We used Tesoro for draping over the concession stands in the atrium of the Ellicott Square Building. The drapes were beautiful and the company was so easy to work with - highly recommend!

Tesoro was great when planning a 50th Anniversary party for my parents. Helped me to accommodate the amount of guests vs. tables and chairs. Provided options that fit my budget. Were very responsive, showed up on time, set up and breakdown were taken care of by them which made one less thing that I had to worry about . Friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Draping and Chair Rental

Stacy was a pleasure to work with! She had already done a similar draping and chair set up at our venue, so we just customized it to fit our style! Everything turned out beautiful and was set up by the afternoon before our ceremony. Stacy is very responsive through phone, email and we even met in person once. She made the process easy so that it was one less thing I needed to worry about!

Very professional service and high quality decor. Many beautiful options available for tables, chairs, linens, decor, etc. Everything was delivered and set up on schedule. I will definitely be using this vendor again in the future!

Stacy and I communicated using email. She understood exactly what I wanted and executed
the draping I wanted perfectly. She completely understood what I was going for.
She was easy to work with and accepted a VERY late addition to my order without any fuss.
I also rented full length tablecloths and bistro tablecloths. The cloths were great.
I would absolutely use her again and absolutely recommend her to my friends!

Renting linens from Tesoro Event Rentals was so well worth it! Stacy has such a large selection and had exactly what I was looking for. What helped most is that she is very familiar with our reception venue so she herself could envision what I wanted. The linens definitely added a wow factor to our reception. Most couples just use their venue's linens but if I could tell everyone that is getting married, renting linens is a must! Not to mention Tesoro Event Rental's prices were very reasonable! Stacy was very professional, always responded back to me right away and loved helping me pick out the perfect linens for our reception which made the wedding planning experience super easy. Thanks Stacy!!

Stacy was absolutely amazing to work with. She had wonderful ideas and made my art deco wedding a dream come true. The silver sequin linen was GORGEOUS on the head tables. It really made the room pop. Also, the silver table floor linen was so elegant and classy. It was perfect for the Statler. Stacy's prices were also very reasonable. Stacy has such an amazing personality and I truly enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend her.

Easy to work with

Stacy was great work with. We used them very last minute (ish) for chairs and they were very helpful and accommodating. We were on the fence about getting different chairs for the venue but I have no regrets - it looks amazing! And the linens for the sweetheart table were a nice touch.

Stacy was wonderful to work with! She was so accomodating and responsive to everything. The quality of her rental items was excellent, and she and her staff are very professional. She even called the day of the party to ask if I needed anything last minute- and came and put the sides up on my tent and helped rearrange all my tables right before my party when the rain came. She goes above and beyond what other rental places do. And her prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use Stacy and her company for anything else in the future. I can't recommend her enough!

Stacy was incredible to work with while I was renting everything for my daughter's bridal shower. Tesoro Event Rental's tent, tables, chairs and linens are of exceptional quality! My guests were stunned with how uniquely beautiful the tent, tables and chairs were, as well as how elegant the linens accented the area outdoors! Many of my guests said, "Your backyard looks like something out of a magazine!" Stacy takes great care to details and ensures your event runs smoothly on her part! If you're looking to have an extrodinary affair outdoors and want it to be picture perfect, you will definitely want to call Tesoro Event Rentals!

The specialty linens that arrived were even more magnificent than what Stacy originally showed me. Pictures did not do them justice, when they were dropped off I was in awe of how beautiful the colors were and the fabric was so perfect they looked brand new. There were NO wrinkles, which made me very happy! I received compliments from everyone about the decor, which was 98% chevron linens and 2% daisy flowers scattered around! Ordering special linens was the perfect touch, it 'classed up' my event beyond anything I imagined!

Starting the first contact with Stacy she has been nothing but accommodating, informative, and extremely pleasant to work with. When I went in without much of an idea of what I was looking for she provided her professional suggestions and is familiar with most venues making it an even easier process than anticipated! She wrote up several different options for me including cheaper options so she truly is about making the experience the best to fit your needs and not just for the profit.

I highly recommend working with Stacy as this process gets more and more stressful, this is one part that will be done with ease and you will have confidence it will be done with great care.

To put it simply: Stacey and her team at Tesoro Event Rentals were absolutely fantastic to work with and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I planned my wedding from out of town, so Stacey and I only had one in person meeting, and frankly, I had no idea what I wanted. Stacey has impeccable taste and helped me pick out linens that made the room look beautiful. She was responsive in every interaction and I never had a worry throughout the entire experience. I would use Tesoro Events for any event in the future and highly recommend them to any bride.

The first time I met Stacy I was already impressed, she was beyond helpful and patient as I made decisions. She allowed me to take home samples so I didn't have to rush my choice. For the day of my wedding I rented tablecloths for all the guest tables with napkins. I also rented a beautiful rosette tablecloth for the head table and I couldn't be happier. The tablecloths and head table made the room come to life. I'm so glad I worked with Stacy at Tesoro Events, she was easy to reach and always responded to me quickly. I would recommend Stacy to all my friends and family. Plus a bonus her prices were better than anyone else I received an estimate from :) !! Thanks Stacy for making my reception beautiful !!! I received so many compliments from my guests about how well the linens went with the reception.

Stacy came highly recommended to us and we can now agree that she was the best to work with!! She did ivory chair covers with fuschia bows along with alternating ivory and fuschia petal tablecloths. The tables and chairs looked amazing. Our guests were astonished and said it looked like something out of Pinterest!! They are still talking about how gorgeous our tables looked. People have asked who did our tables and chairs as they had never seen anything so unique and beautiful at a wedding before. The petal tablecloths stole the show!! THANK YOU STACY, WE LOVED IT!!!!!

Tesoro Event Rentals and Stacy were such a pleasure to work with!! Everything at my bridal shower was BEAUTIFUL. The table linens, chair covers and cake table decor were incredible. We rented the gold/ivory chiavari chairs for our wedding reception at Belhurst Castle's Meritage Ballroom and could not be more happy with how they looked, as well as the service that was provided. Stacy was fantastic to work with--she responded to all of my questions promptly and could not have been more kind. Our guests raved about how nice the chairs looked and we just loved them. They transformed the room entirely and gave the room a very elegant look. The chairs arrived on time and in great condition. Not just "rentals" but a full-service experience!

As a wedding planner in Buffalo, whenever my clients need rentals, Stacy is the first person I call. She has so many options to choose from in terms of tablecloths, napkins, charger plates, chairs, flatware, draping and so much more. If she doesn't have exactly what I am looking for, she knows exactly where to source it. All of her items are incredibly well taken care of even through the delivery and set up process. She will not rent you anything that is not of the highest quality and at the best value for your budget. Cannot wait to collaborate on many more projects to come!

Stacy from Tesoro Rentals was fantastic from start to finish! We met with her a few months before our wedding when I was just looking for a tent rental and some chairs for my ceremony. When I got to her office, I realized she had much more inventory and ideas that I could use. The linens we rented from her were ones that I had never seen before and all of my guests at my wedding thought they looked beautiful. Stacy was completely professional from start to finish and there was no issue getting in contact with her through email or phone because she was always very responsive and would get back to me in less than a day. I was impressed with Tesoro Rentals and would highly recommend them to not only friends and family, but to complete strangers. Her prices are phenomenal and beat prices for most rental places in the Buffalo area!

We rented chair covers from Tesoro and they were beautiful! They did such a great job and gave us a good price. We received excellent customer service- they were understanding of my "bride brain" when I forgot to send our payment on time, and everything still went off without a hitch!

We had our reception at the Hyatt, & they had mentioned Tesoro & the Wedding Agent. I'm sure the wedding agent would have done a beautiful job, but when we met with her she was not at all easy to work with. To be honest I didn't feel like she needed my business, so she didn't get it. When I called Stacy she was beyond accommodating and her associates were just as helpful. Her linens assortment was endless, and she was able to pull off the exact look that we wanted at a reasonable price. When I found out that I needed to rent linens on top of what the Hyatt provided, I was a little unpleased. I was already paying enough for them. But Tesoro did a fantastic job and was beyond flexible, allowing me to even make changes the day before the wedding. The set up was stunning, and the room looked flawless. She was able to take my colors and recommend options she thought I would like based on that.

Stacy from Tesoro was AMAZING to work with! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, fun, and a true pro. I had talked to other rental vendors before meeting Stacy at a wedding show, and just was not impressed with the meetings I had, or who I was working with. When I met Stacy, I really liked her energy and excitement around what she does, and it was clear she has a passion for her job and helping others. She was very helpful along the way answering any questions I had in a quick time frame, adding things that we thought of later on down the line, going over every little detail of how we wanted everything to look, and took care of it all.

For what we rented from Tesoro which included napkins, table runners, wine barrels, a tent, sequin table covers for multiple tables, a rosette table cover for our cake table, chairs for all of our guests, it was incredibly reasonably priced. We paid for amazing quality and service setup so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was planning a wedding and everything was being upcharged like I did with other vendors I had talked to.

Everything looked amazing for our wedding, the chair setup for the ceremony was great, all of the indoor linens were absolutely beautiful, and it really made our vision of our wedding come to life. I cannot say enough how much I loved working with Stacy and Tesoro Event Rentals. I had a friend mention Tesoro before I met Stacy, and she couldn't say enough positive things as well about working with them. If you have a big event coming up that you need to rent items for, definitely consider Tesoro.

Stacey is so amazing to work with! She worked with us on our New Year's Eve wedding and everything was perfect. She listened to our ideas and what vision we had- and perfectly executed it. She also was able to recommend some vendors since we were not local who also turned out to be amazing. She was very mindful of our budget, and had some ideas for us to save money while still creating the perfect look for the day. I cannot recommend her enough!

I was married on Dec 31 2014 and Stacey, owner of Tesoro Events Rentals really provided a huge difference in my special day! From the moment I met Stacey she helped me stay within an affordable budget and really transformed my reception room. I rented table cloths, napkins, chair covers with sash, and decor table clothes for cake table, card table ect. All of which I rented from Stacey was brought to Hyatt, set up and picked up BEAUTIFULLY! The whole atmosphere was changed all because the help of Tesoro Event! My guest to this day still talk about how beautifully decorated and how remarkable everything looked! Thanks again Tesoro Event Rentals

We are writing this review to thank Tesoro Event Rentals for their OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL service that helped make our wedding a HUGE success. They showed up promptly and set two giant party tents which they lit beautifully plus 120 chairs and 18 tables and a Dance Floor. The quality of everything was top of the line. On top of all of this each worker was extremely friendly and the nicest people you could hope to meet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to plan an event without worrying about a hassle. 10 Thumbs UP!

Amazing! Stacy worked hand in hand with us when it came to picking out the linens for our reception- and her selection is stunning! It was a VERY tough decision but we ended up with a Lace overlay to go over champagne table cloths, and the tables turned our beautiful. Stacy & her husband kept in great contact on the set-up day, and were very flexible with getting us a few extra linens we had forgot to order. We also rented chairs. Everything was in great condition- no stains or rips on the linens, and no damages on any of the chairs. We were very impressed, would 100% recommend Tesoro.

Stacy at Tesoro Event Rentals was so easy to work with and very professional. For my wedding, I used the gold chiavari chairs to dress up the ballroom and they really polished off the whole look of the wedding. After deciding on what chairs I wanted, all they needed from me was a final headcount and payment, all other coordination was done by them so that when I walked into the ballroom after my ceremony the chairs were setup and they removed the chairs the next day. I cannot express how simple the process was - great people to work with, especially when planning a wedding!

I used Tesoro Event Rentals for linens at my wedding. We ordered rose-gold sequined tabled cloths for the cake table/guest card table and textured gold-floor length linens for all of the guest tables. She even had a sparkly-white sequined linen for my head table. The quality of the linens was impeccable. They looked like they were branch new!

Working with Stacy was an amazing experience. She made the linen search so much fun. She was so easy to talk to, and her schedule was very flexible. She was very was happy to work with my vision, color scheme, and budget. When you schedule an appointment, you can go to her warehouse, and she will show you her massive collection of linens that come in a variety of colors, styles, textures, and prices. She is very transparent about the cost so there are no surprises. You can even try the linens on a table at her warehouse so you can see EXACTLY what it will look like on the day of the wedding.

My room looked stunning. My guests were very impressed with the decor, and Stacy had a huge part in thank. Thank you so much Stacy!! :)

Never before have I ever rented such quality rental tables. I have worked in business dining for the last 20 years, and have rented a lot of equipment. I loved working with Stacy at Tesoro Event Rentals! I originally chose them because they had the best price for the beautiful chivari chairs that I was looking for as our ceremony venue didn't have existing seating. We rented the gold chairs with ivory cushions and they made the space come alive and look amazing in photos. Just before the wedding, we wanted to add on some pipe and drape and Stacy was super accommodating in meeting me at our ceremony site and coming up with some ideas as to how to use the pipe and drape to make the ceremony venue absolutely perfect. I got so many comments from guests that it was the most beautiful venue they have ever been to for a wedding ceremony. Everything worked out beautifully, I couldn't have been happier!

Our wedding was at the Lancaster Country Club. Through them they work with Tesoro, so it was a seamless process. The linens, napkins, and chair covers were a perfect add on for our wedding. Made it look beautiful!

I would definitely book with Stacy from Tesoro again. I cannot say enough how helpful she was when I was being picky about what colors would go best and what napkins and all of that. The people that came and set up my reception venue were very quick about it and made sure everything was perfect. They even brought extras of everything just in case there was a table or chair that needed to be covered that came up last minute. I couldn't have asked for anything to go better for my wedding.

We worked with Stacy from Tesoro Event Rentals to supply our floor length table cloths, a sequin table cloth, and a stage for the head table which needed to sit 20 people. Everything was absolutely perfect and more than I could have hoped for. Stacy was amazingly easy to work with from the beginning and very responsive. She quickly answered all of my emails/calls and offered many helpful suggestions. I checked many, many different rental companies and did my research and they were, by far, the best value. Everything was well worth the price. The quality of the linens was top of the line. The white floor length table cloths were a nice thick material and well laundered so there were no creases. The sequin tablecloth wasn’t cheesy at all like I was afraid it might be and the head table was the perfect size to comfortably fit the wedding party without anyone being close to falling off. Set up and take away was all handled for us by Stacy which was amazing and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would 100% recommend Tesoro Event Rentals to anyone looking for this type of vendor.

We found out about Stacy through another couple that used her services. I am so glad we used her event company! Stacy was so welcoming and informative when we met her at her studio to pick out options for our wedding. We chose sequin table clothes and tiffany blue napkins. Our budget was tight so she suggested doing the silver sequin table clothes for the head table and main tables and then we did white table clothes with sequin table runners on the rest. I just loved that she offered us some options so that we can still get the look we were going for. We rented the silver chairs as well. It completely tied the whole room together. We are still getting compliments about the decor and over all look of our wedding which has some friends and family asking if I can help plan their weddings. My first call will be to Tesoro to figure out the linens and chairs : )

Absolutely incredible and breathtaking transformation by Stacy and Tesoro team!

I don't know where to even begin when describing how incredible Stacy and her team are! We had to move our reception location 2 months before our wedding and the new location needed a large transformation to meet the look we wanted. Stacy worked with us every step of the way, from tablescapes to linens to the most beautiful draping and chandelier! Stacy even went above and beyond to find a new dance floor with a month to go and started set up at 6am the day of our wedding and came back after our reception ended at midnight to tear down. The reception location was literally transformed and took our breath away as soon as we walked in! I can't thank Stacy and team enough for all of their hard work! It was incredible! If you are looking to bring your event to the next level, hire Stacy/Tesoro!

I met Stacy at our wedding venue the day before her wedding! Immediately I feel in love with the liens in the room. I contacted her a few weeks later and she quickly responded that I could come take a look at what she had. She had so much to offer in what I was looking for, multiple table clothes, overlays, chair covers chairs, different bows (I had a hard time choosing!), and so much more. I actually changed my mind a few times on a few things, Stacy always responded quickly letting me know it was okay!

The day of our wedding, Stacy not only brought in everything we had ordered, (chair covers, bows, head table overlay, cake table cloth) but additional table clothes and liens that matched our wedding colors for our gift table and appetizers table! It was so nice of her to think about us and bring them, the extra small touches were perfect and made it so much better!

She was great to work with, and it was great having peace of mind knowing that everything was going to be perfect. :)

I had a Tiffany Blue bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law. The beautiful Tiffany Blue napkins provided by Tesoro Linen Rental were gorgeous! We used them for place settings, for accents on the buffet line and on the gift and cake table. Stacy, the owner of Tesoro, kindly delivered the napkins to the venue the day before my event and picked them up after the event. She made the process of renting the napkins extremely easy and was very easy to communicate with. Her price to rent was extremely reasonable and as I said, included delivery and pick-up. Her chairs were in such great condition and looked absolutely beautiful! And her crew did all of the setup and tear down so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Although we didn't rent any, her selection of linens are also quite impressive - it was hard to resist! I would definitely recommend using Tesoro to any bride. Affordable and high quality service. You won't be disappointed.

stacey was so helpful and kind during the hetic wedding planning. she offered alot of awesome ideas of helpful tips for the big day. she was very flexible when my final number changed and very reasonable pricing. in fact, she even thew in alot of extra and free items for me. she delivered all the items and picked them up so I did not have to worry about anything. Everything looks absolutly beautiful and got many compliments in it all. I would highly recommend Stacey

My daughters ceremony and reception was held at Bonds Lake in Ransomville. The venue is a shell of a building that was transformed into a fairy tale setting with the help of Stacey from Tesoro Even Rentals. We had several meetings with Stacey and changed our minds several times to arrive at the perfect choice for our venue. Stacey was amazing and very understanding with our need to change our minds in putting together the perfect table clothes and napkins. I was able to rent high quality chairs for the ceremony and the warming house, table cloths, napkins, draping for the back wall, a tent and pub tables. Her team set up in a very efficient manner and removed all of the items rented following the reception. .

Several of our guests had been to weddings at Bonds Lake. They were amazed with the transformation.

I highly recommend Stacey and her team from Tesoro Event Rentals.

Stacy was the kindest person. She was always helping us make our day perfect by giving us ideas and suggestions. The linens we chose we beyond amazing! The quality was outstanding and they really made a statement :) I would recommended this company to my family and friends!

First I just want to say how helpful and kind Stacy was during my whole wedding planning i was an out of town bride so we actually never met me and Stacy but she made the whole thing stress free for me up until my wedding day, and the chair covers looked beautiful for my big day! All of my guest kept saying how nice they made the room feel and look so for anyone needed anything for rentals no matter you are in the area or 100's of miles away use Stacy and her team they are so amazing and hard working!!

Stacy is wonderful to work with. We met her at a bridal show and she quickly followed up with us after to set up a meeting at her show room. Stacy has great ideas and talks through everything. She truly made sure that our vision was realized. We were nervous about the blue chair covers but in the end they were absolutely beautiful, we could not have pictured a more perfect room. Stacy was responsive, helpful and made our dream wedding come true. The prices were much better than other places and the the work was outstanding. They provided draping for behind our head table that was gorgeous, white draping tied with blue ribbons. The rosette table clothes were a perfect touch and really made our cake pop. Very responsive and extremely professional. Stacy, the owner, worked with me to understand my vision for the wedding and meet my specific needs. She also offered design suggestions and was careful to take my budget into consideration. I absolutely would use Tesoro Events in the future.

Stacey at Tesoro was very pleasant and offered many suggestions for our event. Tesoro has a extremely large variety of linens, chair covers with a large color selection, and much more. All was set up very timely, the linens were clean and looked like they were purchased special for our event. Thanks for making this such a special day, you were perfect!!

I rented pipe/draping and ruched chair covers from Tesoro Event Rental. Both items were beautiful and really transformed the venue I picked. Stacy sent me many quotes for everything which I asked for. Her husband is a very sweet guy who helped set up the chair covers and pipe/draping. I would definitely recommend Tesoro Event Rental.

I was very pleased with Tesoro Event Rentals, specifically my interactions with Stacy. They were very easy to work with and coordinated directly with my reception venue so I did not have to worry about drop off or returns at all. I would recommend them to anyone in the Geneva/Finger Lakes area.

The Chiavari chairs that I rented from Stacy were perfect! She went out of her way to accommodate our wedding in the midst of a VERY busy week for her. She was very flexible and communicated well with our venue. Several people from our venue commented about how pristine looking the chairs were, and how well they were kept. Stacy takes the cushions off and bags each chair after use for storage, and this attention to her inventory keeps it looking brand new. Every time I see Chiavari chairs stacked up with the cushions on outside of a rental truck, I now think of her and how well she cares for the items that she owns!

I was referred to Tesoro Event Rentals through my venue. Working with Stacy was great! I rented ceremony chairs, chair covers, table linens and runners, and napkins. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the products and how everything looked on my wedding day! It all came together beautifully! Stacy was very professional and patient as I changed my mind on things many times! There was only a slight 'hiccup' as I had added charger plates last minute and those unfortunately did not make it to the wedding. It all worked out though, as the place settings looked beautiful without the chargers :) Overall, I would definitely recommend Stacy's services!
