We loved our wedding here! Andrea was professional and quickly responsive from day 1, and it was so easy to get in touch with her when we had questions while planning. Lisa was our coordinator, and she made the entire day so easy for us. It was a huge load off of us to not have to worry about getting everything ready or communicating with our vendors as they arrived. We paid for the decor package and got to choose our decor out of their huge closet, and Lisa did a great job putting everything together. We expressed our desire to have a private dinner at the reception, and they created a romantic setup in the bridal suite for us. It is one of my favorite memories of the day! Our wedding was exactly what we dreamed of, and we cannot thank the staff enough for making it happen!

The venue was beautiful and affordable. I was thankful we chose this particular venue since it rained, and moving my outdoor ceremony to an indoor one was a breeze. Andrea was professional and prepared for anything. The food was delicious and the flowers and decorations were perfect. She communicated with me and my wedding coordinator regularly, so the day was perfect. Choose this venue if you're looking for beautiful, peaceful mountain scenery with rustic charm combined with affordability and professionalism!

Most amazing service and Group of people!
I recently got married at the Barn on 11/12 and it was one of the most amazing and memorable days I will cherish for the rest of my life. I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciate Andrea with all her help from beginning to end and the amazing job she also did with my Flowers everything was perfect and more amazing then I ever imagined it. Lisa brought all my ideas to life and made sure that everything was ready to go and looking perfect! She was able to rehearse my ceremony with us and we were able to get everything done right on the first shot! I cannot tell you all how appreciative I was to all of them and how amazing my day was and all because of the work they do! They managed to pull off all my ideas and execute everything so much better then I ever dreamed of all while I was working on the ohine with them from Florida! I hope to one day be back at the Barn to celebrate and create many memories with the ones we love! Until then we love our Tennessee family at the barn and we will visit soon!

Our wedding was a fantastic fall night
The barn was our first place we visited for potential venue. We looked at some more but nothing compared. It was absolutely the best day of my life. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our director Lisa Allen went above and beyond. Stephanie was so attentive during the reception and made sure we had food and time to eat. They really are a hidden gem. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s 100% worth every penny!

We looked at several venues but nothing compared to the The Barn Event Center of the Smokies! Debbie took us for a tour of the venue and everything inside and out was immaculate and absolutely beautiful! They have taken so much time, love and care in every detail of their property and it was stunning! She was professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Andrea worked with us on the flowers, table set up, food and other details. She was patient, kind, helpful and answered all of our questions. She had so many creative ideas for decorations and flowers and she made it fun. The flower decorations were extraordinary! We used them outside and inside. Lisa is the wedding coordinator and she was a gem too. We talked with her before the wedding, the day and evening of and she was friendly, helpful, patient and also had many great suggestions. She always had a smile on her face was calm, helpful and directed the day and evening perfectly. Everything flowed. The staff was great, the food was delicious and everyone was an absolute joy to work with. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and they made us feel welcome and like family. Thank you!

Perfect Setting for Perfect Memories
Our son and now daughter-law asked us to host the rehearsal dinner for their destination wedding. Though there are many places to consider in the Pigeon Forge, TN area what first got out attention was the ambience--an old rustic farm building renewed into a surreal setting. Nestled on a hillside, from the moment you arrive there is that feeling that something special is about to happen. And, you will not be disappointed. The staff went out of their way to help us plan the best way to utilize the space. The decor, including use of the original wood beams, makes for a wonderful intimate setting. Many of our guests upon entering the room simply said, "Wow! What a great place." The tables were set up to our specifications. When it came time to eat the staff were very eager to serve, polite in their questions, and obviously committed to our welfare. The food was outstanding. We had two entrees available to our guests. Both the mandarin orange chicken and the cinnamon apple pork were described by many, "as the best that they ever had eaten". The re-stuffed baked potatoes rivaled those found in some of the best steakhouses. Even after the wedding the next day many guests were still commenting on the food including some who ran a prominent restaurant in Georgia. The strawberry shortcake dessert pleased many a palate. If one views the rehearsal dinner as an opportunity to thank people who have had an impact upon the bridal couple as well as a fun retreat from the stressors of the wedding, there is no place better. They are helpful, professional and desirous of delivering the best experience possible. I doubt if those who first built the barn ever imagined that it would become such an outstanding venue that would create lasting memories.

We got married on June 12th, 2021 and it was everything I ever dreamed of!
The day of our wedding could not have been more perfect. Rich and his staff took great care of us.
From start to finish, they made our wedding dreams come true. Rich, Andrea, Lisa and Stephanie are amazing at what they do. They are prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We fell in love with Barn Event Center the minute we walked in and met with Lisa!
She was so kind and sweet and we were convinced immediately that they would make our wedding dreams come true.
We got married in their beautiful Gardens and had our reception in the Le Conte Room. The venue is breathtaking and the service is spectacular!
My husband and I had the best day of our lives, and we got so much great feedback from our guests. All of them said it was the best wedding they’ve been to!
The bartender ( The Pour Guys) made amazing drinks and people rarely had to wait. The night started and ended perfectly, I am beyond happy with my experience.
Just want to say a big thank you to Barn Event Center for making our wedding perfect. Definitely recommend them for weddings or even parties!

Wonderful wedding venue!
The Barn Event Center was wonderful for my daughter’s wedding. The food was really good, the servers were so nice, the flowers were the most beautiful I’ve seen at a wedding (thanks Andrea), the room was beautifully decorated, every little detail was wonderful. the barn event center of the smokies was the best place I could share my special day at. from the beginning, it was nothing but positive energy! my parents live out of state and andrea was the best at letting us come to see the venue a couple of times and they are very flexible! once we booked them, everyone was very helpful by answering all questions and even providing beautiful decorations for the inside! the week before, my wedding coordinator, Lisa, was not only beautiful but amazing!! always stepping in to help and even dealing with our fun and crazy friends and family! she is beyond excellent! felicia and her guys were amazing setting everything up!! they listen so well and definitely went above and beyond to make it absolutely beautiful!! it was beyond my expectations and I could not have asked for a more beautiful, caring venue! and the food.....OMGGGGG to die for!!! there chefs are amazing and also husband and wife! truly amazing comfort food and it was most definitely DELICIOUS!! everyone at my wedding loved the food and were boasting about it....they definitely have a sense of warm welcomes and family here! Everyone at the Barn was so easy to work with. Felicia and Lisa went above and beyond the day of the wedding and Andrea was always willing to let us stop by and answer our many questions. They are stocked with all sorts of decorating items from table linens to vases. We spent very little money on flowers etc because it just wasn't needed. The food was fantastic! No complaints whatsoever.. We received so many compliments about the venue from our guests!

Our daughter just had her wedding and reception at the Barn Event Ctr of the Smokies and we were so thrilled with the outcome! They were professional from start to finish! The event manager, Andrea, gave us direction with lists of recommended vendors including cake bakeries, photographers, florists, dj, wedding coordinators, and even officiants. The facility is beautiful and the service impeccable! Each desire of the couple was listened to and suggestions were made to work with our budget and number of guests. We had a wonderful buffet dinner for 110 people that was complimented by all! Highly recommend!

The Barn Event Center of the Smokies was great to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating. Andrea helped us via email and phone as we planned our wedding from afar. We did not see the venue until a few days before our big day and the photos that we had seen didn't do it justice. Lisa was our wedding director and was FANTASTIC! She seriously made the last minute planning and set up so easy. She helped us tremendously, especially with the small details that really mean a lot in the end. The kitchen/catering staff were wonderful. They did a great job making our wedding ceremony and reception look beautiful as well as making delicious food that received many compliments. The positive feedback we received from our guests, in regards to the venue and food, for days after our wedding is a testament to how great the Barn Event Center of the Smokies really is.

We had our wedding at the Barn Event Center, and it was the perfect place for our event. The outside space for the ceremony was beautiful, and the inside space for the reception was exactly what we wanted. They were willing to let us wait until the day of to call if we wanted to move it inside due to weather. This was vital since the weather report was saying 80% chance of rain until the morning of our wedding. The staff was very courteous, and Lisa was absolutely the best! She helped us out with all the logistics and made sure the event went seamlessly. They also helped us with a van to transport our guests back and forth to the hotel, so our guests could fully enjoy the evening.

Everything went smooth from the moment we toured the place until we left after the ceremony! The food was great! Our decorations and flowers were beautiful! We got many many compliments on everything. I would recommend the Barn Event Center of the Smokies and all of their staff to everyone!! I could not have been any less stressed and who doesn’t want that for their wedding!! There was one little mishap with the food for children and it was taken care of immediately and so smoothly that absolutely nobody ever even knew there was a minor issue. Absolutely the BEST. We could not have picked a better location for our wedding. The Barn Event Center staff treats you as part of the family. Very professional, accommodating, friendly, and most of all fun. From the excellent chef (Love the pasta and veggies), to the loving friendly "feel like family" owners, to Andrea who is the perfect guide, to Felicia the banquet manager - we always felt as if we were a priority. The day of staff made things go smoothly, they were beyond kind/nice, and our day would not have been a success or special without them. I can only give 5 stars, but they deserve 100! And the cost is WELL worth it - for ~ 90 people (inc. kids) our entire food/venue/labor bill was jut at $6K!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. We got married in June of 2017 and every single person we interacted with at this venue from start to finish was fantastic. They saw our dream and ran with it. It was everything I could have ever hoped for and then some. If something did not go perfect the day of the wedding, no one would have known. The wedding coordinator was on top of absolutely everything, people still about talk how good the food was, and my flowers were out of this world! I would recommend this venue to everybody.

We are so pleased with this venue, the entire staff and the quality of the food. Staff is extremely helpful and was so accommodating with every request made! The food was delicious. My daughter and son-in-law were so happy !

The Barn was AMAZING! We planned this wedding out of state and not once did I stress over anything. They made it SO EASY! From contacting me right away when I showed interest, to helping me make decisions, and being so accommodating, the barn is the place to have your wedding! We were given many compliments all night of how beautiful of a venue and wedding it was. It wouldn't have been that way without Andrea and Lisa! If I could do it all over again, we wouldn't change a single thing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My amazing husband and I got married about 2 weeks ago on June 29th, and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone in the staff is so caring and nice! Andrea did amazing with our flower decor. Lisa and Felica did amazing coordinating the big day. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect day! The food was absolutely amazing, and they give you left overs to take home! Another thing we loved is the Barn is so automaticlly beautiful that you do not need to by a bunch of different decor, they have so much to choose from! If you want a venue that truly cares about your big day, this is the one to choose. Thank you for making our wedding day so amazing!

From the moment we first contacted this venue, we have felt a sense of comfort. Absolutely everyone we met throughout the process of planning our wedding was amazing.
Felicia set up the venue for our wedding and it truly was beautiful. It was absolutely everything that we had envisioned plus much more. She did such an amazing job. She was constantly making sure we had everything we needed during the reception. The food is FANTASTIC! Our guests were raving about how great dinner was for days. (We had pulled BBQ, potato salad, mac n cheese, and salad)
If you are considering this venue, go take a look! You will fall in love with the uniqueness and the rustic vibe, with a very elegant look.

The Barn Event Center was such a beautiful place to get married at. The place was already so beautifully decorated, we hardly had to do anything else. The staff is very helpful and professional. They made us feel right at home. Oh, and by the way, the food was delicious (from what I heard...I was a little preoccupied). The scenery is gorgeous, and I loved that nearly everything was already on site. We just had to show up!

I got married on December 10, 2016 at The Barn Event Center & it was magical. Everyone was friendly. The folks at the Barn Event Center are a joy to work with! They are very nice and genuine people. I couldn't ask for a more perfect day! Plus, the food is fantastic. I surely enjoyed my winter wonderland wedding! I recommend this gem to any couple looking for a rustic elegant view near the mountains.

I would highly recommend The Barn Event Center. My son and his wife had their wedding and reception at The Barn. I can't save enough good things about the food, the chefs, the staff, the coordinators. I am usually highly critical and can always find something that didn't go quite right. In the case of our son's wedding, I am unable to find a single thing that could be considered a negative. Everything about their day was absolutely perfect! There was nothing to worry about because The Barn's staff was taking care of everything!

The Barn Event Center of the Smokies is THE BEST place ever for your dream wedding! Everyone is so kind, helpful, caring, and nice. They truly went out of there way to make sure we were all taken care of. We rented the venue for the ceremony and reception. We had them cater our food and do our flowers. The venue is BEAUTIFUL inside and out. The food was AMAZING and our flowers turned out BEAUTIFUL. We also had Marilyn and Lisa to coordinate and just to get everything done and together. They are AMAZING. Anything they could do to make it less stressful on us, they wanted to do it. The day of our wedding was so easy because everyone there was doing there part in whatever needed to be done for our day. They made it simple and so easy for us to enjoy our day as every bride and groom should do. The whole crew is simply AMAZING and we are so thankful we shared our day with The Barn Event Center of the Smokies! :)

Start early and talk to Andrea at the Barn. She has wonderful ideas, pictures and can give you the best of her experiences.
Make lists and keep communicating with the Barn. They know what works best with your ideas and they can share that knowledge with you. Be assured that all the staff at the Barn are helpful and friendly and very professional. Our son's wedding could not have been better. Plus, their food is wonderful!

I was very pleased with the staff and location of this venue. They made sure that the wedding party and family had everything they needed. It was so much better than I could have ever expected! Marilyn was a huge help when it came to decorating and getting me and my bridesmaids down the aisle at the right time. I could not have pictured things going any smoother and simpler than they did. The staff helped relieve any stress and were so kind. I had someone asking me almost every 10 minutes if they could get me anything or if I needed them to do anything.
The Barn also provided the catering and the food was delicious! It was the best barbecue and mac-n-cheese I have had in a long time! I also had many friends and family saying how great the food was.
I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am for Andrea and Marilyn and how easy and wonderful they made our big day! I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone wanting a rustic/barn theme for their wedding.

The Barn exceeded all my expectations! I cannot say enough good things about the location and staff. Since we are from out of town, we truly did not know what to expect. The staff made everything run smoothly. They had everything set up beautifully and made it easy on this Mother of the Bride. Andrea did an excellent job on our flowers. We were looking for the "WOW" factor and she more than delivered. The flowers were gorgeous. We all know wedding food is usually just okay, but the food at the rehearsal dinner was exceptional. Our guests complimented the food over and over. It is a beautiful venue in itself, but the extra details the Barn Staff added made everything wonderful and helped us enjoy this special time. As I look back on my daughter's special day, it couldn't have turned out nicer or run any smoother than it did. I give the credit to the Barn Event staff. They were so professtional in everyway. If you are looking for that special place to have a wedding or a reheasal dinner, I cannot recommend The Barn Event Center of the Smokies. They made everything wonderful

Many of our guests were very complimentary of the decor, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food....this venue provided us with everything we could ask for and more. They truly exceeded our expectations! There are so many beautifully restored antique carriages, a beautiful natural looking waterfall, and the carefully crafted wood interior gave such a warm glow to all of our pictures. I would recommend this venue with absolutely no hesitation to anyone looking for a charming place to set off one of the most momentous occasions of your lives.

If you are looking for an exquisite setting and a vendor that goes above and beyond, we highly recommend the Barn. We knew we wanted to offer our guests from Tennessee and from all over the country a truly unique Smoky Mountain experience. The Barn is absolutely beautiful and as our pictures now confirm, the most perfect setting for wedding pictures. I did not have my bridesmaids nearby to help with a lot of preparation as they were all flying in from out of state, but the Barn staff were extremely helpful and put all my concerns to ease. They were extremely helpful with guiding us through each step of the process in selecting vendors and making our to do lists. We had Andrea from the staff do our floral arrangements and she outdid herself with our floral arrangements. The flowers were not only breathtaking, but within our budget. Everything is customizable with this space, so it doesn't matter what type of wedding you want... the Barn can accomodate. We went with a 1930's rustic vintage theme and the space was magically transformed by the staff. They went the extra mile to attend to all the details so that I could relax and enjoy the day. The menu was customized as well to accommodate all dietary restrictions, as we had people come from all over - Germany, California, Canada, etc. And what an awesome way to welcome our out of towners to the hills of Tennessee and give them a truly authentic mountain experience. We had bluegrass for our cocktail hour and gathered downstairs in LeConte Room and outside for picture fun and mingling. For our ceremony we were married in a celtic cross formation vs. traditional aisle layout and there was not a dry eye in the house. It was so intimate and special and I'm so glad the owner Debbie Way suggested we try this layout. The staff seamlessly transformed the same space for our reception. We danced every song til the end of the night! Thank you to the Barn for making our special day one to always cherish.

My mom previewed this venue for me and walked out of there saying it was perfect! Let's book it! 6 months later we had an absolutely perfect wedding!! The staff is very patient and committed to making your special day exactly the way you envisioned!! The food was absolutely phenomenal!!!! All of my guests raved about the natural beauty of the barn! I could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding! The staff on the day of my wedding was so kind and made me feel very special by commenting on my dress and congratulating us! They acted as if they knew me, the guest of honor, personally! Not just a wait staff there strictly doing their jobs, they made it personal! As a sweet side note....the owner, Richard, noticed the transport service bringing my grandmother was late, and he immediately made contact with me and asked if we could delay the ceremony. Of course I said Absolutely! He immediately ran upstairs and spoke to my coordinator and music person and made it happen flawlessly!! I was listening along to the pre ceremony music downstairs for my queue, and I noticed the music continued until my grandmother was seated! The delay was seamless!

We really cannot say anything bad about the Barn Event Center. We planned our wedding while living overseas. It was not conventional and a very different affair than most weddings. They were on board and helped in so many ways. If I had to do it over again, I would choose the Barn for our wedding venue!

Loved having our wedding at The Barn Event Center in Townsend. We wanted a Winter Wonderland theme and they helped transform the area into exactly what we wanted! The food was delicous and when more people showed up than expected, they took charge and made sure everyone had seats! They worked well with our wedding planner, Heather with Simplicity Event Planners and everyone made sure our wedding day was all and more than we imagined!

This was the first place I walked into and knew this was exactly where I wanted to get married! Fast forward 6 months we had the most beautifully, deliciously perfect wedding! It was so fun! Everything was perfect. Better than i ever could have imagned. Every detail was described over the phone or through email, it being a destination wedding, the staff was very flexible with this and polite and professional. I had forgotten a cake topper and Andrea made one on the spot using some of the flowers from the decor. I was very impressed with this venue.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and a lot of that is because of how awesome this venue and the people are!! My only complaint was that there was a mixup at our rehearsal and the person that I was told would be there was not, and someone else showed up an hour late...so that was very stressful. But we used Andrea as our florist and she helped me plan everything out and it was GORGEOUS! Would definitely recommend The Barn to others.

The venue was absolutely beautiful! Little decorations were needed because the Barn had so many of its own already set up and lots of lights.The staff was so friendly and helpful from the time we first inquired to the staff that worked our event. It was very low maintenance and stress free the day of the wedding. The staff took care of setting up all of the center pieces and decorations that we brought. The food was delicious, way better then your average wedding food. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding. It was beautiful and easy to get to even in the middle of snowy winter.

We had our wedding reception at the Barn Event Center in Townsend.
We looked at several venues and from the start we were impressed with the Barn. Warning, not your typical BARN. It is very classy and beautifully decorated, perfect for our wedding reception. We had around 70 people at the reception and plenty of room for a dance floor.
The food was great, the staff was very professional right down to the Maître De who greeted everyone with his top hat, coat, and tails.
The big thing we loved about the Barn was it was one stop shopping, They handled the venue, decorating and setup, their own chef and kitchen on site, servers, flowers, parking.... everything related to the reception. They even gave us an invaluable list of their preferred vendors for everything from DJs, to bartenders, to limos, to photographers.

Owners were horrible.
First of all, Lisa was absolutely amazing. She was the kindest and sweetest person I think I’ve ever met in my life. I got married here on 11/28/2020. When I was giving Richard the final check, he said I owed $400 exactly more than what I had made the check out for based upon the quote I had received in my email from Andrea. The contract I had signed and agreed to the cost for seemed to completely disappear when Richard confronted me about being $400 short on the final payment. He pulled out a completely different contract that I didn’t sign. Not to mention when I handed him a check that was written out for close to $4,000, he asked me, “now are you sure this check isn’t going to bounce?” which is EXTREMELY unprofessional. He refused to allow the chefs to start cooking until I gave him $400 which I reluctantly agreed because I was already annoyed at this point and didn’t want to deal with them anymore. We had the venue all day as well, and the bridal party arrived at 9 AM to begin getting ready. The female owner was showing the venue and kicked me out of the bridal suite and all the bridesmaids had to wait until their showing was done to finish getting ready. My dress and all of my belongings for the day were in the bridal suite and the female owner was in there with a potential client and kicked me out while I was getting ready and had me leave all my belongings which made me extremely uncomfortable. The owners and Andrea were not professional at all and could not keep anything I asked them or told them straight, and could not return phone calls to save their lives. However, Lisa was the savior for my wedding. I seriously owe her so much for making our day as great as it was.

This venue is gorgeous and is perfect for a wedding. The catering they have tasted amazing. My only problem on my wedding day was the new owner, that was not the owner when I booked the event. On my wedding day she booked a tour of the facility, which is very wrong because I paid for every area of the facility for the entire day. Not only were there complete strangers walking around while we were rehearsing and setting up, but the owner asked a family member of mine to move some of our decorations for the ceremony because she was showing the venue. We were setting up for my ceremony that was in three hours when she said that. The owner also asked when me and my bridal party would be done in the cades cove room (area where bride and bridesmaids get ready) so that she could show the people that were touring the room, and apologized for the tour people being three hours late. Though she still allowed them to come and to me that is bad business. I am sure that the people touring were so impressed that they would also have the opportunity to have their wedding day interrupted by complete strangers if they to chose to book their event there.
