My partner and I looked at a couple of wedding venues in the first stages of planning, and once we visited the Aerie we knew immediately it was the right fit. We rented The Cave - their smaller outdoor venue - and it fit our vision for the day perfectly. It felt rustic and secluded without having to drive an hour outside of Portland, and it was simply gorgeous. Natasha who we worked with for the year in the lead up was phenomenal - we felt listened to and taken care of with her. We're so happy to have had our special day at the Aerie!!

Perfect Bruch Wedding Venue

This ended up to be the best place for us to get married! We chose to do the Brunch wedding slot ( 7 am-3pm). Keiko who handles all the wedding coordination over there was incredible to work with. She was super responsive to both email and phone calls. If you need an ADA accessible venue this is perfect! Everything your guests would need is on one level. The venue also allows you to have your dog in your ceremony. The best food was the blueberry scones we had available for our guests upon arrival. People could not stop talking about it. The chef was also patient with me as I was allowed to create a recipe for another lemonade (we had a dry wedding). We did unlimited mini golf for our guests during our reception. The bridal suite fit me (plus make -up artist) and four other people comfortably. They do have a steamer on site however there is not a ton of space to use the steamer as the closet is off limits. There was the potential for it to rain on the day and the staff at the Aerie were on it! They have a back up plan that involves these really cute white umbrellas that would be at each seat. I felt really well taken care of by all the staff at the venue.

The Most Perfect Wedding Venue

When we started wedding planning, a few things were super important to me and my fiancé. We wanted a venue space that was mainly outdoors and was very naturally beautiful and we wanted amazing food. When we toured The Aerie, it was almost an immediate YES for us because of how stunning the space was. The courtyard was incredible, the tented area with views of rolling green hills were stunning, and we fell in love with the idea of having catering and beverage service done in house because that meant we wouldn't have to deal with at least two extra vendors. Turns out, The Aerie was the best decision we could have possibly made. The chef, Kristin, is incredible. She worked with us to create a semi-custom menu and was always open to our ideas and suggestions. Our event manager, Keiko, was a dream to work with. She helped us navigate planning such a huge day with ease, was always available to answer our questions, and made sure we knew we were taken care of. The rest of the staff including, the food and beverage manager, the servers and bartender, and the office staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and focused on making our day feel like the most important thing happening in the world. Overall, we got the sense that every single person we worked with really cared about making our day go exactly how we envisioned. Thank you so much to The Aerie. Lance and I will forever be grateful for the wedding day of our dreams that you all helped bring to life.

Still dreaming about that Polenta

We were married at The Aerie in April of 2025 and have nothing but amazing things to say about the venue and the staff. From our initial tour with Charlie to our actual planning sessions with Natasha, it could not have been easier or felt more comfortable. The Aerie team made it to be a turn key experience without it ever feeling like there was too much of a ‘Wedding-Tax’ on the event. The communication was outstanding and their willingness to work through any and all concerns/desires we had was phenomenal. We had some early concerns about the food, but they recently changed their executive chef and it was a huge difference. Our wedding guests are still raving to us about the food, and how beautiful the venue was. Thank you again to Natasha & the entire Aerie staff for making our experience so smooth and enjoyable.

Best Venue!

The Aerie was the most incredible venue we could’ve asked for. The garden allowed for privacy and a gorgeous ceremony and reception thanks to their natural flowers and hedges. The staff was incredibly understanding, friendly, and helped us have the wedding of our dreams! They were very flexible by allowing us to make changes up until a few days before the wedding. Keiko was incredible and took her time going through every single detail you could imagine. Keiko and the rest of the staff at this venue are the reason we had such an incredible process planning our wedding, with zero stress! They really walked us through every step and took the time with us to make sure no stone was left unturned.

Woodland Paradise Plus Amenities

The Aerie was the PERFECT place for our woodland fairytale to come to life. We had searched over a dozen other venues, and found the perfect mix of rustic magic and trusted infrastructure in their Cave setting. The Cave was tucked away and secluded enough so that it felt like we were in our own little forest world, but we had the benefit of having access to the amenities that come along with the Aerie, including their incredible events team and their phenomenal catering services! We got so many compliments on the food, and found their menu options very customizable and not overpriced. Working with their team (especially Betsy) for the past year gave us access to tastings, walk throughs and vendor relationships that greatly improved the quality of our day. Throw in free rounds of mini-golf for the guests and S'MORES and you've got absolute perfection. We are so grateful to the Aerie team for their excellent customer service, inclusivity and commitment to our vision. Thank you! xx

Great people-beautiful venue

The Aerie is a wonderful place to get married!! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful! I met the owner several times. Our sight coordinator Natasha mentioned how this venue was the owners baby- and you can tell. He is full of life and always improving the venue. Big or small, this is an excellent place to get married- it’s a hole in one!

The entire Aerie team is full of amazingly professional, kind, and fun staff. They were not only flexible and adaptable with our post-covid rescheduled wedding, but they also stayed on top of all of the details so I didn't have to worry.

Milwaukie High Class of 1965 Reunion

A classmate and I recently had a delightful experience to work with Natasha and The Aerie Team on a class reunion held at The Aerie at Eagle Landing. It was planned to be a year earlier but because of the Pandemic was postponed a year. Natasha was new to our account but stepped right up and with determination to make our reunion a success. During our meetings with Natasha she was very understanding of our needs and came up with great ideas from tablecloth and napkin colors, what music to play, seating both indoor and outdoor, how many to seat at a table and placement of mementos we had from previous reunions. One meeting she introduced us to the chef to go over our meal selections. Everyone at The Aerie was very accommodating to help including with Covid restrictions and we got great feedback from our classmates. In all our reunion was a great success thanks to Natasha and the team at The Aerie. I would recommend The Aerie at Eagle Landing to anyone wanting to have a special event in a beautiful and picturesque setting. Thank you all so much at The Aerie and a special thanks to Natasha.

The perfect setting

My daughter's wedding was absolutely perfect. Natasha and the staff at The Aerie were very professional and helpful. There was never an unanswered question--even thought there very several people asking questions. I would highly recommend this venue!

The day EXCEEDED everything we had envisioned!

My daughter and I had toured several venues by the time we got to the Aerie. We were initially impressed with the grounds, flexibility of space and the ease in which the day would be by selecting a venue where we didn't have to deal with a ton of rentals and outside caterer. We read all of their glowing reviews and based our decision heavily on those. My daughter and her fiance also decided to hire Chelsea to take care of the extra details, as they were afraid it would put too much stress on me. Coming from an event planning background myself, I have seen it all and my expectations were high. We met several times and even proposed a few things they hadn't done before. Chelsea was not only open minded about those, but took action to make them happen. The food was excellent, their staff was "on it" and all very nice. Over half of our guests were from out of town and they are still raving about the wedding. We all imagine what our special day is going to be like, and rarely does it end up that way. My daughter's wedding actually EXCEEDED what we had envisioned and a HUGE THANK YOU TO CHELSEA for executing such a successful wedding.

Beautiful Venue and AMAZING Staff!!

This venue is beautiful! It has a lot of aspects that make wedding planning simple (like catering and bartenders on site) but still allows you to personalize your special day! The staff here are so friendly and thoughtful! I would recommend The Aerie to everyone! Also, hire their wedding coordinator Chelsea Hutchison! She will make your wedding day go off without a hitch! She goes above and beyond the call of duty! I wouldn't have been able to do it without her! Chelsea helped me plan every detail! She thinks of everything, coordinates with your vendors, helps with set up and takedown, and lets you and your family enjoy the day as much as possible! My husband and I felt s spoiled by Chelsea and the team at this venue! So many special touches to make your day memorable and perfect!

Absolutely seamless

Not only are the grounds perfection, the staff and coordinator are so incredibly gracious, professional, and accommodating. The food was delicious. We didn't have to worry about a thing on our day, as our coordinator, Chelsea, had thought of any and all potential mishaps. If we had to get married again, we'd still choose The Aerie.

Amazing venue and staff for our fund-raising event

We had our annual fund-raising event at the Aerie on May 17th, 2019 (it was the first time we used this venue). As you can imagine, there were many "tweaks" to our event along the way, along with things we realized we needed at the last minute. Chelsea and the team were amazing and always so very friendly and helpful. Email was the best way to communicate with me and they were always very responsive, professional and accommodating. The speed in which they responded made the process so much easier! The night of the event, we realized that we needed a lot more tables for auction set up, check in/out, check out staging, cocktail tables in the auction area, dessert auction tables, etc., etc. and the team was amazing. They were able to get everything together for us very quickly and never hesitated to help and their attitude was always friendly and pleasant. They continually asked if needed anything else. They helped to make the event very pleasurable and successful! Thank you to everyone!!

Absolutely wonderful to work with! I organized a Rehearsal Dinner from thousands of miles away...only visited once! However, because of their constant communication, I felt great about the entire process. The food was fantastic, the setting gorgeous, and the price was top-notch for the services received. We could not be more pleased with our experience at the Aerie at Eagle Landing. The staff there, in particular Chelsea Hutchison, wedding coordinator, and Janelle Gregory, food and beverage manager, did an incredible job of bringing our Pacific Northwest-themed wedding to life. Janelle helped me to create a custom menu with local ingredients—and the food was delicious! (We know this because Janelle made us plates and left them at our table.) We hired Chelsea as a day-of coordinator; she also served as coordinator at our off-site church ceremony location. From her detailed timelines, to her work coordinating pick-up and drop-off times with vendors (including allowing our dance floor, chairs, and table toppers to be picked up at a particular time that ended up saving us almost one thousand dollars), to her management of our rehearsal, to her flexibility and poise the day of our wedding, she was invaluable. She was always prompt in responding to my emails (especially important, since I planned our wedding from the East Coast); she helped arrange last-minute flowers, centerpieces, and signs; she came up with great ideas for displaying favors, collecting gifts, hosting a pour-over bar, and capturing sunset photos; she even helped us figure out how to swap our toasts with our dances in the middle of the wedding! The result was totally smooth—none of our guests even knew a change had been made. Many of my guests and other vendors commented to me afterwards about her excellent work. Our wedding day was beautiful and perfectly managed by the Aerie: some of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Thank you Aerie!

Not only is The Aerie beautiful, even in winter, you won't find a more accommodating or doting staff for your wedding or reception. My daughters wedding was amazing!

Beckie and the team were wonderful to work with. They really do provide a very convenient set of packages so you can go as elaborate or as simple as you want. They provide tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, centerpieces (small price), and delicious catering. The plates they have are large square ones, so you don't need chargers. We ended up going with gold foil doilies on the tables. We had our daughter's Beyonce-themed sweet 16 there and it was perfect. Great place to have a party if you want to give your little love a memorable and classy event at a great value. The kids all said the food was great, the venue was beautiful, and even the little kids enjoyed going outside on the green. We served the mini burgers, crab cakes, veggies, hummus, a cheese platter and a full bar during the cocktail hour. For dinner we had the cranberry salmon, prime rib, caesar salad, asparagus and mashed potatoes. Full bar with cocktails for the adults and a signature mocktail for the teens. A perfect night at a perfect place. (PS. We ordered satin napkins, chair sashes, and runners from Barclays.)

We initially had another venue lined up. We did not think that The Aerie was in our price range. When our venue suddenly had to cancel due to a local fire, we decided to try anyway. I think all things happen for a reason because we loved it here and think it worked out for the best. I wouldn't change a thing.

Chelsea was amazing to work with. We were exhausted and overwhelmed, and asked her to take the lead for us on a lot. She was happy to do so, and was very responsive to us. They accommodated special menu requests, adding things at the last minute, worked with our smaller budget, and were great about EVERYTHING. Janelle, the catering manager, and Chris, the bartender, were also amazing. Our guests commented on how sweet everyone was, and how helpful. Our food was delicious. We had a November wedding, so we did prime rib, salmon, whipped potatoes, green beans, and stuffing with gravy. It was wonderful! The venue looked beautiful. We really could not have asked for a more fun, helpful crew and a more beautiful venue. It all worked out so well, and we absolutely loved our day. We are so pleased. I highly recommend calling The Aerie. They have many options and are willing to step outside the box in order to make the day happen!

With ease...perfect affair!! Saundra, their wedding coordinator, is about as close to perfect as one could be. She is responsive, helpful, happy, calm, inventive, thoughtful and a master of logistics. She spoke to me on the phone, email or via text weekly for months. Poor woman should be missing most of her hair dealing with all these crazy brides-- but she handles all with a swift grace. Doesn't miss a beat! My whole family raved about her during the wedding rehearsal- she makes everyone feel important, involved and accountable. The facility at the Aerie was a lovely venue for a wedding. We had about 105 guest in the ball room. Outside under a tent with no walls, we had the bar with fire lamps that really set the mood.

The bartenders were nice and the kitchen and serving staff were great! Food was great-- salmon with cranberry butter, beef, house salad, rice medley, roasted veggies and rolls. The way in which the ballroom is setup everyone is relatively close to the action -- this encourages people to dance. And dance, they did!!

Honestly I have zero complaints. We recommend everyone to have their wedding or at least reception at the Aerie. I had gobs of people tell us we had the best wedding they have ever been to in their lives! I agree. =-)

We looked all over Portland for a venue for our April wedding and Aerie Landing was definitely the best location that offered full service, standard indoor and outdoor options, at a reasonable cost. Beckie was extremely helpful in explaining everything up front, and the various price points and costs were very clearly laid out in the folder we received at the first meeting. The day of our wedding we had a huge wind storm in the morning, but the staff had no issue slightly changing the plans to hold the ceremony in the tent, and all set-up was as requested and ahead of schedule. The actual food we selected was not available at the tasting night (held twice a year), but it was even better than we imagined. Overall, the Aerie is a beautiful venue, they are very professional, and they offer a wide variety of options and accommodations to meet the needs of varying budgets and wedding style.

We got married at The Aerie in April 2017 and it was really wonderful. We both lived out of state and the Aerie was great at helping us even with the difficulty of our being remote. We got the wedding coordinator package and Saundra was such a blessing! She gave us great recommendations on vendors and handled communication with them so everything went very smoothly. She helped us plan all of the details and had a great sense of what we wanted and helped make it happen. The venue was perfect even with some crazy weather the day of the wedding and handled our indoor ceremony and reception perfectly and we still got some beautiful outdoor photos on the grounds during the brief periods of no rain. The food was great and even met my needs for gluten free food. The bridal suite area was great. We also did the package with the sparkler exit, limo and hotel and that was really perfect! Everything went so well and we had a perfect day!

The moment we walked into the venue we were greeted with smiling faces, and we were immediately attended and given a tour by Christa. It only got better from there, as we walked throughout the venue we fell more and more in love with it. It was a place we picture ourselves for our "once in a lifetime" moment with our friends and family. The space was well organized, clean, elegant and it was the perfect amount of space for our wedding. We visited several other venues around the Portland area but nothing matched the beauty, quality of service that The Aerie had provided. We originally had the sticker shock of a wedding and contemplated how big we really wanted to do the wedding but after comparing quotes and what was included, The Aerie made the most sense as far as what they had to offer us compared to what other venues offered at the same price (if not more expensive, for fewer things that it included).

We got married back in August and two months later we are still getting compliments from friends and family about the food, how beautiful the venue was, how helpful catering was, and overall how much they enjoyed our wedding. We worked with several people throughout, from the wonderful wedding planner they have, Saundra Tidswell, to the Banquet Captain we had, Chris, and many others. Going into it, we were unsure of how the food was going to turn out, but the Chef worked with our choices and NAILED IT!! The staff was super helpful and made the process as stress free as possible and were so easy to work with. Saundra was the best also, she took our phone calls whenever we had questions, was there for our special day, and even to this day we keep in touch. She represents The Aerie as a whole and what type of venue they are. They stood out from the rest and worked with our budget, were not pushy at all and made us feel like we were their only concern making sure everything went exactly how we wanted it to.

Chelsea was an awesome wedding coordinator! She was easy to get a hold of anytime of the day. Chelsea is extremely organized and cared about every little detail for our wedding which made it the best day ever. The entire Aerie staff from caterers, bartenders and servers were professional and nice throughout the entire experience.

The Aerie and Saundra are hands down the best people to work with ! Planning a wedding is stressful but the Aerie's team of wedding professionals and knowledge of the industry make the process streamlined and as painless as possible! Not to mention the beautiful site itself!! I was so impressed and slightly overwhelmed with everything upon our first meeting but Saundra was there to help every step of the way and she is literally an angel and quite frankly the sweetest person you will ever meet! I am so elated to have chosen this venue for our wedding! I can't say enough good things about them...they really go above and beyond for you and your day! Please do yourself a favor and book this venue...you will be not be disappointed with what they have to offer and the abilities of their team! Oh and did I mention you have an option to exit via helicopter!!!!

I booked this venue without seeing it first. I am living in Florida, so I had to plan everything long distance. I sent my sister and my mom to look at it before I sent the deposit, but I was sure it was the one after talking to the staff, and seeing the beautiful pictures. This venue is gorgeous!! They make sure all the flowers in the ceremony garden are fresh and vibrant, it just doesn't get any better. I loved that they had a separate room for the bride and groom. The bridal suite is amazing, with plenty of room for you and your bridesmaids. But the thing I loved the most was how helpful everyone was. Planning a wedding is stressful, but planning a wedding long distance is impossible without help. We booked the All-Inclusive package, and the Every Last Detail package with Saundra. That is the best money I have ever spent. Saundra was a lifesaver! I emailed her almost every week, sometimes everyday, for 2 years (we had to push the wedding back), and she was always very quick to respond, and always had a helpful tip, or answer for me. She made sure my day was perfect, and I cannot thank her enough!! Also, Kirk was the person I talked to for all my catering details. He was absolutely amazing!! There were a couple things that didn't go exactly as planned, but he made sure it got taken care of, and he was always so calm and reassuring. I can't say enough about the Aerie staff, they took care of everything so that I could enjoy my day. Thank you all so much!!!

Christa Blakey set us for success in choosing our Ceremony and Reception venue. She worked closely with our budget and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She gave us creative options in how we can save so that we can achieve our goal of getting married at The Aerie Eagle Landing. She even met with us on her day off so we could secure our decision. My entire wedding experience would not have been as amazing as it was without the outstanding staff at The Aerie at Eagle Landing. From the moment I contacted Christa Blakey, she was the most professional and knowledgable person I could have asked for to help me plan my wedding. She always responded quickly, with helpful information, and enthusiastically. You can really tell she loves what she does, and that positivity rubs off during a potentially stressful time in your life! I really don't have one negative thing to say about this beautiful venue besides I am sad that it's over! The amount of time and attention Christa and the staff put into my wedding was above and beyond what I ever expected. Kirk, our banquet captain, was also extremely professional, respectful, and friendly. He helped to ensure that our day ran smoothly and that we had anything we could possibly need. The food was also amazing! We had people coming up to us all night telling us how delicious the salmon, clam chowder, and fettuccine alfredo was! We are still getting compliments about the food, especially the salmon. Overall, I cannot say enough positive things about the Aerie and their staff. I was just amazed at their level of professionalism, and felt taken care of on our big day. Christa, Kirk, and the entire staff are the best at what they do, and I am 100% positive they would make your experience just as outstanding as mine was. If I could give them a higher rating than just 5 stars, I would!

My daughter loved her wedding at the Aerie. She and her groom lived out of town, so a lot of the wedding planning fell on my shoulders (MOM). I found Saundra Tidswell to be an excellent wedding planner and well worth her weight in gold. She was very communicative, positive, and professional. She was creative, and a great problem solver. She helped alleviate a lot of my nervous "mother of the bride anxiety".

The Aerie is an idyllic setting. There are options for any kind of weather, which was a relief to us. It was picture perfect for photography. The food was excellent, The facility is superb inside and out.

We even had our rehearsal dinner there at the CAVE, and found that to be a very fun setting.

All the staff was very helpful all along the way. I greatly appreciated all of them and I would highly recommend this venue to a friend or another family member.

We all were very pleased and have wonderful memories.

I can't even put into words how wonderful our experience was from the beginning when we booked our daughter's wedding all the way through the wedding and reception. Christa and Saundra were amazing to work with. They were both in communication with us every step of the way. Christa helped us make many of our decisions and was so helpful! She was genuinely excited for the couple and wanted to make their day special. She and Saundra even contacted my daughter when they had tried some food at another wedding and told her how great the entree was and that they thought of her and asked if she wanted to try it. We ended up going with it (Airline Chicken-I highly recommend it).

Saundra was worth every penny, and then some. If you are wondering whether you really need a coordinator for the day of, the answer is yes! She was fantastic. We brought all of our decorations to the rehearsal and everything was magically set up perfectly for the wedding. We didn't have to do anything! She even decided that the wedding needed to be "more magical" for the couple when we ended up moving the ceremony in to the Marquee tent because of rain, so she lined the aisle with floating candles. It was beautiful. Every tiny detail was taken care of by Saundra. And, you can tell that she really loves what she does.

Our banquet captain, Kirk, was fantastic. The food was amazing! And the service was excellent. The venue, with the bar on the open tented patio, was perfect for the reception. My daughter decided that the "theme" for her wedding was "Legal and Fun" and it was both, and beautiful, too. I have had many, many people tell me that this was the best, most fun, and most beautiful wedding they have ever been to.

I highly recommend The Aerie to anyone who is looking for a venue for their wedding. You will not regret it.

The entire Aerie staff made our wedding day one to remember. From the day we booked our venue and the whole journey in between they were all on board and ready for the adventure. We worked closely with Beckie, Saundra and Chef Michael. Beckie and Saundra teamed up to answer all my questions and needs in an effective and timely manner. Any request we had they were ready, eager and willing to tackle the task. We also opted to have a helicopter send off and Ingo and Holly from Konect Aviation delivered an unforgettable send off for us; nothing short of phenomenal. And Chef Michael deserves his very own round of applause. He never ceased to amaze us with his knowledge, flare and confidence in the kitchen. We trusted him to create a menu that our guests would never forget; and everyone raved on how good the food tasted. We might be a little biased, but its the best we have ever had! If we could, then we would hire him to cook for us every single day! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and we couldn't have asked for a better team to assist us on our special day. Thank you to everyone for making it a night to remember.

We were married here on Aug. 22nd, 2015. When we first started the selection process, we researched a lot of venues here in Oregon heavily. We selected the Aerie because of a few things: the beauty of the location, the outdoor garden and indoor ballroom (with a backup rain tent in case it did decide to rain on our wedding day), the fact that we were the only wedding happening at one time, and the professionalism of the staff. We really valued the professionalism of the staff--Saundra especially! If you are paying thousands of dollars for a wedding, it's important to know that the people you are working with are good communicators, professionals, good team players and are responsive to anything that comes us. The location is beautiful. All of the fires were going on the day of our wedding, but Saundra got there early to turn on the air conditioning and clear out the building. Some of the night pictures turned out stunning - with an orange sky, haha.

We ended up paying in full within a week of reserving the date because they give you a 5% discount if you do that. We ended up getting the Créme de la Créme Package, which includes some catering, an overnight stay, the limo etc. We ran a lot of excel spreadsheets and it ended up being a good deal to get the package - saving several hundred dollars, based on the number of people we were having and the services we wanted. Saundra was our coordinator and we met with her 4 times or so throughout the year, so she could guide us on the planning process, which made it so much easier. Also, I cannot recommend enough hiring her enough to be your day of coordinator. Your brain is elsewhere on the wedding day, so having someone to keep everything running smoothly the day of (and during our rehearsal dinner in the cave the night before) was fabulous. I had a few hiccups with my dress, but all of the vendors and the timeline and everything went perfectly at the Aerie. I can't recommend the Aerie highly enough.

The most beautiful site, my daughter's wedding was perfection here. The outdoor ceremony space is a lovely garden, perfectly manicured with flowers and greenery, while the ballroom provided an area for elegant dining and fun dancing. Our wedding was an evening wedding with guests seated inside and out. The patio and grounds were beautifully lit with twinkle lites. The ballroom was nicely draped and the table settings were elegantly decorated with candles and flowers. The staff is extremely professional, monitoring your financials as well as managing to your requirements. The food choices were excellent, and our guests commented on the great dinner. Thank you, Banquet Captain Kirk! Our Wedding Coordinator, Saundra Tidswell, was absolutely amazing. Her experience was so helpful from beginning to end. She is brilliant, and helped us have the most wonderful wedding in the world. She really does manage every last detail, and took care of my daughter as if she was her own. I feel like I’ll need more room than this page provides to gush about how wonderfully exceptional this venue is. First off, just by looking at it from the outside for the first time, we thought it would be way out of our price range. After comparing it to other venues we had been considering, this one had everything we were looking for, plus was competitive to the other venues that didn’t provide as much. They even have mini golf for the kids to play during the reception! We set up a meeting with Beckie & we were hooked. We immediately loved Beckie and the setting was perfect for an outdoor wedding ceremony, indoor reception. Our families are larger and fitting them here was no issue at all. You would never think this venue was so close to the freeway, you feel like you’re in your own world. Everywhere you look, something is picturesque. My only wish to change anything about my wedding is that I would want an evening wedding, just to see the entire area light up at night.

Did I mention how much we love Beckie? No? She’s the best. By far the sweetest, most genuine woman I’ve ever known & incredibly cheerful. You can’t help but be excited to plan a wedding when she’s around. She was ALWAYS there to answer questions, & when you have no idea what you want in a wedding, this is the woman you want standing next to you. We could always count on emailing or calling her & her response by the next day at the latest, even about the smallest details. Planning a wedding is much more work than I ever anticipated & not once did I have to worry things were under control with them. My now husband and I met almost every staff member & mgr throughout the course of 6mo of planning & with each person it was obvious every person loved their job.

You can guess what the 2nd most important part of a wedding is besides the actual ceremony. Yes. The food was superb. The chef is a master of his craft. I would not have chosen anywhere else to share my best friend with those we love most.

Words cannot express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude for making Ali & Travis' wedding a smashing success. Truly, so many guests kept saying it was the "best wedding" they have ever been to - loved the venue, etc. Beckie, Adam, Saundra, and Lisa their manager - the whole crew was so helpful and made this Mother of the Bride so at ease. Many comments on the excellent service and yummy food - which is saying a lot for than many meals. We couldn't agree more! We had a packed dance floor, overfilled, right up until the very end - and the sparkler send off? The best.

I was trying to find the words to best describe my entire experience from my first inquiry call to the last call I received for a follow up after the wedding. I am speechless and tears come to me once again. I could not have created such a wonderful experience that my daughter will remember forever without The Aerie Staff. The wedding was a day that will always be remembered and I was told by many it was the most beautiful wedding that they've ever attended.

We organized a wedding in about 6 weeks and many decisions were made long distance (since my daughter is in the military and decided she wanted to be married while home on leave). The Aerie Staff is professional, accommodating, experienced and most of all they care. While I know they are a business I always felt that we were planning together like family and friends do. They listened to every wish and every request and every thought we had and kept to their word in delivering everything we asked for and exceeded all of our expectations. An amazing experience and I'd do it all over again but next time I would save time by making my first call to The Aerie so we can begin planning vs inquiring!!

My husband and I got married at The Aerie this past August. It was absolutely perfect and I felt the need to share my experience for those in search of a wedding venue. The Aerie is not only a beautiful place to exchange vows, but the staff is wonderful, and it is truly a great value. We looked throughout the Portland Metro area for a venue that would provide an elegant but comfortable atmosphere and also accommodate for our 150+ guest list. The Aerie provided that and so much more!
Saundra was our wedding coordinator and she is absolutely worth her weight in gold. She has years of experience and only works events at The Aerie. Saundra is organized, prompt, and extremely thoughtful. She coordinates countless weddings over the summer months but not once did I ever feel like I wasn't her number one priority. She is truly wonderful and played a huge part in making our day absolutely perfect.

We loved our experience working with everyone at The Aerie and would recommend it to any couple looking for a great wedding venue!

Our wedding at the Aerie was everything we had ever dreamed of and more! The team listened carefully to what we envisioned and made it into reality. The wedding planner, Saundra, was priceless. She took care of everything with such great attention to detail that it allowed us to relax and enjoy the planning process and, more importantly, focus on each other during our wedding day, rather than worrying about anything else. The catering team and chef put together a feast that our friends and family are still talking about. Topping the evening off was a perfectly timed helicopter getaway. The memories made from our evening will be cherished forever.

People who know me know I never under any circumstances describe something as perfect. It can be lovely, excellent, spot on, but not perfect. I will gladly, and honestly, make an exception to my rule for The Aerie at Eagle Landing.

So, in any event (no pun intended), here goes. What ever you do, book The Aerie at Eagle Landing for your event. Our daughter's wedding on 8/23 was theee most beautiful and stunning and perfect celebration in the world. Thanks go to Saundra, Adam, and the entire staff (I even had guests remark on the professional, attentive, but unobtrusive service of the servers). The grounds are beautifully maintained; the staff set everything just so and accommodated all our requests and needs perfectly.

Then there was the food. Everything was absolutely perfect. Chef (yes, they call him Chef) prepared everything to perfection; took our suggestions and followed them to a T. Adam made suggestions which were spot on (ok, yes, they were perfect!). Saundra kept everything running smoothly; as the MoB, I was able to enjoy our daughter and new son, and guests. Every detail was covered; I normally feel the need to at least keep an eye on things. Not so at the Aerie. Saundra occasionally checked in, but I felt no stress at all; Saundra is a wonder! Did I mention the food? Guest after guest remarked on the flavor, presentation, punctuated with Wows and Unbelieveables and heavenlys. We decided on serving just wine with dinner and worked with Adam on other refreshing drinks for the evening. Infused ice water (mint, etc.); several guests mentioned how refreshing it was on a warm August evening. I know I'll think of many more accolades for the Aerie. For now, thank you so much Saundra, Adam, and Chef and all your staff for a wonderful, gracious, and really perfect celebration!

A co-worker and I held our joint retirement event on June 5, 2014. It was an outdoor afternoon happy hour open house for about 50 people. Everything about the event was perfect. The tent, bar, tables, food, linens, etc....were all set up beautifully. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting us on what a great event it was. Thank you Aerie at Eagle Landing!

My experience working with the Aerie was nothing short of phenomenal. Everyone is incredibly helpful and full of good suggestions and tips to make your day go off without a hitch! Jamie was amazing to work with, anything we wanted or needed she was quick to respond and help us out. Adam was likewise as helpful with catering and setup. On our wedding day, I couldn't have asked for a better team at the Aerie making sure everything went as planned. They brought my husband and I our dinners (we had a buffet) and continued to check in throughout the night and see what we needed. Also, when I was getting ready, the chef, Michael, came and brought us a fruit and cheese snack tray and introduced himself to me. Overall it was the best experience I could have hoped to have on my wedding day. Definitely recommend!! Amazing venue and staff!!

Her perspective:

Almost as soon as we learned about the Aerie, we heard about Saundra. We didn't think we needed a coordinator with such a big family to support us, but it was one of the best decisions we made in planning the wedding! We met Saundra (on her own time) for coffee nearby. We were looking to get to know her and ended making a real connection, feeling fully comfortable describing our ideas for our dream wedding. She was immediately receptive with tons of resources and knowledge about anything we were interested in. She had contacts for vendors and pointed us in the direction of trusted DJ's, florists and bakers, many of which we used and were very pleased with their work.

We met with Saundra multiple times and she was always prepared with notes and ideas. The most helpful thing was that she kept us on track without nagging. She perfectly blended timeliness and freedom to dream and explore. There were numerous times in which she would ask us a question about some detail and we wouldn't have even thought to have asked ourselves that question. She was invaluable in getting the details of our wedding perfect and she truly made it the wonderful event that it was. It all went smoothly and we have nothing but sweet and pleasant memories of our wedding and of working with Saundra. I highly recommend her service to any bride!

The Aerie staff provided superb service. They described choices available in regard to facility set up and food selections. They also provided options for displaying albums, pictures and other items.

The food itself was exceptional! The waiters serving Hors d'oeuvres circulated well amongst the guests without being overbearing. The bartender was very pleasant and also those serving the toast and the cake.

The reader board at the entrance to the driveway was very welcome to guests unfamiliar with the area.

The planning and total experience was positive.

Saundra and Adam were the perfect team by our side on our wedding day. Adam made sure we had food to eat and have a Togo bag for when we got to the hotel. As the mother of the bride, finding the perfect venue for my daughter’s wedding was a responsibility I took very seriously. She and I looked at many in the Portland area, but none could compare to the charm and elegance of the Aerie at Eagle Landing. While the beauty of the Aerie drew me in, it was the professional and personable staff that made it the perfect choice. We were planning a long distance wedding and needed to be aligned with people we trusted to quickly respond to our emails and phone calls, provide detailed information, and be flexible with our availability. The Aerie staff did all this and more. Their wedding coordinator Saundra Tidswell held our hands from start to finish, and ensured that every aspect of the wedding ceremony and reception was thoroughly spelled out, and nothing left to chance. I’m a fairly detailed person, but when it comes to weddings “I didn’t know what I didn’t know”. Fortunately, Saundra seemed to know it all. I can’t speak highly enough about her planning skills, her patience and her willingness to go above and beyond. No review would be complete without raving about the exquisite catering provided by the Aerie. The banquet manager Adam Strickland offers numerous menu choices, each one more delicious than the last. From cocktail hour to dessert, the food was beautifully arranged and prepared to perfection. Start to finish, The Aerie is the ideal venue for your ideal wedding.

The first time we went to the Aerie, it was the first venue that we both instantly loved. The grounds are amazing, we were able to keep everything pretty simple because they venue itself is so fabulous. You have a detail meeting where you go over all the details of the timing and the day. We weren't really too picky on the details because I trusted that the staff would make anything look amazing! Our wedding day was so carefree for us because the staff was so professional and took care of every single detail. Our family loved it and loved the food as well. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody! :)

I can't say enough great things about The Areie at Eagle Landing. From the minute I called Jamie and started planning my event, she was friendly, helpful and truly cared about making our student reception perfect. Adam help me with a dinner menu and the food was delicious, every guest said how great it was. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you to everyone there: )

The Aerie is the most wonderful place to get married! Not only is Saundra (the event planner), and the entire Aerie staff amazing, but the venue itself is gorgeous, overlooking Portland. We were fortunate enough to get married on a beautiful, sunny September evening, but in the year of planning we never had the fear the weather being bad, because even if it were to have rained, they have a large outdoor tent up year round, that they provide for a contingency plan. In fact, our entire year of planning was extremely smooth and relaxed, and we give the majority of that credit to the staff at The Aerie. They are so accommodating and easy to work with, and literally think of every detail. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and the wonderful flow that the indoor to outdoor space allows. We could not have been happier, and we highly highly recommend The Aerie for a wedding venue!!!

The Aerie at Eagle Landing was the best choice we made in our wedding planning. The venue itself is so beautiful with views of Portland and lush greenery that we desired. The staff was so helpful in every aspect and was there every step of the way as we planned the guest list, food menu, and decor. When we were told that the only option for food service was in-house we were worried that it wouldn't taste very good and it would be too expensive. To our surprise, the chef was incredible and the food was presented beautifully and tasted incredible! The yummy food was one of the top comments we received from our guests.

I would recommend if anyone wants a classy/elegant venue for their ceremony and reception. The reception hall has big accordion style glass doors that open up to let fresh air in and makes the dance floor open up to the outdoors which is beautiful in the evening. My favorite part about the entire experience is that I didn't feel stressed making choices, Angela Snow was so helpful in giving advice without being pushy. I felt like I had my own wedding planners with her and Adam offering ideas along the way! Thank you so much for a wonderful night!!

The quality of service of all who were there to help everyone feel at ease was great I do not feel anyone felt rushed and things went as planed. From the start to the end it was very professional and the grounds and reception area were set up very nice. Having things for the kids- miniature golf and some for the bigger folks a very nice par 3-golf course kept things fun. Had a great day and evening with dancing and dinner all good. I feel the value was great and they worked very close with the bride and groom for their specisl day.

No classification for reunion so used graduation, just after 55 years. The Grant Hi class of 1958 had its 55th reunion at The Aerie on September 12th. The staff was amazing in working with a "mature group" with changing ideas and food issues. Jamie and Adam displayed their skills in patience and Melissa and her staff made the evening go smoothly. Great responses from those who attended. The venue itself is beautiful and flexible for any size group, but the staff is the best reason to use this place. A+ group.

The Aerie was the perfect place for our wedding. We planned our wedding from across the country and the staff was easy to contact and responded within 2-4 days. The venue and staff all work so well together and really made our day go so smooth, thorough out all the meetings with event staff and catering staff they covered all aspects of the wedding and really had a grasp of exactly what was supposed to happen and when. Saundra Tidswell was our wedding coordinator for that day and she was the best money we spent, she really made everyone involved so calm and made sure everything happened the way we envisioned it. She has so much experience and helped us so much in planning time line and coordinating day of set-up. Adam at the catering department was also very helpful and really worked with us to create a menu we loved and though our guests would enjoy. He was so flexible with what we wanted with the bar and helped create that as well. Overall, the whole staff was awesome and some were even taking pictures through out the day and at the end of the night they gave us copies of the pictures!

I don’t even know where to begin! I don’t think there are really any words to describe how my wedding went and my experience in working with the Aerie. I guess I was overwhelmingly blessed, amazed, and in total awe. I have dreamed of my perfect wedding since I was little girl and The Aerie made that very fairytale come true. The staff was amazing, the grounds were beautiful, and everybody was very accommodating to my crazy and lavish ideas! Angela- Thank you for your dedicated service, and for helping me make sure every detail was thought of and in motion. Michelle- What a complete blessing you were!! Thank you, thank you thank you for those beautiful photos! After a long day it was so nice jumping in the limo and finding the pictures from the rehearsal dinner and wedding awaiting Cody and I! It was icing on the cake to a already perfect day! The picture of our family and friends praying over Cody and I was priceless and something we will forever treasure. Thank you for capturing that beautiful moment.
To future brides and grooms: From the bottom of my heart I would recommend this beautiful venue. Not only will your wedding be everything you have ever wanted, but you will meet some incredible staff members who truly care about your wedding, and who will leave a lasting impression on your lives and in your heart.

As the MOB, we looked at venues in our area, but The Aerie at Eagle Landing stood out and we knew it would be PERFECT. The staff were extremely caring, flexible and accomodating, even when the bride decided that she needed to have "one more thing" added. Angela was a delight to work with. The Aerie takes great care of their couples. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful, and the view from the garden is spectacular. The Cave was amazing for the Rehearsal dinner. The guys enjoyed the woodsy atmosphere, and the fires going in the pits. There was no pink or bling, so they loved it. The rehearsal dinner and food were fabulous. Michelle our banquet captain was absolutely a blessing. What an amazing, genuine, and giving person she is. Michelle was taking candid pictures which were played in the limo on the ride to the airport after the wedding. Michelle captured a very special moment at the rehearsal dinner in which the couple vowed to uphold the Marriage Resolution from the movie Courageous. Once signed, the whole group gathered around them and prayed over them. Michelle captured a picture of this which we would never have had without her. What a very special memory to have. Words cannot describe how meaningful that picture is. The wedding day was beautiful. Things could not have been more perfect. People who attended the wedding raved about how gorgeous the grounds were, how delicious the food was, and how gracious the staff was. The biggest compliment was that "never had people been to a wedding in which they felt the presence of the Lord so strongly in every detail. To all of the Aerie staff involved with this wedding...you were there to fulfill a very special need and you went above and beyond. May God Bless you all as you make many other Bride and Groom's special day as wonderful for them.

We had an outstanding experience with The Aerie for our wedding! Not only is the venue beautifully maintained, but the staff that works there is exceptional. We had the pleasure of working with Angela, who personally answered every single one of our emails immediately and made us feel at ease throughout this wedding process. From the mother of the bride OMG!!! There are not enough kind words to say about the staff at The Aerie at Eagle Landing and our wedding coordinator Saundra. First let me start with Adam the banquet coordinator and his staff. Thank you all for the wonderful food, the beautiful venue and the accommodating staff you all were outstanding!!! And Saundra a HUGE thank you for letting this glorious day go off without a missed step! What a relief to know that I could enjoy this beautiful day without any worries and I did. All of our guest raved how wonderful everything looked, how good the food was, and what a beautiful venue it was. Also a huge thank you to Forte Flowers the flowers were just gorgeous and Justin at Paradox the music, fantastic. Powers Photography Josh what a great guy to work with, beautiful pics and Beavorton Bakery words can not describe how yummy the cake was. We celebrated a very special occasion for our grandson Tuesday in the Cave to honor our grandson with a graduation party. The Cave is amazing, the chefs that prepared our hand crafted burgers and hot dogs and were very attentive. The mini golf course is a thing of beauty and what fun. Thank you all for the magical evening.
As a matter of principle I wanted to give Eagle Landing a rating of 4 on something but the facility and staff earned a 5 straight across the board.

From our first meeting at the Aerie, we knew that it would be the perfect place for our daughter's wedding. We wanted a venue that was beautiful and that would take care of all the details so that we could enjoy our daughter's special day. The staff was wonderful at helping us with the planning, from choosing the menu to designing the set up for the reception, they thought of things we never would have thought of. It was such a blessing to have all of those details taken care of for us by people who genuinely cared about our event. Everyone at the Aerie made sure that we were taken care of and that our guests were taken care of and that meant the world to us. We had a wonderful experience and many great memories of a beautiful day.

My husband and I were truly impressed with this venue and with its staff. Our event planner, Angela was very professional, prompt, and easy to speak with. Adam and Michelle were also great and I could tell they really wanted what was best for us. On the day of the wedding, they were so accommodating to our needs in a professional and calm manner. The food was amazing! Everyone loved it! The Marriage Enrichment Program definitely helped us decide what food to choose for our wedding. Overall, beautiful venue + amazing staff = perfect wedding!

We are so impressed with The Aerie. From our first tour 8 months ago until our daughter's wedding day, all of our dealings with The Aerie staff has been amazing. Our coordinator Angela as well as our lead for the catering side of things Adam; were both a constant source of positive encouragement and helped us to focus on timely tasks at hand without being overwhelming.

We just had the wedding a couple of days ago and everything was so wonderful! I can't tell you how many people came to me remarking about the beautiful grounds and were impressed by the whole experience. Several even commented that the staff carried integrity. I thought that was an interesting statement. I mean, I have experienced it personally all along our journey and know it to be true. But in the "celebration" air of the evening I find it even more honoring to The Aerie that the character of staff shone passed the fun. All of the staff had an attitude to do all the could to celebrate, honor and make the wedding day special. They paid attention to details above and beyond our base contract and Michelle oversaw our evening with great care.

I most definitely recommend The Aerie to everyone.

We could not be more happier with service and place for our special day as The Aerie at Eagle Landing, Happy Valley. Service was excellent, Angela was very helpful in planning our day and always responded to emails and calls in the timely manner. From the very beginning in preparation for the wedding day we felt like this site was interested to make it special and beautiful and less stressful for us. Food and people who served it did excellent job, everything tasted and looked really good. Our guests were surprised how everything was organized and made special for us. My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception dinner at The Aerie at Eagle Landing and were very happy with our whole event! The property is beautiful and provided a great backdrop for the ceremony. We loved having a 'package deal' with so many options onsite and a plan B with the permanent tent just in case of bad weather...which we didn't need. In retrospect, it was a perfect site. It also provided a very smooth transition to the reception. We only had one minor issue with some confusion in the kitchen over our reception menu, but it didn't cause serious catastrophe. I loved that we were able to open up the wall to outside because it was a bit muggy in the evening! Overall gorgeous, modern, classy, professional.
Additionally, we hired Saundra the onsite coordinator and she was well worth it!! I enjoyed meeting with her and she helped plan and coordinate the day and bring up details I wouldn't have thought of. I loved that she was well experienced, professional, very sweet, and easy to work with. I would choose her again!

We worked with Angela Snow who proved to be very organized and professional with great attention to detail. She returned calls and emails promptly, gave helpful suggestions and was very accomodating with our out of town bridesmaids and groomsmen. She truly seems to love her job and will be very successful in this field.
Our brunch by chef Michael was praised by all our guests with the transition from the outside wedding to the outside AND inside reception done very smoothly by a great staff while guests sipped mimosas in the tent and pictures were taken. They are very flexible about how you use their facility and will make changes as needed up to the last couple of days for weather if necessary.
The guys loved their golf day after rehearsal and we were given extra passes as we were not able to take advantage of their work out facility.
The only thing to be careful of (and this was not a problem for their staff to handle) is if there is another event after yours, you have to be very prepared to get things (decorations, etc.) cleaned up and out of there including guests on time. This was a little hectic for us at the end of our time.
All things considered, I would highly recommend!

Saundra and all the staff were amazing! They truly went out of their way to make our wedding reception one to remember. Every one at the Aerie was patient and extremely responsive. All my hubby and I had to worry about was enjoying our time with our guests. We would recommend the Aerie as a wedding venue in a heartbeat!

I had my wedding at the Aerie at Eagle Landing on June 23, 2012. The venue is absolutely beautiful both inside and out.
My event was planner was Katrina Sharp; she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had my dream wedding. She was very professional and was always available for any questions at a drop of a dime. I felt so blessed and lucky to have such a wonderful event planner. Katrina, I will forever be in your debt for making my wedding very memorable.
The food was exceptional and my guests still can't stop talking about how delicious the food was. The servers and all the staff were all outstanding. The Chef came out to personally introduce himself and to make sure the food was superb. At the end of the night he provided us with the most beautiful arrangement of a fruit platter.
Our Hostess for the night was out of this world. He was always by our side to make sure we didn’t need anything; always made sure our drink was filled and took care of anything we needed to make sure the night went exactly as we had planned it.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this venue. If you are looking for a venue for your upcoming wedding, then look no further than The Aerie at Eagle Landing. This is the place for you; I promise you will have no regrets.

The Aerie at Eagle Landing was the perfect setting for our summer wedding! Our wedding was on a weekday, so the rates were extremely reasonable. We absolutely loved the beautiful garden setting for the ceremony, but also loved that there was a permanent tent set up overlooking the golf course as a backup in case of rain! Everyone was extremely easy to work with, especially Katrina! She was so helpful and friendly, and always answered all of my questions very quickly! The venue took care of everything for us, we never had to stress about making sure everything was set up correctly. The food was also fantastic, our guests were all commenting on how great dinner tasted! We also appreciated the little details, like the fact that when we got in the limo at the end of the night the tv was already playing photos of us that Katrina had taken earlier in the night! We couldn't have booked a more perfect venue, I highly recommend The Aerie!

This review is a little late (almost a year, in fact)! Of course, life got busy after marriage, but I have to admit I always felt a little tug at my heart to complete this review. The service we received from everyone at the Aerie was so outstanding that I couldn't shake it, no matter how far it was pushed back into the dusty recesses of my mind! My wife and I had the luxury of planning a wedding in a little less than two months! When I spoke to Saundra Tidswell (Wedding Consultant for The Aerie) and told her that, she didn't seem daunted at all! We met with her at The Aerie the following weekend, and were immediately impressed with her professionalism and kindness. She gave us a tour of the whole place, which I feel I should mention is absolutely stunning! The front entrance looks like a rustic French-style mansion, and the view of the Willamette Valley is breathtaking. Half way through, my wife and I were thinking, "This place is going to be SO out of our budget!" We were blown away when she told us the price! It was unbelievably reasonable for how gorgeous it is! From that point on, we knew this was the place for us. From catering to help with the guest seating, we were given the best of service! We purchased a package that included free mini-golf for one year and a number of other services we didn't really care for, and Saundra was more than willing to create a custom package that suited our needs. The day of the wedding went smoothly and everything was decorated so beautifully. After the reception, we were met outside (while the main entrance to The Aerie was adorned with spectacular lights) by a limousine that took us to the Hotel Lucia in downtown Portland where we spent our honeymoon night in a luxurious room with a King-Size bed, gorgeous view of the city, and many other accommodations. Overall, I look back at that day and the preparation for it with nothing but satisfaction, and so much of that is because of the unrivaled service we received from everyone at The Aerie. Thank you all again for making that day so special for us!

The Aerie was extremely helpful with making our wedding the perfect evening. I had planned my entire wedding from Hawaii, and without all their help I don't think it would have been possible. The location is gorgeous and everyone had a great time! I would highly recommend The Aerie at Eagle Landing for any event.

My wedding at The Aerie at Eagle Landing was beautiful. I had an outdoor ceremony with an indoor/outdoor reception and it was perfect. I had so many compliments on the venue and the whole set-up. The people who work at The Aerie were wonderful to work with and were always so helpful. We hired Saundra Tidswell as our wedding coordinator and she helped my mom and I so much. You would never think of all the details you need to know leading up to your wedding day and she helped to make sure I was on the right track and that I had everything I wanted for our special day. Because of Saundra, our wedding planning and wedding day went so smooth and made for such an amazing experience.

I am So happy that I chose the aerie at eagle landing as my venue! The place is absolutely gorgeous, the grounds are impeccable, the bride and grooms rooms are wonderful to have, and the staff is wonderful! In particular Sara mullin and Saundra Tidswell! Sara works in the office and was always eager to help us with anything. Saundra is the wedding coordinator offered at the aerie, and she is the BEST! She provided the best possible service for us, and everything she did was beyond our expectations. All of my guests are still complimenting on what a great venue and wedding we had! I would absolutely recommend to anyone I know to use the Aerie at Eagle Landing.

I worked with Laura at the Aerie when planning me and my husband's wedding. Laura was very responsive, always professional and made our day exactly how we wanted it to be. When I first saw the Aerie in December when searching for a wedding venue, it was pouring down rain and it was a miserable rainy winter day. When the time came for our wedding in July, the flowers at the Aerie were in full bloom, it was clear sky (with a gorgeous sunset later that evening) and everything around looked perfectly in place. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day or wedding venue. We had a stress-free wedding with a lot of laughs and a few tears. None of it would have been possible without the patience of Laura and the staff at the Aerie. She was mindful of our budget and helped us create a spectacular scene for our wedding to take place. If you are looking for venue with gorgeous views for pictures and a relaxed, quiet setting, this is the place for you.

Thank you Laura for the best wedding day Denny and I could have ever dreamed of!

I can't say enough good things about The Aerie at Eagle Landing and their Event and Sales Manager, Sara Mullin. My daughter's wedding was to take place at The View Point Inn in Corbett, Oregon, overlooking the Columbia River Gorge. We chose this site because we had so many from out of town coming and thought it would be nice for them to see this part of Oregon, but it was a disaster from the start as the owners were hard to work with and their employees kept leaving. Well, two weeks before the wedding it went up in flames. It was a miracle that our date, July 23, 2011, opened up at the Aerie. In two weeks, Sara Mullin managed to put together a dream wedding for my daughter and son-in-law. The chef went out of her way to replicate the menu we were to have, the owner came and talked to us to reassure us that everything would be taken care of, and Sara worked around the clock to provide us with everything we wanted. She is the most amazing, personable, and highly professional person that we've ever had the pleasure to work with, and she gives every effort to making your wishes come true. The Aerie is a beautiful setting for a wedding and the entire staff was so helpful. They definately went out of their way for us and the wedding day was beautiful and fun! If you are searching for the perfect place to have a wedding, The Aerie at Eagle Landing is it. Believe me when I say you won't have to worry about anything, they know what they're doing!

My wedding was perfect with this location! It was a beautiful setting!!!!! The staff at the Aerie were amazing as well. Saundra who helped coordinate my wedding was spectacular with her ideas/thoughts/professionalism. She really made my day fly off without a hitch. Everything about the Aerie is perfect. The location, the setting, the ballroom, the outdoor area for the ceremony! I couldn't have asked for a better location!

This is without a dought the most beatiful and professional place to have a wedding and reception ! From the management to the staff, the chef and the quality of food was all Superior ! The other great thing was the effort put forth to make sure everything was meeting our standards, and the ability to keep detail for everything going on was incredable. If you are looking for a place to hold this special event , look no further, the Aerie at Eagles Landing is the best ! Thanks again to Sara her staff and the entire team, you made our day perfect ! My daughter Amie was just married at the Aerie at Eagle Landing. What a beautiful venue. The venue, staff and Saundra were absolutely wonderful to work with. Very professional but yet personable. They all made my daughters day perfect! I would highly recommend the Aerie at Eagle Landing! Thank you Saundra again for a day we will NEVER forget!

The Aerie at Eagle Landing provides a beautiful setting for a wedding. The garden is gorgeous for a wedding ceremony and the bridal/ groom's lounges are perfect inclusions. Every time I come back for a meeting with my coordinator, I can't help myself from staring and gasping on its beauty, the chateau, even the tent that can provide an alternate ceremony or reception option is well set-up. We used it partly when we met for our wedding rehearsal. True enough, my guests loved the Aerie as I expected and couldn't take enough pictures during my wedding. Saundra is my wedding coordinator and she is a joy to work with. Although there were some things that didn't get done, but I'm truly happy with my beautiful wedding. I will keep coming back to this place. Even thinking of a wedding anniversary and a mini golf tournament for my guests next year.

I just had my wedding this year June 18 and everything turned out better than I imagined! It ended up raining on day of the wedding however we had a backup plan as we talked about and it was still beautiful in the tent. I worked with Laura, the manager at the Aerie and she was a tremendous help! Thanks to her, I was pretty much stress free up to the wedding as far as the smalll details such as chair covers because she assured me in every way that things would be taken care of and she definitely came through!! My husband and I were so HAPPY with the way everything was set up and the flow of the wedding was smooth. A lot of our guests complimented how beautiful the place was and it truly was!!

The coordinator I worked with was amazing and extremely flexible. She worked through every detail that we wanted for our ceremony and reception, and everything happened exactly as planned. It was a joy to go through the Aerie for my most important day!

we loved having out wedding at the Aerie! We worked with Sara and Saundra -- we loved them both! We also love the fact that they do special event/date nights for the couples that have been married there! so fun!

We looked at several venues in the Portland area and we felt that the Aerie had the best value for the money. We had our ceremony in the Garden, and because it's so naturally beautiful outside there, we didn't have to purchase any extra flowers or decorations, which saved us money! Also, the architecture inside the grand ballroom is so beautiful it was the same situation inside -- all we did was centerpieces as decorations along with a few flowers on the cake table. The caterers do a wonderful job of making the food look not only appetizing, but beautiful as well!

The venue was beautiful. I had a winter wedding and the venue had separate space for both the ceremony and the reception that held all my guest comfortably (140 or so). I worked mostly with Sara, who was extremely helpful with every step of my planning, and throughout my wedding day. I would highly recommend The Aerie at Eagle Landing.

The venue was gorgeous the day of and a special thank you goes out to Saundra T. for her efforts to make our day magical and memorable. She was amazing to work with and the staff was great. I highly recommend using them. We had our ceremony in the tent with the reception inside. It was beautiful and everything went amazing.

The Aerie at Eagle Landing provides an absolutely gorgeous backdrop for any wedding. I couldn't have been more pleased with the venue and the staff. Sara and Saundra were both extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring.

The Aerie was an absolutely perfect place for our wedding. We used the beautiful garden for our ceremony and held the reception for 200 people in the ballroom and partially on the patio outside as well. We rented the large tent as a backup plan in case of rain, but since the sun was out, we placed the buffet there where the guests could look out to the green golf course while they stood in line to get their food. The staff, especially Saundra and Sara, were so helpful and professional. Our guests were very impressed with the location overlooking Portland and the beautiful French Chateau reception building. We had our wedding on a weeknight, which made it much more affordable. I can't imagine a better setting or more helpful people. Perfection!!
