From the very beginning, even before we had signed a contract, The Afterparty Band provided exceptional service. We were able to quickly schedule a virtual meeting where Tristin walked us through everything and was able to answer our many questions for our upcoming wedding. Tristin's professionalism, dedication to her craft and enthusiasm made it an easy decision to move forward with the band.
During the planning process, Tristin was quick to answer questions as they popped up and checked in when needed. As it got closer to the wedding date, we provided our musical preferences and day of logistics and assured us we were good to go for the big day.
Fast forward to the reception, The Afterparty Band had EVERYONE on the dance floor by the middle of the first set and that did not stop till the last song was played. This band ROCKED! They truly brought the energy, they sounded amazing and catered to our musical preferences. I highly recommend that you have them learn a song or two of your choice, because they crushed that too! We received so many compliments from our guests how this was the best band they've ever seen, which in turn gave us the wedding party of our dreams. What a memorable night for everyone!

We have had the pleasure of working with the Afterparty Band for several events and they never disappoint. They are so much fun, bring such great energy, and have performances where the party simply doesn’t stop. As an events industry association president, you want to know that the entertainment you have brought on for your event is going to amaze and leave guests wanting more. We know that whenever the afterparty is at the helm that our guests are guaranteed to have an incredible evening. Tristin and the team are very professional, thorough and detailed. As a planner in the Greater Seattle Area, I work with a lot of vendors, and The Afterparty Band truly stands out in the best way possible. From the very beginning, their communication was timely, clear, and incredibly thorough — which, as a planner, makes such a huge difference. They were organized, proactive, and always on top of details throughout the entire planning process.
On event day, they absolutely delivered. The energy, hype, and liveliness they bring to a crowd is unmatched. They know how to read the room, keep the momentum going, and turn a great party into an unforgettable one. The Afterparty is an incredible band in Seattle, WA. I am a local event planner based in Seattle, WA and have referred The Afterparty a few times for weddings. They always go above and beyond in the pre-planning stages to really get to know clients and understand their needs so they can prepare in advance to put on the best show possible. They are super great with speedy communication and have incredible organizational skills leaving it very stress free for clients & planners. Their musicians are all incredibly talented, super professional and very prompt when it comes to arriving in advance and always ready well before any show begins. I highly recommend interviewing and booking them for any wedding or event you are planning! 10 out of 10 - you will be extremely happy you did!The Afterparty's reply:

The Afterparty Band and their Duo was one of the best choices we made for our wedding of 100 people!
The Duo also set a great ambiance to our outdoor Cocktail Hour. Even now, our guests are still talking about how much fun they had dancing and singing along with the band all night. We loved the visuals with lighting, dancing, costume changes, and props. My husband and I couldn’t find time to leave the dance floor because their compilations just flow from one to the next. At first I thought our party would be too small for an 8-piece band at the reception, but they were the perfect addition to build up the crowd and keep everyone together on the dance floor. They even came into the crowd to sing and play instruments to stir up enthusiasm. My only regret was not having more time to chat with our guests for longer because we simply couldn’t peel ourselves off the dance floor.
Tristin and Jeff are so responsive, and they listened to all of my requests with open minds. They also worked directly with my wedding coordinators to take some of the logistics off my plate. They are a wonderful band for any kind of event, large or small, that you want your guests dancing all night with happy hearts.The Afterparty's reply:

What can I say about The Afterparty Band other than they are absolutely amazing? Well, plenty. Tristin, Jeff, and the whole band are true professionals who brought the house down for our wedding reception. The performances were excellent, and really enjoyed how involved they get with the crowd and make it a fun, engaging experience for all of the guests. The band was also really easy to work with throughout our planning process, and communications were always very clear on what we could expect from them, and what they needed from us/the venue as well.
Of note: our venue had never worked with them before but was so impressed by their professionalism and quality of performance that they expressed interest in adding them to their preferred vendor list and even booking them for their own events! So when I say you are getting the best wedding band available when you book the Afterparty Band, it really is true!The Afterparty's reply:

We hired the Afterparty Band for our company's 50th-anniversary celebration, and I cannot praise them enough for the exceptional experience from beginning to end. Tristin's organization and communication throughout the process were invaluable, making the planning of a large event much smoother. The music was fantastic and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. I had so many people come up to me praising them and asking for their name so they could book them in the future. The entire band even dressed to match our party's theme, adding a perfect touch to the evening. I recently had the most incredible experience with Tristin and the AfterParty Band. From start to finish, their performance was nothing short of amazing. Tristin was so sweet and so easy to work with. She knew exactly what I was looking for and made song adjustments to match the length of my aisle walk and song. The band's energy, professionalism, and ability to keep the dance floor alive were unmatched. I was a little worried that no one would be dancing as we had a mix crowd, however, the band got everyone up out of their chairs and on the dance floor. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the music selection and the seamless transitions between songs. The band members even came out onto the dance floor and interacted with guests. The AfterParty Band truly elevated our wedding to a new level. Best Wedding Band
The afterparty band was incredible and exceeded all of our expectations. From the initial meeting, we could already sense their attention to detail and wanting to provide us with the wedding entertainment we dreamed of having for our special day.
From day one Tristin, worked with us and provided us with the smoothest planning process. Our wedding was a destination wedding and several accommodations had to be made, but Tristin made the process simple and easy.
We wanted a band that would be interactive, engaging, and entertaining for a night to remember. This bands provides all that and more. They have several different costume changes, great sound and entertaining engagement throughout the night. They have choreographed songs and get into the crowd engaging with all the guests. They kept all of our guests on the dance floor all night begging for an encore as they ended. Our guests were even chanting “best band ever”.
To this day the band is something guests have highlighted from our wedding when they speak of memories from it. I cannot express how amazing they were to work with. Tristin makes sure to take any planning and stress completely off your plate.
Overall, the band is truly incredible and will provide the best level of entertainment you will want from a live band at your wedding. They have a great song list and amazing mashups they perform. We are so incredibly happy we chose them for our special day and can’t thank them enough for providing such incredible memories for us and our guestsThe Afterparty's reply:

We are a fellow wedding vendor (Crimson Haze Event Lighting) and had the privilege of lighting up Tristin and Jeff's own wedding (the lead singers of the band). We've seen them perform many times and WOW they are above and beyond! Not only are they all musically talented, but in addition, they have choreographed and designed the entire show. The musical numbers blend together seamlessly and they have fun costumes to go along with everything. This definitely gets the audience energized! And on the back-end, they are delightful to work with. Everyone is so friendly, and when it comes to the planning, Tristin is super organized, detail oriented and responsive -- everything you could ask for! Highly recommend!!The Afterparty's reply:

We had the pleasure of having The Afterparty Band play at our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, Tristin was so helpful and accommodating, and made sure that we were involved in every step of the planning process. She was also very responsive to our questions and requests (always answering within 24 hours), and went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was everything we wanted it to be.
On the day of the wedding, the band was even better than we could have imagined. They had so much energy and enthusiasm, and the dance floor was full from 8:30-11pm. Our guests kept raving about the band and asking us how we found them. Their style of singing mashups felt like a DJ – we never once were bored of a song or felt a lull in the room. One of our guests is a professional musician and echoed how impressed he was – it was clear they took the time to practice the songs and flow ahead of time.
We would highly recommend The Afterparty Band to anyone looking for a great wedding band. They are professional, talented, and they really know how to make a party!

My wife and I just hired The Afterparty Band for our wedding reception and couldn’t have been more pleased with how they played and performed for us. They have an excellent range of music, from sweet slow dances to get up and dance showstoppers, that kept our party on the dance floor all night long. Not to mention they look totally fabulous with their outfits and props to really make it feel like you have hired your own personal rockstar. Equally (or even more importantly) Tristin goes above and beyond in helping plan for the day. She is accommodating, communicative, and well-organized, sending questionaries for music choices and MC moments. We began our planning during Covid and had our original plans postponed, and she helped keep everything on track for over 3 years of planning. I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family who get married in the future!The Afterparty's reply:

The Afterparty band is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! From our first phone call to the end of our reception, no detail was left unpolished. Tristin is a dream to work with; she was the most responsive point of contact we had throughout our wedding planning experience, not to mention kind, patient, and incredibly talented. What impressed us the most, and something to add to the many reasons why The Afterparty band was sensational, is that Tristin and Jeff went to our venue in Miami Beach to do a walkthrough with the event coordinator at the hotel. Living in Chicago and planning a destination wedding was not easy, especially when trying to describe the venue’s layout, loading and unloading, parking, etc.; Tristin made us feel so much more at ease, and was able to provide new insight for our venue space.
The Afterparty band’s performance style is playful, interactive, and HIGH ENERGY! From start to finish, the band had such a commanding stage presence; incredible vocals, top-notch musicians, charismatic, dancing, and costumes… The Afterparty band was PERFECTION!! The band has such a versatile selection of songs and mashups in their library, which made playlisting very easy and so much fun! The mashups are a unique feature that instantly drew us to The Afterparty band; my favorite part of the entire performance, without hesitation, was the Michael Jackson mashup!! All of our guests could not stop raving about how AMAZINGLY TALENTED The Afterparty band was- the night of our wedding, day after, still today; truly nothing but praise!
The Afterparty band learned three new songs for our reception, all in which were perfected and performed like they have known the songs forever. For my father-daughter dance, the song required a ukulele player; Tristin coordinated with one of our family friends that knew the ukulele, and they practiced and perfected the song prior to our wedding day. This is such a special memory for my dad and I, and we will never ever forget all that they did for us! All of the guests were in awe at the performance of this special song. Also, Tristin allowed us to prepare our own playlist for when the band took a short break, which was maybe all of four songs… the band played for us all night long and kept the ENERGY from beginning to end!!!
Additionally, throughout our wedding reception, the band went out of their way to make announcements regarding our late night food stations, the arrival of our cigar roller, and also note that the Anniversary Dance was my parent’s first dance song at their wedding. Another highlight of our wedding reception.
Aside of their magnificent talent, Tristin, Jeff and the musicians are truly fantastic people. If you want to have the best band at your wedding and the time of your life, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking The Afterparty band!!

We worked with Tristin and Jeff of The Afterparty Band for our wedding last week at the Bonnet House. They performed during our ceremony and cocktail hour and they were absolutely amazing!! Leading up to our event they were very communicative and accommodating. We asked them to learn three new songs for our ceremony and they did it no problem, and in a short time frame. Their performance at the wedding was phenomenal and all of our guests commented on how great they were! It was definitely a highlight of our special day to have them there. If you are looking for a really good time, that's The Afterparty, and they are serious about you having a good time too. First of all, we couldn't ask for a better listener than Tristin and Jeff. They took our vision to make our special day extra special. Seriously, The Afterparty is a dream team! The band's energy was vibrant, and you could not help but dance with them all night. Our wedding reception was small, but The Afterparty band ensured we all had a great time. We got a lot of compliments from our guests about the music choice and the band, of course. The Afterparty is an AMAZING, high energy, SPECTACULAR group. Their playlist is INCREDIBLE. They have you clapping, snapping, and toe tapping along. They make you want to get up and dance and sing along. Their props/wardrobe are fun, and add to their performances...AND, their interaction with the guests/audience is so much FUN.
Their video clips give you just a glimpse of what you will get when you have them at your wedding/event. And...at the end of the night/event, they will leave you wanting more. You won't want them to stop.The Afterparty's reply:

The Afterparty is truly AMAZING!
Tristin, Jeff and the rest of the Afterparty Band and crew are AMAZING!
They blew the roof off the 1950’s themed wedding reception my client and I hired them for and made it a truly unique and unforgettable night.
The entire process of working with Tristin and Jeff from the moment we signed the contract up to the big day was so easy and fun. They answered every question we had and then some. They were also excited about learning a few new songs per my clients' song requests as well as provided demos for several choreographed dances performed at the reception, and even helped the bride surprise her groom with a fun musical performance. The dance floor was hopping all night and their song paired with their unbelievable talents made for one unforgettable music-filled night.
If you are looking to hire a band for your upcoming event I can not recommend them enough. They are truly the best and I can not wait to work with them again soon.

THE BEST entertainment out there! We hired The Afterparty for a big birthday rooftop celebration and they were incredible!
All the music was fun, energetic and known by all to sing along and dance! The band brings props\costume items that are related to the original artist of the music and changes in and out of those props along the night to make it a truly engaging feast for the ears and eyes! No one could stay off their feet during the performance, they're just too good and entertaining to sit still! We highly recommend them for your event, they are a great talent and put on a terrific show! Beyond that, they're truly wonderful people! WOW! This band was amazing and singlehandedly they made our wedding so FUN. First of all, this band has amazing musicians, and did justice to every song they played. Second of all, they are great performers! Any guests who didn't/couldn't dance really enjoyed just watching. Also, Tristen is really professional and easy to work with ahead of time. She came and looked at our venue ahead of time to make sure everything would go smoothly... and it did! The Best Night EVER!
Tristin, Jeff and The Afterparty Band simply blew away everyone at my wife’s 50th Birthday Party! Everyone danced, could not stop dancing all the way to the end! We have friends who are musicians and they could not believe the quality of everything, vocals, horns, guitar, bass and their ability to move so seamlessly through decades of music, really made the party special and fun! They bring such incredible energy to the stage and engage everyone. They were great in the planning stage, even learning a special new song as a tribute to my wife and soothing my anxiety the closer we got to the party. I will use The Afterparty again and again! They are superior at what they do!!

Book them before someone else does!
We hired the 7-piece band for our wedding earlier this month and they absolutely crushed it. People of all ages were on the dance floor and our significantly downsized wedding (thanks COVID) had the energy of a way bigger wedding.
The band also learned two Spanish-language songs (Vivir Mi Vida and Suavemente) and they did an amazing job!
Tristin was so great to work with in terms of her responsiveness and attention to detail. You knew you were in good hands with her. The Afterparty band played a huge role in making the night unforgettably fun. Thank you!The Afterparty's reply:

"We recently hired The Afterparty Band to play at a socially-distanced and safe backyard get together and they truly exceeded our expectations. They are a great band with amazing musicianship and professionalism. The band consultant Tristin was very easy to work with and provided many flexible options for our occasion. She was also quick to respond to any questions that we had and continued to communicate with us until the event was over. On the day of the event, they arrived in plenty of time to set up before our guests arrived and their set up/tear down was very quick and easy. I cannot say enough about the entertainment that they provided us - the vocals, guitar, bass, tracks, etc. were incredibly impressive. It is obvious that they are a band with dedicated members who work very hard. 2020 has undoubtedly been a tough year for everyone and The Afterparty helped bring some great joy into our lives for a few hours that we needed. Just to be able to hear live music provided by them was simply THE BEST. It was definitely an event that everyone will remember and talk about for a long time! We would highly recommend The Afterparty to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and experienced band that plays high energy and entertaining music for their wedding or event- you will be guaranteed an incredibly fun and memorable experience!

Loved this band!
We hired The Afterparty Band to play at our party and I was blown away by their performance. They had the dance floor full the entire night! There was such a wide variety of songs played that it ensured every attendee heard songs they enjoyed. Everyone hit the dance floor at least a couple of time with some people never leaving it. I heard so many amazing things for our guests about their experience. The Afterparty Band absolutely made our event a success! They even dressed in costumes and made multiple costume changes which added to the event’s fun atmosphere.
Prior to the event, I was also extremely impressed with The Afterparty Band’s professionalism and communication skills. We had some staffing changes and they ended up working with multiple people as we made needed transitions. They completely rolled with the changes, were super patient as new staff got up to speed and did a great job communicating what they needed.The Afterparty's reply:

To anyone looking for a great band to entertain at your event, I highly recommend "The Afterparty" based out of Seattle, WA! The Afterparty performed at our YMCA of the Palouse Keys to Success Dinner Gala and Auction Fundraiser and were the headliners for the evening. They did a fabulous job and kept the dance floor full throughout the evening. They had a great song selection and their transitions were seamless. Their vocals were awesome with the covers they sang of crowd favorites. I very much liked how Tristin interacted with the crowd on the dance floor during her performance. All the band members were great to work with and openly communicated expectations and needs prior to the event and were very accommodating to our needs as well. Since the event, I have had numerous guests come to me and compliment how great the band was and how much fun they had that evening. Thank you Afterparty for helping make our 11th Annual Keys to Success event a success!

It's taken me awhile to write this review because I seriously cannot encapsulate how AWESOME this band is. We feel so lucky to have discovered The Afterparty!! Tristin, Jeff and the band are just phenomenal. They're the whole package: lively, talented, amazing musicians with charisma, setlist flexibility, complete professionalism, and great mixes to keep the music flowing!!! We even had Tristin as our MC, and had her sing with our string trio during the ceremony. So many people told me they made her cry with her rendition of "At Last" and "Can't Help Falling in Love".
Everyone at our wedding couldn't stop saying how we had the best wedding band ever. I was worried that not many people would dance, or that it would be too crazy/loud for the conservatives in my family, but it was PERFECT and they had the dance floor going all night, one favorite rolling into the next till it was hard for anyone to take a break!
Finding a wedding band can be exhausting. Book them now and you'll be thanking yourself forever afterward like we are! :)The Afterparty's reply:

My daughter and son-in-law hired The Afterparty to play at their wedding in October at the Edgewater Hotel. They were fantastic! We had never heard them play live and selected them solely from their online reviews and the recordings we could hear online (which do not do them justice for how good they sound live). We were thrilled with our decision to hire The Afterparty.
Triston, the lead singer and band lead, is incredibly professional, organized and thorough. While you will be hiring the band ultimately for their musicianship, Triston’s responsiveness and communication is extremely important in the overall planning process.
Triston announced her good news that she was pregnant shortly after we hired the band. She let us know she (and most likely her husband Jeff, the lead guitarist) would not be able to perform or attend my daughter’s wedding reception as she would be having her baby right around that time. Triston assured us the band would not skip a beat, and she was right. She immediately brought in Alena (the lead singer and Emcee for my daughter’s wedding) so that we were all comfortable. Alena and the band were outstanding! They are great musicians and singers, and you can tell they absolutely love what they do. They all had smiles on their faces the entire time they were performing. They bring an entire show. They are true performers – choreographed dancers, costume changes and fun props. I can’t believe how much fun grown adults had with blow-up guitars 😊. The band played an encore because of all the guests’ applause and then at my request, one last song of “We Are Family” without any hesitation. The guests at our wedding danced non-stop and everyone commented on how great the band was and the high energy they brought to the wedding. Love, love, love the Afterparty Band
We just had the Afterparty Band Duo play at my wife’s 60th Backyard Birthday party – and what a fun time that was. Tristin and Jeff were fabulous, and our guests are still raving about them weeks after.
We danced the night away to a perfect selection of danceable and sing along tunes, and they even learnt to sing for the first time a few of my wife’s very favorite songs. That was a lovely touch. We especially loved the quick fun prop changes from song to song, and we loved the various genre ‘mashups’ the Afterparty band does. We had many age groups at the party, and young and old alike enjoyed a great evening of music and dancing – keeping the dance floor packed all night long.
A little inclement weather affecting our outdoor event did not phase the band in the least, and they kept the party going and the guests delighted.
I was very impressed with the professional manner in which the band set up for the night, and then packed up when it was over. Got there early and caused no fuss or interruption with any of the other setup stuff we had going on. I really appreciated that. Tristin and Jeff are very friendly and we enjoyed getting to work with them.
Leading up to the party, the Afterparty Band was very responsive and helpful in trying to help me plan for the event and how the music would fit in best. Tristin was super easy to deal with and there were no hiccups along the way. I appreciated the way they stayed on top of everything with updates and reminders and were always so organized.
At the end of the night we all wanted them to play on and on – we were having such a blast. I already have had several friends make enquiries about the Afterparty Band, and I have no doubts we will see them again soon amongst our friend group and their parties. I would highly recommend the Afterparty Band for any event where fun, music and dancing is what you are after!!
