  Best. Photographer. Ever.

  Best. Photographer. Ever. Dealt with my dog, 7 bridesmaids and 7 intoxicated not-paying-attention groomsmen. Got all the shots I wanted and made sure to get candid and perfectly timed photos and sunset photos and knew how to pose us... it was just amazing. Both my engagement and wedding pictures are absolutely amazing. Can’t give her enough credit.

  Tara’s work is spectacular!

  I am truly speechless when it comes to our wedding photos. Tara is by far the best in the business! I was having an extremely difficult time finding a photographer in Florida that had bright vibrant photos – majority of Florida photographers have that white washed beachy look. Then I found Tara and let me tell you it was such a blessing! She has been an absolute dream to work with and her work is breath-taking. During our engagement shoot she put us at such ease and we were laughing the whole time. On our wedding day she was extremely organized and made sure everything ran on schedule. She captured so many wonderful moments that I wasn’t able to witness myself. You need her for your wedding, these photos are ones we will forever cherish!!

  Absolutely Amazing!!

  I found Tara after seeing a friend’s enegagement photos. They were just beautiful! Tara wasn’t technically local for me so I didn’t even think she would be in my price range but she absolutely was, she is wonderful to work with!! Bends over backwards to help with your vision for your photoshoots, is so professional and creative. I have shot with Tara several times now and she will be my forever photographer!!! I have recommended a few friends to her and they have all been thrilled as well! She is the best!! Thanks for everything Tara!

  One of a kind photographer!

  I would absolutely recommend Tara to anyone that is looking for a bad ass wedding photographer. Tara is such a skilled and creative photographer. I am always so impressed with how unique her images are even in locations that a million other photographers have shot at. She truly takes the feel of the day, the personality of each of her couples, the beautiful in between moments and all the little details and creates such a seamless story of your wedding day. You'd think shed be busy enough with just focusing on the photography aspect of the day but she also does so much more. She fixed a broken dress, helped makes the day run so smooth, knows how to take control of crazy large family's and still not sure how she got a hyper dog to listen to her and look right at the camera!   I am a wedding planner who has been lucky enough to work with Tara McGovern many times over the past five years. She has been reliable, easy to work with, and captured beautiful images for the couples we've worked with together. Because of this, and because of the positive feedback I receive from the couples we work with together, I have continued to refer for events I am coordinating, and look forward to working with her in the future.

  Besides my husband, Tara was the best decision I ever made! From the moment I saw her beautiful photographs I knew she had to photograph my wedding. Her style is just what I was looking for: vibrant, romantic, and organic. A lot of photographers nowadays have a very washed out look to their photos that I am not a fan of. Tara has a way of capturing the natural beauty and color of any situation. I contacted her through her website and was immediately provided a response and a request to video chat with my fiancé and I, as a way to get to know us as a couple and answer any questions we had. Since our first email correspondence, she has been quick to respond to any questions we had, and never made us feel like we were bothering her (though I know she has a very busy schedule). Unlike other photographers, she doesn't limit your creativity and allows you to pick any location you want for engagement/wedding shoots. She scouts out any location you pick and makes it so that there is no wasted time on the day of the shoot. She is friendly, professional, and organized in her work. All of our wedding guests were so impressed with her and her work. She is so stealthy as she runs back and forth to different spots so that she captures the best angle of every situation! When I received the sneak peek photos, she has pictures from so many different angles, I keep wondering how she was able to get them all without me even seeing her! Tara also spent hours lending a hand to set up our outdoor event. She's more than just a photographer, she is a florist, wedding planner, and coordinator. The only thing I wanted my wedding to have was amazing photography, I wasn't too concerned with how everything else turned out. So, making the decision to work with Tara was a no-brainer. She is the consummate professional, a photographic genius, a true adventurer, and just a kickass lady! Just look at her work and you'll make the right decision.

  Tara is Amazing!

  Tara shot our wedding in October 2016 and was by far one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Her work speaks for itself-but her personality and attitude was so fun and she made it so easy for us on our wedding day.   She was amazing! Did a fantastic job with the engagement shoot and was very flexible with out scheduling when we had to move our wedding from outside to inside. Would recommend again!

  Talented photographer, but if you are expecting to ever receive a response regarding anything you pay for don't hold your breath. It has been a fight every step of the way to receive the albums and printed photographs that we purchased over a year ago. My husband, myself, and family continues to wait for over 6 months for a response regarding when we will receive the services we paid for. extremely unprofessional.

It has been a fight every step of the way to receive the albums and printed photographs that we purchased over a year ago.
