The Best Weekend Ever
Where do I even begin? I am obsessed with the Ashley Inn, and my entire wedding weekend that was spent there. I’ve never had a wedding before 😆, but the entire time I just kept thinking, “is it supposed to be this easy?!” I mean everything was absolutely gorgeous, every vendor was amazing, and Heidi topped off our perfect weekend and was the best coordinator ever! Truly made my day SO smooth and enjoyable! It was so special and convenient to be able to have the Inn for the entire weekend, and wake up to breakfast with my favorite people. If I could rewind and do it 100x over I would. If you are thinking of having your wedding here, don’t think, just do it! No regrets and I hope every bride and future couple have the best experience we did, because of Heidi and the Ashley Inn! -

Chelsea & Tyler's Wedding
The weekend of October 2, 2021, my daughter and her, now husband, had their wedding at The Ashley Inn at Meadow Lake Farm. We chose the weekend package and it was absolutely amazing! The entire farm is beautiful! The Inn is so elegant and the food that was prepared for us on Saturday morning for breakfast was magnificent! The ceremony was held outside on the side lawn with the arbor and the horses in the background absolutely made it perfect! The carriage house is the perfect spot for the reception... everything is like a fairytale! The wedding coordinator, Heidi is wonderful! She is so accommodating and she works her absolute hardest to ensure everything runs seemlessly...We could not have done it without her knowledge and experience! Thank you Heidi and The Ashley Inn for the perfect wedding weekend for Chelsea and Tyler...and for all of the rest of us! -

My husband and I were sold on The Ashley Inn after having toured the venue with Heidi back in September. I had already been a bridesmaid here back in 2015, but it was even more magical than I remembered. We booked the Complete Weekend package and were able to have both of our immediate families stay on the property for the different events. I HIGHLY recommend that as it made the entire weekend feel more intimate. Additionally, the Inn in remarkably beautiful and historic and was definitely one of the many highlights from that weekend.
We opted to have our rehearsal and dinner on site and had The Ashley Inn cater the meal- FANTASTIC. It was laid-back, cozy, and a fun time for all.
On the wedding day all the ladies met at the venue for hair, makeup, and prep while they guys traveled to a nearby Airbnb. I never felt cramped or rushed or stressed. Heidi and her crew took care of the day-of details while I soaked in a bubble bath listening to Etta James. :)
Despite the weather taking a turn for the unexpected, Heidi and the venue accomodated everything with precision and as the bride, I hardly worried about the change of plans. (Originally it was supposed to be 88F/sunny and ended up being 56F/overcast)
We still had our ceremony on the front lawn, dinner under the pavilion, and dancing in the barn. Fortunately, the cooler weather made the dance party so much more comfortable and our pictures are to die for.
This venue offers: accommodations, vendors of your choosing, chairs & tables included, set-up/tear-down, a warehouse of rentals for decoration, catering options for events, catering options for breakfast/day-of, ability to bring your own alcohol, parking attendants, and so much more!!
I'll recommend booking The Ashley Inn forever! XOXO -

More beautiful than pictures can show! You get it all: gardens, historic house, barn, and lots of KY charm. Heidi is organized, attentive to every last detail, passionate, and FUN. She worked hard to make my vision come to life. Could not have picked a more lovely and memorable wedding venue. -

Ashley Inn was an incredible venue for our wedding last year. They were incredibly flexible with our changes due to the circumstances in 2020, and Heidi was an amazing resource to work with! The venue was beautiful, and had countless areas for some amazing photos! We had our wedding in the barn, and it was gorgeous! I would recommend Ashley Inn to anyone! -

The perfect place for your wedding
The Ashley Inn was fabulous from beginning to end. Heidi was flexible and accommodating and so helpful, especially the last couple weeks leading up to our wedding. The space is gorgeous and they have everything you could need. Having my wedding here was one of the best and easiest decisions I made throughout the wedding planning process. -

The most beautiful wedding venue in KY!! I can't say enough great things about The Ashley Inn. First of all, the venue is stunning. The house is gorgeous, the greenery is perfect, the sunsets are beautiful, horses are roaming in the background. It all makes for a very welcoming and elegant venue. We worked with Heidi, who was very helpful and easy to work with. The Ashley Inn made my dreams come true and will always hold a special place in my heart. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue! -

This was truly the best decision that we made when planning our wedding! Heidi and Megen did everything they could to make our wedding weekend perfect and make all of our wedding dreams come true. I wanted a sweet, southern (but not country!), and beautiful wedding and that is EXACTLY what this venue is. Our friends and family got to spend time together all weekend and everything - from rehearsal dinner through Sunday morning breakfast - was right on the grounds and perfect. Book this venue - you gain sweet friends and a wedding you could only dream about! -

Rehearsal Dinner and Reception
Our Son was married here in Sept. It was wonderful to have the facility for the whole weekend. No hurried exit or stress. Our rehearsal dinner was beautiful with the reflecting pool and our friends and family were able to stay into the evening by the fire and relax before the big day. The most beautiful setting amid the beautiful horse farm. Perfect to show our guests the rolling hills of Kentucky. The owners and staff helped in every way. Highly recommend this venue and having the inn for the whole weekend gave us additional options for our children and family. My Dad who had been ill was able to retire early on the property and my mother could stay and enjoy the reception. Perfect! Would gladly celebrate at the Ashley Inn again! -

Loftus- Angel Wedding
Meagan and Heidi were very easy to work with and they really delivered! From the first appointment to the day of the event, we had all of our questions answered and they took care of all of the details. We received many compliments from guests about how beautiful the venue and the wedding ceremony and reception was. I highly recommend! -

We rented the place for the entire weekend so that my husband's family coming in from out of town could stay close by since they had never been to KY before. They were enchanted. The home is outstanding, the service is impeccable, the breakfast absolutely delicious, and the grounds just beyond beautiful so much so that you dont even have to do much decorating because trust me your guests will be looking at the scenery not the balloons you hung from the ceiling. And there is absolutely no way you can take bad pictures in this place. The Ashley Inn made my little girl wedding dreams come true! -

Everything from the food to the staff was excellent! Everyone was so warm and helpful! The venue itself is gorgeous and well-maintained. I could not have found a more perfect location. -

Our bartenders did not show up and Matt put out the wine and played bartender until one came. My husband and I did not even know anything had gone wrong. This is a perfect example of how great a venue this is. Not only are the grounds, mansion, and venue itself beautiful, but you also have the comfort of knowing the staff will help with anything you may need and most likely have it done before it becomes an issue. I highly recommend this venue to all brides!
