This is an amazing venue with gorgeous views and the advantage of having a separate day to schedule your bridals which is including in the venue price. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed . . . from making sure the venue was set up impeccably to driving us around all day in golf carts helping. Meeting with Jodi was easy and she was very helpful and attentive to detail. Thank you American Village for a wonderful wedding experience at your beautiful piece of heaven here on earth.

The American Village was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. Our guests loved the facilities and the grounds. The American Village team were wonderful to work with - especially Jodie W!

The American Village is such a beautiful place to have a wedding! Our guests were blown away by how expansive the property was and all of the beautiful landscape and buildings it offered. The staff was SO helpful, answering all of my last minute emails. They also several golf carts available for the whole day to take your wedding party and guests anywhere you might need to go!

The American Village is so beautiful...no other venue in Birmingham, Alabama compares to this venue. The day of your event you get the whole entire grounds to yourself with the Chapel and your choice of reception site (either the ballroom or barn) and a changing area for the Bride and bridesmaids and Groom and groomsmen. You get shuttle service that takes you where ever you need to go along with two way radios. So much is included with such a great price. The best part of it all is you can use whatever vendors that you choose. I am a highly satisfied bride and would highly recommend this venue to any bride to be!

My daughter married and had her reception in the Barn in October. The staff could not have been more accomodating! It was a wonderful day. Lori was always very prompt in responding to any of our needs.

My only recommendation might be having a sound system in the barn to accomodate ceremonies and receiptions, but other than that one thing everything went off without a glitch.

Again, the perfect venue and remarkable staff.

Beautiful venue! The staff is pleasant, easy to work with, and very helpful. Adorable, separate areas available for bride/bridesmaids and groom/groomsmen to get ready. Very pleased with the way everything turned out!

I was recently married at the American Village, and I can't say enough positive things about the staff and this gorgeous venue! Jodie and Pete are both helpful and very easy to work with, and our guests loved the fact that golf cart transportation was available. All of the buildings are beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. My husband and I are so happy that we chose to have our special day here!

American Village is beautiful. They are very accomodating with willing to help! They do not offer a coordinator for the day of the wedding, but there are plenty of people there to drive you around on the golf carts and oversee that everything is going perfectly. Lori is wonderful and so is Pete, the CFO of American Village.

I am very glad we paid to get married here. For us it was very worth it. It s a more expensive venue but we did not do much additional decorating because it is so pretty.

Very helpful and respinsive. A beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding. The reception hall was very large with beautiful chandeliers.

This is a beautiful place. I used the chapel for my ceremony and the barn for my reception. The barn has concrete floors and is beautiful. I had a military wedding on memorial day and it was perfect!! many different setting for pictures.

Great venue for having a ceremony and reception on the same property. Extremely courteous management. Books up pretty quickly though, I got the last weekend spot in June 2012 10 months ahead of time.
