Tampa Bay Food Trucks matched the vibe of our wedding PERFECTLY!
If your looking for a less traditional way of eating/catering for your wedding this is THE WAY. The food was so fresh and delicious we had people literally going back for seconds and thirds. The staff was insanely friendly and helpful. I could not have wished for a better experience! -

Let me set the scene. My husband and I were married in Tampa, FL in late July at a public park. However, we currently live in Philadelphia. We planned our wedding ourselves and did not invest in a wedding planner. We also planned out wedding in 3 months. Our venue did not have an area to prepare food at all. Tampa Bay Food Trucks was our perfect solution. We worked with Kim. She was responsive to our emails and phone calls. Their timeline was flexible to accommodate every little change. On our wedding day even as bride and groom our food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Our guest enjoyed the flexibility of having multiple dishes and the chill atmosphere getting food from a truck provided. We loved this unique way to provide food on our wedding day. -

I hired Tampa Bay Food Trucks for my wedding and had an amazing experience. For roughly 150 people, we had 3 trucks (Miso Lucky Thai, Engine 53 Pizza, and Chief's Cantina Mexican) and it was the perfect amount. The wait for food was extremely short, everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. On top of that, Kim met with us on 3 separate occasions so we could sample each truck, and all of the truck owners were exceptionally kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend booking them if you want a food experience that people will keep talking about! -

We had a wedding at an outdoor venue and had two of the Food Trucks come to our event. Fishin Chicken and The Kitchen both had amazing menu options and delicious appetizers that all of our friends and Family were able to enjoy. Kim was great in setting us up with the trucks and adapting the menus to our needs to make sure we had enough variety for all of the guest to enjoy. She even made sure that we were able to enjoy the food in between our busy schedule of pictures and socializing with guests. All of our friends and family have commented on how delicious the food was from these trucks. I would definitely use them again for any large events in our future. -

We worked with TBFT to cater our 150 wedding. The entire process was smooth, and fun! Kim, and then Doug, were wonderful to work with, and such a help with selecting our three trucks, Dochos Latin Food Truck, Mr C's Grilled Cheese, and I Wanna Wok. I would choose those three again in a heart beat. I expected the food to be good from the (4!) tastings we had done, but I was blown out of the water. Our guests were, too! While it would be cheaper to hire the trucks on your own, the value that we got was well worth the price increase and then some. -

When we got engaged, we immediately knew we wanted to have food trucks as our caterers at our wedding. When my venue recommended Tampa Bay Food Trucks, I was so excited! I worked back and forth with Kim and Doug from afar (Michigan) and their recommendations were so helpful! I am sure I was driving them nuts asking for a million menus from different trucks, but I could not have landed with two more perfect trucks for our big day without their help! Our guests are still raving about all of the food months later! Doug was our contact person day-of, and he was present on site to make sure everything went smoothly - great customer service. Anyone looking for an alternate catering option - we highly recommend Tampa Bay Food Trucks! -

We could not have been happier with Kim Sanders and Tampa Bay Food Trucks (TBFT) for our wedding! When my husband and I were in the planning process in finding a caterer for our wedding, we really struggled to find something outside of the typical beef/chicken/fish options and wanted food that was delicious and freshly prepared. TBFTs was our perfect solution. We had 3 different trucks at our wedding, each with 3 entrée options (so 9 options total!) Guests were called to the trucks table by table, first selecting one entrée option. Once everyone was served, they then got to go to any truck they wanted as many times as they wanted. They were also able to provide appetizers for the cocktail hour and had staff to clean up after guests during cocktail hour and the ceremony. They were also incredibly affordable. Many other options we explored didn't come close to providing this level of service with this many options for the price. Kim Sanders helped coordinate everything for us and went above and beyond to walk us through the entire process and ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The day of our wedding was flawless and our guests raved about how incredible the food trucks were. I would recommend TBFT to anyone looking for catering options, not only for their wedding, but for any event. They made our wedding so incredibly special and we cannot thank them enough. -

During our first meeting with Kim she asked our daughter about her favorite restaurant and proceeded to find a food truck to match. She was able to give our daughter exactly what she and her fiancé' wanted for their wedding day. Kim was great to work with, from the first meeting to clean up after the reception. Very professional, very thorough truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks Kim. -

We hired Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally to cater our wedding in October 2018. Kim Sanders was our point of contact and we hired Dochos Latin Bistro and Soul Food Street Kitchen food trucks. We could not have been happier with the experience. Kim was so responsive, easy to get along with and completely understood our vision. The execution was perfect. As for the trucks, the food was amazing, the owners and staff were very friendly, and the fun twist that they added to the wedding was exactly what we had hoped for. Our guests are still commenting on how great the food options were and how much fun they had. I could not give a higher recommendation of Kim and TBFTR. -

I do not have enough kind words to say about Kim and our food truck vendors (Soul Food Kitchen & Dochos Latin Bistro) with TBFTR. Our food was incredible and our guests could not stop raving about it. Lets just say it was all completely gone by the end of the night! Kim helped make our NYE wedding one of the most beautiful, seemless, and fun nights of our lives. She helped keep us calm and organized throughout the entire process. We truly could not have planned or coordinated this wedding without her. Cannot recommend more highly!

We wanted something for different for our wedding than your typically buffet or plated meal and food trucks were first to mind! Kim, the coordinator is so passionate about what she does and works diligently to meet your wants/needs. It was nice having the freedom to pick the food type and trucks we wanted and not forced to hire one we didn’t like. We are so happy with our choice and our guests ar still raving about the fresh made, unique food options. Highly recommend Tampa Bay Food Trucks!

Kim and Soul Food Street Kitchen were amazing! We first met with Kim from food truck rally, she from there learned about us and what food we’d be interested in and helped us find Soul Food Street Kitchen. She was amazing from start to end. We really wanted the food at our wedding to be fresh, fun and amazing and it was. My husband is a chef and he really appreciates the fact that the food is cooked mainly on site giving it the best flavor. Our venue has certain restrictions and even though we were doing a food truck wedding still wanted a certain level of service Kim achieved that,giving food trucks with table service . She was there to make sure waters were on the table and refilled, trash was being removed from tables, and the end of the night clean up went smoothly. She even made menus that perfectly matched my decor.Food truck wedding doesn’t have to mean super causal, Kim took in our vision from cocktail hour, to lightening,dinner service to clean up and made it happen. She is friendly and laid back and makes you feel comfortable to talk your ideas through with. Also she teamed up with my wedding planner to help run the show! I think vendors that work with other vendors well is super important! -

Loved the unique and budget friendly option of food trucks, and our guests did too! Initial planning and communication could have been a little smoother, but ultimately thrilled with the results. We had Melt Machine and Coco's Latin Cuisine, and the options and quality were on point!
