The Artists Co. was my amazing glam team for my wedding in Kauai. Since we were coming to Kauai from California, I wasn’t able to do my hair and makeup trial with Mia until the day before. When I met with Mia, she was incredibly sweet and friendly! I described the look I wanted with a few inspiration pictures, and she executed it perfectly. We hosted our welcome party that night and I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup, which lasted all day!
On the day of the wedding, Mia, Misti, and Cheyenne arrived right on schedule and their set-up was efficient and professional. My bridal party brought their own inspiration pictures, and the artists brought them to life! Although I loved my trial look, I wanted to make some slight changes. I brought this up to Mia, and she once again worked her magic. She made me look and feel so beautiful!! I really can’t thank Mia and The Artists Co. enough and would recommend them to anyone!The Artists Co.'s reply:

Beautiful Hair & Makeup
Mia and Misti helped my bridal party and I look beautiful for my wedding day. I have had my makeup done for several weddings and each time I did not like how heavy and unnatural I looked. Upon booking The Artists Co, Mia was super friendly and communicative. She took the time to facetime me, so that we could talk through my ideas. Mia was very reassuring during our conversation.
I booked a hair and makeup trial with Mia a week before our wedding. I am so appreciative that I was able to do this. The trial allowed me to see what I may like and what we may tweak for the actual day. Both Misti and Mia are very talented. My bridal party showed photos of what they liked and they both made the pictures come to life. My makeup looked natural and I loved my hair as well. Thank you Artist Co for making us all feel beautiful. -

Never felt more beautiful
Oh. My. Goodness. I literally cannot say enough about how amazing Mia is. I booked her for my wedding hair and make-up and truly have never felt more beautiful in my life. And I've had professional hair and make-up done many times! I gave Mia some inspiration and guidance for what I wanted, and I could tell that she truly listened and reviewed what I had sent. And I could tell she took into consideration the little things, like the unique way my hair behaves and my skin type. The result was better than I ever could have imagined. Literally every person who came up to me that day told me I looked beautiful! Of course there's more to life and a wedding day than beauty, but when it comes right down to it, feeling beautiful makes absolutely everything better – especially the photos. I showed Crystal a few photos of how I wanted my hair and she made it look even better than the photos. She even knew how to make it stay up and stay curly in the humid Hawaii weather. My makeup looked amazing, and even though I ugly-cried through the whole ceremony, makeup still looked great! -

Planning a destination wedding through covid was one of the biggest hurdles during our wedding planning, especially when most places or events are temporarily closed. I highly recommend Misti of The Artists Co. because not only did she make our special day seamless, her constant communication was the foundation I needed during such uncertain times. She paid attention to every detail from my make-up to hair. She also did a wonderful job prepping the other women in our group for the ceremony. Thank you Misti for relaxing my nerves before the ceremony and making me look beautiful! -

Crystal did amazing!
Crystal did an amazing job for my wedding day. She works wonders and made magic happen with the braid and makeup. The airbrush makeup looked amazing even at 12pm. I didn’t want to take it off!! She showed up right on time. Her timeline was pretty spot on. I didn’t feel rushed. It was so relaxing too. It was also fun to chat with her since she grew up in Kauai. I can’t recommend her enough! -
