When we viewed the three venues that were near the Centralia Grand Ballroom we had our heart set on the Library Annex, but realized it would be too small. Jodi took us across the street to the Aerie and we fell in love with the space-and there is SO much space! Jodi and Neil are amazing. They responded quickly to any questions we had, let us tour the venue a handful of times, and were so friendly and welcoming, almost like we were guests in their home. The day of the wedding went perfectly, and Jodi was there if we needed her.
I love this venue so much, and it holds a special memory for my husband and I. We highly recommend this venue, and the owners! -

This space was amazing! The owners were so flexible and really cared about our event. Their weekend package with access Friday night for set-up and Sunday morning for clean-up made our wedding such a stress free experience. This venue is truly a hidden gem and guests adored the space. -

Ashley Sent on 12/18/2016Neil and Jodie are the owners of not only our ceremony location but our reception location as well. They were a true pleasure to work with and we couldn't have had a better experience. while i fell in love with the grand ballroom for our ceremony i knew that the Aerie ballroom would be the place to party! It has amazing kitchens, a gorgeous bar area and even a place upstairs to just get away from it all!

Teresa Sent on 05/23/2015Everything was amazing for our wedding. The venue is gorgeous with such elegance when you walk in. That made it so much easier since we didn't have to add too much to make it perfect! While the price was high for our budget, it was one of the lowest we could find, especially for an all day rental. They were totally responsive to all questions and concerns and made sure we had exactly what we needed to make our day special. My friend is getting married here in 3 months so totally happy to visit again and I'm recommending to everyone I know in the area! -

Tierra Sent on 10/24/2010We loved the Aerie. Neil and Jodi have always been very helpful and friendly every time we've had to contact them. The ballroom is beautiful and went perfectly with my theme. The only little hitch we had was although we provided a banquet permit, we had to have a licensed bartender behind the bar at all times. I would have been a little more understanding if we had been servind hard alcohol but we had beer, wine, water and punch. Other than that, it's a beautiful venue, the owners are amazing, and their prices are really really low and competitive. -

Jeannie Sent on 03/25/2009Overall it is a great place to have a wedding / reception. There are lots of rooms to rent. The ballroom is nice, they have a lot of rules, and you have to have a guest be an "event supervisor" who looks over everything to make sure nothing gets damaged that belongs to the Aerie. I had a hard time picking someone, because it means they don't get to enjoy the day. The owners respond quickly to emails. However, when we signed the papers it sounded like everything would be very easy and they would help us out. They told us they would give us a phone # to whoever has columns for the ceremony, all they told us was it's some place in Olympia, so I had to find it on my own. Price is pretty reasonable. It books up fast. The building is historic, so all of the rooms are very pretty (ballroom, bar, and the rooms to get dressed in).
