I worked with Art Of Soundz for a desert wedding I planned on May 31 at Morada in Joshua Tree, and DJ Zephyr was amazing! He brought such a fun, upbeat energy to the reception. His music had everyone out on the dance floor all night long. His setup was quick and seamless, and as always, he was a total pleasure to work with.
DJ Zephyr is reliable, talented, and brings great energy every time. I’d happily work with him again and highly recommend him to any couple looking to keep the party going!

We had such a great experience with DJ Zephyr. He was super easy to work with and incredibly professional. We didn’t send him our song list until the day before the wedding, which honestly had us feeling a little anxious, but he didn’t make a big deal out of it at all. He just said, “Not a problem,” and handled everything like a total pro.
He showed up a few hours early to set up, which really stood out to us. A lot of other vendors were cutting it close, and it was stressful watching them rush around right before things started. Having him there early and ready to go helped us breathe a little easier.
The music throughout the night was perfect. Everything flowed really smoothly. The energy was exactly what we hoped for, and the dance floor was never empty.
He was kind, easygoing, and clearly cared about doing a great job. We were so happy with him and would recommend him without hesitation. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to just show up and crush it, he’s your guy. -

Zephyr is a true star. He was one of the most reasonably priced music vendors we found and was just incredible to work with. So many people have messaged us post-wedding and told us how amazing our music was -- tip of the ol' cap to Zephyr for making it the BEST PARTY EVER. We could not recommend him enough!!! -

DJ Zephyr was an awesome addition to our wedding celebration. We supplied him with a list of our favorite songs and he incorporated them perfectly throughout the event —we even had a special request to see if he could alter a song so it wouldn’t have certain lyrics play as we walked down the aisle and he made it happen!
He was professional, on time and very personable. He knew how to get EVERYONE dancing, including some of our extended family members who we didn’t know could dance.
We paid extra for lighting and it was very much worth it!
The only part I would have changed was having more microphones around for the ceremony. We were under the impression we would have at least an additional microphone. Our officiant had one tiny lapel microphone that he had to detach from his suit in order for our friend to read a poem and for us to state our vows. I would recommend double checking before the event begins that everything is set up to your liking.
I would however 10/10 recommend DJ Zephyr for your wedding.

DJ Zephyr was the best!! We've been to so many weddings and the DJ really does make or break it, and without a doubt DJ Zephyr made it!! He was so easy and awesome to work with, kept the party going and was just an all around awesome guy! We were so lucky to have him! Highly recommend you stop your DJ searching and book with him ASAP!! You won't regret it! -

DJ Zephyr was absolutely amazing. He knows how to read the room and make sure that the energy stays high with your group on the dance floor. Our dancing portion of the reception was 3 hours long and I am not exaggerating that our dance floor was packed the ENTIRE time because of his song selections!
He was great at handling our guests coming up to him making song requests.
If you have the opportunity to hire him, I highly recommend that you do! -

I'll just say it... you're certified cray-cray if you don't hire Zephyr to DJ your event. He's everything you could possibly want; fun, reliable, responsive, friendly, cool, flexible, and he just has the experience and talent to know exactly what the moment calls for. He DJ'd and emceed two events for my now-wife and I over our wedding weekend and he exceeded our already high expectations. Hire him. -

My husband and I were married at the O'Donnell House in Palm Springs on Nov 7th, 2021 and the venue suggested a couple of DJs, including Zephyr. We met with Zephyr a few months before the wedding and briefly went over what the make up of the guests were going to be (40 yo to 80 yo folks) and that we wanted to keep it upbeat to encourage folks to dance. We went through the ceremony music, initial timing of the event and transitions from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing to dessert, etc. Zephyr really nailed the vibe of the crowd, played an amazing selection of music that keep most people on the dance floor through the night and offered beautiful selection of music during dinner. So many friends commented that night and afterwards, how enjoyable the music was and it was one of the most fun weddings they have attended. Thanks Zephyr for an amazing night and memories for a lifetime.

We hired Dj Zephyr for our Palm Springs wedding and he was amazing. Super easy to work with, was flexible following the COVID closures, but when we finally had out party - he had the whole place partying. Would rec him for any and all parties, thank you so much Zephyr!!! -

So glad we found Zephyr as he ended up helping us with so many aspects of our wedding! We had a multi-day wedding and Zephyr helped us with music, sound and lighting for most of the events. Although that may sound somewhat straightforward we actually had a lot of different need: intimate sound for Friday dinner, special lighting for a night ceremony and outside reception, ceremony music and sound, Saturday brunch music & sound, djs. He managed 4 different locations with different needs. He had solutions for all of our needs and his pricing was honestly the best value of all of the services we booked for our wedding. He also staunchly stuck to my “no play” list. Working with Zephyr made so many aspects of our wedding easier. I definitely recommend booking his services.

What A Party! We are so happy we had Zephyr DJ our outdoor wedding in Frazier Park, CA. Zephyr felt the vibe, played the right songs, and we and our guests had the best time dancing all night. Everything from the communication before the special day to speeches to the first dance to a party we‘ll never forget went super smooth. Zephyr was very professional, arrived early to set everything up, and even traveled far just to do our wedding. DJ Zephyr is a super friendly, nice guy! Thank you Zephyr for an amazing job! We still listen to our wedding playlist on a regular basis. -

Zephyr was referred to us with great reviews but we were truly blown away with his level or responsiveness and professionalism. We gave him a sample playlist of the vibe we were going for and he nailed it. We were dancing from first song to last song and it was great to see all of my friends and family out there with me, he was able to find songs that appealed to the whole array of celebrants. He was soo easy to work with and extremely organized which is honestly priceless when planning a wedding. -
