Taylor Rentals is the best!

Taylor Rentals was a life saver! My wife and I got married at a family home near Saranac Lake, but we live in Los Angeles, so not only did we have to essentially build a venue, but we had to do it from afar, but Taylor Rentals made everything easy!

Their inventory is insanely large; they have just about anything you could think of, and Anna, who was helping us, was really easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

The tent we rented was absolutely gorgeous, and the team that came out to set everything up were professional and courteous.

Anna also seamlessly worked with our coordinator and catering company to make sure we weren't missing anything, and everything went off without a hitch.

We can't recommend Taylor Rentals enough if you're throwing any sort of large event in the area. Truly exceptional!

Gorgeous Lake Placid Wedding

Jenna mainly dealt with our planner (Placid Planner) but everything seemed to go smoothly even up to the day of. We had a large wedding (over 400 invited, roughly 220 attended) so there were three tents plus so much that went inside and outside the tents and all of it turned out to be better than we could have imagined. Jenna did an amazing job organizing everything and making sure it all went smoothly. I would definitely suggest going with Jenna and her team for your rental needs!

If you're interested in having your wedding at an outdoor, private venue in the Adirondacks, I cannot recommend Taylor Rental enough for all of your rental needs, from the tent itself to the luxury bathroom trailers and everything in between. Our contact Jenna was extremely professional and responsive, and patiently worked with us to ensure our contract was within our budget and that we had everything we needed to pull off an incredible event. The result? Everything we could have imagined for our big day. Thank you, Jenna and everyone at Taylor Rental.

Thank you for all your help in making our LGBTQ Pride Event such a success. Having the 2 tents certainly gave our participating organizations the protective cover they needed to be effective in communicating their message to our event attendees.

Your staff was top notch in all aspects of our event. On time delivery & setup was great. The gentlemen were very courteous, friendly & very helpful.

I worked with Jenna from Taylor Rental and Party Plus. My husband and I rented the crossback wooden chairs, the barnthemed dance floor and burlap runners for our tables for wedding. Jenna made the entire process very simple and she was very good at getting back to any questions you had throughout the entire process! They dropped everything off that we needed to the venue the night before and picked up everything the day after our wedding. Payment was very simple to set up as well. Taylors rentals has so many different decor to choose from, but ultimately we went with the above items due to our wedding having a rustic themed. Overall, this was a great experience!! I would definitely rent from them again.

Taylor Rental & Party Plus are the people you want to rent from. Jenna Beauregard is one of the most fantastic thorough people I have ever met. She is on top of things, quick to meet any changes and allows you to focus on other areas knowing she has your back. They were timely on their delivery and pick up and everything was spot on. The whole team was so helpful and attentive through the entire planning process–they went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Taylor Rental provided the tables and linens for our wedding reception and lighting for the dance floor. The items were all top quality and looked gorgeous at the wedding reception. Taylor was incredibly responsive and very reasonably priced.

What are you waiting for!? Call Jenna at Taylor Rental - she is the best. No worries, no hassle, and you can rest easy! Tents are of the utmost quality. I called Jenna to add sides to my tent because the weather forecast was rather gloomy. Thank goodness she was able to add them right away. Very professional and extremely patient. Taylor Rental takes care of everything. Well worth the peace of mind when 1000 other things are running around your head!

You will find their rates as reasonable and their help with configurations of seating and advice quite helpful. I stopped in and they listened to my needs and made the whole experience easy and affordable. I would definately call them in the future for any event I may be planning.

Jenna at Taylor Rentals was amazing! My fiancé and I were going to decorate our venue (a boathouse) ourselves, but a few weeks before the wedding started to get overwhelmed. We were recommended Taylor Rentals by our venue, received a quote quickly, paid, and that's the last thing we had to worry about! Jenna worked with the venue to schedule the decorating. When we showed up the day before, it looked great and was all stress-free. They arranged to take everything down as well. Worth every penny!

We got a tent and dance floor from this vendor, and they were so kind and helpful on the phone. In the end, we wound up with a perfect tent, and the dancefloor was just the right size. Communicating with them was seamless, and I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Taylor Rental and Party Plus. Jenna was our main contact and she was very responsive to all our needs. We went through numerous revisions of event layout ideas and she was quick to send me back the new design and cost adjustments. We were planning an on site wedding reception for 120 and had to rent everything including tent, tables, chairs and china to name the main items. Everything was delivered in good quality. I would recommend Jenna and Taylor Rental highly.

This was a surprise party for about 70+ people...outside on a very chilly day. Jenna worked with me on the planning, making many helpful suggestions, even saving me money when I wanted something that was not necessary. She handled my changes with professionalism and accommodation. She was a pleasure to work with. Since this was a surprise we needed the tent and all to be set up a certain time on a Saturday! The set up staff was great, and had us warm and toasty for this outside event. Can't be more pleased with all from Taylor who worked on this!

Jenna and her team were great to deal with. Very flexible and accommodating and the crew was polite and self sufficient. The Tidewater tent looked gorgeous at our location. They provided everything we needed for our farm style wedding and it was nice to be able to get almost everything from one location.

We rented lounge furniture, wine barrel tables and ceremony chairs through Taylor Rentals for our wedding. Jenna, was amazing to work with, she was very very helpful and provided quick responses. Jenna even suggested layouts for the furniture and coordinated the drop off and pick up with the venue so I didn't need to. Oh and the equipment looked brand new, like it was never used before which made our wedding look even more amazing. We would recommend Taylor Rentals to anyone - Thank you soo much Jenna and Taylor Rentals!!!

I highly highly recommend Jenna at Party Plus if you're planning your wedding or any other event! My husband and I went to Jenna about 6 weeks before our outdoor wedding reception and she helped us think of everything that we would possibly need! We rented a tent, lights, tables, chairs, tablecloths, serving tools, AV equipment, and more. Everything that we got was in fabulous condition and was set up perfectly. When we realized that the lights in our tent were mistakenly twinkle lights (instead of solid lights), the problem was taken care of immediately. I would go back to Jenna in a heartbeat!! She was helpful, responsive, kind, and patient. We made some additions and subtractions to our order over the 6-week planning period and she was extremely accommodating. Thank you Jenna!

We worked with Jenna at Taylor Rentals and she was an absolute pleasure -- responsive, understanding and full of solutions. The quality of their rentals was excellent, the site was up to date and easy to navigate, and their pricing was some of the lowest / fairest we saw. The pickup and drop-off of the rentals was also incredibly smooth. Taylor was by far the easiest vendor we worked with and it was so reassuring knowing that they were a part of putting our wedding together!

Jenna at Party Plus did an incredible job delivering on everything we asked for for our wedding in the Adirondacks. We used the beautiful Tidewater Tent, which created a look like no other. Everything we rented was in excellent shape, including a spotless tent and spotless glassware. And everything was delivered in a timely manner to give us enough time to setup for our wedding. I highly recommend Taylor Rental for your wedding as they are the best in the region. With new product that look great, and the latest trends to get just what you're looking for! Chris and Jenna were so helpful during the planning process of the wedding. We were able to create a vision and they helped it to come alive. Jenna was very quick at responding to our questions and worked hard to get us what we wanted at a good price. She was also able to make suggestions for other planning aspects, and even recommended other wedding vendors to us (such as DJ, florist, etc.).
For our wedding day we rented a ceremony tent and chairs. When I arrived at the ceremony I was so pleased with how everything was set up.
For the reception we had an incredible tent with LED lighting. We had round tables for the guests and padded chairs. We had a bar and a lounge area at the reception. We had fans and air conditioners to keep the guests cool in the summer.
We also rented flatware and linens. I was so pleased with the product and the service provided by Taylor Rental. I would definitely recommend them to you for your wedding or other event.

We got married on September 1st 2012. We normally don't take the time to do reviews like this but we wanted to share how incredible the guys at Taylor Rental have been (especially Nick Longino).
We had the dream of getting married on a beautiful beach on Lake Champlain that had no road access. Major obstacles were that this beach had NO electricity, NO running water and only access to it by boat. Nick and his team were able to turn this dream into a reality, turning this beach into a 5 star hotel.
Just to let you know, my wife is a trained chef and I'm a sommelier so we know what we are talking about when you're talking about events or catering and dealing with providers. First of all, it really is a one-stop shop because you can get your tents, lighting, tables, linens, chairs, cutlery, BBQ's, and even generators at the same spot. Nick is a professional and he knew exactly what we would need for the amount of people (70) that we were. He also is as knowledgeable talking about tents and generators than about table linen and decorations, which is very rare. He was very flexible and ajusted to ours needs whenever necessary. The experience as a whole was extremely pleasant and I have recommended them to all my friends. Finally, the prices were very competive and the overall quality of the tents, tables, dance floor was top-notch. I cannot recommend them enough and dealing with Nick made planning for this wedding a real pleasure.

@ 20 minutes before my daughters wedding there was a tornado warning! Out of all of our control. However Nick from Taylor Rental took the time to speak with us regarding emergency preparedness and what to do if the tent was compromised. He was very professional, did not instill panic BUT did make sure we understood what could occur and how to evacuate if needed.

Taylor Rental were great! We rented a tent, lighting, tables, chairs and tableclothes from them. Nick patiently worked with me to make sure I had exactly what we needed, taking into account the type of wedding we were having and making recommendations on what he thought would work best, even if it was not the most expensive option! They were open to us revising the order as well nearer the time of the wedding. The day before the wedding, they turned up exactly when they said they would and set everything up. Our wedding was the day before Hurricane Irene and so they were concerned that their equipment would be damaged. Therefore, they worked on the Sunday arriving early to dismantle everything and take it away, with no inconvenience to myself or my family. The whole experience with them was stress free (which was beyond valuable with the amount of other things there were to stress about!) and professional - they definitely deserve a recommendation!

Unknown to us at the time when we placed the tent order, a pole tent wouldn't work for the space we had. The first crew that came out explained the situation and offered a solution that worked out perfectly and within our time frame. Taylor Rental surpassed all expectations for us. We planned a 200 person backyard reception in the Adirondacks overlooking Lake Champlain, we had to rent everything from the tent, tables, chairs, & linens to keg coolers, pony hoppers, & a wine barrel table. We rented the flushable Port-A-John which we continuously got compliments on being the nicest port-a-johns ever. Their store in Plattsburgh has samples of everything which made it extremely easy to visualize and plan. My husband and I are very impressed with their professionalism and quality.

Gorgeous Rentals for an Outdoor Wedding!

Due to COVID, my husband and I decided to move forward with a backyard wedding rather than our originally planned wedding at an all-inclusive venue. Our wedding date was less than 2 months out by the time we decided to shift gears and we were scrambling to replan everything. One of our biggest fears was that our wedding would not be as beautiful as we were originally envisioning but it ended up being better! Taylor Rental was truly one of our saviors as we replanned our special day! We rented a GORGEOUS sailcloth tent, a restroom trailer with flushing toilets, beautiful wooden chairs, glasses and napkins. They delivered everything and set up the tent for us even though the wedding was 2.5 hours away from their warehouse. They also sent out one of their employees to assess the property prior to us selecting a tent to ensure we wouldn't have any issues the day before the wedding. While there were some small gaps in communication from time to time, overall, the team was great to work with and we had an amazing experience! We would highly recommend them to anybody looking for beautiful, modern rentals for their wedding or other event.

These folks were very good. The salesperson was very responsive and nice, and quickly got back to me whenever I made changes to my order. The delivery guys were also very helpful - I wasn't there when they arrived and had never seen the venue, but the guy on the phone patiently explained what the lawn looked like and ended up putting the tent in the perfect place, despite my vague, hand-waving description.

Jenna was very helpful in getting us the the tablecloths that we wanted and the correct color. Setup was great with the rented chairs that looked wonderful in the rustic setting at the Crown Plaza Golf Club. And the adirondack seating area was well enjoyed.

Thank goodness for Taylor Rental!!! They provided everything we needed for our outdoor wedding reception in addition to kind and prompt service. One can't help but worry that things will not go as planned during a time like this, but that stress was eased by Taylor Rental. I have already told a few people who asked where I rented from, that I would recommend Taylor. I did have two small problems, 1- the coffee urn did not work at all. 2- While the men who were putting up the tent, they changed some of the bulbs on the light set. They must have dropped one and one of the kids cut there foot on some broken glass. I checked and it was definitly from a bulb,

Although not cheap, the company had sturdy tables in place on time and removed as scheduled. We added items and subtracted others until 2 weeks before event. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

Our wedding planner recommended Taylor rental to us after we struck out trying to find an affordable wedding rentals (primarily a tent). Jenna initially provided us a quote for items we requested and we thought the pricing seemed reasonable so we scheduled for her to come visit the site and verify our rental plan. After visiting, Jenna recommended us a 44’x63’ tidewater tent (round ends) for our wedding which we had told her would have about 125 guests. This was after we had requested a 40’ x 80’ aztec tent (rectangular layout) on our initial quote. Assuming she was the expert, we agreed to the tidewater with its beautiful wooden poles and sailcloth material. This was about a year from the wedding day at this point.
Fast forward to a few months before the wedding, we were starting to get down into the details of site layout and we decided to draw up the tent layout in AutoCAD because we had not yet received a layout from Jenna. Once we drew it all up with the dance floor, guest tables, food tables, and bar we immediately discovered there wasn't enough room. Jenna reluctantly said that she would switch us back to the 40x80, and said we couldn't switch again--as though this was our error.

Throughout the process Jenna did not seem particularly invested in the success of our wedding, was mediocre with the planning process, and rather inflexible. Her crew showed up late to set up the tent and did not provide a way for us to tie up the sidewalls--even though we were told they would roll up. Overall we were happy with the rentals, but not with the service.

Poor customer service!

Never responded to a quote request for 9 Sept delivery at 9am because I was not a NY resident but delivery address was. Never kept in contact or gave informative updates on the VERY delayed delivery (510pm) which forced us to constantly reach out to them for updates. Shorted us on chairs. Poor customer service and irresponsible planning.
