  Of all the vendors I worked with for my wedding, The Album Factory was by far the easiest, responsive, and dependable vendor! The quality of service was great! Anytime I had a question or comment or wanted something to be corrected on the program, I always got a quick response that was ALWAYS professional! My friends and family loved the wedding programs and thought it was the coolest thing they had ever seen at a wedding! Truly a hit! I would highly recommend this vendor to anyone who's looking to do something different. Whatever vision you have, The Album Factory can make it happen!

  Of all the vendors I worked with for my wedding, The Album Factory was by far the easiest, responsive, and dependable vendor! The quality of service was great!   I understand that a perfect 5 out of 5 is hard and often unrealistic, but not in this case. I had some issues along the way with technical issues and have never been taken care of in such a way than I was with this vendor. Also I was able to talk with the same person through the process. The product I received was breathtaking and I received many compliments on the programs. The timeliness and care of making sure I got exactly what I wanted was unbelievable. I literally was waiting for something to go wrong because the service seemed to good to be true, and it never did!

  Absolutely an amazing experience. The quality far exceeded our expectations and we had the most amazing customer service. The entire process was easy and stress free. Any questions or concerns that we had were promptly addressed. The feedback from the guests at our wedding was fabulous. My niece even asked if our program was available in stores! Thank you for helping us create an amazing keepsake from our special day!

  This vendor was a pleasure to work with! I contacted the vendor and received an immediate response. Al of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. I loved the vendors feedback on what would make my wedding magazine POP. The suggestions were on point! My guest raved about the magazines and absolutely loved them! Post wedding I am still being asked about them!! They looked exactly like a magazine you would purchase in a store. The color and paper quality were great!

  The programs were amazing!!!!!! The online format was very easy to use. Kevin was very helpful during the planning process and answered questions by email right away. I am so pleased with the final result and all the wedding guests commented on how great & unique the programs were.

  Kevin and the Album Factory was a great company to work with. I found his programs by searching on the internent and I am so glad I did. The programs were a huge success at the wedding. It was good for them to understand who the bridal party was and understand about how David and I met.   Kevin K. and the rest of the Album Factory crew are beyond awesome! The quality of service, responsiveness, professionalism, and work performed deserve more than 5 stars. The price point is amazing, and their ability to work within my crazy time frame was extremely impressive. They could easily charge more for their programs. I am DEFINITELY referring others to this company, and I will find a reason to have programs created for future events. Matter of fact, I'm considering ordering additional re-prints so that I can show off to others how awesome these programs are. I can't stop smiling and looking through our programs. Thank you!

  Some friends used The Album Factory a while back and when we saw their programs, we knew we wanted to do the same someday. The albums are so versatile, you can use them as a vibrant program, a thank you, a keepsake, or all the above. We went a personalized route, writing to our families and wedding party about how important they are to us. The Album Factory’s awesome design made a great conversation piece and helped make the event even more intimate, emotional, and fun. They were worth EVERY penny. Our guests couldn’t say enough positive things about them!
  
  Kevin and Jim of the Album Factory really outdid themselves. Their genuine, positive attitude was always aimed at pleasing US. They really went above and beyond to customize the programs to our sensibilities and interests. Their professionalism made for a great collaborative process and the programs shipped super fast and on time upon approval of the final layout.
  
  With our wedding in Los Angeles and our families from the Midwest — the programs provided not only a great keepsake to those who attended, but also to those relatives and friends unable to make the trip. Our parents were able to take some to share with those loved ones back home so they could get an up-close glimpse of our day.
  
  Do yourselves the favor — go to the The Album Factory website and email Kevin and Jim about your wedding day. They’re very approachable and good-spirited and you can tell how much they enjoy doing this kind of work. Thanks to the Album Factory, our wedding was even more special and memorable than we could’ve imagined!

  The album factory helped me create my custom wedding program and the entire process was so smooth. We wanted a magazine style wedding program and Kevin gave us exactly what we wanted and more. The final product was jaw dropping and all of our guests loved them! It will now be a keepsake that we can look back on and show our kids!

  I couldn't be happier with how our wedding programs turned out. I was an indecisive bride and Kevin was great in showing me different options and creating a program that we truly loved that was customized to our theme (and he was patient while I tried to make up my mind!).
  
  Turnaround time was fantastic - we needed to make a change to our programs only three weeks before our wedding and Kevin quickly worked to make the change and get our programs reprinted in time.
  
  It was great having a vendor that was not only so responsive and flexible, but that also made such a high quality customized product!

  We didn't have traditional programs because we were having a very small and short ceremony but we still wanted something to introduce our wedding party to our guests and also to say thank you to our friends and family. We were also those annoying customers who really had NO idea what exactly we wanted. Kevin & the Album Factory stepped up and took care of us!   The AlbumFactory gave us an amazing product and experience to go along with it. Their team was open to our ideas and presented us with an awesome final product that made our wedding that much more special. LOVED the product so much - I tell all of my friends to do it!!!
