so far. The Bridal Suite was ready for us prior to 9 AM as promised and the staff served us our breakfast and lunch and got us whatever we needed. When our suites down the hall were open the staff came and took all of our belongings and brought everything over to our rooms. So amazing, I literally didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was thought of and done for me with such care.
We were able to have our ceremony in the Courtyard Gardens (as planned) under the magical garden string lights. The reception area and the area for the cocktail hour were decorated so beautifully. I live off Pinterest and had so many ideas that I pestered Brianna about constantly. She made every single idea come to life. It was AMAZING! The food was also incredible - very important.
I just can't say enough positive things about this place and everyone that I worked with. I can not wait to go back and visit, I wish I could experience it one more time. Worth every single penny. 5 stars all the way!!

Brianna made time for me the day after I first contacted her. She sat down with my mom and I and answered every question we could think of. We walked around the venue with her for an hour. She didn't seem rushed at all. She was super pleasant and very helpful. She made it impossible to say no to Bedford, as well as how gorgeous the venue is.

The Bedford Village Inn was a great place to have our wedding. The staff was excellent through and through. Before the wedding, they provided great direction with vendors, as well as helping when one of vendors did not reply to us. They gave us plenty of ideas fo decorating when we weren't sure to do. They gave us a detailed list of questions of things we might to do the day of the wedding. Leading up to the ceremony they made sure they helped with anything as possible. During the reception they were super attentive to immediate family members. The day of they set up all of our decorations with very little instruction required. During the wedding they someone follow us around, making sure we had something to drink and something to eat while we took pictures during the cocktail hour. When we came back to our room after the wedding, the provided us with a celebratory drink and dessert. Overall, they thought of all of the little things throughout the process. All of our family and friends were quite impressed with the wedding, many of whom said it was the nicest wedding they've ever attended.

The staff is amazing! Anything you want, they do. Everything you didn't think of, they have. We worked with Nicolette from the start then Shannon, Ashley, and Kayleigh, on the day of and they were so professional and kind. I got to view the reception space a few hours prior to the event to make sure everything was the way I wanted it to be. They are a well-oiled machine at the BVI! They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable on my day. We took photos outside (it was freezing) and Kayleigh was a trooper standing by us with our drinks and plates of appetizers. She then made herself available to us throughout the night getting drinks, water, whatever we needed. She was always there but never intrusive. Its was fabulous. At the end of the night I had no idea where my veil was, and Shannon was right there letting me know they already took it back to the room! They displayed it on the bed and left us a bottle of prosecco with a custom label featuring our names and wedding date, a few of our desserts, and a chocolate bag, plus a hand written congratulatory note. They were beyond perfect!

We had the pleasure of working with Nicolette for our wedding. She was professional, kind & a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to all of our questions & was very flexible. We hosted our ceremony & reception at the Grand, what a beautiful backdrop to our special day. The staff was very accommodating the day of the event as well. It had rained all day long up until about 1 hour prior to the ceremony start time. The staff made sure we had our ceremony & cocktail hour outdoors as we had wished for even though it was a bit chilly for mid-October! Everything was setup just how we had asked (this was hard for me as we can be control freaks!) & everything looked beautiful. Our day of manager & bridal attendant were checking on us the entire evening seeing if we needed anything at all, they didn't miss a beat.
The room accommodations were absolutely perfect as well, we had the Grand Suite for two nights. All of our guests were staying from out of town & raved about this place & how beautiful it is. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend a night or host a special event.

Two of the most important criteria we had for our wedding venue were that it had to be beautiful and it had to have great food but BVI exceeded every expectation and made our wedding day more perfect than we ever could have imagined.
We had the pleasure of working with Nicolette. She was extremely professional, always responded in a very timely manner, and was just so kind. She was an overall pleasure to work with and made the wedding planning process a lot less stressful because she was so knowledgeable and organized.
The staff at BVI really went above and beyond to make our day perfect and so memorable. The reception was beautifully set up and our bridal attendant Kelly was so attentive to our every need.
All of our guests are still telling us that they had a blast, the venue was amazing, and that the food was delicious. The accommodations in the Inn and at the Grand were so beautiful and had a ton of small little details that are still talked about by our guests. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! We had our wedding on September 28, 2018 at the Bedford Village Inn and it truly was the most amazing night of our lives, largely due to the effort by the BVI and their wonderful staff. From the very first tour, I was extremely impressed by the level of service, attention to detail and work the BVI was willing to put in to make your wedding exactly what we had in mind. Nicolette was our wedding coordinator throughout the planning process and she is absolutely incredible. We happened to be getting married the same weekend as her so we had some help from other staff members during the event (all of this we knew far in advance) and no one missed a beat. They set up absolutely everything, were attentive to us throughout the weekend, and made the event a night we will never, ever forget. They completely managed the event for us from a coordination standpoint, but even the little things stood out to us like giving us champagne as soon as we walked down the aisle after our ceremony, following us around with appetizers during the cocktail hour, gathering my bouquet and our cake topper and placing them in our room so we wouldn't forget them. On top of everything, we received and are still receiving compliments about how gorgeous the venue was and how wonderful the food was. I can't say enough about this wonderful venue and their staff. You will not regret booking with them, and the icing on the cake is that you can always go back to stay and celebrate your anniversary! Thank you for everything Nicolette and BVI Staff!!

The Bedford Village Inn and team are absolutely amazing! Worth every penny! All staff were nice, professional, and so helpful during and leading up to my wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Nicolette and she was so sweet, helpful, and knowledgable. The day of my wedding it ended up raining which was pretty upsetting to me. However, the staff at BVI are such pros that transitioning to indoors was seamless, quick, and still beautiful. We also had the pleasure of working with Shannon and Ashley the day of the wedding who helped the day go smoothly as well. They also added some details that made for sweet and lasting memories :)

We wish we could give The Bedford Village Inn (BVI) more stars! My husband and I got married on July 1st 2018 and the staff at the BVI made us feel so well taken care of on our wedding day! We knew we were in the best of hands which allowed us to relax and enjoy the day with our family and friends. We could not have planned our wedding without Melissa Samaras!!! She was a complete godsend: patient (no question was ever too small), accessible (always made herself available and was quick to respond), flexible (went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met), knowledgeable (provided great guidance as we planned our multicultural wedding), professional (great at her job and a complete pleasure to work with)! Planning a wedding can be hard work and Melissa was incredibly helpful over the almost 10 months of planning. The venue itself is beautiful and the grounds and rooms are well taken care of. We had our wedding at the BVI on June 3, 2018. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Brianna George and Nicolette Spehar were both absolutely amazing to work with. They were wonderful from the start beginning with our tour of the venue, to our food tasting, to our final detail meetings and to our wedding! They were so professional, helpful, organized and genuinely happy to help plan our wedding day. Brianna was so thoughtful and attentive throughout the entire process. Nicolette even came to see me walk down the aisle on her day off. She was so calming right before I walked down the aisle! The venue is beautiful. The wait staff and bridal attendant Sarah were fabulous and so attentive. Give all these ladies a raise, they deserve it! Thank you to the BVI, Brianna, Nicolette and Sarah! Also Diane in group bookings was wonderful to work with. She deserves a raise too! We can’t wait to return to spend the night for our wedding anniversary, hopefully even sooner!

We had our perfect winter wedding at the Bedford Village Inn and we loved every second of our entire weekend! From the first time we visited the venue, my husband and I fell in love with the space and the possibility of having all of our friends and family able to stay onsite with us to truly enjoy time together. We also loved the idea of being able to visit our wedding venue time and time again after our event was over. The food is incredible, the amenities are new and fresh and the location is easy to get to. The Great Hall was naturally cozy with almost no need to further decorate and the staff was so flexible, responsive and helpful right from the start. Nicolette was amazing with keeping track of all our details and requests and executed everything perfectly on the day of our wedding. I had been so worried leading up to the big day about who I could get to set up the extra decor that I wanted around the room but Nicolette assured me at our detail appointment that they would take care of everything and they did just that! The room looked exactly as I pictured it and even better! My guests raved about the food, the space, the fireplace outside, the ease of access to hotel rooms and shuttles, and the perfect winter snow fall to cap off the night! Our day of attendant, Kelly and day of coordinator, Shannon, didn't miss a beat and despite meeting them for the first time the day before the wedding, they were clearly up to speed with the details of our event and made the entire day run so smoothly! Thank you to Nicolette, Shannon, Kelly and the entire BVI team! We couldn't be more pleased with how our wedding came together. We can't wait to visit soon and relive the best weekend ever!

I can't say enough about Melissa and the whole team at BVI. The venue is truly gorgeous with such attention to detail, but the professionalism and service is what sets this venue apart from others in the area. They were always quick to respond to my emails, and then went above and beyond on the wedding day to make sure my husband and I and our friends and families had an unforgettable experience. The BVI was all that and more.
From day one meeting with our coordinator Meghan and then Melissa, the communication was constant and always in a timely manner which is of the utmost importance when planning a big event. Shout out to the oh so talented attendant Kelly! The girl who always saves the day without blinking an eye. She carried water for me as I was getting ready to walk thru the ceremony....nerves gives you very dry mouth! She's AWESOME.
Nothing was overlooked. Every little detail was professionally handled by the BVI staff from check in at the Inn the night before, to checking out day after wedding with all of our personal items so nicely packed up for us :-)
Food was Perfect. People still rave about it. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was Amazingly attentive and always on their game.

Our experience at the Bedford Village Inn was absolutely wonderful. Megan was so responsive, professional, helpful, and kind. They do so many weddings and she made the experience feel very personal. The food was incredible, we hosted our rehearsal dinner in the Overlook Room as well. We met our guests afterwards in the lounge of the Grand, and after the wedding we ordered pizzas to the Milk Room and had an informal after party. It was really nice having so many spaces on the property to use for different small events. Our guests loved being able to stay on the property, and the service both for us and for our guests was perfect. They are upfront with their pricing and there are no hidden "extras" as many venues tend to have - my favorite response was "that's included!" to so many of my questions. Their off-season "signature" menu discount helped curb some costs and we did not feel like we missed out on anything. The space is gorgeous and does not need many additional decorations. It snowed two feet on our wedding day on April 1 and the venue did everything they could to accommodate and calm our nerves, including setting up the winter fire pit. They do set up and break down of decor and deliver welcome bags to rooms, there is not much that you need to do after dropping off decorations a few days before. I highly recommend the Bedford Village Inn, we can't wait to go back to the restaurant for anniversary celebrations!

Bedford Village Inn was an incredible venue for our wedding. We first fell in love with the bestro-lit garden and the white birch interior. It helped us set the perfect vibe for our event, an elegant and chic wedding. We also fell in love with the food. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was, especially the mini lobster tacos!
As the bride I was happy to have such a responsive and knowledgable venue. They were able to accommodate everything I asked for including the guests rooms. BVI having gorgeous adjacent hotel rooms was perfect for our parents, wedding party, family and friends.
The wedding went off without a glitch which was in large part to our amazing attendant Kelly. She was there with water, drinks, food, anything we wanted. And not only for us but for our entire 14 person wedding party. She was absolutely incredible and we can't thank her enough for all of her help.

Bedford Village Inn...this place was FABULOUS! I was privileged to work with Nicolette for my rehearsal dinner and the food was OUTSTANDING. We had their pass h’orderves and seated dinner meal. They were even accommodating enough to let us arrive an hour late since our wedding rehearsal ran later than expected.

The food was beyond delicious, the overlook room was incredible and the staff was exceptional. The team we worked with carried their weight and went above and beyond for their duties. They were such a stunning team to work with and I was so happy with the rehearsal dinner. It was a great springboard for our wedding weekend!

We loved Bedford Village Inn but knew we wanted to have a more intimate wedding - luckily they have The Overlook Room! This was an excellent option for the whole BVI experience without having to shell out $20,000 for a wedding there!

We described the venue to our friends and families as a "fancy dinner party"- we were able to still have a first dance, father/daughter, mother/son dance, plus cocktail hour and an amazing plated dinner! The staff there still made us feel like the most important people of the day and accommodated every request/timeline that we had. I would highly recommend BVI!

The Bedford Village Inn was everything and more! From the planning stages to after the event, every interaction with the staff exceeded expectations! We got married May 13th in the garden and had the most incredible reception in the Great Hall. I would recommend this place to anyone! I might be biased, but hands down the wedding to beat! They made planning easy and answered every question I had quickly. With the addition of the Grand rooms right there on site, my guests couldn't have had a more relaxing and enjoyable evening with the convenience and ease of it all! Get married here - you won't regret it!

I don't even know where to begin. From the moment we pulled into the BVI parking lot I knew this was where we would get married and I hadn't even been inside yet and didn't even know how much it would cost! By far the best decision we made. Megan was so accommodating and responded quickly with any questions or concerns I had for the year leading up to the big day. Mackenzie was extremely attentive on my rehearsal and wedding nights. Samantha was my personal assistant all night long, she didn't miss a beat from making sure I always had a drink in my hand, insisted on helping me with my bustle, helped a few of my bridesmaids and my mother with fixing their hair or whatever it was they needed. The BVI exceeded my expectations by far. Their timing is on point, my guests couldn't believe how quick and seamless the meals came out and how beautiful the space was. We got married on New Year's Eve so the lights and holiday decor were still up and it truly was breath taking looking out the large glass windows into the courtyard in the winter (it even snowed!). If you are a type A bride and worry about everything, the BVI is a must! I had so much trust and faith in them I got to enjoy every single minute of my day and night with NO stress. I've been in a few weddings and there is always something that doesn't seem to go as planned, and everyone warns you that your wedding day might not go exactly as you envisioned but it will still be the best day of your life, so I was prepared for that...so when I say everything went EXACTLY how I envisioned it and MORE, it's an understatement. We are beyond thankful for the BVI and all their staff. They truly define excellence!!!

The Bedford Village Inn is phenomenal! Through the whole wedding planning process all the way up to the actual day they were accommodating, professional, and attentive to everything, I have a type A personality and the Bedford Village Inn really exceeded my expectations of a wedding venue. Melissa Samaras is who I worked with throughout the whole process and she was always very quick to answer emails and phone calls with any question I may have had no matter how small or silly. I never felt as though I was a bother when I was in touch many times throughout the day/week. When I was overwhlemed Melissa was very calming and understanding. On the actual wedding day the entire staff was so professional! They made sure everything was as planned and were very attentive in order to make the day perfect! The bridal attendant was such a sweetheart and really helped throughout the whole process. She even helped my sister bustle my dress (it was complicated)! The food was delicious. My guests were very happy! I can't say enough about how amazing this venue was! I absolutely love it!

In addition to it all, our guests are still raving about the quality of the food- the restaurant is highly regarded and the meal was delicious.

If I could rate the BVI higher, I would! I've known about the BVI for years as I lived in Bedford 20 years ago and my memories of it were not exaggerated. We are a mature couple and this was a second marriage. We wanted a simple ceremony with dinner and dancing in an elegant venue. Our goal was to celebrate our wedding with family and friends. Our wedding at the BVI exceeded our expectations! The staff is phenomenal! Our wedding planner, Megan Lawrence, does an amazing job. She is highly organized, thought of all the details before I did, and was highly responsive to our desires and budget. Her email response rate is practically in nanoseconds! ;) Our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer managed the timeline of events and everything else beautifully. I was completely stress-less regarding the wedding as Megan & Jennifer took care of all the details. They made having a wedding totally enjoyable. All of the staff were wonderful and Maria did a lovely job bartending. The food was delicious (much better than most food that I've had at weddings). We went with the open bar package and the wine and drinks were great. We were 85 people/10 tables and I was afraid we would be dwarfed by the hall but that wasn't the case. The hall/barn was decorated beautifully with Xmas trees hanging from the rafters, lots of Xmas greenery and dazzling lights. The view and reflection of the lights in the outside courtyard were breathtaking, especially during the ceremony. Every guest commented on the beauty of the setting and how much they enjoyed the wedding. One guest posted on Facebook; "Best, Wedding. Ever!" Which is how I felt but, I was the bride. ;)

My husband and I had the most amazing wedding at the Bedford Village Inn! The staff were all so nice, helpful, and professional from the planning process to the day itself - we didn't have to worry about a thing that day! We worked with Megan Lawrence throughout the whole process and she was wonderful. The Great Hall is a beautiful place for a reception and we got so many comments from friends and family saying what a great venue it was. We rented the Woodbury Cottage and the Summit/Gordon Suites and were able to have about 35 guests stay right at the venue which was so convenient for everyone. The BVI was everything we were looking for in a wedding venue and we would not have changed a thing! Highly recommended!

Our son and his wife chose the BVI for their wedding reception. The event was superb from start to finish. Jen and her staff worked flawlessly to ensure a successful evening. Dinner was excellent, as was all the festivities!

It was so important to us to choose a venue that reflected our us as a couple, and we really hit the jackpot with the Bedford Village Inn. First of all, it's absolutely gorgeous and elegant while still feeling cozy and charming. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful it is. On top of that, the staff is incredibly professional and helpful in every way. We worked primarily with Melissa Q. leading up to the wedding and she was always professional and prompt in her responses, and patient with my numerous emails and requests. We worked with Jen during the rehearsal and day of the ceremony, and she made sure everything ran perfectly while ensuring that we all felt comfortable and well-informed about what to expect. She really is a rockstar and quickly felt like a good friend. I'm super Type-A when it comes to stuff like planning events (especially my own wedding!) so it's hard for me to trust others to bring my visions to life, but the whole BVI staff really put me at ease and pulled everything together more beautiful than I ever could have hoped for. Not to mention the food is absolutely incredible and our guests are still raving about it. We really felt pampered from the rehearsal to the post-wedding brunch and we are so incredibly happy that we chose the BVI to host our wedding. They really have assembled an amazing team who simply "get it" when it comes to weddings and hospitality.

I've always loved this venue since I was a kid and considered it for a reception venue but I went for the more rustic mountain venue instead of the inn/manor one. My fiance ended up selecting it for our rehearsal dinner. We were in the overlook room with 35 people. It was a cozy and rich room. The artwork and feel of the restaurant/dinning room areas are incredible, ornate but not tacky. The staff was pleasant and everywhere they were needed to be. They allowed us to run the evening as we decided and accommodated all of our schedule and eating needs. Wines were delicious. The clam chowder was the best I've ever had. very spicy and peppery! Dinner was overall good but the star of the evening was the chocolate bag dessert. words can't even describe the size and tastiness! I only ate half and cried because I couldn't finish it. This is not a tiny dessert... one could feed 6 people! But you get it all to yourself! so yummy!

Loved working with Megan and the BVI for my wedding. My brother was married there 2 years prior so I knew they would do a great job. My wedding was off season and I was able to take advantage of the 'hot dates' which included some costs that usually would be additional. Megan was on top of all my emails with requests for information and working with me to get all my details in order. The food was fantastic, portions were good, the staff was amazing. The rooms were beautiful.

The only things I was not keen on was having to fill all the room rentals for an evening wedding. Having family/friends local it was not easy to fill them all but luckily we were able to. Also, the fees/taxes were almost as much as the food and only the 1st payment could be on a credit card, all other payments had to be cash (not sure if this is standard).

BVI was a perfect rustic setting for my wedding!

The Bedford Village Inn is a beautiful, rustic but elegant, venue with a three-story ceiling and wooden beams. As soon as I walked into the BVI, I knew that I wanted to have my wedding there. My wedding coordinator Megan has been extremely helpful and accommodating. It has been great having a complimentary wedding coordinator to help me plan the reception. We are also hosting our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant, where the food is amazing. Go see the BVI and you just may fall in love.

My husband and I were married at St. Anselm College in April 2015. When we began our reception venue search, we looked at a handful of places close by. Bedford Village Inn was the clear winner because of the unique setting and the abundance of experience they have with weddings and events in general. From the time you book an appointment to take a look, it’s clear that BVI has their act together.

I am a very organized person, so I appreciated that BVI always fit in with my high expectations. They always had an answer for every question and kept the planning process running smoothly. We were provided with a comprehensive packet containing all package information (menu, alcohol, extras), a timeline of milestones with BVI, a list of “what to expect” on the day-of, and more! The final details appointment held several weeks before the wedding was absolutely fantastic and helped to set us at ease.

Megan Lawrence, the Wedding Coordinator, was extremely responsive and always a pleasure to speak with on the phone or via email. About a month before the wedding, we were speaking on a weekly basis. She never made me feel like my questions were silly or that she didn’t have time for me. Within five minutes of meeting her when we dropped off décor, my parents concluded that “she is perfect for this job.”

We found BVI to be pretty comparable in price to some other venues in the area, perhaps costing us a bit more in the end. Remember, when it comes to booking vendors for your wedding, you get what you pay for! BVI was worth every penny.

We had our ceremony and wedding at the BVI on 12-13-14 and it couldn't have been more perfect! Our wedding planner, Megan Waller, was amazing throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsive, proactive, and helpful in thinking through the details and answering all of my endless questions.

In addition to the wedding and ceremony, we had our rehearsal dinner at the Tavern. It was cosy and the food was delicious. All of our guests had a great time. Afterwards we had an outdoor bonfire with a hot chocolate bar, and it was a huge success! Thank you to the staff for putting this on for us.

The day of the wedding was perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful and on the ball with all of the details. They worked with us to accommodate a different set-up with the chairs to fit our wedding ceremony and were flexible with changing some of the existing decorations to fit our theme. The staff helped to make sure the reception ran smoothly and everyone was happy. It was also wonderful to be able to continue the party in the Milk Room after the wedding reception formally ended.

Thank you to the entire BVI staff for making our wedding so magical! We had an incredible day and are so appreciative of all you did to make it so special. And a special thank you to Megan for all of your help and support throughout the planning process!

I heard so many horror stories from friends about working with their wedding coordinators, their lack of response to questions and that after spending thousands of dollars their guests didn't get the quality of food and service they were promised.

Our experience couldn't have been more different. Megan at the BVI was so attentive, responding to my (millions) of questions within 24 hours and setting the room perfectly with all of our personal touches. She managed all of our vendors and the night was timed flawlessly. The catering team Brie and Patty treated us like celebrities and we wanted for nothing.

They were even able to make it snow on cue, as requested, right as I walked down the aisle :)

We couldn't have chosen a better location for our winter wedding, with the wooden beams and rafters wrapped in twinkling white lights and each corner blanketed with bright red poinsettias and greenery.

At the end of the night we went back to our suite to find rose pedals sprinkled around the bed, cards from the staff, champagne on ice and slices of our wedding cake (which of course we didn't have time to eat at our reception!) It was such a special treat.

The most perfect place to have a wedding. I recommend a winter wedding on the weekend of their annual Ice Bar. The staff was incredible from start to finish. The food, atmosphere and the reception was perfection. Our guests are still raving about the evening and we could not have asked for a better experience.

The Bedford Village Inn was a wonderful venue for our November wedding! The whole team made our day flow seamlessly and the service was excellent. We are so happy we chose the BVI!

The BVI was not only stunning, but the staff was absolutely amazing. Melissa is such an incredible coordinator - she was friendly, quick to respond to my emails and calls, kept up with my changing requests and accomodated all of my needs. The staff on the day of our wedding were also amazing. Our waiters made sure we had food on our table (and unlike many other couples, we actually had time to eat!) and things were going as scheduled. Everyone had an amazing time, the food was delicious and not a single person complained about anything.

The night before, the bridal party stayed in the Woodbury Cottage and it was so elegant and comfortable. I got ready there the morning of our wedding and it was perfect and beautiful. Tons of natural light and enough space for everyone to get ready. I highly suggest renting it to future brides. The night of the wedding my family and friends stayed in both the Inn and the Cottage and it was fantastic. They even decorated our room with rose petals, chocolate desserts, and two slices of our wedding cake (which I thought was super awesome of them considering we didn't eat too much of it during the cake cutting).

We used their new linens that hang along the wood beams in the center of the hall. I also highly suggest these. They are beyond gorgeous and added an elegant touch. Well worth the additional cost.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the BVI. Thank you to everyone there for making our dreams come true. We can't wait to visit again in the near future!

I would highly recommend Melissa Quinn and The Bedford Village Inn to absolutely anyone. Growing up in the area, the BVI was always a beautiful venue that fit that elegant, timeless, rustic feel of a New Hampshire wedding. When my fiancé and I decided on a fall wedding we knew The Bedford Village Inn was the perfect location. From our very first meeting, myself, my fiancé and my parents knew we were in great shape. Melissa always answered every question that arose and answered all emails very promptly. She always made time for us to stop in and made the entire process enjoyable and stress free. Our wedding day was nothing short of simply perfect thanks to Melissa's hard work and the wonderful staff at the BVI. We felt truly taken care of and knew the day would go just perfect. The Bedford Village Inn and their talented team is truly one of a kind, I would highly recommend!

My husband and I got married at the Bedford Village Inn last month. The wedding was everything we wanted it to be and more. Megan, our planner, and Bri and Patti, our day-of coordinators, were absolutely fabulous! Megan worked with us from day one for all of the planning, vendor coordinating, budgeting, etc. She was able to get us a reduced rate due to our wedding being so close to Christmas. Her guidance and quick email responses kept me from losing my mind with stress throughout the year. Bri and Patti were there for us during the rehearsal and the entire wedding. They were so attentive to our needs and made sure everything happened promptly and in the right order. The Great Hall was all decked out for Christmas--their decorations matched our wedding perfectly! It was so beautiful and elegant. The staff also did an excellent job setting up all of the decorations that we brought over. It looked exactly the way that I wanted it to! The food was delicious, of course. They provided my husband and I with sparkling cider instead of champagne at the reception since neither of us drink. So accommodating! We had a hot cocoa bar and a photo booth, along with 9 guest tables. I was worried about it being too crowded, but the space was perfect. We were able to get pictures both inside and outside, which was wonderful, because the building and grounds are so lovely.
The best thing about having our wedding at the BVI is that everything was taken out of our hands once we got there. They took care of set-up, break down, lining up the wedding party, and keeping everything on schedule. It was such a relief to be able to hand all of the details over to them and not have to worry about anything. Honestly, the price point is on the high end at this place, but for the service we received and the stunning location, it was worth every single penny. We couldn't be happier with our experience at the BVI!

Our wedding at BVI last Friday was truly a dream come to life. The space, grounds, food and service exceeded my expectations. Olivia was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and Bree kept everything running smoothly on the day of. We also had an amazing personal server during the reception who kept our plates and glasses full (thank you Patti)!!!

BVI was always open to my ideas--anything I asked for, they were at least willing to try. I received so many compliments on the way the room looked and how comfortable the stay was. Absolutely perfect and cozy for a fall wedding. It was also WONDERFUL that they included a delicious morning-after breakfast for the guests who stayed at the inn. We were really able to make the feeling last and keep the celebration going! I am so glad that we decided to have our wedding at BVI. You will be too!!!

We had our wedding at BVI 10/25/14 and could not have had a more perfect weekend. The grounds, rooms and staff there all consistently exceeded our expectations. Melissa Quinn, our wedding planner, and Bree, our coordinator for the weekend, made the whole experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
The day of our wedding, the staff had our suite ready just after noon so the girls could use it to put on their dresses and finishing touches. The head server stayed with us while our photographer stole us away for pictures on the grounds to make sure we had drinks and appetizers. They even saved a plate of a few of all the appetizers for us and served us portions of each entree so we could enjoy all of our dinner with our wedding party.
They helped pack up our extra cupcakes and even included an extra bottle of champagne for our anniversary with a very romantic little spread they set up in our suite during the reception.
I would recommend BVI to anyone for any occasion and can't wait to go back for our anniversary.

Everyone that we worked with at the BVI was so professional, accommodating and wonderful. Our wedding day went by without a hitch. All of our guests had the best time. The staff made our friends and family feel extremely special the entire weekend. No request was made to seem little or that it didn't matter. It was obvious that everyone that was part of the "crew" assigned to our wedding was more than qualified and was able to proactively get everything done. The day of our wedding was timed to the minute (it seemed) and that was very appreciated! We can't wait to come celebrate our anniversary!

The Bedford Village Inn was the PERFECT location for our wedding reception. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Patty our head server was so accommodating we wanted for nothing. Meghan helped us plan our wedding and she was so pleasant and welcoming she was like a family member by the time the wedding arrived. Bree was our day of wedding coordinator and she was so lovely she thought of everything.

Melissa and her team were exceptional! Her attention to detail and her execution allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams! Melissa's correspondence with us made us feel that we were the only wedding she was planning (which we know was not the case) None the less our wedding was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better time. Not only was Melissa excellent, the entire staff at the BVI worked as team to make our dream wedding a reality. We strongly encourage newly engaged couples to meet with Melissa and consider the beautiful Bedford Village Inn as a place to have their wedding reception.

We could not have asked for a more amazing experience than our wedding at the BVI (Bedford Village Inn)! Everyone we worked with for the time up to the wedding and on the wedding day were so helpful and accommodating and overall just wonderful. The food was spectacular, and they ensured that the venue exactly matched the winter theme we were going for (I wouldnt be surprised if they even planned the snow)! It was a magical night, and our coordinator Melissa was just the best person to work with. She took care of everything, I said one thing and it was done. She remembered all of the little things I mentioned in passing when I couldnt remember them. On the day of the wedding Bree, and our personal attendee for during the event were apprised of everything that needed to happen and made sure everything went off without a hitch. It was a winter wonderland wedding, everything we could have wanted, and it would not have been possible without everyone involved from the BVI. Obviously the venue is gorgeous, and with just the right amount of snow, and the right people, it was our dream wedding :)

On August 17, 2013, my husband and I had our wedding at BVI and we could not have been more pleased with the entire experience! The planning of our wedding and orchestrating of the events was seamless, from beginning to end, with the help of Melissa Quinn, our wedding coordinator. She was professional, efficient and always available to answer our countless questions during the pre-wedding phase.
The environment, including the exterior, was incredibly well-kept and beautifully decorated with exquisite charm. Our guests raved about the elegance of the Overlook Room as well as the AMAZING quality of the food and extreme professionalism of the staff. Sarosa and Jessica were our servers. They were anticipatory and very attentive to our needs as well as those of our guests. We would definitely HIGHLY recommend the Bedford Village Inn!

No task was too big for the BVI! Bree and Patty were there to greet us when we arrived. They took excellent care of us and our guests. Patty, our personal server, was at my side for all of our needs on the day of our wedding, right down to helping hook up the train on my wedding dress, which was a project in itself! If I misplaced my napkin, Patti appeared out of nowhere and magically placed the napkin on my lap. The food, portions and presentation were superb! With the help of the BVI, we were able to focus on having a very elegant and enjoyable reception. At the end of our reception, everything was carefully packed and ready to be moved to our vehicle. It was all achieved with the professionalism, care and talent of the BVI!

We held three events at The Bedford Village Inn and each event was planned in great detail with the outstanding staff of Jon (general manager) Olivia (social sales director) and Bree (special events manager.) Our wedding rehearsal dinner was in the restaurant and was perfect. The room was beautifully decorated for the season and the food was outstanding. Wine choices were carefully selected with Jon. Our wedding reception was in the main room of The Bedford Village Inn and it was over the top nice. The room was again decorated for the Holiday Season and glowed in white twinkle lights. The service was outstanding, staff friendly and very accommodating. All food was hot, presented beautifully and served with great display. The day after the wedding a post wedding brunch back in the restaurant which people adored. We did not have any problems or concerns with our three events. We floated through all three thanks to The Bedford Village Inn staff. We also booked all the B&B rooms at the Inn and they were clean, beautifully appointed, furniture fitting with a New England Inn, cozy, inviting and we just did not want to check out. The warm cookies at nightly turn down were the end to perfect days at The Bedford Village Inn.

My husband Nate, my family and I could not be more thrilled with our wedding at The Bedford Village Inn this past Sunday, April 21, 2013.

From the very start, the staff was so willing to help us make our day special. I asked a million questions, and Melissa Quinn and Bree Warren always got back to me by the end of the day.

I also found that they were extremely willing to stick within our budget, which was key from the very beginning.

Our day, down to the very finest detail, was made possible by the coordination of the staff at the Bedford Village Inn. They did not miss a beat. Even our very youngest of guest loved being there!

We received so many compliments on how beautiful the ballroom was. The whole day was so simply elegant and classy.

The day of our wedding and our rehearsal we had personal attention, we were never hungry or thirsty. Our event manager Egan was fantastic! She made sure that all of our needs were met.

Our rehearsal dinner was fabulous as well, my mother & father in law hosted it in the porch of the restaurant...I can't begin to say how delicious everything was at both the rehearsal and the reception.

My father is a chef by trade and extremely picky about food and it's presentation and he and my mother made an effort to speak with the kitchen staff about how great the food was. Our guests and family were extremely satisfied.

To sum it up...I would recommend The Bedford Village Inn to anyone who wants to get married in NH! Everything was fantastic-food, presentation, staff, ease of getting questions answered.

We were so impressed with the staff and the professionalism at the Bedford Village Inn during our wedding. Every staff member was very accommodating, helpful, pleasant and knew exactly what they were doing and when to do it. We could not have been more happy with how our day went. Egan (I hope I spelled her name right) was absolutely wonderful. She made the whole day go off without a hitch, she kept me up to speed on everything, she even went so far as to wear colors that matched the wedding party colors, which I thought was just really sweet and showed her attention to detail, that she knew the wedding colors. Lauren our personal server was never more than 1 foot away from me and literally accommodated every request I had, some major and most minor, she made our day completely stress free, I never had to worry about where I put something, what I was supposed to do, when I was supposed to do it. She even went so far as to follow us while we were having pictures done with a tray of hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine that was handed to me during pictures. Our guests raved about the wonderful meals they were served, the quick bar service, the cleanliness of everything and the wait staff being right on with everyone’s orders.
The night before the wedding we stayed in the Summit Suite when we checked in, we noticed in the great hall that the tables were set up for the wedding. We went back later with my bridesmaids to show them and a staff member turned the lights on in the hall for us. These little and large details can turn a good venue into a GREAT venue. In my opinion, Bedford Village Inn was nothing but GREAT. Olivia, you were amazingly patient with me during the week before the wedding and throughout all the preparation. You are a wonderful coordinator and your staff are top notch. I can’t thank you all enough, this day will live forever in my memory, I thank you for being a great part of it.
