Easy and straightforward service

We rented ivory chair pads to complement the brown chiavari chairs at our wedding. They looked great and we were happy with their service!

Great value and great communication!

Everything I needed and Alison was the best! She called the day before said the napkins didn't look great and wanted to swap them out for us and gave us options. She was flexible and understanding and let me change my order each time I thought of something else to add.

The best prices for chair rental

Another vendor we didn’t really interact with much but they were very pleasant to work with and they offered the best rental prices for our chairs.

The most beautiful chairs and tables and bars!

All Occasion Rentals was a 12/10! Truly. The chairs were absolutely gorgeous, and the bars that we had were absolutely stunning. They were so easy to work with and everyone turned out so well. Also highly recommend ordering the bars, they are absolutely stunning and completely upgrade the space.

Stunning Products

Many thanks to Kristina and Robi- our tables looked stunning and elegant. The glassware really made the beautiful tablecloths standout. Our ice cream bar was truly a focal point. What fun it was to see our name across the front. We appreciate all the accommodations you made to us. You and your company complete the event with class.

Absolutely the easiest vendor experience that we had (and we had some amazing vendors). Our caterer made the list, I looked at the All Occasions website to pick the colors, and they arrived the day of looking as I expected, and were whisked away at the end. No muss, no fuss. Absolutely simple all the way around and I didn't have to think once about it. Every single thing that we needed happened exactly as we wanted.

We worked with Kristin and she took excellent care of us! From helping with the CAD to making sure that we had exactly what we needed.. I knew we were in great hands with Kristin and the team at All Occasions. I've had the opportunity to work with them quite a bit in business but this was the first time I had the privilege of using them personally and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for any type of rental. They are professional, punctual, have an amazing showroom, pleasant, accommodating and have an extremely wide selection of inventory. They make it happen! We got so many compliments on our chairs for our wedding... and they made the room totally pop and helped us achieve that classy, sophisticated glamour we were going for. Thank you Kristin and AO! We rented tablecloths, napkins, and chiavari chairs from All Occasions for our wedding reception. I was impressed by their wide selection of linens and chairs, and I was even able to get floor-length table linens in the exact color of our bridal party attire (kelly green!) The colored linens and black chiavari chairs made a huge impact in our reception space, and brought a special touch to our decor alongside our green atmospheric lighting and our white floral centerpieces. Julie (our sales specialist) was awesome to work with, was responsive and attentive via email, and helped my mom and I put together the perfect look for our tables in person at the Pittsburgh office. With her help, we were also able to coordinate with our florist so that our entire design for the wedding was exactly as I envisioned. All Occasions placed all of our chairs and linens and coordinated with the events team at our reception space so that there was no need for us to contact them on the day of the wedding for set-up. Thanks, All Occasions, for making our reception look stunning!

We rented our Chaivari chairs from All Occasions. They were gold with ivory cushions. They were absolutely beautiful and made our venue look amazing! they set up all the chairs and picked them all up on time! Very happy! Thank you!

Very easy to work with staff and excellent variety of products to choose from. We had a massive tent as well as tables, chairs, a dance floor, etc... for an outdoor wedding on our farm. The ordering process went smoothly and the team that arrived for set up and delivery was full of polite, hard working employees.

When we had a last minute change on our dance floor (which we realized wasn't as large as we hoped it would be) they were able to arrange for delivery of extra floor tiles and get the floor expanded for us the same day. Very impressive responsiveness!

All occasions was great to work with! I worked specifically with Cherisse and she was fantastic. She was so helpful and always so quick to respond to calls/emails. We rented chiavari chairs and a dance floor and it turned an ordinary hall into a beautiful venue! I would highly recommend using all occasions!

I use your company all the time. I find that the employees are amazing helpful and accommodating, even when i add additional tables at the last minute or change the color of the table clothes or request more chairs the day of delivery.
The rentals are always in good condition and the linens pristine.
I also appreciate the variety.

My Experience was very good with All Occasions. The team in the office and the delievery people were very nice and professional. When I had to change the date of the event due to weather issues the office staff was very helpful and pleasent with helping me. I would definatly use this company again for our event needs.

All Occassion was easy to work with throughout the wedding planning process. Our caterer did most of the coordination with them. However, it was nice that a few months prior, we were able to do a mock tablescape setup at their Strip District offices to see what our tables would look like. All of the rentals were of high quality and went as planned. They did all of the setup and take down without a worry.

All Occasions provided the chiavari chairs for our wedding reception. I must admit that the chairs really transformed the space into a beautiful venue. I was extemely pleased with the quality of service and their willingness to work with our venue with delivery and pick-up. The chairs and pads they provided were in excellent condition and our guests remarked how comfortable they were. I was very pleased with the product.

If you are having an outdoor tented wedding.. i highly recommend calling all occassions for the tent liner. It transformed an ordinary tent into a beautiful outdoor affair.

I was referred to All Occasions by a good friend who had told me great things about them.Yes, they where all true.They provided more then rental service.They have a very experience staff that planned out our event and made sure we had full support so that we didn't run into any issues.Everything was delivered and set up by them and packed up at the end of the day.They where flawless and I applaud them for their professionalism.

A Dream to Work With

We used All Occasions Party Rental for our wedding on June 22, 2019 and can honestly say Andrea was a dream to work with. After one meeting we put together our order for plates, cups, silverware and bars. It was a quick, easy and stress free process. I even called her Friday night before the wedding, in a panic because I thought something was missing, the venue just misplaced it and we found it while on the phone, but she was already looking for the items in her showroom to drive out to me that night. Luckily she didn't need to, but her willingness to problem solve was appreciated and awesome! Can not recommend more!

I cannot say enough about All Occasions Party Rental. Referred to us by a family friend, we were so pleased how we were treated by this company. First they gave us a tour of their 84 facility. The amount of inventory they have is mind-blowing. They showed us how all the items are cleaned after each event, including the massive tents. Dina was our event coordinator, and was so calm and accommodating throughout the process - even when I was not.

We got everything for our backyard wedding from All Occasions. They were able to transform our yard into a dream come true. John, was the tent expert, and made great recommendations in terms of tent layout and options for us. He came out to the site 6 months ahead of time to see where and how things should be layed out. Both he and Dina worked well together to create the perfect space. My husband and I were very involved with how we wanted things to be laid out, and I have to thank both Dina and John for their patience when we changed our minds about 100 times. They continued to edit our layout until it was exactly how we wanted it.

They had such an amazing selection of rental items and were able to create our rustic, vintage look come to life with their long farm tables, chairs, linens, and simple white dishware. When it came time to set up, the team was very efficient and worked really hard to get the tent up. Everything was in great shape, clean, and beautiful. To my knowledge, everything that we ordered arrived. The tear down was equally quick. You would never know there had been a wedding there once they were gone.

Other places might be cheaper, but you can't be sure what shape the rentals will be in when they arrive. I've heard horror stories about mildew tents and ratty furniture. If you are hosting a first-class event, go with All Occasions. You will not be disappointed!

After many conversations and professional advice, All Occasion helped us to create a beautiful Wedding Environment at a park within a reasonable expense. We had some very specific requests and they were able to give us the look we wanted. They could not provide sides to the pavilion and thank goodness they didn't because the wind would have caused a major problem that day. Excellent advice on their part!

I used All Occasions Party Rental for tables, chairs, and linens I needed for my niece's bridal shower. The event planner/sales associate was extremely helpful in helping me figure out all the linen sizes I needed. She was very efficient and sent the quote in a timely manner. All items rented were delivered and picked up on schedule. All tablecloths and napkins were neatly pressed. I just had to clean up the garden a bit, but even this was better than most rental companies. I most definitely will use them again.

I reserved 30 Samsonite folding chairs. Upon arriving, they were oversold. I was upgraded to the garden chairs (free of charge). They ended up looking beautiful but should I have had limited space in my pickup van, the extra bulk - garden chairs are slightly heavier and larger - would have been a real problem, especially that I drove 35 miles to the facility. Staff was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous, during reservation, pickup and return.

Everything was delivered on time and as promised! One chair that we rented was damaged upon delivery. Our venue called and informed them of this immediately and it was no problem or cost to us.

Very responsive over email and lots of options to choose from – chairs were delivered on time and looked great. Chair rental generally is a bit pricy, but thought the cost here was about the same if not a bit cheaper than other local competitors (our wedding was in Cleveland). Our venue requested same-day pickup, which All Occasions was able to accommodate for an added fee. Also was nice to be able to pay with credit card! Would recommend their services!

We got married at the Children's Museum and they have a deal where we have to use All Occasions for our rentals. At first we were disappointed that we couldn't shop around, but we ended having a great experience. We went to the showroom on Liberty near Church Brew works to pick out our rentals and found their staff to be helpful. We used them for dishes, glassware, and silverware. We felt that their staff gave honest opinions and were not just trying to upsell us on everything. We liked a dish set that was a little cheaper than the recommended one and their staff member agreed that it coordinated better with our linens and silverware. They were professional and easy to work with. Everything looked great!

We had to call at the last minute for tents to rent for our company picnic. The rep we dealt with was FANTASTIC - she went above and beyond to help us for our last minute needs. The only "complaint" I would have is that delivery and pickup was not available - but again, that is because we literally called the same day to rent the tents.

Every person That I spoke with was very helpful. If i had a question about a specific item it was answered by days end. The deliveries were made when they said they would be there. If there were any problems appropriate refunds were given.

Ordered with short notice based on using this company previously and procrastination on my part. Was able to pick up and drop off tables and chairs for the event very easily in Washington Cty. Overall very satisfied, just wish they would get more options for their charcoal grilles available for rent or lower the price a bit since I believe for the value it is rather expensive.

Unfortunately All Occaisions is one of the only vendors in the area that is a one stop shop and that has a large selection. For that reason, expect to pay top dollar for their products and services.

Because AO has everything from forks to tents and everything in between we decided to go with them as our rental vendor.

The account manager that I worked with was very organized and very detail oriented - it was much easier to get in contact via e-mail as opposed to phone though.

If you are planning an even that is at a location that does not require you to use All Occaision (some places in Pittsburgh have AO as their only approved vendor) - make sure that you shop around for quotes and let them know that others are much more competitive in pricing because they will work with you on pricing in order to keep the business if you are planning a large enough event. We had a wedding for 230 people and recieved quotes from other companies that were less than half of what AOs original quote was - when I told them that unless cost was up for negotiation we would be going with another vendor they were able to do some adjustments in order to keep the business.

Overall we were pleased with the products and the services - the event design was very unique and very beautiful - but you should definitely expect to pay for their experience and reputation.

We rented wine glasses and a cooler from all occasion party rentals for our wedding. Everything was clean and well packaged, the people were nice.
My only “issue” was with the $500 delivery minimum plus delivery large fees. We had a destination wedding and were required to provide our own glasses and cooler. The rentals barely fit in my car, and they weren’t eligible for delivery because I didn’t meet the minimum.

All Occasions Rental for wedding

All Occasions was extremely knowledgeable about weddings and had great advice when planning our CAD drawing that was very much appreciated. The equipment that we rented was exactly what we had discussed at our initial meeting and came together very nicely. The staff was easy to communicate with throughout the process and the event ran smoothly. They did a great job with setting up for our wedding!

The person I rented the tables from was very noce and professional, but I felt the the rental and delivery charges were very expensive compared to the quality of the products we received. I was not aware that the extended legs were made out of PVC pipes and were all marked up. In which case we had to purchase additional materials to cover them up when we did not anticipate we would have to do so. I have an issue with your products, not your people.

We used All Occasions for all of our table setting rentals and for our linens. Unfortunately, they provided the wrong silverware (provided silver instead of a gold) when all of our table settings were gold. Additionally, we asked them to provide a stool for our officiant to sit on (due to medical concerns) and that was not provided leaving our officiant to stand. Lastly, they pushed things that we were not interested in spending money on - like curtains - & had conversations with our other vendor without asking us about it first. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Way overpriced too for what you get as well

Horrible experience - ruined my wedding

This company decided to cancel my chair order four days before my wedding. They were so unprofessional and basically just sent me an email saying they cannot deliver the chairs and gave me a refund. This caused me to scramble and find chairs just four days before my wedding. I am in shock at how a company can just cancel when it was signed in the contract months ago. They single-handedly ruined my wedding and the whole aesthetic I was going for. Beware of this company.
