The 3 Ten was the perfect place for our wedding! The brick walls alone are reason enough to love the venue — as they make the perfect backdrop for wedding photos. The wooden tables, bridal and groom’s suites, outside alley, vintage lights, high ceilings — and the beautiful brick walls —all help create a timelessly classic ambiance that is sure to be memorable. We loved having our wedding at The 3 Ten, and we will cherish our memories at the venue forever. The wedding industry is expensive. It’s unfortunate, but that’s the way it is for anything nice nowadays. The only critique we have for The 3 Ten regards extra fees. It seems funny to ask couples to pay hundreds of extra dollars (on top of the thousands and thousands and thousands we already pay) to keep lights up behind the head table and curtains on the windows when they are already set up. They will literally pay someone to take them down if you don’t pay the extra fee. Once you get past that — because I think that’s common everywhere — The 3 Ten is wonderful. Our wedding day was perfect and having our reception at The 3 Ten made it even more special. So many venues are just large spaces with tables and chairs. The 3 Ten has character and charm — and we loved that! -

Industrial & Chic!
We got married at 3Ten in November! Jenny, Tina and their staff were phenomenal in communication, professionalism, and care!
Tina was our day of coordinator and we were so well taken care of!
The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL, from the exposed brick to the details they have in their “getting ready room” we were not without a spot to take pictures on our wedding day!
I suggest you tour this beautiful space, you won’t be disappointed ♥️ -

My husband and I couldn't be happier with how our day went. The 3 Ten Event Venue was the perfect space for us. We got married in the smaller venue of the two - the rooftop loft, and it was absolutely beautiful. The space itself had so much character, we hardly needed any added decor. We opted to pay a bit extra for the string lights and it made such an impact. Jenny was so communicative and helpful with all of my questions throughout the time leading up to our big day. We paid extra for a day of coordinator and we were assigned to Tina and she was amazing. She was so organized and made our day so seamless. She handled anything and everything and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. I initially found The 3 Ten Event Venue on The Knot and one reviewer said it was a "hidden gem" and I couldn't agree more. Highly recommend this venue. -

Easily the easiest part of our wedding. Everyone was so kind and considerate. The venue is beautiful. This venue was 2 hours away from were we live, but we fell in love with it. Ten out of ten recommend upgrading to a day of coordinator. We loved our coordinator, Tina. Definitely would do it all over again. -

We loved having our ceremony and reception here! They were flexible, had quick communication, clear with expectations/what they provided, and created an atmosphere that was amazing for us and our guests. We keep telling ALL of our engaged friends to check them out. We support The 3 Ten Venue! Give them a tour and we bet you'll fall in love with this venue as well! -

LOVED this venue
We got married in the loft venue 12/17/22 and loved, loved, LOVED this venue. The staff were responsive, friendly, and experienced. Before the day of the wedding they were always available to answer questions and go through any details we wanted to talk through. Our day of coordinator, Nora, was so helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding! We had a couple of vendor hiccups and she was on top of everything and handled it with ease! We got married in the atrium and had our reception in the loft. The transition worked perfectly and we had so many compliments on the venue and the staff. We would highly recommend the 3 Ten Event Venue Loft for your wedding! -

We can’t say enough positive things about The 3 Ten Event Venue and its staff, including Tina our event coordinator! From planning to execution, Tina handled everything with great communication, care, and attention to detail. We felt at ease on our wedding day knowing that Tina had everything handled. The venue itself is a dream even without any decor. The owners poured their heart into the renovation of these spaces and it shows in all the fine details. Thanks again to Tina and the whole 3 Ten staff for making our wedding day unforgettable! -

Best choice wedding venue!
We could not LOVE this venue more!! We hosted our wedding at the 3 Ten in September of 2022. We originally booked because of how unique and beautiful a space the ballroom was, but we quickly found many other reasons to love working with the 3 Ten. Jenny and Tina were incredible to work with, extremely responsive, and personable. They both ensured that every detail, no matter how small, was taken care of to make our wedding perfect. Many of our guests told us just how beautiful of a space we chose and commented on how seamless our event was, from the bar service to the table layout. Our vendors were also extremely impressed with the space and the ease of working with staff. We wholeheartedly recommend the 3 Ten for all of your special events! -

We had our wedding reception at The 3Ten Event Venue and it was absolutely PERFECT! The space speaks for itself when you see it! We cannot recommend The 3 Ten Event Venue enough!! We had our wedding this past fall at their smaller venue The Loft and it was magical. First of all, the venue is absolutely stunning which saved us a lot of money seeing as it hardly needed any decor. We also loved the size - it felt very intimate. Our guests LOVED the rooftop patio. Second, working with Sammy was so easy. She had very fast responses, was open to meeting in person whenever we wanted, and helped us connect with our other vendors. On the wedding day she saved us so much work and stress by helping to direct the rest of the vendors. We couldn't have done it all without her and thanks to her and the venue we would not change one thing about our wedding day! -

My husband and I found the 3 Ten Event Venue in November 2018 and we knew right away that it was the perfect space for us! This venue is absolutely stunning! You don't need much when decorating and that was a huge plus for us! We loved that the space was so naturally stunning. We had the opportunity to work with many of the 3 Ten staff including, Jenny, Sammy, Amanda, and Paige. Jenny worked with us to reschedule our September 12, 2020 wedding day when the COVID-19 guidelines didn't match up with our wedding day vision. My husband and I made the decision to get married on our original date and held an intimate ceremony with our close family and friends in the Twin Cities. We rescheduled to hold our Reception on August 20, 2021. We worked closely with Jenny and Sammy in the months leading up to our reception. Amanda and Paige were our Day of Coordinators and ensured that every detail of our day was how I envisioned it. I will continue to recommend this beautiful venue to all of my friends and family. It is without a doubt, a hidden gem of Faribault! -

Gorgeous venue with dedicated staff
We're so glad we went with The 3 Ten for our wedding - it was such a gorgeous space to host our ceremony and reception. We loved this venue from the first time we saw it - the exposed brick, the chandeliers, the exquisite bridal and groom suites - it's stunning throughout. We were also pleased that we could bring in our preferred caterer for our big day, and The 3 Ten was flexible in allowing us to make our day just how we wanted it. Sammy was attentive and quick to respond to our million questions, and Amanda and Jenny were also helpful in making our wedding a success. We received so many compliments from guests about how elegant and Instagram-worthy this space was. We agree! The location in downtown Faribault also made for pretty photo opportunities, and there was ample free nearby public parking for our guests. The ballroom layout was also a big plus as it allowed for easy accessibility, requiring no stairs for our guests. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with talented and dedicated staff, The 3 Ten is for you. -

The 3 Ten Event Venue is truly a hidden gem. The space is stunningly beautiful and chic in all the right ways. Working with the owner and staff was an absolute pleasure. They were responsive and helpful in walking me through the planning process, offering advice when I needed it and the freedom to make our day absolutely perfect for US. The wedding day itself was flawless. The bridal loft and groomsmen's lounge are gorgeous and the perfect place for the wedding party to get ready on the big day. Our coordinator, Sammy, was awesome. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and that we were taken care of. We have gotten so many compliments on this venue - do NOT pass it up! A must see! -

We held our wedding at the Loft at the 3 Ten and could not be more pleased. The venue boasts beautiful scenery without the big price of many venues in the Twin Cities. In addition, the staff (specifically Jenny) are all extremely flexible and helpful (especially in COVID times). We are so glad that we choose this location for our favorite day ever. -

We loved having our wedding at the 3 Ten Event Venue. The venue is so beautiful. It's exactly what I envisioned when I pictured my perfect venue: the brick walls, the wood floors, the gleaming wood bar, the chandeliers... The day of your wedding, you get access to bride and groom suites, which are both perfect for hanging out and getting ready.
There are tons of great spots for photos around the venue. My favorites were the rooftop and the new smaller venue they're remodeling upstairs, which they let us use for some photos! The ambiance in the venue after the sun set, with the chandeliers and candles on every table was so warm, cozy, and romantic.
This is an especially great venue if you're planning to do the ceremony and reception in one place. It's big enough to set up for both, and after the ceremony is over, that side of the room becomes a spacious dance floor.
Everyone on the 3 Ten staff is so helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. We opted to have a day of coordinator, and Sammy did such a good job of making sure all the details got taken care of and everything ran smoothly. There wasn't a single hitch with the whole event! -

Hands down best venue around! Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic is not easy or recommended but having this venue be so supportive, helpful, and accommodating made it all worth it. Such nice people, such a gorgeous venue, and anywhere in the building is a perfect photo op. The lighting in this place is phenomenal! Highly highly highly recommend! -

So thankful to have had such a beautiful venue for our big day! We used The 3 Ten for both our ceremony and reception and absolutely LOVED how everything turned out. We had about 150 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable, yet we still filled the space so it didn't look or feel empty. There is so much natural light that comes through all of the windows, which was perfect for pictures. We even covered them with sheer curtains through Sitting Pretty Decor, and there was still enough light on a Friday night. We also used Sitting Pretty to have a backdrop at the altar and cafe string lights hung on the ceiling which was GORGEOUS - we had so many people comment on how beautiful it was! We hired our venue coordinator, Sammy, as well for day-of coordination. That was by far the best decision we made in the planning process. She took so much stress off my shoulders, was so unbelievably sweet and patient, and totally made the vision we had for our day come to life. We can't say thank you enough! There is so much more to say about the amazing qualities of the venue but overall we would rate it 6/5 stars! Definitely recommend!! -

I don't even know where to begin... this venue was better than we could have ever imagined!! My husband and I got married here November 3rd, 2018 and it was absolutely perfect!!!
The venue:
This venue is absolutely stunning... from the open brick walls, all the natural lighting, the bridal loft, grooms lounge, from the wood floors to the light fixtures everything is very pretty and elegant! The owners did an amazing job remodeling this into the perfect wedding venue! I had so many compliments all night from our guests at our wedding about how beautiful this venue was!
The staff:
Everyone was beyond amazing that worked here, the owners, bartenders, security guard, and our event coordinator. We worked with Amber for our event coordinator and couldn't be more pleased with her. She was very fast to respond at all hours, very helpful with questions, and made everything go so smoothly through the whole process including the day of!
If you have your wedding here I can promise you it will be nothing less than amazing! I will be recommending this venue to all my friends in the future!!

We had the BEST experience with The 3 Ten and Kayla- one of the event coordinators! Aside from the venue being absolutely stunning, the staff is also incredible! Kayla was so helpful in the months leading up to the wedding, and then made sure everything was good to go with vendors and final details the week before the wedding! I can't say enough good words about this venue, owner, and staff. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we have The 3 Ten and Kayla to thank for that! -

A lot of people were wondering why we decided to get married in Faribault, MN, but when they saw the venue they immediately understood. The bartenders were amazing and worked very hard. Katie was amazing to work with and so friendly! She also understood how stressful weddings can be and took everything off our plates and put it on hers. We are very thankful we had the opportunity to get married at this beautiful venue. I can imagine people will talk about it for years to come. Thank you so much 3 Ten! Because of you, we only have amazing memories from our day.

3 Ten Event Center went above + beyond my expectations. My coordinator, Katie, was amazing to work with and was very responsive leading up to the wedding and was very attentive the day of! She was especially a huge help for the rehearsal + set up. I loved having the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner + dance all under one roof. I would hands down recommend this venue! We loved every. minute.
