Superlatives All Around

The florist was very attentive, made great suggestions, and made our wedding a lovely experience. She transformed a fireplace and mantel into a stunning opulent floral display. She was on time, completely dependable, and a joy to work with.

Lisa is very good. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my wedding bouquet to look like from Pinterest. She did exactly that. It was more gorgeous than I imagined. She is reasonable and flexible.

I have known the girls at the arrangement since they opened their first location and have always been impressed. I live about an hour and a half away from abilene now and wanted to still use them for my wedding day. The flowers were so beautiful and perfectly matched with my colors and overall theme. They were in perfect condition and lasted for long after the wedding day! They are seriously the best in abilene and I would recommend them to anyone!

The flowers came out absolutely beautiful...perfect!! I was unsure on what I wanted and the ladies here were so helpful in finding the perfect arrangements for our special day!!

Lisa was great and the decision to use her relieved so much unnecessary stress! She did all the centerpieces and it turned out beautiful. Instead of spending time looking for table cloths, vases and other accents we turned it over to her and I don't regret it one bit. She also arranged the entire reception and has a lot of experience with the venues in town. She set it all up and took it down. My parents both agree it was one of the best decisions we made.

I highly recommend Lisa!!!! She is an absolute dream! She went above and beyond on every single aspect of this process for me and my mom and made my wedding day flawless! She knows exactly what she's doing and has such an incredible eye for design and detail. My jaw was literally on the floor when she walked in with my florals. Aside from all of that, she's so calm and confident. I trusted her completely and that led to me having the most relaxed day leading up to the ceremony.

Very flexible and accommodating to our needs. The flowers were delivered promptly and were beautiful. Lisa Baily went above and beyond and met us on a Sunday afternoon [they are closed on Sunday] to deliver a bouquet for the Bridal portraits.

We will definitely shop at The Arrangement in the future.

From start to finish every encounter we had with The Arrangement was courteous and professional. She was such a delightful addition to our wedding planning journey and the ceremony flowers were absolutely more beautiful than I ever could've imagined and the centerpieces for the reception were just perfect!

As a bride and recent college graduate, I was concerned with how expensive the floral and décor would be; however, The Arrangement worked within my budget and delivered not only high quality arrangements but high quality service as well. They were diligent at communicating with me when needed and ensured everything was done in a timely manner. In addition to their service, I personally felt management was just as excited to show me the wedding florals she had created for our big day as I was excited to see them myself. That kind of excitement is rare among wedding vendors and it also shows why The Arrangement is the right place to go! I highly recommend The Arrangement for florals and décor for any occasion!

The ladies at the Arrangement excel at everything they do. I have ordered flower arrangements from them before and loved them, but their work at my wedding left my husband and I speechless. I had my reception at their venue, The Warehouse, and it was amazing. My flower arrangements were beautiful, from the bouquets to the boutonnières and the center pieces. The linens were so fun and added so much to the overall look and feel of the reception. All I had to do was show them a picture of my dream wedding and they brought it to life... Their attention to detail is unmatched. Weddings are a huge deal to most brides and I would recommend these ladies to anyone without hesitation! I am still getting compliments from my reception and it was over a year ago! 5 starts isn't near enough!

What I loved about Lisa and Jamie is how easy they were to work with. If I ever got in a pickle, they helped me tremendously. No matter how extravagant or how simple their clients events are, they they made the event absolutely beautiful! I gave them my colors and my ideas and let them go with it and they gave me the wedding that I pictured in my head! Loved working with them and I highly recommend them to anyone no matter how big or small!! Thanks for all y'all did! :)

I cannot say enough great things about The Arrangement! From the initial meeting with Lisa, I knew I wasn't just getting flowers and decor, but also her invaluable insight in all aspects of our wedding! Her expertise made our wedding unique and beautiful! The Arrangement provided more than just flowers for our wedding, they brought an entire decor scheme together through candles, table cloths, and flowers. Several guests complimented how breathtaking the decor was, all thanks to Lisa! I would happily recommend The Arrangement to anyone looking for superb customer service, and beautiful decor!

The ladies of 'The Arrangement' have class and true talent. Out of all my wedding planning, my flower choices were by far the easiest with these ladies' expertise. If you're looking for someone with a great attitude and willingness to make your 'Pinterested inspired' dreams come true...these are the two for you. Watch out world, these two have it together!! Lisa is amazing! She is truly an event designer and artist! I was beyond thrilled with how she applied her talents to my out-of-town wedding. The Arrangement handled all the flowers for the church and designed the layout for the reception venue and brought in and designed the decor, including gorgeous centerpieces, flowers for the cake, table clothes, chair covers, place settings, utensils, lighting, a monogram, candles, etc. The Arrangement did it all! Like many brides, I had gone through a lot of bridal magazines before consulting with Lisa. I showed her a variety of pictures of what I liked for the flowers, place settings, chairs, and decor. I felt confused about the flowers, but Lisa was able to look at the pictures and understand what they all had in common. She was easy to work with, and understood what I wanted, even if I couldn't articulate it myself. Lisa is personable, honest, and kept me updated as to flower and rental options as the wedding got closer. She let me know what elements drive up the costs so I could make intelligent decisions. She was also accessible and generous when responding to emails/phone calls and arranging meetings since I was a long-distance client. When a higher than expected number of RSVPs made seating arrangements challenging, Lisa came to the rescue and sent me a redesign that was simply perfect. When I saw what Lisa had created on my wedding day, I was blown away! She surpassed all of my expectations. The flowers and reception spaces were absolutely stunning, and the rooms sparkled. Everything photographed so well. My guests and I loved her creative centerpieces -- beautiful flowers in magnificent trumpet vases, other flowers overflowing gorgeous candelabras, and even flowers dripping with crystals and branches. I received so many compliments on the centerpieces and all of the flowers. I was thrilled. I highly recommend The Arrangement for any wedding or special occasion! Thank you, Lisa!

The Arrangement is a wonderful vendor to get flowers from! They offer other services as well, but I just got the basic flowers from them. My bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful. If I would do it again, I would go with the Arrangement again and again!!!

We were very happy with the bouquets. My one criticism would have been the size of my bouquet, it seemed to nearly swallow me.
We were definitely EXTREMELY pleased with the men's boutonniere's. The florist seemed to make my vision happen when I was not even sure what that vision was. Would recommend them to family!

The reception was beautiful. I received compliments all night long. A florist from Dallas was one of our guest and told me the floral arrangements were spectacular!

Pros: I was able to get my flowers, decorations, and tablecloths all at one place, and they all turned out beautifully. They also gave us a great deal.
Cons: They were a bit condescending toward my fiancee and me (seriously, we left there feeling like a couple of hillbillies who'd accidentally wandered into the country club), and they were rude to one of my bridesmaids who was doing us a favor by returning our tablecloths.

Be ready to spend a pretty penny, but expect quality flowers. Make sure to research before you go in on the flowers and exact colors you are wanting, because they go by color and not flower. That isn't a bad thing, it just makes it a little difficult for those who does not know their flowers by heart! It is also confusing to bring in a pinterest photo (what I did) and not be able to explain exactly the colors and flowers from a specific picture that you may want. So again, be very direct. Overall, had a great experience on my wedding!
