Amazinf experience!
Extremely responsive, friendly and great company! Being from Canada, I was having difficulty sending the shipment to my Personal mailbox. Paypal wouldn’t work nor would visa checkout. I called the customer service line and was greeted on the first ring. They worked with me to ensure that I was able to place my order and receive my wedding favours that I couldn’t live without. The shipment even came within a few days! All around great experience and would use this company again! -

David and Derek are such a JOY to work with! They are dedicated to helping us find and customize products based on our event needs, ensuring a unique and quality product every time. We absolutely found a gem in Taylor Street Favors!
They have gone above and beyond in searching through their inventory and suppliers to help us find exactly what we're looking for. David and Derek go as far as creating samples or making 360 degree videos of our requests to allow us a great visual to share with our clients.

Amaaaaaazing couldnt be happier
rdering online couldnt have been easier. Even though I have ordered the day before thanksgiving I still received the order with timely manner for my friend's baby shower. I was updated with the shipping and delivery statuses and Taylor Street offered the best prices online. The favors were delivered in white boxes that we then had to place in pink organza bags to give away to friends. its such a cute favor for a baby girl shower with a teddy bear theme as was hard to find favors for that theme. was so thrilled to find those adorable frames :) -

Taylor Street Favors has given me the BEST customer service I've received in years. From the very beginning, David was interactive. I had questions prior to making my purchase regarding the ribbon. He was very timely with his responses. He also informed me of a special offer and provided me with the promo code. Needless to say, I ultimately placed my order. Prior to shipping my order, he emailed me to confirm the ribbon of my choice. Thereafter, I received emails with confirmation and updates regarding tracking of my order. The delivery time was fast. Once the order was received, I got an email from David asking if everything was okay with my order. I also received detailed instructions on how to assemble by boxes. This was without me asking a question. He anticipates the needs of his customers! I did encounter some issues with assembly and the boxes staying together. He asked that I send him a picture and we would work it out. Afterwards, because I told him I was a visual learner, he made me my very own video on how to assemble the boxes. What more can you ask for?!?! Taylor Street Favors definitely has exceeded my expectations! -

Taylor Street or I should say, co-owner David Begor is AMAZING! I ordered a cake topper for my daughter's upcoming wedding and when we received it, the topper was not manufactured correctly. I contacted the company and David responded. I told him about the situation and he said he would immediately send a replacement topper. Unfortunately, when we received the second topper, it was manufactured incorrectly too - exactly like the first one. Mr. Begor was as dissatisfied as us and indicated he would do all he could to make this right. He identified other vendors within his company, sent pictures and gave us several options. In the end, we received a topper very similiar to our original order, but better and we are extremely satisifed!
It is difficult to get good customer service these days, but Taylor Street, i.e. David Begor puts the "excellent" in good customer service. Do not hesitate to shop with these folks - they will ensure your satisfaction!
Busy planning my daughter's wedding and can't wait to see that topper on the cake!

This place is amazing. They went out of their way to make sure that I got exactly the wedding cake topper that my daughter wanted. When they realized that the item I initially wanted was no longer available, they found someone who could MAKE one for me, sent me a text message, and arranged the shipping for me. The price was reasonable, and they even refunded some of the shipping cost and got it to me in a couple of days. They checked with me to be sure that my item arrived. It was an amazing experience, one of the few pleasant experiences with a vendor during the wedding planning process. I will buy from them again. Exceptional service, and the topper was exactly what we wanted. I actually cried because I was so happy that someone would go out of his way to help me so much with such a small (but important) detail for my daughter's wedding. Anyone who needs supplies for a wedding should order through this company. I loved receiving text messages that kept me informed about my purchase. Excellent experience. -

Okay everyone, I don't normally do this, but I need to give some recognition to Taylor Street Favors. They LITERALLY have the best customer service in the ENTIRE universe.
We ordered our custom cake topper from them, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy with it. From responding to my e-mails within hours on holiday weekends, to creating a special listing so that I could purchase color sample (and then giving me a credit for the cost of the sample), to being patient with me while I denied three designs before officially choosing one...they have been AMAZING. So amazing that my mom and I have even laughed in disbelief a few times.
I don't know if you have any special events coming up, but next time you do, USE THIS COMPANY. They are a dream to work with. -
