  Best event rentals!

  Tents and Events helped make my special day absolutely amazing!!!! Everything was lovely and fit perfectly with the design/theme of my wedding. I highly recommend this company to any in need of event rentals.

  Loved everything about this company!

  From beginning to end Tents and Events were very attentive , professional and answered all my questions ( even when me being a nervous bride called and emailed many times with questions and additions, lol). They made me feel so comfortable and confident from beginning to end. The day of delivery the kept us updated, ALL their products were clean and they were very courteous. I’m already planning my next event and I’m definitely using them. They’re basically stuck with me!

  Great Experience!

  Hired them for my daughters wedding and they did an amazing job! They provided a beautiful high peak tent, cross back vintage chairs, folding chairs, and everything was great! Great communication, great price, and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

  Sept. 11 Wedding

  These guys were great! They showed up the day before the wedding and set up the tent and all of the tables and chairs just where we want it done, they even modified our plan at the last minute. They were professional, kind, and an absolute joy to work with. Would highly recommend!

  Wedding Day Rentals

  Tents & Events LLC were very professional and on time with the delivery of all of the items we rented. Their prices were the best for everything they offered and I like that I was able to make payments (however that might depend on how far out I scheduled to rent everything).

  Excellent Company to Rent Equipment From

  I am a Wedding Planner & Event Designer. I used Tents & Events for white folding chairs and a large tent. They set the tent up very nicely and it was clean, sturdy, and exactly what I wanted for my client's wedding. They arrived on time and were very professional during the entire installation and take down. I will definitely use them again!

  Greedy, greedy, greedy. DO NOT BOOK.

  While they have great items and the service was great in the beginning, I'm incredibly disappointed, frustrated and quite frankly angry at they way this business has handled mine, and many other brides situation.
  
  Sadly, just a few weeks after booking Tents & Events for our wedding, a tornado in Griffin completely destroyed our wedding venue. We were only a few months out from our big day and had to scramble to find a new venue with availability that we could afford. Long story short, we had to relocate our wedding to a location that Tents & Events did not serve and instead of refunding our deposit like EVERY OTHER vendor we had, Tents & Events refused to give us our deposit back, putting us out nearly $2,000 for absolutely nothing.
  
  They continued to site their contract and basically gave us a shrug and a half apology. As a family owned business, you would think that they would have at least half a heart. But nope. Tents & Events has single handedly shown how greedy the event industry has become post-covid.
  
  If you are planning an event, DO NOT book with them as they will not work with you if (god forbid) disaster strikes. Instead, find a vendor that has a force majure or act of god clause in their contract.

  As a company that does have empathy and cares about people and understands the unknown acts of God, we gave our clients of that venue three options to choose from and have been successful with 8 out of 9 clients with this plan, which was not significant enough for you. We are very disappointed to receive a 1-star review from you when we have tried to give you options on how we can move forward. This is completely false and we have the emails to prove it!

The way it was handled though is inexcusable, my wedding coordinator had to call them after they did not show up at the scheduled time to find out they wouldn't be able to deliver the items. After this, I spoke with them about getting a refund since they did not provide their services. In March 2023, I finally received half of the refund after asking for months. I still have not received the other half even though they said it was released and are putting the blame on Quickbooks which they don't use anymore. They made a mistake in requesting the refund so many times that Quickbooks put it under investigation for fraud. I did not find this out until repeatedly asking when the refund would be delivered. I have tried to be patient and understanding, but this company has over $1000 from me after not delivering the items on contract from 8 months ago. Be wary of this company for your special event.
