Highly recommend for a beautiful, beachfront wedding

Choosing Beach House as the venue for my June 2025 wedding was the best decision! Margaret and the rest of the Beach House staff put on a smooth, beautiful, and fun reception. I felt so confident going into my wedding day knowing that they were handling everything. My reception took place at Tiki Beach, and my guests continued to talk about how it was such a unique experience to be beachfront.

April Wedding

Have your wedding at Beach House

We got married at Beach House a few weeks ago. Margaret and Olivia were fantastic from the booking all the way through the wedding day. We had our reception on the Dunes Pavillion next to the beach and it was incredible. Our guests were raving all weekend how beautiful the resort/venue was. Highly recommend working with Margaret and booking your wedding at Beach House.

Easiest wedding planning EVER!!

We had our wedding of 40 people in the Dune pavilion and it was the perfect space. Margaret Davis guided us on the menu and pavilion lay-out and it worked beautifully. There was plenty of space for guests to move around, dance and use our caricaturist. The food was delicious. Our cocktail hour was coconut shrimp and chicken/waffles. Dinner was brisket and the low country boil- everyone RAVED about the food. We had a beach ceremony facing the sand dunes- which worked out way better than I realized for pictures! Margaret Davis is very responsive, no other venue contacted me as consistently and professionally as her.

A Wonderful Wedding Venue

Professionalism, excellent customer service, flexibility, Prompt communication, affordable and a beautiful wedding venue. I cannot speak highly enough of this wedding venue in HH. Wonderful beach locations for ceremonies. Venue is flexible on just about everything. Food is fantastic. The venue has items included in the price such as candle holders, linens, napkins, chargers etc. So much included as opposed to other venues on the island. Margaret Davis, the Sales coordinator is a pleasure to work with. She gives 1000 percent to insure that your wedding day is not only special but done your way. Highly recommend!!

Wedding Venue Bosin/ Ellison

All facilities were used bar,restaurant,beach,and hotel. All were excellent. Catering to every request. The entire staff including Margaret Davis deserves recognition for an event well executed. This was on May 31st and continued for 3 days. The service a was so great we will be back in the near future.

The Perfect Destination Beach Wedding

I am so happy that we chose the Beach House in Hilton Head, SC for our destination wedding. It was a dream come true and truly an amazing experience! It happened so fast and wish could repeat my wedding day all over again! I researched so many venues that were beachfront all over the U.S. I had previously visited S.C. and felt drawn to that southern charm. I wanted a combination of elegance yet a beachy casual vibe atmosphere at the same time-Tiki style. I found the Beach House during a random search online with great reviews already, and it was love at first sight! First of all, Margaret and Kim, were phenomenal to work with. It was not just about the business for them. They both made me feel very comfortable, important, and special especially, on my wedding day. They were very personable, accommodating with requests, and things flowed so well. I was so pleased and impressed with the quality of service at the Beach House. All the other staff were awesome too! Wedding planning can be very stressful and a destination wedding even more. Both Margaret and Kim were very attentive, caring, kind, organized, communicative, and helpful during my entire wedding process from the start of planning my event to the end of it, a year later. It really helped to visit the Beach House prior to my wedding week and received complimentary food/drinks during a tasting which made the decision process easier for the menu choices at the reception. My guests were impressed with the entire Beach House environment, wedding festivities- rehearsal dinner on the Tiki Lawn, room reservation process, dining at the Tiki Hut-live music/Porch restaurant, pool-cabana, beachfront access, cleanliness of resort rooms, other activities to do, and so very close to the Coligny Plaza with many more restaurants and shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue because this was the perfect place! Thank you to the Beach House staff, Margaret, and Kim for going above and beyond and making this an unforgettable event for all of us! We are all forever grateful, thankful, and will be back for more visits!

Small wedding

Would highly recommend for any size wedding event. Ours was very small, senior wedding and Beach House staff made our three day stay perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything else. Margaret and Kim handled every detail with professional and detail oriented efficiency. Our guest reservations, officiant recommendations, florist recommendations, wedding ceremony set-up, and reserved area at the Tiki Hut with wait staff that evening were all organized and presented beautifully. The Beach House was the perfect setting for our beach wedding.

Beach House Wedding Reception

Beach House went above our expectations. We had a small intimate wedding dinner on the Dunes Pavillion. Not only was it an amazing view on the beach, the Pavillion was so elegant, and had great lighting and open space and beautiful wood finish. We were so blessed that it was exactly what we were looking for. As for the coordinators, Margaret and Kim, they were amazing and fabulous to work with. They made everything so smooth and easy for us to make the accommodations we needed. They were extremely helpful in every single detail, from the layout we wanted, to the details of food and decor. We are so thankful to have had them making the bride feel at ease. I would absolutely recommend to have your wedding here! Whether big or small they can accommodate it all beautifully!

Perfect Day at the Beach House Resort

Our wedding at the Beach House Resort was a dream come true! The place was stunning with its ocean views (even with the construction not finished) and the weather couldn’t have been better—sunny with a soft sea breeze.

What really made the day perfect were Kim and Margaret from the resort staff. They were amazing! They handled everything from setup to cleanup, and their attention to detail and communication were top-notch. They really thought of everything, making sure the bride, groom, and all the guests could just enjoy the moment.

Everyone raved about the food—each bite was delicious and perfectly suited for the beachside setting. As the night fell, the dance floor was alive with energy. Dancing under the twinkling lights was the perfect end to an already perfect day.

In short, the Beach House Resort was the ideal spot for a wedding. Gorgeous setting, great facilities, fantastic food, and incredible staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a hassle-free, beautiful beach wedding!

My Wedding Team

i loved the ladies who helped me have a perfect wedding. I’ve had several ladies I’ve worked with over the two years , Margeret was my constant person and Kim finished up along with Margeret. My questions were answered promptly and even when I had a concern they were on it ! Took care of me and my groom !
The venue went thru transitions but the ladies kept my values and vision at the forefront
They did everything to ensure it day was wonderful and it was absolutely amazing
Also hats off to the chef my guest are still talking about everything and the shrimp and grits are a must .
I am so grateful for my wedding team and now consider them family

Beautiful Wedding! March 11, 2023

Planning a destination wedding can be stressful and challenging. Working with Rachel and Margaret at the Beach House made it very simple. They were easy to get in contact with and answered my questions very timely. The venue was perfect for my outdoor beach ceremony and the reception in the Sky room/deck had amazing views and overall the ambiance was perfect! I would recommend this for anyone wanting a great beach wedding that has all the amenities with close shopping, dinning and entertaining all around within walking distance for your guests!

Best. Day. Ever.

We got married at the Beach House in March 2023 and it was absolutely perfect. Everything went so incredibly smooth and our wedding day was everything we imagined and more. Rachel and Margaret are the dream team. Working with Rachel was so easy and she is quick to respond. Every question we had she answered and she facilitated everything with the chef to just make our reception menu perfect. The entire Beach House staff was friendly and great the entire time we were there. Weddings can be so stressful and on the day of everything was so easy and ran on schedule. They were great communicators and just made the whole experience enjoyable. It was the most perfect day ever and we will always remember it.

Perfect beach wedding

We had a perfect beach wedding at the Beach House Resort. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The food was incredible. We had so much left over though. We used a lot of the decorations that the beach house offered such as the wooden lanterns on the dinner table, floating candles, and cake stand. Margaret was very helpful. She made sure our day was perfect. She helped with setting up our decorations on the beach and bringing them in when the ceremony was over. Rachel answered all of my questions about the big day. It really was a perfect beach wedding.

Beach wedding

Even better than I expected!

Everything was perfect and Margaret + Keeli helped ease my wedding day even more. The food was a HIT, I was told by everyone that was the best catering they had out of multiple wedding venues. The setup was romantic and cozy! Despite the gale force winds & rain on my wedding day, everything else could not have been more perfect. I wanted a small, romantic and intimidate wedding and I got exactly that!!

Very understanding

First off we would like to say thank you!!! We had a beautiful wedding and our guests were beyond happy as well. My husband and I had some set backs and some road blocks along the way but Margaret and Rachel were more then understanding and worked with us!! Though yes business is business however when you’re treated more like family it says a lot!!! My husband and I will be making a habit of going to stay to at the beach house any chance we can !! Rooms were amazing, food was awesome and the resort was just dreamy!!!

Perfect Wedding

This was the coolest venue ever! Plus Margaret and Rachel were the best! They helped us out through the whole wedding planning process and were always available to answer any of our questions. They made the whole process way easier than we would’ve thought. The previous coordinator had left right in the middle our planning process, and Rachel stepped in and did an amazing job. She told us our wedding was the first one since getting her new position, and she did fantastic. Both her and Margaret were available to reach out to whenever we had questions or clarifications. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, everything went according to plan, and not to mention all of our correspondence/planning had been over the phone or over zoom. We can’t recommend the Beach House enough! Beautiful venue, amazing food, phenomenal staff to work with. Plus the price is 1/2 of what we would’ve paid at the other venue we looked at.

Perfect Beach Wedding!

We got margarita on Sunday June 5th 2022 and it was an absolute dream! We had the ceremony on the beach and had the reception in the tented dunes area. The food was delicious, and everything was just perfect! Margaret answered my hundreds of questions and helped plan to make the wedding accommodating for my grandfather. The tent in the dunes was perfect! The ocean breeze kept it cool so it wasn’t that hot at all! We also stayed at the resort prior and after the wedding which we enjoyed so much! Beautiful resort pool, rooms and patio area! We will definitely be back soon!

The best venue on the island!

Every step of the process was so easy! The staff and especially Keeli were so amazing to work with! They handled everything and even coordinated with your outside vendor. Super professional and very responsive

Keeli from The Beach House was absolutely amazing. I’m a very scattered person (and bride), she helped me feel like everything was put together and ready every step of the way. Rehearsal and wedding day were so smooth and could not have gone better. The venue itself was gorgeous and all of the staff was incredible. Our wedding day was 100x better than anything we could’ve ever imagined and it was mostly due to all of our vendors on top of all of the love that surrounded us. THANK YOU KEELI & THE BEACH HOUSE! We cannot wait to visit every time we’re back in Hilton head!

Best wedding venue ever!!

We had such a great experience at The Beach House, everyone had nothing but fantastic things to say, many claiming that it was the most beautiful wedding that they’d ever attended!
Keeli was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she went way above and beyond what we ever could’ve hoped for. All of the staff members were fabulous, the food was amazing, and obviously the beach as the backdrop was a dream come true!!

Exceeded all expectations

I only have positive things to say about my experience hosting my wedding celebration at the Beach House and working with Keeli. From the first moment we spoke she listened to our vision and desires and completely delivered. The decorations were perfectly beachy and did not detract from the breathtaking views. The food was also phenomenal. We did not try anything before, as we are out of state, but we were completely blown away!

Perfect Stress Free Wedding Reception

My daughter and son-in-law wanted a small beach wedding reception and The Beach House was the perfect choice. I live in New England and although had vacationed on HHI for many decades, I never experienced a reception there. Working with Keeli over the phone and by email was effortless and stress free. In addition, she was very flexible with some of requests and steered us to an amazing DJ, florist and photographer. The food was excellent (I know as we had a graduate of the Culinary Institute who raved about the food) and to think we never sampled it beforehand. If it’s been your dream to have a reception on the beach, this is the place!

Destination wedding with a resort feel

We had planned to have a destination beach front wedding in October 2020, but with COVID travel restrictions we just could not make it happen. Keeli was so flexible and easy to work with. We rescheduled for fall 2021 without any fuss at all. We traveled to Hilton Head with our friends and family and had an amazing long weekend. If you are looking for a venue with a resort feel, this is the place. We enjoyed days of beach and pool with so many dining options within a close distance. Your guests really do not need to rent a car. We asked so much of our guests just to travel down for the wedding, it was nice to have so many conveniences at the hotel/venue. It felt so laid back and we really could enjoy time with our guests. The day of the event, Keeli was there to make sure everything went as planned. We felt everything was taken care of. The food was very good for our reception and Keeli was able to make accommodations for special diets, etc. we had a great time and are really thankful for Keeli and the great event staff at the Beach House!

Our dream wedding!

Thank you so much to Keeli and the whole entire staff at the Beach House for making our wedding so magical! Keeli was beyond organized and extremely helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process, along with the day of our wedding. We got married May 2021, and had about 140 guests. Both our ceremony and reception took place outside. The event set up was so beautiful, and we got lucky with beautiful weather as well. All of our guest LOVED the food, we still have several guests talking about it :) thank you to Keeli for making our dream wedding a reality. Dream to Reality- Truly AMAZING experience

We just celebrated our 25th Anniversary Vow Renewal at The Beach House along with 80 family and friends. Our experience was AMAZING!!! Margaret, Keeli and the entire team were outstanding! The team was professional, flexible, and very accomodating throughout the ENTIRE process. They took our VISION and made it into REALITY! I can't thank The Beach House enough for making this milestone so memorable! The hotel's location is phenomenal...close to the beach and shopping. Also, our guests can't stop talking about the menu and how the food was so delicious. I would HIGHLY recommend The Beach House!

Amazing Venue and even better Staff

First Keeli is amazing at what she does! Very responsive to texts, emails and calls. She makes your day run super smooth even when you don't have a wedding planner. She made our day perfect!
Second the venue and the other staff members are all nice and very accommodating. The views from the sky room are some of the best on the island, we had many compliments from locals who have never been there before on the view. The rooms are updated and the guests all enjoyed their stay. Oh and the food is amazing!

You can't go wrong with having your dream wedding at the beach house resort!

Wedding of a Lifetime

After traveling to Hilton Head from VA a few times after my dad moved there we discovered The Beach House as it was near the beach when visiting. After getting engaged we searched up and down the East coast for the perfect Beach wedding venue and landed on The Beach House. After reaching out to Keeli Smith and Margaret Davis about the venue we were more than interested. We planned a trip to meet with them and go over what there was to offer. After meeting with Margaret and seeing the view and atmosphere The Beach House offered we knew there was no other place for our dream beach wedding. We had a two year engagement, which was also two years of planning, through COVID as well, and The Beach House and staff couldn't have been more accommodating through the whole process. Keeli Smith was an absolute dream to work with and plan our wedding with. She was so professional and responsive to all and any questions or concerns we had. She was also responding to my hundreds of emails and never made us feel like we were a burden or asking too many questions, which makes a bride to be feel so important. I know they put on so many weddings but Keeli really made us feel like we were the only ones. The whole wedding weekend was perfect, everything was planned to a T and went so smoothly, this definitely would not have happened without Keeli and The Beach House team. The Beach House is YOUR WEDDING DESTINATION for sure!! You can not go wrong!

Guardian Wedding Coordinator Angel

The resort itself and chef on site is fantastic. My guest enjoyed the Porch and Tiki Hut.
Keeli Smith was wonderful to work with and a life savior. She was able to help me plan the wedding through the pandemic and being out of state. She was always able to answer questions and did it in timely manner . On our wedding day she had everything running like clockwork. The wedding ceremony and reception went off with out any problems. We are very happy that we chose the resort for our special day.

Wedding Weekend of a Lifetime

We could not have been happier with the service we received from the staff at the Beach House. I grew up going to HHI as a child so when we got engaged, it’s the first place that came to mind. Keeli and the staff were so responsive and helpful every step of the way. Keeli would often respond to my emails in a matter of minutes and was dependable from start to finish. Keeli and the staff were able to accommodate all requests with minimal modifications even in the middle of COVID. We loved the venue and staff so much that we are planning on going back for our one-year anniversary in 2021.

Perfect Intimate Wedding Experience

Every aspect of our wedding was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Keeli was absolutely a joy to work with. I always felt like I could reach out to her with any questions and she was so accommodating. I felt extremely well looked after and did not have to worry about a thing on my wedding day other than enjoying the day. My guests commented on how great the food was and the service was excellent as well. The ceremony was out on the beach and the reception was held in the Ocean Room. Our wedding was small (25 people) and the Ocean Room was the perfect size. Having the outdoor space with games for the kids was a bonus and ensured everyone had a great time. I would 100% recommend The Beach House for the perfect beach wedding.

Absolutely amazing and stunning!!

Keeli Smith was the wedding coordinator who we worked with at the Beach House and she did an amazing job!! We had a small budget that we wanted to work with, and she made it work! We ended up doing a morning wedding and had a brunch reception afterwards and it turned out perfectly!! We had about 60 guests and had the ceremony on the beach with the reception in the Ocean Room and utilized the amazing deck outside as well!! I highly recommend using this vendor. They gave us a free hotel room on the night of our wedding and that was super generous of them!!

I highly recommend having a wedding at the Beach House! From the initial conversation with Margaret about where to begin planning to talking to Keeli about everything leading up to our big day was perfect!! Keeli was so amazing to work with! She listened to everything we wanted and just gave us the most perfect night. We had such an amazing experience at the Beach House Resort and with Keeli. Everything was very easy and smooth. Keeli was so great to work with! We had a destination wedding (we're from Ohio) but she made the process so easy by always answering our phone calls and texts in a prompt manner! She definitely knows what she's doing so it was so nice having someone we could reach out to with any and all questions (like, hundreds of questions haha!

The services the Beach House provides are incredible, from linens, catering, tables and chairs, etc. It made the whole process so much easier for us! The food at the wedding was excellent, the bar staff was quick and so fun! Everything was perfect.

Absolutely perfect!

There are not enough words to describe how perfect our wedding was. From our initial request for information and working with Margaret to get some basic information, to fine tuning the details with Keeli could not have been more enjoyable. Keeli is absolutely amazing!
We are located out of state and making the decision to have our wedding at a venue we had not seen in person was risky, but totally worth it! The photos are spot on, the space is beautiful, the food was savory, delicious, and there was tons of it! We were lucky enough to make the trip out to HHI after our contract was put in place and couldn’t have been more confident and excited for our wedding to come and trusting in our decision. The staff that welcomes you upon arrival is genuinely welcoming, the bartenders and staff at the Porch and Tiki bar are all phenomenal!
Overall our April 28th wedding was flawless, and a trip of a lifetime. We had 80 guests fly in from all over the US and even from another country and we received so many compliments on how organized and beautiful everything turned out. The beach set up was beautiful, the weather couldn’t have been better. The sky room and deck had the perfect amount of formal mixed with casual fun and we were completely blown away!

I cannot say enough great things about The Beach House and about Keeli, the wedding coordinator! Booking was easy, communication was effective, and the wedding was absolutely beautiful. Ceremony was on the beach, with an indoor reception, which turned out perfect. The hotel is beautiful and is great for a natural, beachy, boho themed wedding (which is what we were going for). Keeli was the best part of the entire experience. She made sure every detail was right from start to finish. She is a truly a rare gem. The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I wouldn’t change one thing about our wedding. But they let us eat and drink for free at the on site restaurant while we waited for the room. Keeli our wedding coordinator was simply amazing. She so always available to answer questions and was so helpful the entire week. We were so grateful for her and how accommodating she was. The the wedding ran so smoothly because of her and all the staff. The sky view room was perfect for our smaller reception (around 30-40 people). The food was good and the bar tenders were really good too. All of our guests who stayed at the hotel were well taken care of as well. I don't have a single complaint and we plan on visiting the hotel again in the future.

Wedding Reception: Amazing, Professional, Kind, Patient & Fun Staff

My husband, family, and I 100% recommend working with The Beach House Resort for any celebration needs or even simply just to visit! We had so many out of town people that came in for the wedding staying there that thoroughly enjoyed their stay! The reception we had in the Ocean Room that flowed out to the outside deck was small, quaint and just everything we wanted. Keeli is AMAZING! Super sweet and so accommodating to work with! I was very grateful to have her through the entire experience as I was a local for the first 5 months of the engagement but moved out of state and planned the last 5 months virtually. She helped me very patiently when we made changes to numbers, times, and kindly helped accommodate every request we thought of.
My husband and I had a beautiful time at the reception and were blown away by all of the detail execution and how flawlessly everything was handled! The food was incredible They even made sure to plate our hors d'oeuvres for us because my husband was very excited about the ones we picked and wanted to enjoy them despite being absent from the cocktail hour. Bar service was wonderful and dinner was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The entire weekend was beautiful and that we truly cherished the reception! We will be back!

Absolutely perfect!

My daughter's wedding at The Beach House was absolutely perfect. Keeli was exceptional from start to finish. Her attention to every detail was amazing. We could not have asked for more. The food was delicious and the vendors recommended by Keeli were also great. (Gardenia's, Bride's Side Beauty, Low Country Flour Girls, and JLK Events and Gary Luca - absolutely the best!) They all work well together so we did not have to worry about coordinating a thing.

We can not thank Keeli and The Beach House staff enough for making my daughter's wedding perfect in everyway!

Flawlessly executed beach wedding

Our wedding went off without a hitch with The Beach House. Even with a change in coordinator Keeli was still amazing and answered every question promptly (or at least when weather wasn't forcing them out this past year!), and didn't hesitate to make any adjustment that we requested. From changing the menu to changing the bridal luncheon to even the time that the ceremony started. She even made sure that we had our ceremony on the sand, which was the number one priority for me, regardless of how the weather turned with it forecasting rain the entire day. No regrets at all with the choice for venue.

A dream come true :)

My Husband, Nick, and I were blown away by our wedding at the Beach House! We're from Boston so planning a destination wedding seemed like it would be a hard task to get exactly how we wanted it... But Keeli and the staff at the Beach House were absolutely incredible! We got married September 22, 2018 and it was an absolute dream! The weather was perfect and every detail was put together exactly how we envisioned our wedding would be! Keeli was super helpful and ALWAYS available for any questions or concerns we had! She's the best! We used the Porch, which is their restaurant at the hotel, for our caterer and it was unbelievably good! They did an amazing job during their food tasting and we even had the chef come out during diner to thank him for his hard work and delicious spread he presented! Our guests are still talking about the venue, food and the southern hospitality that everyone had shown us! We will defiantly be back to visit everyone!

My husband and I were married at the Beach House Resort at the end of September. It was absolutely everything we could have imagined and more! The weather was sunny and hot with a great breeze, and the sunset for pictures was breathtaking. Keeli and her team worked so hard to make sure everything was exactly as we had planned, and it was. The wedding ceremony and reception looked perfect, the food was DELICIOUS and so were the drinks and cake! We had about 40 guests and they all enjoyed themselves very much also. It was a true fairytale wedding for us and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend The Beach House Resort to anyone looking for a perfect beach wedding!!

I cannot say enough great things about Keeli Smith and the Beach House Resort! They did a phenomenal job with everything! Keeli made sure our day was perfect and that it was! She was very accommodating and very pleasant to work with! The whole staff was very professional in everything they did. The decorations looked awesome and the food and bar service were great! Being from out of town and just going off reviews for a venue and food was alittle nerve wrecking but I am so very glad we picked this resort! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! Literally the team at the Beach House cannot be beat. I always felt like we could reach out to Keeli and she was willing to do anything she could to make our wedding exactly what we imagined. The food was amazing, the staff that worked our wedding and day after brunch were fantastic and all the vendors recommended by Keeli were spectacular (Lowcountry Flour Girls, Photos by Ruthe, DJ Crush and Rich Smreczak). Cannot thank The Beach House team enough for how amazing our wedding weekend went.

I wish I could say enough words to express the level of service and expertise that I experienced during my recent wedding and wedding reception at the Beach House. Paige was the most amazing wedding planner, and worked diligently to make my wedding as perfect as I could ever hope for. Even with the terrible rain, she worked to make it absolutely perfect. Between coordinating my destination wedding, decorating, making my dreams come true and aiding my out of country guests I couldn't have asked for better service. The food was outstanding, and the service was beyond perfect. Our wedding dreams came to light with the help of Paige, and her amazing team at the Beach House. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a beach side wedding resort location to consider the Beach House. Just beyond amazing!

Our wedding coordinator, Emily Benz, was really helpful in planning our special day. She made sure that everything was exactly as I had imagined. She paid close attention to all details and was very quick to answer our questions or concerns. My husband and I were really impressed with the ceremony and the reception. We highly recommend the Beach House to anyone wanting a beautiful beach destination wedding. The food was excellent, and even our guests commented on how good the food tasted. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect ceremony and reception as we experienced at the Beach House Resort. Paige Lorberbaum was our wedding coordinator, she was extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our requests. Our guests were in awe of how beautiful the area was, and our reception in the dunes was perfect! The food was amazing, and the packages that the Beach House offered made our wedding planning from West Virginia easy and simple! Paige was amazing coordinating between our vendors we selected through their preferred list and made this bride very happy and calm! I would highly recommend the Beach House for a wedding venue, I wish we could do it all over.

We were so happy with my brother's wedding this past April. You will not find many, if any places that will offer full wedding packages for smaller groups. We were able to have the wedding on the beach, and the reception in the space inside. It was a last minute decision to keep the reception inside because of the wind. Paige was nothing by accommodating and never made them feel pressured to pick a spot. The service was great by all staff members. Food was excellent! How often can you have BBQ at a wedding?!? Every guest had a great time and most importantly, the bride and groom had a blast. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a beach wedding in Hilton Head.

I would without doubt recommend the Beach House and Page Lorberbaum as the wedding consultant. My son and Fiancée at the time found the Beach house on line and thought it looked great. After sending them there to check it out and met with Page, my husband and I flew to see the resort as well. The family was coming from Connecticut and Kentucky. All plans were communicated to and with Page at a distance. The staff treated us like family every day. The food Page helped us select was perfect! The Wedding was perfect! Page could not have been better at preparation for the big day! Thank you from our Family!!

Our wedding and reception at the Beach House was amazing. We chose this location because the venue offered the ceremony and reception to be held directly on the beach. The event manager was wonderful and we were able to customize the event to fit our vision. The day of the event it rained all morning, but preparations went ahead for an outdoor ceremony and reception. The sun came out just in time for everything to go off as planned and when the storm came back through around 9pm, the staff made a seamless transition for the party to continue indoors. There were a couple of other weddings on the property that day, but we never even noticed. Great staff wonderful and personalized service. We were extremely pleased.

We recently had our wedding at the Beach House - beach ceremony and reception in the Dunes (beach area within the hotel). Paige was amazing and was one of the reasons I selected the Beach House. As soon as I talked to her, I could tell she would help us make a beautiful wedding/reception exactly as we envisioned. We planned nearly everything via email and Paige was extremely responsive and helpful with ideas. I utilized many of the vendors they recommended and was pleased with all of them. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel and were pleased with the service and value they received. The day of the wedding, we had to made some decisions about location given the weather, but Paige was calm and prepared with options for us. We kept our location outside and the rain held off until the very end, so we didn't have to change anything. The food, beverage and service was top notch and definitely a good value as I priced a number of other HHI locations. I would highly recommend them for a gorgeous beach wedding!

The Beach House was the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony & reception. I've always loved coligny, so there was no better place in my mind. Our wedding coordinator, Paige, was very helpful, and answered all of my questions leading up the wedding, but it was all that she did the week and day of our wedding that leave me forever grateful for her help. From the rehearsal the night before, to her assistance in replacing a lost vase for our sand ceremony, going out of her way to get flowers for our cake, ensuring our set up was absolutely gorgeous, getting me the bottle of Riesling the bartender didn't have, champagne & a note in our room, to meeting us to deliver our leftover favors and cake the next morning, Paige went above & beyond to make sure we had a perfect night. While I will add that some of my guests wouldn't rate the actual rooms at the hotel a 5 (probably a 3.5 -- floors left our feet black), the dunes where the actual reception was held and the ceremony on the beach were perfect. I'd relive my wedding night a thousand more times if I could! Special thanks to Paige & all of the staff at the Beach House that helped make our night possible & so special!

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Beach House on May 7. We are from Cincinnati and we were a little nervous at first planning a destination wedding. From the moment I came in contact with Paige, I knew that everything would be taken care of and would turn out perfectly. Each time I met with Paige or spoke with her, she was able to reassure me and just ease all of my worries. I can't thank her enough and the entire team at the Beach House for making it such an easy going process and making it the absolute perfect day. I honestly can't say enough good about the entire wedding process with the Beach House and any one who decides to get married at the Beach House will absolutely not be disappointed.

Wonderful! I only have good things to say about everything! Paige was amazing. I'm someone who stresses out very easily and having her help was probably one of the best decisions I've ever made. She is quick to respond, eager to please, and helpful with whatever you need. She's great at her job and I am so thankful she was able to help us. The venue speaks for itself. If you're looking for a beach wedding this is the place. We had the ceremony on the beach which was beautiful, and the reception in the dunes which was also amazing. Paige put everything together so beautifully. The first time I saw everything was the same time the guests saw everything and I couldn't be happier with how everything looked. It is worth every penny, and honestly on the cheaper side than most beach places we looked at. Food was great delicious. I couldn't ask for a better venue. And if the husband and I ever renew our vows I'm sure we would come back here to do it!

My daughter was recently married. In her preparation for her big day, she researched EVERYTHING to the Nth degree for which I was very grateful. After all, we know where the bills end up!!! She chose the Beach House Resort as her venue of choice for several reasons: 1) she wanted a beach wedding, and this facility is right on the beach (hence the name); 2) she wanted a venue that could accommodate the size wedding she wanted (over 100 guests); and she wanted a venue that was not outrageously priced (and this one was most reasonable, especially since they could provide things - chairs, tables, linens, dance floor, etc. - which others would have to provide only by additional rentals. I was particularly pleased that the Beach House staff paid as much attention to detail as my daughter did in making her arrangements, and they followed through on every promise made. It was a wonderful event, and made this daddy's heart (and wallet) very glad.

Honestly my wife and I were a little concerned about planning a destination wedding.
We wanted our wedding to be a small laid back affair, on the beach, with our favorite people.
We were so excited to have come across the Beach House. Paige and Margaret made sure our wedding was handled with just as much attention as they would give a 200 guest extravaganza even though we just had a party of 30. The venue was beautiful, we were just off the main boardwalk which was great accessibility for our family. Paige arranged the decor so that we were able to be in our own little world. The day had it's bumps in the road, as all weddings do, but the staff at the Beach House did not skip a beat coming to us with a solution every time.
The food was great! They even made cherry ice cream so that we could toast with cherry floats! It was the one of the highlights of the night.
Paige and her team gave these two middle aged moms the wedding of our dreams!

We just loved the beach house and the staff!! Cannot sing them enough praises on our perfect wedding. Margaret and the staff took care of everything and made sure we all had a good time. It was hard for me to imagine planning a wedding from Indiana but Margaret made it happen. We could not be more thrilled with the end result. Only complaint is that the day just went too fast! ☺ We love the beach house!! Oh, and the food is amazing!! We had breakfast and lunch several times during the week leading up to the wedding. It’s a must have! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Margaret Corning at the beach house is amazing!! I planned my wedding for over a year but from New York and she made that process as easy as can be. Not only did she help me pick vendors but she also went to meetings with them that I could not attend and took care of everything I needed. The ceremony on the beach was perfect and unfortunately due to rain we had to move the reception inside but the staff here did an amazing job of getting everything done. I love it here and can't imagine having my wedding anywhere else!

The Beach House accommodated our guests and made sure all was taken care of. The staff for our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding were absolutely wonderful. They made sure that everything was perfect and answered any questions promptly. They were polite and respectful to all of our guests. Our wedding planner, Margaret Corning, was absolutely perfect throughout the entire process. She was in contact with us for a little over a year and made sure every detail was perfect! We found this restaurant because it was across the street from our hotel. We ate there and were so impressed we asked about our rehearsal dinner. The owner was so excited to do it for us. We emailed back and forth to determine the menu that was in our price range and it was amazing! We had options from bacon wrapped shrimp skewers to chicken marsala to cheeseburgers. Something for everyone! And the owner and staff were such a pleasure to work with!

We had a wonderful experience with Paige and The Beach House. We wanted to be as hands off as possible in the planning process, and this venue definitely was perfect for this while still allowing us to personalize our wedding as much as we wanted. Decorations, cake, and DJ selection were still up to us, but Paige did a wonderful job of coordinating the vendors and organizing on day of the wedding. Paige was very responsive to our questions beforehand and made sure everything set up and decorated perfectly the day of the wedding, so we could just enjoy ourselves and not worry about any preparation. The food was fantastic (we did the beach barbecue with an extra dish for vegetarians) and enjoyed by all the guests. It was a perfect wedding experience for us and our families!

Excellent venue and supportive staff

Just had our wedding here and everything was amazing! The coordinator was very responsive, easy to work with and adaptable to our needs (which is especially helpful in time of Covid). Love workin with her and could have had a better wedding.

Keeli and the rest of the Beach House staff were so accommodating and kind. We had our rehearsal dinner there and everything went flawlessly. The hotel is beautiful and they even had a treat basket for us when we got up to the hotel which I thought was a wonderful surprise. I would definitely Recommend them to anybody thinking of having a reception or a rehearsal dinner there. They are awesome!

We had our wedding and reception at The Beach House. Leading up to the wedding Paige, our hotel coordinator, was great! We live in Chicago and she was able to help us plan our wedding in Hilton Head Island with ease. She helped us by making recommendations for all outside vendors and getting everything setup. Paige made things run very smoothly. In fact, I got many comments from my bridemaids that this was the least stressful wedding that they had ever attended. The only comment, and this may be specific to us since we never even visited The Beach House before our wedding weekend, is that there were a lot of emails back and forth about decor and other aspects of the wedding. I think that could have been avoided with a document that had pictures and descriptions of the options to choose from. It was a bit hard to visualize their decor options combined with what we purchased but she was able to work with Gardenias Event Floral and pull it together beautifully. Other than that Paige was great from the moment we asked about the venue until the end of our wedding weekend.

Couple of things i would change or recommend, happy hour Friday was good, however i would have said for the food options maybe just have some of the most popular items to pick from as platters available to just pick up and eat, but it ended up being fine the way it was. 1 more server then wouldnt have hurt either. I wasnt there for when the guests arrived to the pavillion but having some of our selected mix drinks to pick up and go at first probably would have been good also still fine. moving the ceramony from where we thought it would be to where it was going to be was a little unexpexted but also was fine, the last thing was the wheel chair, i realize that it was a process and it was taken care of, but it was known that all of that was needed, so even if any of us needed to do anything for that we would have in advance so that there were no issues, however also while it was a guest of my families, i do also feel like it was the parents responsibility to figure out the final detail if it was that imporant to them as I, Julia, & Kim all did whaever was humanly possible to make it happen and it was fine. Everything was really perfect!! I had the best day of my life as expected. You all did truley shine in both of our eyes, and I would like to speak with the new GM at some point with just some in general questions. Thank you again so much! Talk soon!! Jeff Jacobsen

venue was beautiful and keeli was awesome!! our puctures could not have come out better. all of our guests raved about the food and how beauitful it was. the staff our entire stay was fantastic. we loved that they provided an almost completely inclusive experience! only down fall was our cooridinator changed multiple times as did the prices. they realize and accomadated very well though. overall great experience!

We are still overjoyed with how perfect everything turned out. From the very beginning, the entire experience was smooth, joyful, and truly magical. We truly can’t say enough about the experience.
Margaret Davis was an absolute dream to work with—professional, was incredibly easy to work with, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made the planning process feel seamless and stress-free. She went out of her way to make our dream wedding a reality, guiding us every step of the way. Her deep knowledge of the venue and commitment to excellence made all the difference. Margaret and the entire staff made sure our big day was everything we hoped for and more!
The Beach House staff were equally amazing, guest-friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable, and just steps from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. Our guests were so impressed with the service and the atmosphere throughout the entire stay.
One of the standout features of working with the Beach House Resort as a wedding venue is that you receive a list of preferred vendors. This took all the guesswork and stress out of selecting professionals for our big day. Every vendor we worked with was familiar with the venue, which meant everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Just like Margaret and her team, the vendors delivered extraordinary service and knew exactly how to bring our vision to life.
What can we say about The Porch and The Tiki Hut? Both are absolute gems in their own way!!! Live music, pool side cabana service, food, fun, laughter and sun. These laid-back funfest areas added the perfect touch of energy and tropical flair to our stay and celebration! We made unforgettable memories with our guest and staff – Total HIT!
We couldn’t be more thankful to Margaret, the Beach House, The Porch and The Tiki Hut staff, and all the incredible people who helped make our wedding truly unforgettable.
