Glad I went with Taylor Rental!

Going into the rental store for my wedding reception dinner was definitely the way to go. I got to view all of my table size options, flatware and cutlery options, their showroom even inspired me to uadd the rattan chargers. Brittany was great to work with in the store, and very patient with me on the phone every time I wanted to make changes to my contract!

Daughter's Wedding

Top shelf! The wedding day was crazy and I misplaced 11 chairs and a table, and I called them to tell them they messed up my order. They didnt argue with me, they just got someone to go to their shop (which was closed that day), not once but 2 times to get me what I needed. An hour or so later I realized that I already had what I needed, but they stil jumped through hoops for me. Pretty impressive. Everything was done on time, the installation crew was fantastic, all of the plates, chairs, linens etc. were perfect. I'll never rent from anyone else.

Taylor Rental and MaryAnn were AMAZING!

A year of planning a wedding during a pandemic required patience and imagination. We could not have done it without MaryAnn's attention to detail, professionalism, and guidance. Her ability to keep our vision on track was a relief for our family. They were able to deliver the rental equipment a day early and coordinated with the venue on storage. I am in the industry and will recommend Taylor Rental for every event.

Taylor Rentals #1

I have been so overjoyed with the service I received from Taylor rentals. MaryAnn is the woman you need to call. She is an expert at wedding. I loved how she helped us to stay with in our budget, while still getting all the necessary things. She made a diagram to help us see how all would be set-up. Jared and the set up crew were awesome as well. They showed up as scheduled and took down as scheduled with no problems. I called MaryAnn twice a day for about two weeks....she always took my questions with respect and efficiency.

Wonderful experience

I worked with Maryann to set up our rentals for our wedding and she truly was wonderful! She was extremely flexible, informative and always happy to help. All our rentals looks great and added the final touches to our day. Thank you for being a part of our special day!

Taylor Rentals transformed our venue and made it truly magical!

Our wedding was as stunning as one could ever hope for. The service we were provided from MaryAnn was 10/10. She went above and beyond helping us choose everything we needed. What seemed overwhelming became easy with her. Highly recommend!

Magic can only happen if you can rely on vendors!

Maryann with Taylor Rentals was amazing to work with. She was fun, patient, helpful and quick to respond to questions. They offer any and everything you can imagine to create your special occasion AND will help you if they think you have forgotten something! The delivery crew were also awesome!

My wedding was at the Quarry here in Naples ,FL and Taylor's Rental did a phenomenal job not only giving great/affordable rental prices but also setting up the day of my wedding. I highly recommend them as they will not disappoint. They also had all styles and the exact stuff I was looking for.

MaryAnn Porschen at Taylor Rental was so helpful in answering my questions about rental items and asking the right questions to ensure I got exactly what I needed to make my event perfect. She was super accommodating in setting up delivery and pick up of items. Signing contracts was super easy and completely electronic. It's obvious that these people are pros when it comes to planning events. Highly recommend!

I rented their ballroom chairs and tables. The delivery guys were very helpful and placed the tables and chairs where I wanted them with no problems and picked them up with no problems. I was surprised at everything they had to offer. My party wouldn't have been the same without them.

Taylor Rental is an amazing rental company! I had thee most beautiful all white party. All my guests fell in love with all the rentals. I have referred multiple people to this company. Anaid and MaryAnn were so helpful with making my vision come to life. I am actually going to rent from them in the fall; so looking forward to my next event!

Taylor Rental is a great! I don't kno what I would've done without them for my wedding. Maryann was a great help in making sure I had everything I needed and even did an amazing job of setting up for the ceremony venue and the reception! I wish I could add pictures of the marvelous job they did. If you're in the area and need anything for your event, you should definitely visit Taylor rental.

This company went above and beyond with our requests. We had very unique colors and they were able to find everything that I wanted. We spoke with other local vendors but they had no where near the selection.

Taylor Rental was absolutely so professional and helpful during the wedding planning process. I made several changes via e-mail and they got back to me right away with a new invoice. Their products arrived on time and everyone was so kind and knew exactly what to do. I will definitely use them again in the future for all my party needs :)

I rented white folding chairs for my beach wedding and everything was fine.
They are not open on Sundays so it was slightly inconvenient to have to get the chairs a day before, but it was worth it.... The chairs were great!

Thank God there is Taylor Rental / Party Plus in Naples area. They have a lot of variety and in every price range, from the most simple to the chic. My first visit was in January 2010 to pre-select all of the items I needed for my wedding back in May. I made few changes via phone with no customer services problems, they were very helpful in every detail. They arrived the day before the scheduled time, which for me was excellent, also gave me plenty of time after the reception to clean and leave everything set and ready for the employees to pick up. Yes I will recommend Taylor Rental for any activity.

Taylor Rental is great! After looking at some other rental places with a bad selection, I was excited to walk into their showroom. We used their turquoise linens and silver candelabras in my recpetion room and they were GORGEOUS! They were easy to work with and had reasonable prices on everything. I would reccomend them to anyone planning a wedding!

These guys really saved us, All of our wedding plans were to take place outside on the water at a private residence...The forecast had a different plan..rainy windy and cold, we ordered a tent on Tuesday and they had it up by Friday with no problems. It was two phone calls and done. Our caterer also rented our china, glass and silver from them and it was of good quality and in good shape. Thank You !

Maryann was very helpful with my wedding rentals. They have a wide selection and a showroom for viewing. The archway looked amazing and we would recommend them to anyone needing rentals.

Maryann and her team are wonderful. I received responses to my emails promptly and politely. The prices were appropriate and the items arrived in the condition promised, the quantities correct. I paid extra for Sunday pickup of the rental items, and the delivery people were there before the time promised, which was wonderful. Thank you so much for helping make my special day perfect.

I rented a metal tub to hold beers for a total of $7. It was very easy to arrange, a great value, and just what I ordered. They allowed my dad to pick it up on Friday and drop it off on Monday. As an out of town guest, not being open on Sunday for drop offs means someone has to stay until Monday, which may or not work for you. For us, it did. MaryAnn was very responsive, answering my questions well in a timely fashion. Overall, great job!

Taylor Rental was so easy to work with! We rented ou or tables and chairs from them, and they were always accommodating to our changes, etc. along the way. (Espeshally since we made a total of about 6!) Delivery and pickup was easy and on time! Tables were decent, chairs were ok..someof them we didn't use because they were just so used and/or broken. Otherwise awesome and easy! I would recommend them.

The products available are great and were perfect for what we needed them for (chairs for beach wedding). The prices were a little too much for my liking, but since I couldn't really find anyone else in our area for chair rentals, they were my only option. A couple things I did not understand: 1) they only deliver the chairs to your venue, but do not set them up. Thankfully we had a friend that was able to help us with this. 2) They close early on Saturdays (3:00pm!), the day of the week that 99% of weddings take place on, so you have to pay extra $$ to have them pick up your chairs after their business hours. I guess this is just their way of upcharging and making money.
Other than that, the chairs were delivered on time and were picked up on time and they were exactly what we needed and worked out fine.

We rented a steamer, arch, napkins, tablecloths, and two lanterns from Taylor Rentals and they were awesome. The arbor was actually more beautiful than shown in the pictures I was highly impressed. Overall correspondence, payment and everything leading up to our big day was awesome. I had no issues until delivery day, Rental delivery was scheduled between 10-2, MaryAnn said she would contact me with a solid time, when she failed to contact me I called her. When I called she simply stated after lunch (still not a solid time because that can be ANY time.) I asked was there any way to get a solid answer and she said around noon…2pm comes around and STILL no delivery. By this time, I am antsy because we wanted to finish decorating so I call again and they say they are on their way. Not a big deal because we were setting up the day before but still frustrating when you’re paying someone for a service and expect them to arrive on time. Pick-up was the same issue, I called to ask when they were going to pick everything up and the guy said “sometime this afternoon.” I am an out of town bride so I wanted all rentals to be picked up before we left so we did not have to worry about anything coming up missing. All in all the rentals were great though and contributed to the success of our day.

We rented an arch to go on the beach for our ceremony. The arch was simple and pretty. It was in good condition. There was some miscommunication about getting the arch back to Taylor Rental but I am not sure whose fault that was so I can't hold it against them. The rental price ($150) seemed a little steep to me for an arch we'd use for an hour. But it was nice, and easy to set up.

The people at Taylor Rental were great - until the wedding day. They showed up an hour and a half early to drop off chairs and then when they came back they were late. They were also an hour and a half late to pick them up. When I called to complain they made it sound like I should have known that delivery times were "approximate" and that there was a delivery window. Unfortunately, this is the only rental place in Naples, so if you have to use them, get everything in writing first.

DO NOT rent white wood folding chairs from this company! They will be dirty, peeling paint, chunks of wood missing, wood splitting. I had to go to the warehouse and hand pick my chairs because the ones I was given were a disgrace. It took an hour to find under 30 that looked decent. When I complained about the condition of the chairs I was told they are rentals! Rentals or not have pride in the service you provide!
This is a large company that has much bigger jobs to fill than mine and that is exactly how I was treated.
