Our experience at The Barn at Stoneybrooke was amazing! The venue is absolutely beautiful, and so many of our guests are still commenting on it weeks after our wedding. On top of that, all of the staff are absolutely incredible to work with. Jenn gave us our first tour and was so helpful and welcoming. Abbey was our coordinator and was more than we could have ever asked for! She was so responsive throughout the whole planning process and answered all of our questions. On the day of, we were totally stress-free because we knew she would handle anything that came up. Our family and wedding party have talked to us multiple times since the wedding day about how excellent Abbey was on and we agree! We also got an assistant, Kelsey, and she set up everything perfectly. We would highly recommend having your wedding at The Barn at Stoneybrooke! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Barn at Stoneybrooke! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was special, but Jenn and Jeremi completely blew us away. We planned our wedding on an incredibly tight timeline—just six weeks after our engagement—and their communication was absolutely amazing. They guided us through the entire process seamlessly, taking away all the typical wedding planning panic.
The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful. It has been a full year since our wedding, and our guests still talk about how gorgeous everything was. Jenn and Jeremi were also incredibly accommodating and accepting of our wishes, including our request for a longer ceremony, ensuring the day truly reflected us.
As the bride, I was able enjoy the day without being consumed by stress. Thanks to their incredible team, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything was perfectly taken care of and handled with total professionalism. If you want a stunning venue with a team that genuinely cares and executes flawlessly, look no further! -

The Barn at Stoneybrooke is a hidden gem , such a beautiful wedding venue!!! When it came time for us to choose a venue this venue was a no brainer. The grounds are gorgeous, so rustic, very beautiful! Jenn the owner is so nice & welcoming so easy to work with ! Our day of coordinator Lauryn was amazing, breath of fresh air, made everything run so smoothly, made everything leading up to and the day of so stress free! Also our assistant Kaitlyn helped with so much as well too! We are so appreciative! This family run venue has so much charm and hospitality! We couldn’t have asked for a better day, it was a true dream come true ! This venue is the best wedding venue in the parkesburg area, we highly recommend for all future couples! We are so pleased! Our day was so special & we are so thankful❤️

Our experience with The Barn at Stoneybrooke and the team was nothing short of incredible. Jenn was so intentional from the start and so attentive to detail. It was the best day of our lives and Jenn and the team contributed to that. They are so kind and made sure everything was taken care of. Best Wedding Ive Ever Been To
I might be a little biased, but our wedding was truly the best wedding I’ve ever been to — and so much of that is because of this venue. The space itself is absolutely stunning; every corner is picture-perfect and created the most beautiful backdrop for our day.
The staff was nothing short of phenomenal. From the very beginning, they guided us through every step with professionalism, calmness, and genuine care. They anticipated needs before we even voiced them, handled every detail seamlessly, and made the entire experience feel effortless and stress-free.

Jenn is very easy to work with and very communicative. The venues landscaping is absolutely beautiful, very taken care of, we really loved the courtyard area. I would definitely recommend a visit to the barn at Stoney brook!! -

King Wedding Day
We were so blessed to have Stoneybrooke as our wedding venue! Jenn was so helpful and flexible with anything we needed. Special shoutout to Lauryn & Stacey who were our coordinators. A wedding venue that matches ur pinterest dreams
We recently had our wedding at this amazing venue and it was absolutely perfect! The facilities were stunning, with beautiful decor and a picturesque setting that made our special day even more magical. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure every detail was taken care of. Even though we couldn’t use the outside reception area because of the rain, the inside reception was just as beautiful. We got married at The Barn at Stoneybrooke in early June and it was truly the DREAM venue for our wedding! We loved that the Barn had many different gorgeous areas that our guests got to experience throughout the flow of the wedding. The outside ceremony backdrop is breathtaking, the silo barn at cocktail hour is so unique, and the reception space is just absolutely beautiful with the barn door, lights, and white drapes! One factor in picking this venue was the indoor ceremony space. It was just as beautiful as the outdoor option and as the bride, it was important to have a just a great backup option. Not only is the venue PERFECT but Jenn and her staff were AMAZING!!! They walked us through EVERYTHING so flawlessly and stress free. They made our wedding planning and wedding day so smooth and worry free and I cannot thank them enough! There couldn't have been a more perfect venue to have our wedding day. The Barn at Stoneybrooke has a beautiful bridal/groom suite, a spacious cocktail hour space (which doubles as an indoor option if you choose for your ceremony), a stunning outdoor reception area with rolling hills, stunning foliage, and a breathtaking pergola, and amazing picture options on the property, including a gazebo, pond, and trees, and a very well-done reception space. Jenn and her team truly make sure your wedding day goes as smooth as possible. From our first meeting, we felt so at ease knowing that Jenn would make sure our wedding dreams come true. She really takes care of it all. She was super available throughout all of the planning months and decorated our space so beautifully (better than I could have imagined). We literally had a wedding venue owner as a guest, and he even commented on how "extraordinary" and "above and beyond" the Barn at Stoneybrooke team was. Jenn makes sure things are timely and ensures the groom and bride don't have to worry about anything other than enjoying their special day. Beautiful! Highly Recommend!
We got married at The Barn at Stoneybrooke in May 2024 and we can’t recommend this venue enough! Jenn, the venue owner, Abbey, our day-of coordinator, and their entire team are a huge reason our wedding day was as incredible as it was. This venue is perfect if you’re looking for a rural venue in the greater Philadelphia area.
Our families, the bridal party and dozens of other guests told us throughout the day just how beautiful they found the venue to be and how kind and respectful the staff was to everyone.
Jenn, Abbey and the team were incredibly communicative, supportive, professional and prompt throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. Our wedding was interfaith, most of our guests were flying in from out of town, and we had very particular visions for the wedding day – they were not just willing, but eager to work with us and accommodate our wishes for the day. They worked with all of our vendors seamlessly so that we didn’t have to think about anything other than spending the day with our friends and family.
Even though it’s in a rural area, the venue is easy to get to, has ample parking, and the property and the grounds are stunning. Jenn and her team have invested a lot of time and resources into making the property beautiful and it shows. The grounds and landscaping are expertly manicured, the barn is bright, spacious and clean, and the outdoor venue setting is incredibly picturesque.
11 out of 10 venue. 12 out of 10 staff. It was the most perfect day!

I cannot recommend the Barn at Stoneybrooke enough! From the moment we stepped onto the property we just knew it was going to be the place for us. The property is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Not only that, but everyone we encountered working with Stoneybrooke was amazing. Jen gave us our initial tour and was so kind and personable we felt so comfortable. We loved how the venue is a family business! All of the vendors the recommended to us ended up being a pleasure to work with as well :) Lauryn was our coordinator and she helped make our final vision come to life and ensured the rehearsal and wedding day ran smoothly. On our wedding day I truly felt like I could relax because I trusted the Barn at Stoneybrooke and Lauryn & Kelsey 100%. November 2023 bride here!! Stoneybrooke was our first venue tour that no other following tour could top! My husband and I knew from the start it was where we were going to get married and we are so glad we did. From our first tour to our wedding day, Jenn (owner) and her team were top notch! They made a beautiful, stress free, and loving day for us to remember forever and always. Our assigned coordinator, vendors list, and everything in between exceeded our expectations to the highest amount. Every time we went back to the venue someone was working on the landscaping - which is BEAUTIFUL in every single season! They pay attention to every detail and truly care about their couples. Jenn and Jeremi made our wedding day absolutely seamless and beyond perfect! We would highly recommend The Barn at Stoneybrooke!
My husband and I both work for Serock Catering and we knew before getting engaged that we were going to get married at Stoneybrooke. We loved everything about it - from the beautiful landscape, to the stunning inside reception space, to the staff that is now more like family.
Jenn and Jeremi made the process of planning a wedding easy! 5 minutes before the ceremony it started to pour and the staff quickly and effortlessly rearranged the inside ceremony site. Our guests raved about how easy the staff made it for them and how fast they were to act! We truly appreciate the ease it was for us and our guests.
We continue to hear from our guests about how beautiful The Barn at Stoneybrooke is and how wonderful the night was. We owe so much to the staff for making our night (and the process) perfect. Wonderful Venue and Staff!
I could not imagine getting married at any other venue. When I first found the Barn at Stoneybrooke I fell in love. Jenn, Lauryn, and Stacey were all amazing! During the whole process, any questions I had, they were answered very quickly. They made everything go so smooth and it felt like I have known them all for years. The best decision that my husband and I have made for our wedding was choosing The Barn at Stoneybrooke for our wedding venue. When I started looking into wedding venues online, one of the first ones I came across was The Barn and I knew right then that was where I wanted to get married. We booked our wedding date right after our visit and I am so glad we did. The Barn itself is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and they are always doing so much to update the venue and keeping it looking perfect. We had beautiful weather for our September wedding day and were able to get married in the beautiful outdoor venue area under the pergola. All of the landscaping and flowers of the venue truly allows you to get away with no decorations and it will still look stunning. Our reception was held inside the barn which again is amazing, where we danced the night away. The Barn has the option of adding on draping which we chose and Josh Engel did white draping over the dance floor which added such a special touch. Jenn, the owner was another huge reason why we chose the Barn. From my very first inquiry, our first tour, to all of the planning and finally our wedding day, Jenn has been amazing. It is truly hard to put into words how great Jenn is, as not only a venue coordinator, but now a great friend. Jenn, Chris (our assistant from the Barn) and their team are professional, knowledgable, fast and efficient, and passionate about what they do. She took my visions and made every dream come true, along with coordinating all of our vendors and making the day as smooth as possible. Jenn truly alleviated so much of my wedding stress and they truly cares about her couples. We would choose The Barn at Stoneybrooke over and over again for our wedding if we could, but of course are already wanting to come back and visit the beautiful venue! Do not wait another second, book the Barn at Stoneybrooke for your wedding venue!!! A beyond beautiful rustic barn venue with amazing staff that will make your wedding a dream come true. The ABSOLUTE BEST venue EVER!!! I could not recommend The Barn at Stoneybrooke more!! From the first walk through to the very end of our special day, our experience was amazing. Jenn, the owner, is the sweetest woman ever. She made us feel right at home the moment we stepped foot on the property. It was no decision at all once we pulled up and walked around. We knew right then and there that we wanted to get married at The Barn. We waited a long two years for our big day, and Jenn was always in contact and answered any questions we had right away. She let us use decor she had already there, and even let us go to the venue multiple times to look over decor and figure out how we wanted things. Then when it came time for our day of coordinator, Audrey was AMAZING! She was such a huge help when I couldn't decide something and completely knew my vision. The day of our wedding, Audrey and Jen, the day of assistant, were beyond helpful in making sure our day went smoothly and exactly how we wanted. They set everything up, placed all the decor, even helped with lunch. They handled anything and everything and made my dream a reality.
I could go on for days, but to keep it short...
The Barn at Stoneybrooke was the best decision we ever could have made for our big day! We still have people talking about how beautiful it was, and even recommending to their friends and family!

Stunning Fairytale

Amazing Venue Run by Amazing People
My husband and I got married at the Barn at Stoneybrooke on 05.15.2022 and it was such a special day!!!! Jenn is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She is so intentional and will work wonders for you to have a fantastic wedding day. Any time I had a question or concern, she was quick to respond with a beneficial answer. Her team understands that a wedding is a celebration of love and marriage and not just a big event to waste your money on. I couldn't recommend this venue more. It was a fantastic experience to work with Jenn and her team. She made everything move seamlessly from the moment we walked around the property and decided we want to get married at the Barn at Stoneybrooke. I hands down give Jenn and everyone at the Barn a 5-star review! Jenn was so wonderful to work with. We originally had a date in May of 2020, which we needed to reschedule due to covid. We pushed to fall of 2020, which we again had to reschedule due to the pandemic. Jenn was so flexible, communicative, and helpful each step of the way. We ended up having our wedding August of 2021. All of the flowers at that time of year at the barn were just gorgeous. Jenn and everything at the barn was so well organized. And we had so much fun! On another note--we saved so much money by having the wedding at the barn where we could do a more "a la carte" style wedding and pick our caterer and bar tenders, as opposed to a more traditional venue with a per plate price. I definitely recommend The Barn at Stoneybrooke if you want a gorgeous venue and kind, wonderful people to work with!The Barn at Stoneybrooke's reply:

This venue is picture perfect!! When we left after visiting for the first time, my husband said “this is it” and he could not have been more correct! The staff, the grounds, everything about this venue was amazing. Even a surprise storm that rolled in right before our ceremony didn’t stop the perfection. They flawlessly and quickly transitioned from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor ceremony and it was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! -

A Dream Come True
If I could give 100 gold stars I would. From the first time my husband and I stepped foot on the property we knew it was where we wanted to start our forever. The grounds are flawless, the barn is beautiful inside and out! Jenn was phenomenal to work with. She was always super responsive, supportive of our ideas, and offered suggestions wherever possible. Her staff….incredible. Leeann was our day of coordinator and wow did she make our day smooth and flawless. If anything went wrong we didn’t know a thing about it! The perfect day!
Where do I even begin. Jenn and her team are hands down the best people work with when it comes to weddings! When we first toured the barn, we were left speechless and we knew we had to get married there. From the first meeting until the last moment there on our wedding day, Jenn made us feel like we we’re family and took care of us every step of the way. Everything flowed seamlessly and was very easy. We cannot thank Jenn enough for everything! Also have to thank our coordinator LeeAnn and our assistant Audrey. I don't even know where to begin to describe how truly special The Barn at Stoneybrooke is. The second that my now husband and I stepped foot onto the beautiful grounds we were blown away, and meeting Jenn was the icing on the cake. Jenn felt like family from our first hello. She is so accommodating to all needs you could possibly have and truly cares about you as a couple and ensuring that your wedding day is everything you dreamed of. We were married on October 1st, 2021 and everything was perfect, from getting ready in the bridal suites to the final departure. All of our guests are still raving about how absolutely beautiful the grounds, ceremony spaces, and barn were. We had the pleasure of working with Jen S. as our wedding day coordinator and she was fantastic! Jen made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were the happiest that we could be. We had multiple guests tell us how impressed they were with the flow of the day and how nicely everything transitioned. From the moment I pulled my car into the lot at the barn I knew this place was were I was going to get married!!! I didn’t even see the inside yet. But the inside just sealed the deal. Absolutely beautiful!
Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but toss a pandemic in the mix and it takes it to the next level of stressful!! Never in a million years did I think I would be giving hand sanitizer that said “spread love, not germs” away as a wedding favor, but we did!
Jenn was absolutely amazing to navigate through this entire uncertain process. To be honest don’t think I could have pulled off a Covid wedding with another venue. August 9 2020 was the best day ever!!! A million thank you’s to The Barn at Stoneybrook for everything!

Where do I even begin?! The Barn at Stoneybrooke was everything we could have asked for for our wedding venue! We initially worked with the owner, Jenn, when we looked at the venue. As soon as we saw it, we knew we needed to be married there. The venue is absolutely GORGEOUS! What we also loved was all the additional things included for your wedding day (day of coordinator, access to all the grounds, chairs for ceremony and reception ((because we found out some places charge you for CHAIRS!)), etc).
Once we booked, Jenn was extremely communicative, especially when there were COVID updates that affected the barn. As we got closer to the wedding, we worked with Jeremi, our coordinator for the day. Jeremi was so freaking amazing! We absolutely loved working with her, and our whole wedding party agreed that she was amazing. Day of she helped get everyone situated for the ceremony, helped us find great locations for photos, and helped anyone that had a question. I literally cannot give her enough praise for how easy and relaxing she made our wedding day.
Do yourself a favor, and book the Barn at Stoneybrooke. We booked 2 years out and were just as in love as the day we booked.The Barn at Stoneybrooke's reply:

Above and beyond amazing
Where do I even begin? My fiancé and I found the barn at stoneybrooke on wedding wire and thank goodness we did. We instantly fell in love with the venue the second we drove in the parking lot. The outside ceremony space is to die for. The way Jenn keeps the flowers and greenery is just stunning. Not to mention the beautiful inside barn space where we had the ceremony. Very spacious and air conditioned which is a Huge plus for a summer wedding. We saw many other barn venues that weren’t air conditioned so this was amazing. Ontop of how beautiful the venue is, Jenn (the owner) just goes above and beyond. Always answered my many texts about anything and everything. Gave amazing advice and tips for our big day which beyond met my expectations. You can tell she really cares about her couples.
In the midst of our wedding plans, less then a year from the day, I unfortunately was diagnosed with breast cancer. I notified Jenn to let her know and she was an absolute angel. She once again went above and beyond to help us plan and make sure things went according to planned. She was so kind and helpful, I can never thank her enough. Even the day of the wedding, it down poured right before the ceremony but she knew it was my dream to get married outside and she made it happen. Jenn and her crew occupied my guests inside while they dried off the seats for them so I could have my dream wedding. I could never thank her enough.The Barn at Stoneybrooke's reply:

Best decision was to Book with Stoneybrooke
Jen and the WHOLE staff at Stoneybrooke were Perfect from beginning to end. An absolute godsend - The Barn at Stoneybrooke was everything we could have imagined and more. The venue is breathtaking, I was sold from pictures and seeing it in person made our dream venue come true. The Bridal and Grooms suites were perfect, the Barn was beautiful without any décor, once everything was set up, just made it more perfect with huge help from the Jenn and Jeremy. The outside setting is just a DREAM! Jen was so supportive during the whole process, planning a wedding is stressful and to add Covid, and my husband being in a car accident 6 months before our original date – couldn’t have done it without Jen. She jumped him contacted all vendors about the date change so that we could handle all the medical needs for Alex. Leading up to our day the communication was stellar, and will continue to keep in contact. Forever great for the team at Stoneybrooke!

Jenn and her team were wonderful from the minute we met her on first tour to the end of our wedding! We instantly felt comfortable with Jenn to help plan, coordinate, decorate, etc. because unlike some other venues and staff we met, this is her passion, home, and she is so sweet and friendly yet will step in and keep everyone in line. We planned and shared our vision but I had the most wonderful stress free day (even with covid) because once we turned over decorations and details to jenn, her team took it from there and made it come to life. The entire property is beautiful and we were able to take advantage for lots of variety of photos, guests could spread out and enjoy throughout the evening. If there were any mishaps or vendor or guest issues, Jenn handled discreetly and with professionalism so we didn’t have to worry or hear about it and could just live in the moment of celebrating our marriage and enjoy the reception with friends and family. There were some challenges planning a wedding amidst a pandemic but the ability for the barn to be open on three sides and be so roomie, as well as the outdoor and downstairs space, our guests felt comfortable and safe with the adjustments. Jenn was available to discuss ideas and share her expertise and knowledge as we all navigated the ever changing requirements. We feel so blessed to have had such an amazing day full of memories and owe a huge thank you to Jenn! We would highly recommend! -

Jenn and her team were nothing short of perfect. Before we even booked with her, she treated us like long time friends and always made us feel so special. My fiance and I picked early May 2020 after getting engaged in December 2019. There was no way of predicting the longevity and severity of a global pandemic at the time. As the months wore on, the venue owner and our day-o coordinator were in touch with us every step of the way. We decided to push back our wedding to be July 31, 2020. Jenn and Stacey were amazing confidants, incredibly supportive, and enormously encouraging to both me and my fiance. Jenn went above and beyond to provide us with her venue on two separate occasions due to pandemic restrictions, all with proper cautions set in place. Jenn has been absolutely amazing throughout our entire planning process- pandemic craziness included! It is very clear that she is passionate about making every couple happy, and works hard to create the perfect wedding day for all. She really takes the time to get to know you, and understand your vision for your wedding day. On top of the excellent service, the venue itself is stunning! I was planning my wedding from across the country in CA (which Jenn was also amazing with- she accommodated several video and last minute tour requests!). I had only seen pictures by the time I had booked, and was absolutely blown away when I saw how beautifully and elegantly this barn had been restored in person. It still has its original charm and is surrounded by gorgeous scenery. Everything about this venue and its owners is spectacular, and I highly recommend it to anyone searching for a stress-free and memorable planning and wedding experience! -

Jenn and Jeremi have simply been the best. We were supposed to get married in May, then July, now 2021. Every time we’ve had a meeting with them, they’ve been so incredibly understanding and accommodating. They truly care for every couple and treat them like family. If you’re looking for a venue that cares about making your wedding the least stressful, most incredible day of your life, look no further! We cannot wait to see the magic on our wedding day when the day comes, and we are so incredibly grateful to have chosen the Barn as our venue!!

November Wedding at the Barn
Where to even begin... The day we went to the barn to check it out we were met at the doors by Jen. She was so warm and welcoming, she made the whole meeting about me and what my fiance and I wanted. During the process she kept in touch and let me know everything was on track. As the day got closer Jen made sure everything was organized and ready to go. I worried about absolutely nothing. I knew she and her team had it handled. The Barn was just as magical as I had imagined, my guests had an amazing time, and I got to marry my best friend in a beautiful place. My favorite part of the day was our last dance, suggested by Jen, she kicked everyone out and I got to have one dance, all to myself with the man I married. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, venue, or planner!The Barn at Stoneybrooke's reply:

Where to begin...from the moment we met with Jenn we knew The Barn at Stoneybrooke was our venue and we didn’t need to look any further. We were so lucky to have the most perfect October ceremony outdoors at the beautiful pergola, overlooking a colorful autumn landscape. The grounds and barn are breathtaking and although we were lucky with the weather and didn’t need it, the newly renovated indoor ceremony space is absolutely beautiful. Jenn and her team were responsive, accommodating and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions! Jeremi, our day of coordinator, was so much fun and made sure our day went smoothly. She made us so comfortable and kept us on schedule. We did not worry about a thing! As an anxious bride who wanted everything to be perfect, I mean it when I say our day was everything we could’ve hoped for. Thank you to the Stoneybrooke team! We are so grateful for you all! -

An At-Home Feeling
Working with Stoneybrooke was like having your family members take care of you. I didn't ever feel like I was dealing with "vendors" or a company. We are incredibly grateful for Jenn, Melissa, and the rest of their team. As silly as it sounds, from the second we pulled into the parking lot (which there is plenty of parking), we knew we had found our venue. We pulled in and constantly shifted our attention between the beautiful white barn, and the breathtaking ceremony backdrop. We were greeted by Jenn, one of the owners, who instantly made us feel like family. We will save the details of the venue, as the photos do a great job capturing it, and their Instagram shows the venue throughout the different seasons as well. What we will share is how accommodating the team was. Our day of coordinator was Melissa, and she RAN the show in the best way possible. She was the perfect mix of kind and caring, and organized and focused. She worked with us through every step leading up to the wedding, and took away all of the stresses others had warned us of. Jenn and Melissa were accommodating with allowing us to drop items off and stop by to check on things. We also had access to the venue at 11:00 am the day of the wedding, something very few venues we looked at offered. There is so much we could share. Simply put - this venue was hands down one of the best decisions we made surrounding our wedding. A breathtaking venue with remarkable staff
From the day that we met Jenn Engel, the venue owner, we knew the Barn at Stoneybrooke was meant for us. Jenn is so down-to-earth and she genuinely wants every couple to have the best day ever. We feel like we developed a relationship with her over our 2 years of planning and we are so grateful for everything that her team did for our special day. Our guests were blown away by the beautiful scenery. Jenn made sure that all of our personal touches were added and we received so many compliments about our wedding. Many guests even told us it was the best wedding they have ever attended! Jenn is very communicative and thorough, which really made the stresses of planning a lot easier to handle. When searching for the right venue, we wanted to make sure we connected with the space but more importantly the owner and staff. Jenn is amazing and she has an awesome team. We also loved riding in her golf cart to go to different areas for pictures! Our wedding went so smoothly and we were able to enjoy the moment knowing that Jenn and her team had everything under control. THANK YOU! -

Perfection
My wedding felt like absolute perfection! The Barn at Stoneybrooke is such a beautiful venue. Jen and her team have everything so organized and perfect. My day of coordinator, Melissa, made it such an easy day for my family and I. She was extremely organized and made sure my day was absolutely perfect. The venue is beautiful outside with tons of greenery and flowers. The inside is breathtaking... the string lights and high ceilings make the venue feel so big. I had about 170 guests and we had more then enough room for dancing, our photo booth and the bar! I will forever recommend this venue to any bride who loves the rustic vibe. Thank you Stoneybrooke & the team for making our day so wonderful. -
