  Affordable and Reliable Rental Company!

  Taylor Rental was able to meet all my rental needs for my 150 person DIY wedding! We rented everything from tablecloths to plates to pipe and drape to bussing trays to coat racks. Everything provided was clean, good quality, and delivered and picked up seamlessly with care (they coordinated directly with the wedding venue for this which was nice). We recommend Taylor Rental for your next upstate NY event!

  I loved working with Emily at Taylor rental she was very pleasant person to work with and helped as much as she could! Everything we asked for was there and all the items were dropped off in advance

  Taylor Rental of Binghamton provided specialty linen overlays, a dance floor, mirrors, bar stools and many other rental items for my wedding at The Links at Hiawatha. It is obvious that though rentals, Taylor Rental really takes care of their items so they are the highest of quality and condition. Working with Emily was great. Her party rental knowledge is second to none and Taylor Rental's delivery/setup team is the nicest out there, always going above and beyond. Will rent from them time and time again!

  Taylor was terrific. We were married in a remote location. There was one rental place about 20 minutes from our venue and we were not impressed when we visited their “showroom.” We called several other places but they all said the distance was outside their service area. Taylor was over an hour away and explained they could make the delivery but there would be an additional charge due to the distance. They were well worth it. We did everything via phone and email, using their website to make all our choices. We made multiple changes to our contract up until the week before our wedding. They were so nice and sent a revised contract each time as if it was the first. They worked with our schedule on delivery and the guy who made the delivery was helpful getting things where they needed to be. Everything arrived wrapped in plastic, so it was clean and it great condition. Their prices were reasonable and it ended up costing us about the same as if we rented from the place that was much closer.

  We rented Chivari chairs from Taylor to use at another hotel for the wedding. They were there bright and early before afternoon to start setting up the room! Loved them and loved working with Bob.

  We rented many things for the wedding from them. They did a wonderful job. Even with major flooding they had everything there and set up on time without any issues.

  Some of the items were a bit chinsy and cheap (the table was so light weight that we had to weigh it down lest it blow over in the mild wind). They had everything set up and removed on schedule and their prices were very reasonable. They even put up the bouncy house (yes, our wedding had a bouncy house) on the patio where I wanted it even though they were scolded by the business.

  They brought us the wrong tables and messed up our invoice. Not something you want to deal with the day before your wedding, but they did come and fix it.
