We searched high and low for the perfect event space and immediately knew when we pulled up that The Barn at Oak Manor was IT!! Ashley and her whole team were absolutely fantastic from the beginning planning stages to the day of. It's such a great location, but you'd never know how close it is to the interstate - perfect for out of town guests. The whole location is absolutely breathtaking and you cannot beat what all you get for the price. We would do it over a million times and never change a thing! -

Fantastic Venue!
The Barn at Oak Manor was such an incredible place to have our ceremony and reception. My husband and I knew from the moment we saw the venue that it was THE ONE! The huge oak tree, beautiful manor house and barn reception area were perfection. Our pictures came out amazing to prove it! Not only was it an idyllic setting, but the team of vendors that work with The Barn at Oak Manor are top notch. Everyone works in stride with everyone else to help create the most beautiful event. I would do it all over again and wouldn't change a thing! -

We just adored the Barn at Oak Manor. It's such a gorgeous property and had everything we wanted in the price range we wanted! It was just two minutes from home too, so we couldn't beat that for our wedding! I loved that I could make my wedding what I wanted it to be and not be forced to use certain vendors. We had the most perfect wedding day! -

The Barn at Oak Manor was the perfect place for my November wedding! Ashley (venue director) was absolutely amazing and supported me every step of the way. There is a large manor for the wedding party to get ready in, a beautiful pond boardwalk for cocktail hour, gorgeous barn for reception dinner, and I loved having my dance floor in the fresh Georgia air. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and smoothly ran day. -

The Barn at Oak Manor was the perfect choice for my daughter's wedding in July 2021. The venue is gorgeous with diverse spots for those precious pictures. When your daughter tells you "it was a fairytale day and everything she hoped for", what else do you need? Ashley, the Venue Manager and Event Director was a "rockstar" and a true gift. She and her team made it happen and everyone in attendance truly enjoyed the celebration! -

We loved our experience at The Barn at Oak Manor. Ashley was sure to please and it went just as planned and on time. She was a real joy to work with and helped take off the stress. The Barn was absolutely beautiful with her help and all of our vendors. She is definitely a jewel that everyone needs when planning their BIG DAY!! Very professional and at the same time a shoulder to lean on. We feel we’ve made a friend for life.

The facilities were all exceptional. The home that the wedding party had access to before the wedding had plenty of room and was beautifully decorated. The venue itself from the wedding site, to the pond for pre-dinner drinks and appetizers and the barn itself for the reception was all very quaint and a perfect venue for an outdoor wedding. Everything was well maintained and ample parking for our guests. -

Our wedding at The Barn at Oak Manor was absolutely picture perfect! From the mansion to get ready in to the big oak tree where our ceremony was to the blue lagoon for cocktail hour to the barn itself was exactly how I pictured our wedding! Everything was just beautiful! The area is quiet and easy to access from the interstate. The price was incredible for the beautiful estate and space we had. Would definitely recommend to any of our friends!! Also, make sure to use Ashley with Flower Child Weddings as your wedding coordinator! She is amazing! -

Ash with Flower Child Weddings is a phenomenal event director! Our 4/16/21 wedding at the beautiful Barn at Oak Manor could not have been better. Her communication with us throughout our 19 month engagement (including a postponement) was top-notch, and that communication extended to our entire vendor team. The day ran smoothly and flawlessly because of Ash and her preparation. Ash helped us be as organized and prepared as possible for our big day so that we could truly relax and enjoy the festivities. She leant her support and advice when needed, was always quick to respond to an email or text (or to schedule a phone call), and guided us in the right direction over and over again throughout our engagement. We hired our entire team of vendors from her stellar recommendations, and we could not have been happier with the service we received across the board. The Barn at Oak Manor is a gorgeous venue, the getting ready house was equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed, the grounds are meticulously kept, the flora and fauna are beautiful and entertaining (hello, Donkeys!), and the barn is truly magical. Ash brings a decorator's eye to her work, ensuring that all of my DIY pieces looked seamless together, along with the florals, candles, linens, etc. Her professionalism, kindness, and flexibility made working with and getting to know her a true joy. Ash was our wedding coordinator, now we're fortunate to call her our friend! Would heartily recommend Ashley/Flower Child Weddings/The Barn at Oak Manor to anyone planning a wedding in the greater Atlanta area. -

Daughter’s Dream Came True
Our daughter wanted to be married under an oak tree. The Barn at Oak Manor was the perfect fit.
The weather “turned” on us right before the ceremony but Ashley didn’t miss a beat. She was ready for everything. Jackie, Harrison, the wedding party and guests were rewarded with the most beautiful post ceremony rainbow. The. venue was beautiful, accommodating, and “flexible” throughout the changing conditions: torrential rain, clearing skies and then the beautiful sunshine. The house, mansion for pre wedding activities and getting ready was lovely. The Barn at Oak Manor was a beautiful, increíble venue. -

Can't say enough good things!
The venue was beautiful and very accommodating for a large crowd. The team did everything to ensure a wonderful day was had by all and went above and beyond. We had so many comments about how well it was run and what a beautiful place it was. We had 4 family weddings in the 2 years before our daughter's and everyone said hands down that ours was the best organized and ran the smoothest! I just can't say enough for the venue and team and would use it again for any type of gathering....not just a wedding! -

Ashley was Amazing!!!
Ashley was amazing!!! She was hired as our day of coordinator and it was the best money we ever spent! (Those were my husbands words!) She made everything simple and fun. She took care of us and was so much fun to work with. I loved how relaxed she made me feel about everything. Don't hesitate to work with her... you will not regret it. -

The Barn at Oak Manor - is the Best
I can not say enough wonderful things about The Barn at Oak Manor. This venue has it all; Place for groom and groomsmen , place for bride and bridesmaids to get ready, a kitchen for snack setup for the bridal party, a lovely porch for first reveals - and that is just the house part of this venue! And when I say enough space/room for a bridal party- I should emphasize that we had a very large party- 11 groomsmen 11 bridesmaids, parents of the bride and groom, grandparents x8. The house was very spacious and comfortable.
Now for the ceremony and reception- the beautiful grounds, the boardwalk for cocktails, Mother Oak for the ceremony, the barn for the reception and dancing- it all was more than we even imagined or hoped for!!! The lights sparkled, the grounds were well kept, there was enough room for many tables in and out of the covered Barn, no one felt crowded, everyone had a wonderful time. The staff helped with parking and made every detail exactly what we wanted. I could really go on and on and on about what a wonderful, magical place this venue was for our wedding. To us it was like having it at a five star resort....without the cost of five star. The Barn at Oak Manor and its staff made our wedding everything plus more of what we had dreamed of. Dreams definitely come true here!!!! -

Beautiful venue!
I could write so much about this venue! It’s absolutely beautiful! The grounds are kept phenomenally! The big oak tree was a perfect place to marry my best friend! I saw the pictures of the venue and knew I had to go see it in person and fell in love with it instantly!! Our wedding had to be postponed due to Covid original date was 4-25-20 actual date was 9-12-20. The barn at oak manor was amazing through it all!! -

Perfect Venue!
The property is beautiful!
Many spots to take photos and was plenty of space for our guests (~200). The barn provided great coverage and overall created a fantastic atmosphere!
The house was beautiful with plenty of space for our 20 person bridal party to get ready; was a great place to prepare for the best day ever!
Ash and The Barn at Oak Manor were so great to work with - we would do everything the same if we ever got married again (lol)! Thankful we were able to bring in our vendors to make it the perfect day.

We are so thankful for Ashley, Crystal, and The Barn at Oak Manor!! Best wedding venue in the area! Highly recommend getting married here! Beautiful property, amazing getting-ready areas, and great coordinator!! It POURED the morning of our wedding day, and we had to change EVERYTHING (layout, buffet line layout, seating chart, etc) but I did not have a single worry, I knew Ashley and the Barn had it covered!!! It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Dream wedding! Wish we could get married here again and again!! -

Happened to drive by the venue while on the way to a yard sale. As soon as I walked on the property I knew this was THE VENUE for a perfect wedding.
Ashley Cusak, the Owner, Manager, Coordinator is a wealth of info., great insights, positivity, flexibility and comfort...which mother's of the bride and the brides need A LOT of! She never misses a beat. Example: She quietly put a glass of water in front of me at the dinner table after the wedding ceremony and whispered in my ear, "drink". The fact that she knew I was running on nervous and excited energy at that point and wasn't likely staying hydrated...well...seems small, but touched me. We never had to think, as Ashley had it under control and the evening flowed like clock work! We have two daughters. The oldest, Amelia, "thought" she wanted to get married in the mountains, but when we toured it together, she was very quiet. When we got in the car she said, "this is where I want to get married". EVERYTHING you need in ONE PLACE. OUTSTANDING!!!!!
would be thrilled if our second daughter Lily chose this location as well. She customizes every wedding to the styles, tastes, vibe the bride desires. PERFECTION! LOVE THE BARN AT OAK MANOR, LOVE FLOWER CHILD WEDDINGS AND ASHLEY!!!!!

This gem in Newnan was the absolute best find. I spent a long time researching venues since ATL weddings can get pricey fast! My husband and I got married March 14 (yeah, the day before Covid hit basically). Ash, the venue owner and wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She is straightforward in a way that shows she’s incredibly experienced but also cares a great deal about making your day run as smoothly as possible. She was so helpful throughout the entire process, from talking through pricing to letting me and my family come and see the venue multiple times before the big day. Ash also provides an extremely detailed spreadsheet for you to fill in with all your details, as well as a packet of awesome (but not required!) vendors. With Covid approaching, Ash even went out of her way to contact our food vendor to ask them to wear gloves and serve our guests rather than allowing buffet style. I just can’t say enough good things about the Barn at Oak Manor, Flower Child Weddings, and our experience with Ash. Don’t hesitate to book this place!!! -

Ashley is the best around! She was so easy to work with and gave so much advice and guidance when needed. Day of the wedding, a tropical storm came through. Ashley made sure that I remained calm throughout the day. She was constantly giving updates on progress through the set up. I didn’t worry one bit knowing that Ashley was going to make my big day memorable. Ashley went above and beyond to make my wedding more than what I could have ever imagined. If you are getting married on the Southside, give Ashley your trust! She will help make your wedding the reality you’ve always dreamed of.
As far as the venue, very beautiful property! The barn provides a homey feeling to your wedding. The house is amazing to get ready in. You have usage of the rooms upstairs for the girls to get ready in. Lots of lighting and spacing for pictures! The balcony is also a must to take pictures on! For my bridal party, we also used the back room on the main level for hair/make up. The back room is also set up nicely for photos. The guys enjoyed usage of the gym court and basement set up! -

My wedding!
I came across this venue through some reviews on the internet and friends that have had their wedding there. The venue itself is gorgeous and pictures don’t even do it justice. Ashley is a freaking angel and works so hard to make your day as special as can be! I hope everyone who comes across this venue chooses it for their wedding as well! We had the time of our life celebrating our wedding here! -

Favorite Venue
As a wedding photographer, I can tell you that this wedding venue is above the rest. I ALWAYS enjoy working with Ashley and the Barn at Oak Manor's staff. This venue is organized, spacious, unique, and manicured. I love the many different areas to take bridal portraits, and of course, the ceremony site is stunning. Choosing the Barn at Oak Manor as your wedding day location will be the best decision you could have made. -

I LOVED the venue so much - it was a great deal and it was so gorgeous that you really barely had to do any decorating. It was simply stunning on its own. Also, having the event all in one spot made it so easy; the house we got ready in was SO COOL and so beautiful. The guys had video games and workout equipment and all kinds of things to keep them occupied downstairs while The girls got ready in the morning. The location was wonderful becauE it was so easy to get to from the airport for out of town guests. Ashley, the director, is also amazing and made everything SO EASY! I always thought wedding planning would be stressful, but it wasn’t at all! I VERY HIGHLY recommend this venue. :) -

We booked within 24 hours and are so glad we did. This property is gorgeous. You have not one but three places to share your best day ever with family and friends.
