The barn and gazebo
Barn was rustic themed and very beautiful. You have to use the in house catering company. Nancy and Chris work with you and keeps you updated on everything. Horrible from wedding party pov
This place is beautiful but you have to do everything yourself. The "clean up" that's included is sleeping. They hassle you on everything when you are setting up and then you don't get to have dinner till all the chairs from the ceremony are down. This place is a rip off for the price. They help in no way they couldn't even turn the freezer on or the fridge the evening before so we could keep cookies cold or get ice.This place is beautiful but you have to do everything yourself. Everything you stated here is clearly outlined and even in bold print in the contract. The bride agreed to all of this. She is also given a very detailed list of information several weeks before the wedding, again including all of this information. And then for third time, Friday morning before set up the contracts are handed out once again for everyone there to read over. That bride was fully aware of all those details and agreed to them on multiple levels. -

Still no refund due to pandemic

Worst venue ever
Back in 2020 when the pandemic happened was when my wedding was scheduled. The owner ignored me for months about my wedding and the issues regarding restrictions from the pandemic. I has already paid for the venue in full and put the deposit down for catering. The staff was horribly rude, but the owner was worse. He refused to give me any kind of refund or work something out. My guest count was over 200 people, and the owner told me 17 days before my wedding was scheduled that I could have an elopement session. He said he didn't care if my terminally ill family members got to see me walk down the aisle or not. He robbed me of my wedding. I've been a small business owner and worked with customers for a very long time, and I've never met a "professional" who had no passion for the business they run, or care about the people who are supporting their business, aka customers. All they cared about was money. This wasn't a birthday party or a random event.
