  Outdoor Wedding

  We used Tent Essentials to provide a space for our outdoor wedding and they did a fantastic job. The tent was very nice looking, and luckily very easy to open and close based on the weather. They were very accommodating throughout our planning process, especially considering how many times I had to change something. I would absolutely use them for any party planning needs.

  Great tent, great service, great people

  Justin and PJ did an incredible job working with us to turn an empty beach into the perfect venue for our wedding with 250 guests. The tent was impressive, beautiful, and versatile. My biggest concern was deciding if we needed to put up walls or not - and potentially have to deal with wind in an open tent or stuffiness in a closed tent. It turns out I did not need to worry about that because the tent walls are easily opened and closed.
  PJ was a wonderful communicator and great to work with from initial inquiry to payment of invoice.
  Justin was flexible, professional, and showed how passionate he is about the work. He let us know not to worry if we saw him at the beach leading up to the wedding day because he wanted to make sure everything was in place perfectly and there would be no concern of issues.
  Tent Essentials did a great job putting up the tent, placing tables and chairs, and lighting the tent. We would highly recommend Tent Essentials for your event!

  We rented a tent, table, chairs, and a dance floor from this company. I can't say enough about Randy and his team at Eagle River Rental Depot. You may not think that your tent guy is a big deal, but think again.
  
  The tent was immaculately clean. It was set up sturdy and taught. The lights inside created a soft glow, setting a comfortable mood that made for great pictures. It POURED rain during the dinner and not a drop fell on us. The chairs and tables were solid and high quality. The dance floor stood up to a long night with a million feet on it (including my dad's friend Todd, who thinks that stomping is dancing).
  
  In addition to the quality of the rental materials, what really stood out was Randy's attitude. He took ownership for everything and made sure it was set up perfectly. Even when I asked for rectangle tables instead of the round tables that his team had already unloaded (panic moment!!), he just said "So sorry for that miscommunication - no problem, we'll take care of it right away." Rectangle tables were there within the hour. Even in the months leading up to the wedding, Randy made us feel so at ease, telling us he had it all taken care of the whole time, which he did.
  
  I wouldn't even bother looking around if I were you. Make your life easy (and check one more thing of your list)...go with these guys.

Randy’s flexibility and follow-through are impeccable and although we were a bit concerned at first to be planning a wedding from a distance, in the end it was completely unfounded! Randy came through with everything we needed and more. Even the week before the wedding we were unsure how many tables and chairs we needed/could fit at the venue, and Randy helped us judge the space and brought us exactly what we needed. Thank you very much for all of your help!

  Eagle River Rental is a one stop shop for everything wedding. They provided beautiful white tents, chairs, tables, etc. Randy was a pleasure to work with and was always very informative. He is not the easiest person to get in touch with. He “occasionally” returns phone calls, even after leaving numerous voicemails and getting a reply via email is even more remote. There was a time about 2-3 months out from my wedding and I attempted to get in touch with him unsuccessfully for a month! I had to ask some of my other vendors if he had gone out of business without calling. That being said, he takes care of everything behind the scenes. The tent was set up mid-week which provided us with ample time to get everything else in order. He was always on “stand-by” for any little thing we might have needed along the way. I would recommend.
