I had such an amazing experience with The Beauty Gals for my wedding day! Truly the dream team of hair and makeup; I had artists Mika, Stephanie and Alena. Mika did an absolute STUNNING job on my makeup. It was even better than our trial, easily the best makeup I have ever had. It lasted all night and I got so many compliments. She is very attentive to detail and truly wants to create your vision. Alena also executed my dream wedding hair better than the trial or any picture I sent her. My whole bridal party (12 girls including me) were extremely happy with their hair and makeup as well. Alena was so reassuring throughout the morning to ensure everything would get done on time since I had such a big bridal party - and of course she was right. They are also very fun to be around. Alena even stayed back long enough to make sure everyone got the touch ups they wanted. I can't recommend them enough, you won't be disappointed!

Alena did hair, and Grace and Angelina did makeup for me, my bridesmaids, and our moms, and they were truly incredible from start to finish. We had a very early start time at 6 a.m., and they showed up cheerful, professional, and ready to go. They kept everything running smoothly, stayed perfectly on schedule, and somehow made the entire morning feel relaxed and fun at the same time.
Every single person looked flawless, and the hair and makeup lasted beautifully all day and night. I have never felt more like myself or more beautiful, and I am so grateful to have had such a talented, kind, and accommodating team there with us on such an important day. They went above and beyond in every way, and I can’t thank them enough for helping us start the day on such a joyful note.

I got my hair and makeup done with Alena and Melissa. 10/10 would recommend. Booking the appointment was easy, they asked for my inspo photos, and they executed perfectly. I wanted a more natural look for my makeup, and Melissa delivered exactly that. For my hair, I requested an updo and was planning on taking it down for my second look, but Alena did such a good job, that I ended up keeping it up. Alena absolutely SLAYED my bridal hair. I cannot recommend this company enough! From day one they were so professional and caring. I was a high maintenance bride, had two separate trials, and Alena delivered more than I could ever imagine the day of. The Beauty Gals were the first vendor I booked for my wedding right when their books opened and it was the best decision ever! Stephanie did my bridal glam waves and Brittani did my make-up and I was so obsessed with it! Everyone commented on how good it turned out and held perfectly all day long! The team was amazing to work with also and very accommodating! I wanted trials done and I live out of state and they made sure to fit me in when I was in Detroit. Nicole was the other make-up artist day of my wedding! Everyone loved their hair and makeup and couldn't believe how well it held up! Most of my girls did a more natural glam look and had never had hair/makeup professionally done and they loved it! They really listen to you and take the time to make sure you get what you want and give great advice to achieve your vision! Booking them will be the best decision!

I would HIGHLY recommend The Beauty Gals! I found Alena and her team on Instagram as I was searching for hair and makeup for my June 2024 wedding. Alena quickly followed up on my initial inquiry and walked me through all of the details, pricing and offerings. As the wedding drew closer, I was able to have a hair trial to test different styles. Week of, Alena reached out to walk through final details and made everything so easy! On wedding day, Alena and her team brought the best energy and made me, my mom, mother-in-law and all 7 of my bridesmaids feel SO beautiful! We had a 90 degree day with humidity and on and off rain and our hair and makeup did not budge the entire day and night!! There aren’t enough stars to give the Beauty Gals on this page. Owner/operator & stylist, Alena Ferlito really made sure to take care of me on my wedding day. She was very attentive to my bridal party, and made sure to give my girls a stylist that matched their desired looks. We had over a 13 hour wedding day… and our hair & makeup withstood so many tears, movement, sweat, and more tears. I hired the Beauty Gals for my wedding shower and wedding day. Marygrace was my first wedding vendor I booked. I saw her on Instagram and knew how incredibly talented she was. When I went in for my trial I came to find out not just how talented she was but how great of a person she was too. She took the time to get to know me and my wedding to make sure everything was perfect. She is one of those vendors that make you feel so at ease and grateful that you have them on your day. They are who you spend the morning with and I didn't realize how important this was and I got so lucky with Marygrace. My makeup was perfect and lasted all night. She is so good at what she does you cannot find better for the most important day. She also wants you to be happy with how you look and makes sure you know you can tell her any adjustments. She makes you feel so comfortable and like you are just chatting with your friend. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Worth every penny!!!! I hate getting my makeup done, it’s never the way I want it. Finally found someone I trust to do it just the way I wanted it! I used Mika for makeup and Alena for hair. I hired the Beauty Gals for my winter wedding and could not have been happier with them!! Stephanie (hair) and Mika (makeup) absolutely knocked it out of the park. All of my girls were so happy with their hair and makeup and they looked stunning!! Despite being a super picky person - i was ecstatic with my wedding look and wouldn’t have changed a thing for hair or makeup, I felt like such a princess. I cannot recommend The Beauty Gals enough! I literally tell all of my family and friends about them. I had a large bridal party so we had 2 girls doing makeup and 3 girls doing hair, and they were SO efficient with timing while making sure everyone looked absolutely perfect. Alena did my hair and Melissa did my makeup and it lasted ALL NIGHT LONG and looked FLAWLESS. My bridal party also looked fantastic so you really cannot go wrong with any of the girls! They all have such fun personalities and can quite literally perfect any photo or image you give them. These girls are so communicative and easy to work with. I've had them do my hair/makeup for other weddings I've stood up in and just knew I HAD to have them do my wedding! So glad that they did!! They are the best in the business!!

I reached out to Marygrace for my bridal makeup just a couple months before my wedding because the salon I was supposed to get my makeup done at had dropped the ball and I was scrambling. I am so thankful that it didn't work out with the salon because Marygrace nailed it out of the park and I absolutely loved my wedding day makeup! The Beauty Gals know what they're doing!!!
If you're able to book the Beauty Gals for your wedding, do it! I booked the Beauty Gals after seeing their social media pages because I could tell by the pictures that they are extremely talented. I was sick on the day of my planned makeup trial with Marygrace, so we couldn't do it, but Marygrace assured me that she would take her time on my wedding day to make sure I was satisfied with my look, and just as she promised, I was 100% happy with how my makeup turned out. My mom and bridesmaids also loved their makeup and looked fabulous. Marygrace didn't change how we looked, she just enhanced our natural beauty and that is exactly what I wanted. For my hair, Alena absolutely nailed it. I didn't have an exact hairstyle in mind so she took elements from my inspiration photos and came up with the most awesome updo that was so me, and my hair stayed perfect all night! It didn't take much explaining for Alena to understand the look I was going for, she just knew, and she worked her magic. My bridesmaids' hairdos were also stunning and so cool! Aside from their skills, Marygrace and Alena are such a joy to be around and they put smiles on all of our faces. Bottom line is... book the Beauty Gals and you won't be disappointed :)

The BeautyGals were amazing! MaryGrace and Breanna did the makeup for my wedding party and everyone looked absolutely flawless! They drove down to Detroit and did makeup in my hotel room. They were more than accommodating. They take their time with each and every girl and made everyone feel glamorous. The pricing is very fair and WELL worth every penny. Can't wait for my next formal outing to get my makeup done by them again!

Marygrace is phenomenal!
We had Mary Grace come to our house during my sister's wedding to do my Grandma, Mom, and Aunts makeup. She did an absolutely phenomenal job for everyone with age ranges 25-85! She was so friendly, positive, and complimentary. We had great conversations and she was so great to spend time with. I appreciated her timeliness and professionalism. So beyond grateful to Alena and the beauty gals for making my hair look picture perfect on my wedding day along with all of my bridesmaids! Best decision I made was hiring them. I struggled with having to find hair/makeup for my wedding day. I wanted a company I could trust, as well as doing more than just “pretty makeup.” I first met Alena and Mary Grace at my best friends wedding as they were doing our hair/makeup. I couldn’t believe how beautiful everyone looked - it was not your typical makeover. I was super late to the game in booking them and they had another wedding to do the same day as mine....yet they squeezed me in!!!! I was so over the moon ecstatic because I knew I was going to look beyond incredible for my special day. I had them do my makeup for my shower, bachelorette party & engagement photos - if that doesn’t tell you how much I love them and great they are then idk what will! My entire bridal party and family could not stop raving about how gorgeous everyone looked the entire night. Our makeup lasted well over 24 hours. I will never go to anyone else for any makeup/hair needs. These gals are the only ones I trust

I had the best experience with The Beauty Gals! Before my wedding day I was very informed on details and they gave me helpful advice for my big day. I had my hair done by Alena and makeup by Marygrace for my wedding and I was so happy with their work!!! They made me and my bridesmaid look amazing! And not only they are amazing professionals, they are also super nice people. I went to Alena's house for my hair trial and she was cute cute and sweet since then. She really made sure we were happy with our hair and kept saying: "tell me if there's anything you don't like or want me to change, I don't get offended." Lol Marygrace came to my house for my makeup trial (which I did on the day of my bridal shower and got a lot of compliments). She met my husband and in-laws that day and was super friendly, they were even comparing some similarities between their cultures lol. She is super attentive to the details and made sure we all looked flawless.

Alena, MaryGrace, and their team were amazing. Everything from the trial to the wedding day was wonderful! About half of my bridesmaids were late on the day of, and Alena and MaryGrace worked their tails off to catch us up to schedule. A lot of people warned me that hair/makeup was what will make the day run behind, and that was not the case at all with the girls. Even starting a half an hour late, we were all ready to rock by the time that we needed to be. And not to mention, we all looked AMAZING. They are very critical of their own work, and they want to be sure that the clients liked everything. They are extremely receptive to feedback, and they encourage it. Thanks so much ladies!

I chose the beauty gals for their talent and glamour that I felt other companies just did not have. Every time I looked at other companies work, I felt like their clients were wearing no makeup and charging top $ for nothing. I also wanted REAL makeup that stayed and not airbrush (something I have had a bad experience with in the past). As someone who loves makeup, I knew what I wanted and the beauty gals definitely delivered through and though. Marygrace, Alena, and their whole team truly have amazing talent, but they are also amazing individuals. They made the day fun and had us laughing the whole time. I also did not do a trial with them and put my full faith in their ability. They not only took my old Hollywood Glam vision and brought it to life, but they made it better than I could have ever dreamed of! You will not go wrong by hiring them!

I have never recieved so many compliments from people on my hair and makeup after getting it professionally done. My bridal party also expressed the same. Alena nailed our hair and Melissa killed it on our makeup. I don't wear much makeup on a regular basis and Melissa was awesome at making sure it didnt look over done. Plus she made my bridesmaids look flawless. As far as my hair went, it literally didn't move all night. I wore my hair down and was nervous about how it would look throughout the day. I had nothing to worry about because whatever magic Alena did on my hair, it looked the exact same from 8 in the morning till after midnight. They were extremely professional and did an awesome job. I knew it was going to be a challenge to find a hair and makeup team that would meet my expectations. I'm a hair and makeup fanatic myself, and have experienced far too many bad hair/makeup services that I was scared I'd have to do my own for my wedding day. Seriously, I did one trial at a salon to attend a friends' wedding, and ended up walking out looking like a corpse with the worst hair ever. I was so upset, I ended going home and taking off all my makeup and redoing everything. So safe to say, I was losing hope on finding my dream glam squad. *CUE IN ALENA & THE BEAUTY GALS TO SAVE THE FREAKING DAY* From the first initial trial before I even hired them, I knew right away I was in great hands. They knew exactly what I wanted and how to execute it flawlessly. Now fast forward to my big day. We had less than ideal time restraints with a large group of girls. Starting at 6am to get 11 girls all dolled up and ready to go out the door by 11:30 was no easy task, but holy camoly Alena was right on time. Her and the rest of the team time managed it perfectly and was able to have each girl walking out looking like a complete bombshell. My own mother is typically very picky and never thinks she looks pretty, but she was absolutely in love with the hair/makeup and couldn't believe how good she looked. I was so happy with my own hair and makeup, that I often look back at my pictures and think "Wow, how did they make my eyes look so blue?!" and "CHECK OUT THAT HAIR!" Hands down, this team of ladies is amazing. They listen to you, know exactly what features to highlight, and will transform you to be the most confident and beautiful woman you've ever seen. I will recommend them endlessly not only for their superb work, but also because they are just absolute sweethearts. You won't be disappointed.

I'm so happy I found the BeautyGals for my wedding on 10/6/2018! Marygrace is nothing short of amazing and is a true artist. She not only has an insane skill for makeup application, but she is soooo friendly, professional, and will do whatever she can to try and accommodate you. I'll admit I was nervous I wouldn't like the way I looked on my wedding day, its so much pressure. But after my trial with Marygrace I knew I was in the best hands and couldn't wait for everyone to see me! Marygrace made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever! You can totally tell that they love what they do. Everyone's hair & makeup turned out beautifully and lasted the whole day and night (in 90 degree heat) with no issues!! Marygrace is AMAZING! I booked Marygrace to do makeup for my Indian fusion wedding for me, our sisters, and our moms. She did a great job and everyone loved how their makeup turned out! She was professional, friendly, and so accommodating. She had no problem staying to do a second look for the reception and worked to meet our time constraints. I was nervous about finding someone who had experience doing an Indian bridal party's makeup but Marygrace did a fabulous job with matching our skintones and the eye makeup was amazing and matched my different outfits perfectly. She has great attention to detail. She also worked well with our other vendors, and made everyone feel so comfortable on the day. She listened to my feedback after my makeup trial and I absolutely loved my look on the wedding day. I would highly recommend booking her for an Indian (or really any) wedding!

My bridal party and I were so lucky to spend the morning getting ready with Aleina and Mary Grace. We had so much fun getting ready and these girls were both professional and personable! Aleina rocked the hair and my curls stayed in ALL NIGHT (this is not common for my hair)! Mary Grace has a gift, she played on the girls natural features and made everyone look like a better version of themselves, and my makeup also stayed put all night! I did a hair and makeup trial with The Beauty Gals for my March 2017 wedding based on seeing the results of girls I saw on FB, and instagram. The trial went SO well I said YES to booking them for me and my moms. I couldn't have been happier with how my hair and makeup turned out. I was even fortunate enough to have the 'dynamic duo' for my actual wedding day so I knew my look would be consistent.
Mary Grace and Alen listened and asked questions regarding the look I was going for and they're very reasonably priced. You'd be crazy not to book them, even if it's for a special event!!

Marygrace is truly one of a kind! Admittedly she is in high demand so she will need to be booked in advance however she will do everything she can to fit you in her busy schedule. She was referred to me by my best friend and maid of honor who is SUPER picky. I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding shower or wedding day as a girl who doesn't wear much makeup; but Marygrace asked that I trust her and WOW did it pay off. Marygrace was a fabulous make up artist. She was accommodating and helpful. She was very flexible and fit me in for a trial when I was getting my engagement photos done and then easily accommodated everyone in our large wedding party within a short period of time for our big day! She creates a flawless look that will last all night long. You don't have to worry about rubbing it off onto anyone's shoulder or having to do touch-ups. I was afraid of going to a make up artist but Marygrace has changed my mind and I will continue to use her in the future. She is able to create both a very natural look but can also give you the dramatic style. She works with you on what you want and your personal style. It was so nice to not have to get stressed out about getting ready on such an important day. She is a great person both personally and professionally. You will love her work once you try it!

First off I want to say that Marygrace went out of her way to make my day special. She kept me calm and gave me so much helpful advice when she didn't have too. To be honest with you, I like many other brides had never used a makeup artist or even had my makeup done before, It made me so nervous to think I would have to get my makeup done from a stranger who I didn't even know or could trust. When I began my trial, Marygrace and I instantly connected. She had a spark and passion to her that made me feel, "wow she really enjoys her job and making people happy." She came off more as a warm-hearted friend, someone who I could really talk to about what I expected and wanted and she listened because she truly cared. Marygrace is an amazing makeup artist. She made everyone including my bridal party look and feel beautiful. I would highly recommend her. Each time she made me feel so comfortable and really listens. My makeup looked fabulous and I received so many compliments. I couldn't stop smiling because she made me feel and look so beautiful. She even did makeup for 2 of my family members and they were beyond satisfied. Marygrace even took the time to teach me some tricks and answer all of my questions. I used Marygrace's makeup services for our wedding last October. The whole process of setting up a date to putting the finishing touches on everyone was a seamless process. Marygrace is extremely professional and uses the highest quality products. She did makeup on myself, my mom and aunt as well as my younger sister and maid of honor. We all looked AMAZING through the entire day, without needing any touchups! She did a great job on everyone, making sure the colors she chose fit them perfectly. I can't say enough wonderful things about The Beauty Gals. This team of women are the only ones I trust for a consistently beautiful and elegant look every single time I need to look my best! They are timely, professional, and very accommodating to your schedule. Alena is the only person I let touch my hair, she does amazing work. Alena has done my hair for at least 10 weddings and what makes it even easier is that she is always willing to come straight to my house, very convenient! She has styled my hair in so many different ways and its always perfection: up-do's, side swept, intricate braids, blowout with big curls, old hollywood glam waves, and many more. I also had the pleasure of having my makeup done by Brooke and Mary Grace, both of which did an excellent job. With only one days notice Mary Grace was willing to come to my home just before a wedding to do my makeup, and she did such a flawless job. Love, love, love the Beauty Gals. I stood up in my brothers wedding on October 3rd, 2015, and had my make-up done by Brooke. It was absolutely perfect for the event. She matched my skin tone and knew exactly what I wanted even though I wasn't sure how to explain it! I had eyelashes put on, and I finally felt like they were on right, I couldn't even feel them.
I have had my hair done for multiple events by Alena. Fundraisers, birthday parties, weddings, and I can't say enough good things. I've had it done up, down and curly, and just blown out and each time I was thoroughly impressed.

I was searching around for a perfect makeup artist until I ran across Marygrace. We instantly connected, she is a very easy going person, friendly, and what I liked most is she listened to my vision and executed it flawlessly.
