  They were awesome to work with and professional on every level!!! They even had a room we could use for the wedding party to relax and bring in drinks and some snacks. All the updo's were beautiful and the bride, my daughter's hair was spectacular!!!! Can't thank them enough for helping make her day perfect.

  I actually used Crystal a year prior to our wedding for the Ring Dance. She did a half up/half down hairdo with small fishtail braids pinned back and big curls. I was THRILLED! Those curls lasted for a couple of days, and would've probably lasted longer if I hadn't washed them out, haha. I was so happy that I specifically requested she do my hair for our wedding a year later. Again, the curls stayed in despite jumping around at the reception, etc. AND they never frizzed! Angie did my maid of honor and flower girl's hair - they had side-swept buns with braids and they were so beautiful! I highly recommend Tangles! They were also super accommodating - I needed them at 7AM in Annapolis (didn't want to risk morning traffic going back to Annapolis from Kent Island), and there they were, at 7AM in the hotel lobby! Thank you Angie and Crystal!!

  Tangles is where it's at on Kent Island! Angie and her team were awesome - both during the trial and the day of. Definitely do a trial because hair styles are the same as clothes - some thing's look better on the hanger and the same thing went for the hair styles I thought I wanted. I ended up LOVING what we did, but it took the trial to realize what looked good on me. The salon has a back room that you can put your stuff in. We had one girl in there that was constantly doing make-up, PANDORA radio, and BYO mimosas.

  I would recommend Angie at Tangles Hair Studio to ANYONE. I am very picky about who does my hair and Angie was perfect. She adjusted every single piece of my hair until it was perfect not only on the wedding day but at the trial too so I knew exactly what I would look like on my wedding day.

  Tangles provided wedding day hair, make-up, and nail services for me and my bridal party. I had a wonderful experience with Tangles, from the time I first contacted Angie for information up until my wedding day. Angie took care of all the scheduling and arrangements and everything went perfectly.   I am so glad Tangles was a part of my wedding day, I couldn't imagine anyone else! From the time me and my bridal party of 8 walked in until the time we left, the atmosphere and the stylists made everyone feel so comfortable, I felt like they were just as excited to be a part of my day than I was! Our hair was gorgeous and the makeup was flawless, we got compliments all day long! We were taken right at our appointment times and stayed right on schedule. I felt so relaxed and the whole salon was pretty much booked out for my wedding party so there was lots of girl talk and plenty of laughs while we were all getting ready, it was definitely fun, relaxing and no stress! I think every girl dreams of having a fairytale wedding and with all their talent and awesome work, I definitely felt like I was living my happily ever after on my wedding day! I cant say enough good things about Tangles and their team but thank you! thank you! thank you! :)

  I had my hair and make-up done and it looked beautiful and was done very well. My hair stayed in the entire event even through all the dancing, pictures, etc... And my make-up looked natural and also stayed on the entire time as well. All 5 of my bridesmaids had their hair done here as well, and they all looked absolutely stunning!

  Angie and the ladies at Tangles were a wonderful part of my wedding day. They were very accommodating, allowing us to book the whole salon so all the ladies in my bridal party spent the morning together getting all dolled up. My soon to be mother in-law had our nails done the day before together. I was able to come in the a few weeks before to have a trial run of my bridal style. My experience was so good that since my wedding I have continued to be a regular patron of the Salon.

  Wanda and her fabulous staff at Tangles did hair and makeup for all my brides maids, flower girls, and of course me-the bride!! It was a wonderful experience that I will treasure for the rest of my life. They made me feel like a true princess on my wedding day. They really get to know the bride and the bridesmaids and style the hair and do your makeup so you look like you (just an improved version)! I tell everybody I know that is getting married "you have to go to Tangles, they are the best around" and those who listen always agree and thank me for the recommendation!!

  I looked exactly like the ballerina/princess I wanted to be on my wedding day. We did a trial run the a couple weeks before, to make sure I understood the process and that we could make any changes! I would recommend Wanda for hair and Angie M for makeup to anyone!

  My bridal party of 7 and I had an amazing time at Tangles on my wedding day! Doing hair and makeup was a last minute decision so I didn't have time to do a trial. Angie assured me that she would make sure everything was perfect and took time to call me and ask about me and my style so that she would have some direction the day of. My girls and I had so much fun and all of the stylists worked like a well oiled machine to get us out on time even when we had girls at the last minute decide they wanted more services then we had booked for. Angie worked with just me the entire time and I loved my hair and makeup! The bridal lounge in the back was also nice for my girls that were waiting to just relax and listen to music. My mom was not happy with her hair at first but the girls changed it slightly and my mom looked more beautiful then ever. The only issue I had with that is I think the stylist that originally did her hair was offended that my mom didn't like it because I overheard her making comments to one of the bridesmaids such as "people who don't do hair don't know that they can't just have any style. If I didn't do that to her hair, it would have looked just as flat as it did when she walked in here". She continued to make some other rude comments which made my bridesmaid uncomfortable and upset me, but I chose not to let it ruin my day. My moms hair was fixed and everyone was happy.We did have 1 other girl that was not completely happy with her hair, but Angie and her staff were able to fix the situation immediately. I didn't even know there had been a problem until it was all over! My girls and I looked great and had a great time at the salon. The stylists' enthusiasm is infectious and their talent is excellent!

  The staff at Tangles in Stevensville, Md was absolutely amazing!! They made getting ready such an experience for my girls and I. They did a wonderful job on our hair and make up. They stuck to the timeline that we created. Angie was wonderful!! I did a trial run with her and she did my makeup the day of the wedding. She did such a fabulous job!! The staff at Tangles really made me feel special on my wedding day.

Tangles was just up the road and Angie, the co-owner, was such a great person to work with. Neither me or my partner were very high maintenance brides, but we did want it to be perfect and Angie's team made us both feel so beautiful. Tangles was also very accommodating as we added bridesmaids, moms, hair, makeup, and flower girls. It was a day of great fun before an evening of great love celebrated with family and friends. Thanks Tangles! You did a great job and we appreciated your willingness to work with us. Everyone felt beautiful and we got such great complements.

  My bridesmaids and I got our hair done at Tangles for my wedding and I will start on a positive note by saying that they did a great job on everyone's hair - each bridesmaid looked great and I suppose that is ultimately the most important thing.
  
  That being said, I was VERY disappointed with their customer service. After a miscommunication with regards to when I needed to be at the salon, that I won't even go into the details of, the owner told my bridesmaids that they needed me to get there ASAP because otherwise "the bride is just not going to get her hair done". Then when I arrived, I was made well aware of the other appointments that had to be bumped for me. Same problem with my sister, who had to bring her son to the EMERGENCY ROOM that morning and was therefore late to her appointment. Trying to get someone to do her hair after she was late was met with extreme attitudes (not to mention I had to beg to get someone to even agree to do it).
  
  I understand that this is a business and there are other clients - I really do, however I didn't complain when my calls to the other owner were ignored for WEEKS or when the person who was supposed to do my hair trial got the flu and I was assigned to someone else without any notice (not to mention they didn't even remember I was getting my makeup done at the trial until I reminded them). I dealt with those issues with understanding and I would have appreciated if the staff at Tangles had been able to do the same for me and my sister on my wedding day instead of giving us such an attitude.
  
  Next time explain to your brides exactly what you expect of them - I am ALWAYS on time and would never have been late to this appointment had that expectation been made clear from the beginning. Or better yet - leave yourself a buffer for a 7 person wedding party - things happen!
