The absolute perfect venue

There are not enough words to describe how perfect this place was. From the first tour to booking and finalizing decor, I would not change a thing. I started working with Ashley and the Natalie and they were both amazing. Natalie went above and beyond for me in the weeks before the wedding and made sure that everything went smoothly for us. Anything I needed, she made sure it was taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for that barn wedding look. This takes the cake.

Breathtaking Venue!

I've always dreamed of an outdoor wedding, and this venue was a dream come true. From the moment you drive up to the location, you are transported into another world. All our guests were blown away with how beautiful and dreamy the landscape was. Our photos were incredible. I cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff was so helpful and comforting. They helped us design each part of the wedding and had more than enough decor to offer us! It was an incredible experience!

Amazing Venue 😊

The barn is absolutely beautiful, the ceremony cite is perfect. All our wedding visions came true. The platinum package that is offered is a great value for couples who want a beautiful wedding at a reasonable price, it includes the bridal suite, which is beautiful and cozy. The owners are all professional and friendly. I recommend booking a tour !

My Dream Wedding at this Venue

Ashley and her team at the Barn at Mazak Ranch made my Pinterest dreams come true. She went out of her way to honor requests that I had and she made sure the venue looked no less than stunning on our wedding day. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue itself was!

So happy we decided to have our event at 3M! The rustic decor of the barn and the layout of the tables and special areas drew many positive comments from family and friends. I’m looking forward to attending more events in the future at 3M!

3M is beautiful! I am very happy we choose this venue for the graduation party. The customer service was exceptional. I loved the space within the barn and the outdoor areas. All of our guests were comfortably seated.

Absolutely beautiful venue. Our event was for a graduation party and the space was perfect for the occasion. The customer service was amazing! The barn has much to offer and is designed really well. There is a great amount of space to comfortably sit all guests. Overall, 3M Ranch is a wonderful place to host a wedding or event.

This venue was absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about the venue, decor and staff. Ashley was there to help me the day before and the day of my wedding and she did THE MOST amazing job making my goals come to life! She even added some final decor the day of my wedding which tied everything together perfectly! My wedding was the best day and 3M REALLY came through to make it possible!

Overall experience was good. Ashley was great to work with. She helped out a lot with getting decorations and things for us to use the day before. The only thing was that it was very hot (no one could control this though) so maybe adding more fans in the reception barn would be helpful. Nice place for a dream come true wedding!

3M Ranch is a beautiful venue and the price is very low for what's included. The staff was very helpful and flexible in finding the right decorations and coordinating times to meet. My wife and I are very happy with our experience, and would suggest it to anyone!

This venue is a PERFECT place to hold any of your events. It has a great location located less than 10 minutes from the interstate and 15 minutes from the turnpike but still holds the perfect atmosphere and aesthetic of being on a top notch ranch in central Florida. The parking is convenient for all guests. The bathrooms are much nicer than other barn/ outdoor venues in the area. The barn and various ceremony locations have so much natural beauty they require little to no decorating to make your wedding ( or other type of event) breathtaking.

Hands down amazing!!!! This venue offered me everything and more then I could have ever expected on our special day. Ashley was so hands on with making everything look exactly how I pictured. She's meticulous in her note taking at all prior appointments and she's very flexible with meetings and times. We got so many compliments for the ceremony site, cocktail hour and reception. I would recommend this location to anyone who's looking for a rustic southern glam barn style wedding.

Rebecca and Connie, the wedding planner, were exceptional in taking care of everything. They were quick to respond to my questions. As the mother of the bride, the wedding day was the most relaxing the enjoyable day as I did not have to worry about anything. Connie handled everything and anything that needed to be done. She handled all situations without me having to get involved which in the end made for an incredible memorable day for my daughter and I. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. 10 Stars! :)

I have SO many great things to say about this venue and the people who run it that I am not even sure where to begin! When we found 3M we knew it was the place for us to get married. It is BEAUTIFUL! I probably got as many comments on the beauty of the venue than I did my dress! They are always adding new things and making it better than it already is. If you are looking for a beautiful venue that is easy to work with, flexible, and a great price- then 3M is the place for you.

Rebecca and Connie are AMAZING!!!! So helpful and kind. I am so thankful to have been able to work with both of them on this wedding journey. They were fast to respond to questions, send helpful tips, find vendors when I was having trouble and were all around cool ladies! oh and Katie the little dog is pretty awesome also.

The convenience of having 3 days is just one of the reasons we picked 3M. It was so nice to not have to rush or clean up after the wedding. I suggest renting the bridal suite! It is totally worth it.

I can't say enough about 3M and the staff. It was truly a wonderful 3 days and I can only hope that someone I know gets married there so I can come back and visit this wonderful spot.

Amazing!!! They were quick to respond, and super flexible!! We were able to go and see the venue multiple times before the wedding to finalize decorations and make plans. And Connie, who I worked with the most was so kind and such a hard worker!! We felt valued in our decisions, and really, it saved us so much money! If we would have had to rent each item that they have available, we would have spent thousands more! Good quality, good people, and we are so happy we got married there!

If you are looking for a unique, rustic wedding venue this is the place to have your special day! I fell in love with this venue from their website pictures while I lived in another state. When I moved to Florida and started looking at venues this was one of my top ones. As soon as I saw it in person I knew this was where we were meant to be married. Rebecca and Connie are absolutely fantastic. They were helpful and responded to my questions very quickly. With Connie as our wedding coordinator the rehearsal and wedding day could not have gone any smoother. I could not thank her enough, I worried about nothing but having fun with my husband and guests. The pictures that my photographer was able to capture came out beautifully. I could not imagine getting married anywhere else.

Wow! I cannot believe this is where my wedding was. I am beyond blessed to have been able to marry the man of my dreams at such a perfect location. It does not matter if you are a rustic chic, hipster, country, what have you, this venue is so well rounded, you are bound to fall in love. I would advise choosing the all inclusive package, because their decor is INSANE! So much stuff for you to use, it's amazing. And all sorts of styles too. There is no way you will be disappointed. Rebecca was very responsive throughout the whole process, and Connie is incredible! She is fun and down to earth and does whatever she can to make sure your day is perfect. 3M made our wedding a fairly tale. I couldn't be more appreciative.

I have been so to many Venus for events but I will never forget how myself and all my guests felt Being in 3M Ranch. We were al gushing about this place .it has been 3 weeks since I threw my sister bridal shower and people still thanking me for inviting them. It was a different type of feel and experience. The place is beautiful and photographs beautiful . The decor inside reminded me of a Pinterest board.

Above all the customer service is 1000% literally. Rebecca went above and beyond to accommodate us and Connie who was our planner is the sweetest and one of the kindest human being I hsbe ever known.

Overall this place is a 10 . My only regret, I wish I knew about this place when I got married last year. It would have been a dream.

When my sister bride to be walked in, she said she felt like she was in a dream, her words.

You cannot beat this venue for the price and everything they have to offer! Rebecca and Connie were amazing to work with! Connie did such a great job keeping up with everything the evening of the wedding. My husband and I absolutely loved this venue. Connie did amazing with setting up the reception and ceremony site. I told her what I wanted and she made everything look so stunning! 3M Ranch and Events is a fantastic wedding venue. Rebecca was not only professional but she really took a personal interest in making sure every need was met with the venue. Great selection of wedding deco, etc... I highly recommend Connie the event coordinator as she made the day perfect and handled all the vendors and last minute details so I was able to spend the entire day with my daughter in the bridal suite with no worries! Rebecca was very helpful and generous when it came to our wedding day. We had a few mishapes months before and she worked with us to make sure our day was special. The venue is beautiful. Everyone loved it, including us. People are still talking about it. Everything turned out perfect. It started raining right when our ceremony was supposed to start. Rebecca and her husband went out to the ceremony to dry off the seats for us. Completely unexpected. Definitely a place we recommend if shabby chic/barn style is your style of wedding.

South Sumter High School held their 2016 prom at this location. Rebecca Handley was so very helpful throughout the entire process. We made several trips to the venue to take measurements and look at the decorations that she made available to us. She was always very accommodating and easy going. She had a lot of advise to offer and even helped us to set up the day before the event. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who was looking to hold a similar event.

Our daughters wedding turned out absolutely beautiful. From the scenery of the wedding site to the lighting inside the barn everything was perfect. Having the bridal suite to get ready in and walk right over to the ceremony was awesome. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning a barn wedding, you will not be disappointed.

3M Ranch held my dream wedding! The venue is amazing with all the different styles it has to offer, Rebecca is a dedicated person who does her best to make sure you are happy! I have never found a more dedicated individual than Rebecca. This venue is everything I could have ever asked for to make my wedding what I have always dreamed it to be. If you are looking for a venue that isn't all about just business and treats you as special as the last bride, this is it! Gorgeous venue and flexible owners to help make your day stress free. I fell in love and knew this was it the second I saw it and the second that Rebecca welcomed us in. She is always availble to answer questions and is constantly working hard to add detailed touches specifically for your wedding.

3M Ranch was such an amazing and beautiful site for our wedding! The entire day was perfect, except for the heat because it was the middle of summer. The trees made it nice and cool for the wedding site though and we brought in extra fans for the barn. 3M was well worth the money and the drive for such a BEAUTIFUL wedding venue, and Ashley was incredibly helpful with everything we needed.

I Dj'ed a ceremony at the 3M Ranch. Let me tell you the pictures don't do it justice. The staff was amazing and went out of their way for the bride. Don't miss out on this hidden gem.

This was the first and only barn I looked at. It had the old rustic original feel, the ceremony area was exactly what I was looking for, and it was absolutely a dream come TRUE!! Ashley was super helpful and very responsive. Loved this place and would highly recommend for your special country chic wedding!

Our daughters wedding was a dream come true!! The staff with 3M ranch and events were amazing in bringing it all together. I would definitely recommend them as being first choice hands down for a beautiful rustic wedding. Money well spent!!!

3M Ranch and Events is a beautiful venue. I am so thankful we chose this area. I was a little nervous at first about it looking “too country” because I have more of a boho chic/elegant style, but it was perfect. And you can move everything around or take things down that you don’t “love”. All my guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the place was ❤️

The barn is beautifully decorated. Just need to add your personal touches. Ashley was a great help and provided guidance when we needed it. We have a wonderful memory and are happy we held our wedding here. You will be too.

Natural charm

I think I drove Ashley crazy with the date changes and venue option changes. She did not hesitate once to make sure we had the wedding we wanted! The barn is stunning!! Such a easy beauty! Didn’t take much to make it look beautiful! Although we just had the ceremony there, Everything was beautiful! They are pet friendly! My dog was my flower girl and I couldn’t have been any happier!! 😍 One thing only, please Double check the electrical outside! I went back and fourth to get it fixed but It just didn’t work. We had to use a car on full volume to play our music. Nonetheless, it was the best day of my life bc I got to marry my best friend!

It was extremely hot with only 4 fans, the electric outlets kept throwing the breakers, especially when the DJ started up the music. All together It was viewed so so. If there were more fans mounted in the roof all along the walls it would have been cooler. I would not recommend using for a summer wedding. It was beautiful after decorating. Have a great thing going but need a few changes with the amount that is charged.

Location was absolutely beautiful and Rebecca did everything she possibly could to accommodate us. She has a full set of decorations that make the venue even more prettier and adds rustic charm.

After we decorated, the facility (barn), it was very nice. We did have to wash everything including tables, chairs, all mason jars we used, the chargers, floors and more. A lot of the decorations were in need of replacement or repair. The decanters for the tea and water had very rusted lids. So the supplies we used was not worth the extra price for the "Platinum Package" we paid for. Bathrooms were very dirty. The bridal house was so disappointing as it was very dirty also. The field was not mowed as we were told it would be. There were cow droppings all over the wedding site area and we were told it would be cleaned the day of wedding. They ran out of wood for the s'mores bar fire pit and we were told we asked for it to be lit too early. We were told that Rebecca had just hired a wedding coordinator, Connie. However, looking at the past post, she has apparently worked with Rebecca for a while and even though Connie was very nice, she is far from a wedding coordinator. So basically we paid out of pocket that day for Connie to be there to supervise which really should have been included in what we paid. Communication was poor and very combative. Along with communication disagreements over verbal agreements and Rebecca complained over us contacting her too much, even though we did not get responses from her within a reasonable time. When you are preparing for a wedding, you really need to be assured that your questions are answered to put you at ease. I did make comments to Connie about these issues before we left, but we never heard from the owner Rebecca. With some attention to detail and a little better professional attitude towards the customer, my rating would have been much better.

She deletes all negative comments. I feel very sad for them when they steal peoples money I can see if it was 4 to 5 months out but 10 months ?? soon she will block me from this account. But understand I have access to every public venue into every social media. Or we can do is pray for her and pray that when she tells you her venue is extremely booked she’s telling you that so you’ll hurry up and book her venue right then and give her a deposit because you will not get that deposit back. Good luck with Ashley. She’s not an honorable woman .
