Engagement dream
Nataliia was amazing to work with. She found the most beautiful 3.7ct pear cut diamond I have ever seen and helped me find the perfect setting for it to create and amazing custom design. My mind is blown! -

Life changing
I have been a friend client and a fan of tappers for 50yrs. They have always been there to make the special people in my life feel amazing
Recently I was engaged and with the expertise that was offered to me, I was able to place a ring on my love’s finger that truly shows how special she is to me and to everyone. The beauty of the ring is the only thing that comes close to the beauty of my future wife. Mark steve Howard u will always be my first and only choice when a special gift is needed. Good experience
I found a wedding band that suited my husband online and they were able to order it for me and didn’t charge extra for engraving. It took a little longer than expected to get in, but they got it to me before the wedding! -

They were very helpful and were able to work with our limited budget. I have a beautiful band that can take the wear and tear of my everyday life. I have not lost any of the micro pave stones which several of my friends have lost some in the first year. They were courteous and sensitive to our financial situation, very friendly and helpful. -

We actually purchased our rings in conjunction with my engagement setting which was great and we didn't have to worry about it during the wedding planning but we did have a little hic up with them when my husband was buying me a wedding present. He had something special ordered and when the earings came in they called and left a msg on my cell phone after being instructed to not do so. Not that big of a deal in the end but it I knew I had some jewelry coming my way! -

My fiance had purchased our engagement ring at the Novi location. I LOVE my ring, but it took forever for it to arrive at the store. And not only that, my husband would call and they would never be able to give him a straight answer on when it would arrive. He had to propose to me with a simple solitaire (with my actual stone) because the ring didn't come before our vacation in which he planned to propose. Then when my ring finally came in 4 of the pave diamonds fell out within a week. I had to go around showing people a ring missing diamonds. Kind of embarrassing considering how much we spent on the ring! They also never gave me any information on when or how to clean/repair/get check ups on my ring. After asking if they had any policies regarding this, they gave me the information....completely unacceptable. I made a complaint on the website and the manager contacted me and gave me $100 gift card for us to try them out again for our wedding rings. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we decided to try them again. This time at the West Bloomfield location. We picked out our wedding bands and a few months later still hadn't heard from them. My husband called and sure enough the rings had been in...we didn't even get a phone call! We went to pick them up and my husband's ring was 2 sizes too big! They had to rush a last minute order because the wedding was coming up. We didn't even get the rings til the week of the wedding. Which is crazy because we ordered them months in advance. I would NOT recommend this jeweler. We gave them a second chance and once again we were not happy. They may have beautiful jewelery with a ton of options...but they are lacking in customer service. We truly wanted to like them and I am disappointed to say we would not ever use them again on any future purchases. -
