Christine and her team did everything they could to make our day fantastic! We absolutely loved that we were able to stay at The Barn all weekend and got to enjoy our weekend without feeling rushed. Everything about this venue is gorgeous! The rustic rooms and the elegant dining room just make this an absolutely stunning back drop for our day! The weather was touch and go, but Christine and her team made sure that no matter what the weather did, the ceremony wouldn’t be held up, whether inside or out. We felt like family while we were there and appreciated the genuine excitement that the staff had for us and our day. We truly couldn’t recommend this venue more!

The Barn at Madison was the perfect place for my husband and I to have our wedding. You can have the venue through the whole weekend, or one day or whatever! They are easy and flexible to work with! The 3rd floor has everything you need including a room for the groom and groomsmen, bridal suite for bride and bridesmaids, kitchen, bedrooms, etc!!! Just my husband and I stayed Saturday night for $300 more, but it was well worth it as I did not want to leave!!!!! The second floor where dinner is was probably my favorite area of the venue. The stained glass, the chandeliers, spiral stair case and so much more make it so beautiful and it feels like you are in the Victorian era to me. We had a sweetheart table and they have rentals to choose from and felt like royalty at dinner. The bottom floor where the bar and reception is feels like a speakeasy, there are booths and a dance floor area, the bar!!!!! There is something for everyone here, and that’s what I love most about the venue. We were lucky to have amazing weather in mid November and get married outside, it was PERFECT!!!!! I just wish I could be back and relive this day every day. Christine and the staff made the day perfect and go the way it should, along with my day of coordinator Jenna Jacko!!! I cannot wait to go back to the venue to see their new Christmas Light Show, and will keep the venue in mind for other events! They have had baby showers, bridal showers, and more!!! I am so glad this is where we got married, it was the only venue we looked at and it was the perfect place for us!

Highly recommend The Barn at Madison!
We booked the barn back in the fall of 2021 for our December 2nd 2023 wedding, and it was the absolute best decision. From the start, there was always great communication and responsiveness from the owners. The venue is absolutely beautiful with a bunch of vintage details that I fell in love with, and Christine and Julie were always there to answer any questions. We had the wedding weekend package, and it was so nice to have everything onsite, all weekend, making it less stressful for everyone. The apartment area above the venue was great and super clean, with a bunch of space for the bridal party to stay and get ready. The Barn at Madison is beautiful, affordable and the owners/coordinators were wonderful to work with to make your wedding day (or weekend) go as smooth as possible. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Truly Amazing
I cannot say enough when it comes to the staff at the Barn at Madison. The venue itself is so unique and gorgeous, but what makes it truly special are the folks you get to work with. The wedding planning and day off was seamless because of the amazing collaboration and help from Christine and Julie. Our ceremony ended up having to be inside because of weather and they went above and beyond. I had everything decorated and they ended up adding a few more gorgeous decorations to add to the ambiance of the ceremony, they knew exactly what I would have wanted and nailed it! Whatever we needed, I knew that I could depend on them and it was truly comforting as an anxious bride. I am so glad with our choice and my husband and I are forever grateful for the this experience. 🥰🤍😊

Amazing!!! Worth every penny!
The Barn at Madison was the first venue we looked at and was a no brainer. One and done! The owner Christine was so easy to work with and friendly. The venue had received a lot of updates since we first initially decided on it. The whole venue was absolutely gorgeous! The ladies that were assigned to us for the weekend were incredible and worked so well as a team. Megan was a huge life savor! You would of thought she knew my family and friends for years, she fit in so well and was so much fun! The location was cleaner than a doctors office and having the bridal suit up stairs was a bonus to get ready in and then crash after such a long day. I highly recommend the venue and Megan. The price for the weekend was beyond reasonable for what you get! You simply can’t go wrong with the Barn at Madison!!!

If you are looking for a venue to help make your wedding dreams come true, look no further! The Barn at Madison is an absolute hidden gem with amazing staff to boot! Going into your wedding day, you want everything perfect. Christine and her staff are amazing at what they do and will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. We had absolutely no hiccups in our wedding and consider it something out of a fairytale. We had chose to do a 3-Day stay package, running from Sunday-Tuesday. We were able to show up the day before, take our time decorating, and spend quality time with our wedding party by staying in the accommodations they offer upstairs. At the end of the event, barn staff took all the decorations down and left them neatly piled to be packed up and taken home the next morning. Everything was so simple and easy! If we had to do our wedding over again, we would 1000% choose the Barn.

I would absolutely recommend this venue. Christine and her staff were absolutely amazing. My wedding was exactly 💯 as I imagined it would be. We rented the whole barn for the weekend. My girls stayed with me the night before and to have the most beautiful experience the night of my wedding is an under statement.

Your wedding day is something that you always think about when you are younger, usually based around a Disney or TV/movie wedding you saw when you were little. I knew from the moment I met my husband that he was the one I was going to marry because he is the perfect man, but finding the perfect venue to match was difficult. The moment that Devon & I drove to check the place out before we booked it, I knew it was the place for my dream wedding before I even walked through the door. Gorgeous Barn
We had our 110 person wedding here in April. Annie was very responsive, professional, and friendly throughout the process! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the renovated barn was. It was truly so unique and had great character to it. It was very helpful that there was a weekend wedding package so that we could set-up prior to the day of. You had the option to have your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and ceremony all at no additional cost. There were also 3 rooms included upstairs with the opportunity of 12 guests with air mattresses. I loved getting ready with my bridesmaids upstairs in the beautiful getting ready suite. The outdoor grounds were also beautiful, and guests loved being out there for cocktail hour and playing corn hole. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue with the benefit of bringing in your own vendors, this is your place. Highly recommend!

Excellent wedding venue, Exceeded Expectations
The Barn at Madison is an amazing venue. It offers the convenience of holding all of the wedding related events there, from the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, dinner and reception/dancing.
My guests raved about the venue and how perfect it was for the wedding and reception. Many wanted to learn the history of the property. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel like we were family visitors to their home. The venue is open to your choices of vendors, but the owner has excellent suggestions for caterers, DJs, bartenders, makeup artists, etc. that all work so well together.
If I had it to do all over again, I would choose The Barn at Madison.

Annie and everyone from The Barn were exceptional to work with. We had our dream wedding on October 2, 2021. Annie was extremely organized and professional from the first time we contacted her. She was so much fun to work with and came up with ideas and solutions to questions or concerns we had. Our family and friends raved about the venue. It’s unique and quirky but elegant at the same time. We went with the wedding weekend package and so glad we did. Annie and her team were a blessing … trying to plan an out-of-state wedding and having to reschedule several times due to Covid restrictions it was an absolute mother of the bride to be‘s worst nightmare. Where do i even start? This place is is beautiful inside and out. The owners, Annie and her husband are fantastic. Annie made my dream wedding come true. She was so helpful when it came to choosing my vendors for dinner and bartenderomg. Communication is key for me, and she did not let me down. She is so easy going and understanding, which made the process of planning so relaxing. Annie was at the reception the whole time making sure things ran perfect. I truly had the best day ever with having my reception at the Barn at Madison! All my guest couldn’t get over how beautiful this place was and how it’s a hidden gem.. and i can’t agree more! When I originally called The Barn at Madison, I was so upset to hear they didn’t have availability on my original picked wedding date… however we decided to move up our wedding and I was so excited when Annie informed me she had an opening. The wedding of our dreams!
Everything was perfect for my daughters wedding weekend! The venue is just amazing! We arrived at noon friday and from the moment we arrived everything just fell into place. Rehearsal dinner friday night wedding breakfast make up and hair, wedding at 3 saturday and breakfast on sunday before we all departed

Annie and the other staff members of the Barn at Madison made our May 1st wedding a breeze! Annie helped ensure all vendors arrived on time and knew where to set up. The venue was given to us clean as could be, and tables set up to our specifications. We received SO many compliments on the beauty and uniqueness of the venue and wedding grounds. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and I was a stressed and worried mess. Annie was so wonderful every step of the way, and really made sure everything was handled so I didn't have to stress about it. She was always available whether by text or email and I always felt comfortable reaching out to her for help. She made us feel important and like our wedding really was important to her. From rewriting the floor plan a few times to finding us a new dj three days before the wedding, she helped with everything and I could not be more grateful. Annie was the coordinator the day of and my husband and I still talk about how smoothly everything ran. Brandon was there in the evening to make sure tear down ran smoothly and we had what we needed for the night. I can not say enough good things about Annie, Brandon, and the whole Barn at Madison staff. They truly added to our wedding experience in such an amazing way.
You have the option to book this venue for the weekend and I think you'd be crazy not to. The suite is right upstairs in the venue so you are always on site. The suite was incredible and blew away my bridal party when they came to stay. It's equipped with a small kitchen with a coffee pot and mini fridge which was actually really nice to have. The space upstairs was perfect for getting ready, sleeping, and having a small afterparty. Plus, it was gorgeous for our getting ready pictures with lots of ornate spots to get some different shots.
Booking with the Barn at Madison was the best decision we made while wedding planning, and I would go back and do it all over again. Thank you so much to Annie and Brandon and your whole staff!

Wedding 2020
Annie was absolutely wonderful the entire time. Despite all the covid restrictions, she made everything as easy as possible by being available to answer our questions and address our concerns on top of giving helpful advice. She assisted in helping us find a new vendor when ours didn't come through. Annie is a very nice woman who truly cares about what she does.

Couldn’t have been better!
The Barn at Madison was exactly what I was looking for when we got engaged this past year. It is a beautiful, unique, rustic, eclectic venue. The owners Annie and Brandon are a delight to work with and being a COVID bride I had more stress and questions then I ever could have anticipated...they were their with us every step of the way. The 3rd floor apartment and weekend rental option is perfect for accommodating all the wedding needs. We were able to host or rehearsal and dinner onsite and had an amazing place to get ready (the unique design makes for awesome photos). I honestly couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect venue

We could not be happier with our experience with the Barn at Madison!
My husband and I just got married in June of 2020 at the Barn at Madison and we could not be happier with the venue and the staff! Annie and Brandon have been so helpful as we had to postpone our date due to Covid-19 and then adjust plans to meet all of the guidelines. We originally fell in love with the venue last September and our wedding experience exceeded my expectations! We had an elegant and formal dinner upstairs, a fun party in the pub downstairs, and enjoyed the outdoor garden space both during the cocktail hour and evening after dinner. There are many, many places for gorgeous pictures! And the upper level apartment would be a neat weekend rental even on it's own! I highly recommend :)

Our Most Amazing Day
We got married in September of 2019, but we booked The Barn at Madison in 2017. We knew as soon as we saw the venue that it was the place for us! It was incredibly convenient to stay the whole weekend, as well as have friends and family stay with us. Stacey was a huge help to us throughout the process (Meeting with us and showing us around with vendors and such as well as day of help). The owners Annie and Brandon were super helpful as well and very understanding when one of our payments was late due to us forgetting (oops!) All-in-all The Barn at Madison is an eclectic and beautiful venue with just the right staff to help us pull off one of the best days of our lives! Thank you so much!

Annie and Stacey made our wedding day special in every single way. From day one they've been helpful with any and all questions we had, and are very thorough with every detail involved in wedding planning. My husband and I had no idea about any of the ins and outs of planning but we knew we should start with booking a venue and we are so thankful to have looked into the Barn at Madison. Once the barn is booked, Annie and Stacey lead you the rest of the way from things like the caterer, where to get ice, the DJ (I highly recomend TK the DJ), all the way down to the little things like the cookie room, flower girls, and your general time line of how things should be. We booked for the whole weekend, which I HIGHLY recommend doing. Pay the extra money, I promise it's worth it :) The barn is georgous and very minimal decorating and clean up is required. The barn staff will clean up for you! All we had to do the morning after was load up anything we wanted to take home (most of everything was left in a pile on the table by the stairs for us by the staff) and lock up. I hope one of my friends get married here just so I can be a guest again in such a beautiful place. It's called a barn, but it's nowhere near what a barn should be. No horses, no farm smell. The barn is so clean and absolutely stunning. :)

Unique venue with an awesome owner and staff
My wife and I are not your regular couple and wanted a venue that was unique and fit an October wedding. We were concerned about the size and the plan B in the event it rained. We invited 170 ppl and 130 showed so it was the perfect amount the fit everyone inside rather than putting tables on the balcony. We do suggest caterer serve family style as it worked out great for us. If you stay the weekend be sure to bring your own pillows and blankets. This was our only issue. It rained the day of the wedding but it was sprinkling and drizzle but as soon as my bride came out it stopped. The owner, Annie, and Stacy, the coordinator, assured me that they had weddings in worse rain. Over all it was the day we imagined and more. Annie was very good at responding and answering our questions. She helped prepare us and guide us through the process. Most definitely recommend.

We searched long, and hard for the just perfect venue for our wedding..here it is The Barn At Madison! Everything is just so beautiful, and the staff was more than amazing.. making sure everything was as it should be, kindness and that we was on time. Considering "im late for everything". If you are looking for the perfect wedding without all the added stress, you should book with here!😃

My wife fell in love with The Barn at Madison the very first time we went to see it. Annie and her husband Brandon as well as Stacey (who is Annie's right hand woman) were amazing to deal with from start to finish, from the first tour till the end of our wedding night we couldn't have been happier. Annie and her crew are easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to and more than helpful. They helped us with ideas that we would have never thought of on our own. They have plenty of experience with weddings at their venue and no task was too tough or no situation they couldn't handle. They make recommendations on what they know works (if you ask them) and they were spot on every time. Stacey was our primary contact throughout and she could not have been more amazing. She was personable and professional and handled everything asked of her and then some. Annie and Brandon are the owners and are equally as fantastic. They make sure your wedding day is perfect start to finish. The venue is beautiful and looked amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better day or 3 better people to plan it with. Amazing job through and through. Highly recommended.

Best decision we made!! Planning a wedding in less than 4 months was a breeze with the help of the Barn at Madison staff. They were quick to answer questions and made sure we were not forgetting any important details. Staying in 1 spot from the rehearsal dinner through Sunday was so convenient. I would highly recommend the full wedding weekend! We had to change the ceremony to indoors last minute and there was no issue. We had such a perfect weekend. Annie and Stacey are amazing!

I just celebrated my wedding at The Barn at Madison on September 15th and it was absolutely perfect! I can not say enough great things about the venue and staff! The venue is breathtaking and Annie was amazing. She helped with every little detail and gave me suggestions for all of my vendors. The venue was extremely affordable too! You can rent the venue for the entire weekend, which makes it like your own little getaway. Plus your friends can stay with you. We had our whole bridal party stay the entire weekend. On Friday, we had our rehearsal. Annie helped coordinate with my Pastor. Then my family made a taco bar for dinner. They set up everything for the rehearsal and your wedding. People were in love with the venue. It is so unique and different than the same old thing. Every room you go into has something new and exciting. My photographer was in heaven shooting at this location. I promise you will fall in love with this place once you visit.

There isn’t enough time in the world to say how amazing The Barn at Madison was for our wedding venue choice! My husband and I chose the 3 day weekend package and we have no regrets at all! We love the outdoors and the rustic/ elegant aspect of the barn was perfect for us. The Barn at Madison was our very first and only wedding venue we looked at and we loved it so much we couldn’t wait to get a hold of Annie to book our special day. There is something so special about the Barn. We loved the history within the Barn and how there are a lot of original items and the original Cow Stalls in the basement. It holds a lot of memories in many peoples hearts. We told Annie to forever own the Barn and continue to take amazing care of it so we know nothing bad will ever happen to it! We would be devastated if anything happened. The one thing I liked the most was how you didn’t have to decorate much because how creative and unique the walls, ceilings and just everything was. You would need a whole week to look at every single item in that place and look at every exciting item from the old hayloft to the stained glass windows to the nicknacks in the bar area/ dance floor on the walls.
Even though the Barn is in a residential area, don’t let it deter you. Once you are on the barn grounds you honestly forget that you are even in a town. You feel as if you are in the country side and there is tons of privacy and the landscaping is so beautiful!
I couldn’t say enough about the staff either! Stacey, Annie and Jennie were absolutely fantastic! I held my day in their hands and they ran it smoothly and everything went perfectly and I knew I could trust them! They were amazing from their personalities to their friendliness. It was just as if they were a part of the family there to celebrate in our beautiful day! I have run out of characters to type :( I hope this review helps many beautiful soon to be brides choosing the Barn at Madison for their wedding day! You will not regret it!

Our experience at the Barn at Madison was nothing short of amazing! Annie and Stacey were absolutely fantastic to work with, starting from our initial inquires and leading right up to the day of the wedding. Since we elected to go with the option of having the venue to ourselves for the whole weekend (best value you'll find anywhere by the way), all of the staff were extremely accommodating and flexible in allowing us to create our own memorable wedding. Although they can accommodate up to ~175 guests, this venue is setup perfectly for a "mid-sized" wedding, as we were right around 125 and nobody complained about being cramped. We got so much feedback from guests about how unique the barn was with all of the historic decorations, and then of course, this is all topped off by the fact that the third floor is living quarters so that a handful of guests/wedding party can stay over for multiple nights if need be.
In short, if you're looking for a unique barn-style wedding with an equally amazing staff, look no further than the Barn at Madison!

For anyone considering a wedding venue, look no further. The Barn at Madison is simply a phenomenal place to get married. Annie, Brandon and Stacy provided us with an unforgettable weekend that was simply awesome. All of our guests could not get enough of the venue. One guest even thanked us for inviting them to the "Royal Wedding!" (referring to our wedding, even though the actual Royal Wedding was only a few weeks away). The convenience of having the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all in one place was so nice and gave us so much extra time for photos.

The Barn at Madison is not your typical barn venue (its not your typical venue at all to be honest). It is a unique place to host your special day. Annie and Brandon, the owners, take so much pride and put so much work into this beautiful venue, it is one for the books for sure. It is a 3 floor venue, with outdoor space to hold your ceremony. The main floor, the ballroom, is a beautiful room with stained glass everywhere and white walls and ceiling - allowing your wedding decor to POP. The bottom floor is the reception room - an all wood bar-like atmosphere, PERFECT for what we were looking for. There were decks, porches and and outdoor space, so our guests spread out and could find a place to enjoy the night. The top floor is the 3 bedroom apartment with the french quarters you can get ready in - and it is gorgeous.
They have options to book for the full weekend or just for the day (but i recommend the full weekend - it was so nice to have time the day before to setup, time the next day to pack up, and even host the rehearsal dinner there). PLUS if you book the full weekend, you have access to a full 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor!!! This was KEY having my bridesmaids stay over the night before so we could all get a good night of sleep before the wedding day.
Annie was so helpful to us when planning. We had many conversations over the 2.5 year engagement and in the last month spoke to her so many times - she is so thoughtful and comes up with questions that brides often forget on their big day and makes sure you have them covered.
She was also there with her staff on the big day to see how things turned out. It was nice to see someone who cares so much about what they do and the places they own.
The Barn is BYOB which was a HUGE piece of what we were looking for and they provided all tables and white chiavari chairs (as well as all seating for the ceremony outside). They even provide snacks in the apartment, coffee, and an emergency box!! 2 thumbs up!

The Barn at Madison thinks of everything, big and small to help with our big day. Everyone is so helpful and personal. The day before and day of our wedding Stacy become like part of our family.
We enjoyed staying the weekend to make things less stressful and it gave our kids a place to rest if they needed a break in all the hustle .
Every inch of the venue , inside and out, was breathtaking. Our guests gushed over this hidden gem and I'm sure will years from now.
I could not have imagined having our wedding anywhere but here. Grace, charm, simplicity, and elegance are just a few words to describe this place. Paul and I could not say thank you enough to everyone!!

The Barn at Madison is such a unique venue. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our guests absolutely loved everything about our wedding and I have The Barn at Madison to thank for that. They provide you with a list of qualified/pre-approved vendors (you can still bring your own if you want) frequent email updates with tons of additional information, and are super easy to contact if you have any questions. If you choose The Barn at Madison - I'd suggest using DJ D-No (Dean Baker) and Ridgeview Acres Farm as the florist. They know the venue and went above and beyond to make our wedding flawless.

We just recently had our wedding weekend at The Barn at Madison. First of all, this place is exquisite. Everytime you turn around, you discover a new treasure you didn't see before. Our guests raved about and had so much fun exploring this beautiful venue. Secondly, the staff is just incredible. Annie helped so much throughout planning and brought things up that I wouldn't have thought of. There was a minor hiccup on our day and Stacy and Brandon were there and figured everything out. It was so comforting to have them there - right from the start they helped everything run smoothly and left us with nothing to stress over. We simply can not say enough about The Barn at Madison, both the venue and the superstar staff!!

A friend who attended our event said it best "A True Fairy Tale Wedding" This venue is so interesting and exciting that we heard all day long and continually how this was the best wedding ever. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather and great decorations for our outdoor ceremony, but everyone, including ourselves, completely loved this place. From the earliest arrival guests to the end of the night, everyone walked all around the building inside and out taking photos of family and just enjoying themselves. We used the full wedding weekend and really enjoyed the building, the awesome apartment, and convenience of being there for 2 nights. Everyone working there, including Annie and the coordinator we worked with--Stacey, did an awesome job of making everything go perfectly. They are very flexible in working with your preferred vendors, and are great at recommending those who they've successfully worked with in the past. We started out planning our wedding to save money everywhere possible. Once we toured The Barn at Madison, we quickly decided that this expense was completely worth it.. This place is the perfect site of a wedding to remember forever.

My husband is from Pittsburgh and I was from South Central Pennsylvania. That's how our finding The Barn started. We needed a location that would be a fair distance for both of our families. What we ended up getting was far more than we ever expected. We went and toured to see it and right after I asked where we needed to sign to book the venue. The Barn is truly a once and a lifetime kind of venue and I highly recommend you book it. Our guests are STILL continuing to tell us not only what a great time they had but also how they had never been to such a beautiful and unique wedding venue.
You can have The Barn for just your wedding day but I recommend the wedding weekend package. The bride and groom get to stay over night both nights (Friday and Saturday) and there are also two other bedrooms and a living room where others can stay too. The convenience of being able to be there all day Friday and decorate, have our rehearsal dinner there, and getting to stay was such a gift. We didn't have to run between hotels and locations, it makes for a fun only day with less running around. And even after the wedding we never had to go anywhere, the reception is there, in the formal Washington Ballroom, and then dancing is downstairs. Everything is right there! I can't express the importance of this enough.
You might be worried that The Barn is a little pricey but I promise you that you will NEVER regret having your wedding there and will cherish the memories you make there for the rest of your life. Not just you but your family and friends also.
(If you book The Barn I highly recommend DJ D-NO. He has done many weddings there and understands the flow of the building and has the equipment to make sure your day goes perfectly!!! You will need more than one set up)

My husband and I celebrated our wedding vows & reception at the Barn in late August 2015. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding. Honestly, we wouldn't change a single thing about it. All of our guests still talk about how unique it was. Unique yet elegant. My husband found it online and as soon as we walked in, we knew our search was over. The marble floors are like nothing I've seen before and the stucco walls took my breath away. You won't have to spend too much money decorating because the setting speaks for itself.
As I'm sure you've seen by now from the other reviews, upstairs there are three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining and common area. The master suite is huge! We got it for the whole weekend (really it's worth it), and my girls and I spent the night before the wedding in one big room together. They even stock the Keurig and fridge with snacks for your stay.
Again I'll say it's worth it to have it for the whole weekend: 10am Friday - 3pm Sun. The Barn staff does a wonderful job setting up the chairs and everything, but if you don't hire a florist, you are responsible for all of the centerpieces and decorating the pergola (which, believe it or not, took all day Friday for us). I can't imagine only having Saturday morning to do all of that and get ready!
Brandon and Annie are very accommodating and flexible. They're good at what they do and yet they let you take the reigns. The staff deserves recognition too. I really wanted a photo of my dad's first look, but by the time I came downstairs for him to see me, my photographer was outside prepping for the ceremony. I was devastated. When the Barn staff heard what happened, they arranged for my dad to come upstairs, took pictures themselves then sent the photos to my phone. They really went above and beyond the call of duty to capture this precious moment for their bride.
You won't find a venue like this with the whole package: beautiful location, easy-going owners, & decent price.

LOVED the venue. The fact that we were able to have the venue for the entire weekend made it so convenient to set up and break down with little stress. Annie and Brandon clearly made a great investment with this property and are passionate about the business. They were very accommodating to our needs and requests. The Barn at Madison is a very unique venue that met all of our needs. Coming from out of state, it was especially convenient to have our bridal party stay with us on-site. Brandon and Annie were helpful finding outside vendors and Annie was wonderful the weekend of the event. They were also able to set up an indoor ceremony last minute when the weather did not cooperate.

I recently had my wedding at The Barn at Madison. We booked it for the weekend and had the rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and a brunch the following morning there. We couldn't be happier with our choice. It provided for the unique venue that we were looking for. It was so nice that we were able to hold all of the events at the same place from the rehearsal dinner to the brunch the morning after the weeding. Brandon and Annie were always very easy to reach with any questions and/or concerns and helped to make the planning easy and the actual weekend go well. We are very thankful to have found such a beautiful and unique venue. I would highly recommend The Barn at Madison to anybody planning a wedding.

My husband and I searched for weeks for the perfect venue, not entirely sure of what we exactly wanted. Our goal was a unique location that allowed us freedom to be creative with the entire planning process. The Barn at Madison fell into our search and we immediately stopped looking for a venue and scheduled a visit. Upon arriving at The Barn we both thought it was too good to be true and we would walk in and something would be out of the sort or not to our liking. We literally fell in love with this place, it was everything we had spoke about wanting and it was the perfect mix of both of us, with the elegance of the chandeliers and wrought iron details to the rustic appeal of the downstairs bar and perfectly repurposed farm stalls. We loved the idea of being able to bring in all our own vendors and truly making the day ours, and we did so to our fullest! Annie & Brandon were not only supportive of every idea we came up with, but they were just as excited as we were going through the details! They are an incredible team to work with and help with everything from starting the planning process to the very tiny details on the day of the wedding.
Our wedding day could not have been any more perfect! Of course there were a few hiccups but they were unnoticed by our guests and honestly meant nothing in the grand scheme of it all! Annie was so wonderful with the bridal party and giving clear directions and advice to help ease everyone's nerves. Brandon was right on point with everything going on behind the scenes and making sure we knew everything that was going on. Their staff was just as wonderful as well, we truly couldn't of asked for a better group of people to work with! Our guests had an absolute blast and so did we! We only hope that one day we can come back to The Barn for someone else's wedding to enjoy it all over again! Thank you for everything Annie & Brandon! :)

An absolutely gorgeous venue. The pictures simply do not do it justice - it needs to be seen in person. Perfect for an event during any season, and an ideal setting for (in our case) a winter wedding. Brandon and Annie were professional, attentive, and flexible at every point throughout the process, not to mention extremely kind and very personable. The Barn at Madison should be at the top of the list for anyone looking for a wedding venue (or a venue for any event) in the Pittsburgh area! PS - if you are a city resident and are hesitant on the distance, please don't be. My wife and I live in the city and would gladly make that 40-45 minute drive again a hundred times over. Our experience was more than worth it!

As my wife and I searched for a wedding venue that would house the number of guests that we were inviting and also had a uniqueness that was desired instead of the typical open floor plan of most banquet halls, we stumbled upon The Barn at Madison. After finding out that most venues seemed overpriced or could not handle the capacity or were booked over a year or more in advance already, our excitement was diminishing. My wife found the Barn and immediately was intrigued. We went to view the place and met Annie, who was very welcoming and cheerful. As she showed us around the building, my wife fell in love with the curious nature of the look and style and could not leave without booking our wedding. The enjoyment did not stop there.
Each time that we arrived at the Barn, we were greeted by Annie's husband, Brandon, or other wonderful workers of the venue. On the wedding weekend, the two of them worked harmoniously to bring together an event that was severely low stress and a dream for any couple on their wedding day. Anything that was needed was obtained and any request was met to bring together a perfect weekend for a most perfect union in the presence of God and his beautiful natural creation. We certainly were blessed by the discovery of a gem hidden to most based on its location, but certainly not by its reputation. Highly recommended if you want the most beautifully unique and low stress wedding!

Selecting the Barn at Madison for my wedding venue was the best decision that I made. The Barn is elegant and a one of a kind venue. I selected the full weekend package. I was able to enter the venue early Friday morning to set up for the wedding the next day. The tables were set up prior to my arrival and the caterers had the linens set up. We decorated and had everything in place so I didn't need to worry about anything the day of my wedding. I was able to have my rehearsal and rehearsal dinner in one location. My bridal party was able to spend the night in the upstairs apartment. Annie and Brandon (owners) had snacks set up for us upstairs. They checked in on us multiple times and met every request that I had in a very timely manner. The day went smoothly (even though it did rain). The guests kept commenting and saying that it was the most unique wedding that they have ever been to. The venue provides unique photo opportunities (a photographers dream) and is beautiful on its own. My husband and I spent our wedding night in the upstairs apartment. We were able to have our friends and family over the next day for brunch. The place was spotless in the morning. The staff at the Barn cleaned everything. I would chose this location again and again. I encourage everyone to go and take a look. You better bring your checkbook because you will want to book it immediately. The Barn also allows you to choose your own caterer and bring in your own alcohol. This really helps to save money. They provide you with tons of information concerning bar tenders, caterers, DJ's etc. They also have a newsletter that literally walks you step by step through the wedding process. Brandon and Annie worked very hard at making my special day spectacular. I could not have done it without them (and their amazing staff). If I could give them a 6 out of 5 stars I would. Thank you

My Husband and I booked the Barn at Madison for our October 11, 2014 wedding venue. The moment I walked into the barn last year I knew that it was the perfect place for the type of wedding I wanted. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and so unique. One of the best things about the venue is that you are able to book the barn for the entire weekend which made everything so convenient. We had our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at the Barn and then our ceremony and reception there as well. We didn't have to worry about how we/our guests would get from the ceremony to the reception- or have to worry about renting a place for a rehearsal dinner. The upstairs "loft" area used to get ready is gorgeous and all of my bridesmaids enjoyed getting ready at the barn! My Husband and I were able to stay in the bridal suite upstairs the night of the wedding- as well as most of our wedding party in the other rooms.
The venue is unlike any others that I had ever seen before. The ballroom is gorgeous with the marble floors and the high ceilings. It was perfect for dinner. The taproom downstairs was more rustic which made guests feel as if they were at a totally different venue. I don't think there was one guest at our wedding that did not mention how beautiful the barn was! Everyone loved it!
As for Annie and Brandon, the owners, they went way beyond our expectations to ensure our day was perfect. Their staff was also very helpful during the wedding, making sure the day's events (cake cutting, first dances, etc) went as smooth as possible. We had a little crisis before dinner with our seating arrangements, and Brandon was able to keep his cool and make sure it all worked out! Annie is very efficient in making sure weeks before your event, that the minor details are all figured out. They were incredibly helpful the entire time!
I would, without a doubt recommend the Barn at Madison for your wedding weekend. The Barn is a hidden treasure and you will not regret it!

Brandon and Annie, the owners, went above and beyond that weekend to make sure our wedding party, family, and guests were taken care of. Having the Barn for the entire weekend made the set up and getting ready a breeze... it was so convenient to have the rehearsal dinner as the same place as the rehearsal itself. The huge parlor upstairs was the perfect space for the girls to get ready for the big day in.... it was such a fun, memorable morning! The Barn at Madison was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. It was wonderful to be able to book the location for the entire weekend. This avoided the "assembly line" wedding feeling and allowed us the time to decorate before, and cleanup after, at a relaxed pace so that we truly could enjoy the entire celebration from beginning to end! The rehearsal dinner was held on-site and allowed family and friends to share with each other without the fear of time constraints. The lovely guest quarters and wedding suite were thoroughly enjoyed by my daughter and her bridesmaids the night before the wedding, and a welcome respite to the newlyweds on their wedding night.
The ceremony was held out of doors on the spacious lawn with a pergola as the backdrop. The main floor, with its marble floor, stained glass and chandeliers provided an exquisite, yet intimate location for celebrating with the newlyweds. The downstairs is reminiscent of a tavern where dancing and celebrating with family and friends seemed natural and relaxed. The facility is a photographer's dream with all of its structural details in addition to stained glass and antiques scattered throughout the building and property.
The proprietors, Brandon and Annie truly go out of their way to make the entire experience a wonderful one. They were extremely helpful in guiding us through the planning process and provided numerous suggestions along the way. On the day of the wedding, they were right there to take care of last minute details including keeping us on track with the time schedule and straightening my daughter's train on her gown as she prepared to walk down the aisle.
The Barn at Madison is the perfect location to host a wedding from beginning to end. Brandon and Annie have created the ideal atmosphere which allows you to feel at home in a luxurious location for what will most definitely be a celebration to be remembered!

My husband and I cannot recommend The Barn at Madison enough to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding. The Barn has more character than we could have hoped to create ourselves with decorations and flowers. The architecture stands out, as do the stained glass windows and antique decorations in the bar area. The Barn was the perfect size for our wedding and allowed for an intimate event with our closest friends and family.
We really can’t say enough about how helpful the owners, Brandon and Annie, and their team were. From the start they answered all our questions, were receptive to our ideas and helped us find a way to make them work as close to our imagination as possible. They also helped us pick out a team of vendors that were amazing. Between The Barn staff, the DJ, the bartender, and the caterer, we have zero complaints except that the day had to end.
If you do consider The Barn, we highly recommend going for the full weekend package, as it gives extra time for both set-up and takedown, making the whole weekend spent focusing on you and your wedding.
Not only is The Barn a one-of-a-kind, beautiful venue to get married, but we couldn’t have had such an amazing wedding and made it through the process without their help and support. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The Barn at Madison is a beautiful setting for a wedding and a reception. Brandon and Annie are not only professional but personable and easy to talk to and work with. Their presence on the day of the event was so very appreciated and on the night of the wedding rehearsal Brandon was willing to step in for the officiant since he was unable to attend. I cannot think of one thing that we asked of them that they were not willing to make happen, within reason of course. I had the most wonderful experience with The Barn at Madison! Not only was the Barn absolutely beautiful but they have wonderful owners who really cater to their guests needs! I had alot of older guests who attended my shower, and they did not hesitate to jump in and help them to their seat!
Anything thing I needed or questions I had, they were answered in a quick timely manner! I will be using the Barn again on my wedding day (the maidens parlor) and can't wait for it!

I read all the reviews for the barn and all positive comments! That is why I chose to have my wedding there on June 17th, 2017. It was an overall great and breath taking experience. First, the place is so unique and gorgeous. Staying the whole weekend is definitely worth it. Annie did a great job keeping me updated and answering questions quickly. But, there were a few issues that need to be addressed. Make sure your dj has been there because there need to be 3 setups and the place is so unique. Dj Larry was amazing and I recommend him! Also make sure your photographer knows the area, if not show him/her pics of place. Please know this is my first wedding, even really planning one because I was only in one wedding. So knowing much was not alot. The issues we had were small errors that could have been avoided. PLEASE make sure you know who is in charge of the day. I ran around the day of and so did bridesmaids and groomsmen. First, the staff were late setting up ceremony chairs. So it was hard finding people available as i got ready. We needed a table for our wine ceremony, instead of sand, and that was missing before wedding. Our wine bottles were not opened during ceremony. Our flowers were not placed for memory chairs at ceremony. The fowers were never given to flower girl and basket was near the door. During cake cutting, there was no plate so we had to wait. Finally, we paid alot for a photobooth and she contacted Annie for dimensions and what was needed. When the photo booth arrived she couldn't set up where she was told. She ended up setting up outside. So the equipment over heated and many people were unaware of photo booth due to location. So I lost alot of snapshots due to miscommunication. Overall, great experience. Some issues were not all the barns fault, but there was just communication errors about minor details that did not make it perfect. I am not one to stress about small things, but some could have been avoided.
