We found Tara through Instagram while looking for wedding photographers who mainly shoot for LGBTQ+ couples. Her photography immediately caught our eyes and honestly once I saw her past wedding photos I didn’t want to keep looking! She met with us through Zoom and we instantly felt comfortable and felt like connected well. We booked her and can honestly say she is worth every penny and more! She connects with you, makes you feel confident, has a fun personality, and is so professional! Most importantly, our wedding photos came out so beautifully and we are in love with them! She was great at communicating and made sure we were always okay. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Whether you’re in Philly or across the world, we HIGHLY recommend Tara! We are so proud that we get to show these pictures to our family, friends, and future children! -

She was everything we were looking for in a photographer and so much more. When my wife and I started wedding planning, we wanted to make sure to hire LGBTQ+ friendly vendors. Our DJ actually recommended Tara to us, and working with her was truly one of the best parts of our experience. My wife and I were super apprehensive about taking "romantic" professional photos, as we didn't think that was really "our vibe." Not only did Tara make us feel completely comfortable with taking those photos, she helped to push us out of our comfort zone to get even more beautiful photos than we thought possible! Tara was super flexible with us during the planning process and helped us navigate everything when we had to postpone our original wedding date due to COVID. She also answered all of our questions and eased our minds when we were still a little nervous about having our wedding this year. On our wedding day, she knew that we wanted to enjoy as much of our cocktail hour and reception as possible and worked with us to get beautiful photos in a timely manner after the ceremony so that we could greet all of our guests and eat hors d'oeuvres! I honestly could go on and on, but her work really speaks for itself. She is beyond talented and is just a joy to be around. Hire Tara. I promise it will be one of the best things you do for your wedding. -

A great photographer was our highest priority when planning our wedding, and as soon as we saw Tara's work we knew we'd found exactly what we were looking for. Not only is her work gorgeous though, she creates such a wonderful environment even for two photo shy brides. We loved that an engagement session came included with our package, because we got to develop a relationship with Tara beforehand. We've never felt so safe in front of camera, even though the moments she's capturing are very intimate. She was the perfect person for us to have around on such an important day, and the photos she captured are unreal and so beautiful. We love her and her work so much. -

Best purchase I made for my wedding!
Tara's work is unlike anything I've ever seen before. She has just an artistic eye for the most beautiful and romantic shots. She was the first vender I booked when I got engaged. My sister got married 3 years ago and used Tara as her photographer and I knew then that I had to have Tara shoot my wedding one day. From the engagement photos to our wedding, everything is so beautiful. She made everything feel effortless and really showed our love in every photo. We got our preview photos and it took my breathe away. She is also so much fun, she taught me how to do the wobble on our dance floor! We had such a blast at the wedding and her work is spectacular. You will want to hire Tara because she was the best money I spent on anything at my wedding! She was beyond perfect! -

Tara is amazing!
I cannot say enough good things about Tara and how she made us feel on our big day!! I found Tara on Instagram before we were even engaged, and knew that I wanted to her to be our wedding photographer. Her vibe and work is unmatched! Tara ended up coming to our rehearsal dinner at my wife’s parents house, and she immersed herself immediately into conversations with our family and friends. Everyone loved her and the vibe was so so great going into the wedding day! The day of, Tara stayed on schedule the entire time, and was so much fun to have around with us. Tara has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and beautiful, and she ended up capturing our love so perfectly. We cannot thank Tara enough for all of our beautiful pictures, and can’t wait to work with her in the future! -

I can't imagine my wedding without Tara as our photographer. Every time I post one of our incredible wedding or engagement photos to my social media accounts, I receive so many compliments on how unbelievably talented she is. Tara was incredible for many reasons.
1. She took time to learn about us as a couple, asking us to take a quiz to learn our love languages and asking pointed questions about our dynamic and relationship. This helped her to take photos that really represented us in our real life.
2. She was quick to respond to any questions or updates that we had, so I was able to mark things off of my to do list quickly.
3. She uses lighting in an AMAZING way, capturing an already gorgeous scene in a way that I didn’t even see before the photos came out.
4. She focuses on LGBTQ couples, making us feel comfortable during what feels like a vulnerable state (being very out in public while taking photos with your partner).
5. Tara got our sneak peek to us extremely quickly, and followed up soon after with the rest of the photos.
I can’t recommend her enough. Her business and her clients are her top priority, and in my opinion, she truly is the best in the game. We will cherish these photos forever. -

My fiancé and I have only had our engagement photos done so far, but I am absolutely thrilled with how gorgeous they are and I have received many compliments on them. My fiancé is not one who enjoys having his picture taken, but Tara made us both feel so comfortable and natural. We both love how professional she is, but still makes you feel like she's known you forever. I cannot say enough positive things about her, and I can't wait for her to photograph our wedding day! -
User1992789 Sent on 12/31/2014I used Tara for a Boudoir session. I was getting a preventative double mastectomy soon and wanted photographs that would capture my body so I could keep that for myself. She and I set up everything over email. She also helped me to learn what types of shots I might want from her. She was flexible about the fact that I don't live very close to her, and showed up on time. She was incredibly generous with her work - she really worked hard while she here. She advised me about which shots to try due to improved lighting and etc., and helped me with positions and any advice I asked for. From the very start she was professional but also perfectly at ease and comfortable to be around - I'd never done this type of thing before so I didn't know how I'd feel, but she made it easy and fun. I got to honor my body before it's big change, and the whole session felt right. Tara is super nice and just wonderful to work with - I feel so lucky I found her for this job. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and get the different types of photographs I was interested in. She sent me a link to my photos in less than two days and I love them. They're just what I was hoping for. I feel like I met someone who felt like a friend the whole time despite never meeting until the session - I can't speak highly enough about how she conducts her work, how pleasant she is to spend time with, and the quality of the product I received. I will be recommending her whenever I can, and hiring her in the future when I need a photographer. The photos I needed weren't something I'd get another chance at - the weight they carried in meaning to me was enormous - I am so grateful for Tara.

Michelle Sent on 12/21/2014Tara was incredible and captured so many lovely moments. Looking through the photos is like relieving the magic of our wedding day. From the initial contact, Tara was responsive, excited, and so wonderful. We did an engagement shoot which produced so many greats shots of us that really capture the spirit of who we are as a couple. She was so flexible the day of the wedding and got all of the moments we wanted and so much more. One of the things that really impressed me was that I was unaware of her most of the day, other than posed pictures, she blended right in and caught everything without feeling intrusive. I've seen other photographers that were so intrusive it became distracting. Tara worked quickly and provided us with a wonderful preview very quickly. Everyone loves her work and just marvels at the amazing photos.
