Happy Customer Review - Texas Wedding Ministers

Texas Wedding Ministers did a tremendous job officiating our wedding – we would give them six stars if we could.

Throughout the process, Texas Wedding Ministers put in significant effort to get to know us & our relationship on a personal level. They went out of their way to join us on both phone calls & video calls, while remaining quite responsive via email.

We customized our entire ceremony. Reverend Rene was a great sounding board for each iteration - he provided good ideas for our script and logistical flow while never imposing upon our vision.

The afternoon before our wedding, Rev Rene drove quite a long way to guide a successful rehearsal. His preparation and knowledge of us as a couple were fully evident. The next day (wedding day), Reverend Rene looked great in his vestments and showcased great situational awareness & logistical leadership. Again, Rev Rene’s preparation showed up in his poise and full command of the moment.

On the big day, Reverend Rene showcased his unique ability to stand center stage & hold the attention of our wedding party & guests without being overbearing. He had excellent delivery range, seamlessly mixing serious gravity with a great sense of humor. Yet despite the spotlight often being on him, Rev Rene always managed to keep the wedding centered on our vision & true to our values.

We highly highly recommend Texas Wedding Ministers based on our experience with Reverend Rene. Texas Wedding Ministers were professional, prepared, communicative, and supportive of our unique love story. While we can’t personally vouch for ministers we didn’t work with, we hope Reverend Rene’s vocational excellence shines through all of the individuals he hires (he’s the founder & owner of Texas Wedding Ministers).

10/10 would absolutely recommend again!

Reverend Rene Esparza was amazing to work with. We only had one meeting with him, and right away we felt very comfortable. He made everything so easy for us and explained the process clearly, which really helped ease any stress.
He showed up on time, was professional and warm, and knew exactly when to step out of the way during the right moments — especially when we said “I do.” Everything flowed perfectly because of him.

Hector, was an amazing officiant! He was on time was very friendly and was very open to our needs and really made our special day unforgettable! Also, my family is Spanish speaking only. A spanish only ceremony was something key I desired to happen for my ceremony and he did great, very fluent. Thank you Hector was again for my special day.

Texas wedding ministers made our officiant selection very easy. We were able to review the profiles of various officiant and found Minister Jospeh Devlin. He was responsive, got to know me and my now wife and did a wonderful job at our ceremony. We were very happy with him and his service. Henry was amazing!

Minister Joseph, our wedding officiant, was amazing! He was very easygoing and took the time to get to know us as a couple right away. He arrived early, checked in with both of us, and instantly made us feel calm and at ease before the ceremony. He also took the time to talk with our family, which meant a lot. The Sanderson 10th Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal

Minister Joseph Devlin was a perfect fit for our 10th Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal. Our event was on New Year's Eve so I was very pleased that he was willing to be available for our ceremony. Minister Devlin was always quick to respond to my messages, as we sorted out all the details. The day of, he arrived early to go over everything and it went beautifully. Everything I hoped for and more! He put together a wonderful custom ceremony speech that was personalized to our story. This truly made the moment even more special to Dan and I. Dr. High - the most beautiful service.

Dr. High was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our very first meeting, her kindness, warmth and genuine compassion were immediately clear. We had shared our love story with her, yet I was not at all prepared for the way she brought it to life during our ceremony. She retold it with such care and such a natural understanding of who we are as a couple that it felt as though she had known us for years. Her words were thoughtful, heartfelt, and beautifully delivered...we were both truly overwhelmed and found ourselves moved to tears. It was one of the most touching moments of our entire wedding day, and we remain deeply grateful to her.

My experience with Texas weddings was really good!

From the moment we contacted Texas Wedding Ministers the experience was great. They were knowledgable and Courteous. The minister we had M. Telepak was awesome. He checked in with us before ceremony and remind us to bring the license ( we might have forgotten that). He was on time, very professional, spoke clearly and had an overall great personality. We really enjoyed him. We also were able to customize our vows which we really appreciated. I definitely recommend him.

The perfect officiant for our special day!

Hector was the absolute perfect choice for our vow renewal! From the beginning, he was incredibly communicative and just had a great, professional vibe. We had a FaceTime call with him before the ceremony to get in sync, and he made sure he knew exactly what we wanted.

He was fantastic about tweaking his script to include some personal touches that were meaningful to us, and the fact that he performed the ceremony beautifully in both English and Spanish was a huge highlight for our family.

On the day of, it was raining on and off, creating a very tight window for the ceremony. Hector was amazing—he was so flexible, calm, and professional, ensuring we could have our beautiful moment when the rain stopped. He was efficient without making us feel rushed at all. We are so glad we chose him to be part of our special day and would recommend him to anyone!

We loved our personalized ceremony!

Cinthia was very professional with her timing and she was very interested in how to make our ceremony the perfect ceremony. Definitely working our budget for a last minute officiant. My husband and I were tearing up with the way she spoke about our relationship and making us remember why and how we feel in love. Jim was awesome!

Our October 2025 wedding day was beautiful and blessed. We found and reached out to Pastor Kent Gearner through the services provided by Texas Wedding Ministers. We met with Pastor Kent on Zoom and we made an immediate connection to him and asked him to be our wedding officiant. Based on our interactions and information we shared, including our favorite scriptures, Pastor Kent was able to tell our unique story during the wedding ceremony in a most compelling and seamless way. The ceremony was engaging and inspiring because Pastor Kent carefully listened to the bride and groom as we shared our individual and collective thoughts and was responsive to our requests and questions. We truly feel Pastor Kent was led by God to honor us and our family during our wedding ceremony. We are thankful to Pastor Kent for all his time and effort to make the wedding ceremony just what we had hoped for and envisioned. Brought tears to my eyes

We recently had Minister Joseph Devlin for our wedding in September. Not only was he very professional, but he made our ceremony very entertaining too. He was thorough in letting us know how the ceremony was going to go and was patient when we asked questions. He was also quick too!

Great ceremony in a beautiful place.

It was an awesome experience it was to our liking and the scenery was incredible I suggest asking for the capitol in Austin, never seen a more beautiful place like that. even had the state trooper applaud us and sign as a witness it was a great way to tie the knot.

Paul Douglas Saved the Day

Tuesday night, four days before our wedding, our original officiant had a death in the family and had to drop out. The next morning we were on the phone with Texas Wedding Ministers and by the afternoon we were in contact with Paul Douglas. Our rehearsal was the very next day, and we worried Paul wouldn’t be able to make the rehearsal. Paul assured us he had everything under control and put us at ease. By the Thursday rehearsal, Paul had revised his script and was ready to go. He even incorporated many elements we worked out with our previous officiant. Paul was efficient, flexible, professional, and above all things calm. He made our service feel so personal, even though he had such a short time to get to know us and prepare. Paul Douglas saved the day!

Shoutout to Paul!

We got married October 27th and had Paul Douglas as our officiant. We had originally been paired with someone else and then 2 or 3 weeks before the ceremony we got a call that our original officiant was taking a step back from weddings due to personal reasons. We were then matched with Paul. I was very stressed out by this as we were weeks away from the wedding but Paul was very reassuring. He was kind, welcoming patient, flexible, funny and great. He did such a great job and the speech that he wrote about us and read for our wedding was amazing. You’d have no idea he had just met us a few weeks prior! It was very personal and sounded like he had known us for years. I’m really glad we had Paul as our officiant. Amazing, Crowd Pleaser, and Entertainer

Paul Douglas was the favorite of the guests! Christmas at my husband's house following the wedding was filled with family raving about his performance and appreciation of his humor and efficient, beautiful, and accurate delivery of our story. Though we did not know each other prior, the ceremony felt like it came from a family friend who had been by our side throughout our journey. Leading up to the wedding, Paul communicated efficiently and timely and let my husband and I make an edits we deemed necessary. I couldn't recommend him more!

Excellent experience!

My wife and I had previously scheduled someone to ordain our wedding but had some conflicts that did not make it possible to use that person. With short notice, three days before the wedding, I scheduled Rev. Jesse to ordain our wedding. Jesse called me shortly after and asked me what I was looking for for the wedding. I informed him of what I had in mind and he assured me that he could make it happen. On the day of the wedding, Jesse was on time as promised and very professional and reassuring. The ceremony went flawlessly and my wife and I are so happy I got Rev. Jesse to marry us. I highly recommend Rev. Jesse!

Paul was amazing!

Rev. Jesse Ferraro was the most complimented segment of our whole wedding!

Our wedding coordinator recommended Texas Wedding Ministers and they connected us with Rev. Jesse Ferraro. Rev. Jesse reached out to my husband and I several months before our wedding to learn about us, how we met, and what we envisioned, in order to make our ceremony more personalized. We received numerous compliments from our guests after the ceremony asking who our officiant was because he gave the best sermon. He touched on what brought us together, but also touched on the realistic trials of marriage. Not everyday is a bed of roses, you have to work together in love to grow and lift eachother up. Quoted a few of our favorite bible passages and worked them into his overall message. The married couples in attendance, especially those who have been married 30+ years really connected with his sermon and so did we. He was very well spoken, and it was clear he was experienced and confident. Everything went smoothly. He even gave some suggestions to our wedding coordinator and the DJ regarding the flow of the ceremony. He even asked what our wedding colors were so he could be sure to wear something that did not clash. If you're in Central Texas area, you need to book Rev. A Beautiful, Personalized Ceremony

We received so many compliments on our officiant, Jesse Ferraro!

Jesse was communicative and organized and made us feel really comfortable throughout the process. Texas Wedding Ministers made it very easy to book. We requested Jesse for our rehearsal and the wedding day, and a questionnaire was sent out for both my husband and me to fill out with stories and anecdotes that Jesse could pull from for our ceremony. Two days before the wedding we received the ceremony script - I started sobbing as soon as I read it.

It was a beautiful ceremony and Jesse made sure to devote his full attention to us for the day. He handled all of our paperwork and we came back from our honeymoon to find our signed wedding license in the mail. Our guests and wedding party loved him, I even had a friend ask me for his contact information so that she could try to book him for her wedding too. I would highly recommend Texas Wedding Ministers!

A true life saver!

Texas Wedding Ministers stepped in 30 DAYS before our wedding! Our other officiant basically backed out and we found Texas Wedding ministers. We were able to choose our own officiant and we chose David Davila. He delivered a beautiful heartfelt catholic ceremony that was felt around all of our guests. Our guests actually came up and complimented how beautiful David wrote our ceremony! We are eternally grateful!

Best Pastor Ever

This was such a hard decision but oh my goodness we were so very happy with Pastor Cody. He was absolutely wonderful. Gave us exactly what we were hoping to share with our guest, he did a perfect job sharing the sentiment with a dash of humor that perfectly conveyed us.

So grateful!

My husband and I both did not have a pastor or any religious ties to officiate our wedding. We met our officiant at a bridal show and he was just so personable and reminded us of my husband’s uncle. The whole process of selecting an officiant and your vows online was easy and the timeline that was provided to do so was well planned. Extra services are offered online as well and email communication was great. The officiant we selected was so caring and shared great advice with me during the rehearsal. I still carry his words with me today! Amazing experience and so grateful for their services.

Fabulous experience!

The perfect choice!! We hired Minister Joseph Devlin to officiate for our big day. Our first meeting was over FaceTime, since we live out of town and weren't able to come meet in person. But it was totally good and felt comfortable right away even over FaceTime - Minister Joseph is personable, professional, down-to-earth, and we felt like he was the right fit for us.
Texas Wedding Ministers provides a really easy experience: they gave us several vow options from which to choose (you can also write your own if you want), and there was a perfect one that suited us for our non-denominational ceremony. They also offer add-ons for special touches - we added a love letter / wine box ceremony, which is such a nice idea!
Minister Joseph met every expectation we had - he was punctual, friendly, kind-hearted, and professional. Overall, the experience was easy and flawless, and all communication with Minister Joseph and with Texas Wedding Ministers was flawless, clear, supportive, friendly and reliable!! It was one thing in the wedding planning that I did not have to stress about, as I knew we could trust the follow-through and reliability - a HUGE PLUS with all the stress that comes with planning! We had Reverend Rene Esparza as our officiant and we could not have asked for anyone better to marry us on our big day! Wonderful!

Rev. Mike Ezer officiated our wedding last Saturday in Fredericksburg and he did such a wonderful job! He far exceeded our expectations when he arrived early to introduce himself to me and the groom, handled a faulty PA system in stride, and how he coached my Dad and I (the bride) where and when to pause before the altar. He delivered our selected script with such warmth and compassion. We received so many compliments on the ceremony from our guests and that's primarily due to Rev Mike Ezer's guidance and the compassion he conveyed through his readings. We are so happy we chose him as our officiant and can't say enough good things about him!

Very Professional and Personal

They make you feel important and like family. I originally picked our Reverend and then they had a family emergency and they called me to let me know they had a replacement and my day was still going to be perfect. They follow up even after the wedding. I highly recommend using them for your big day!
